Daniel tells Lily that he thinks it’s way too convenient that Carson the EMT is found on the same day Phyllis turns herself in to the police. Christine refuses Heather’s request to drop the charges against Phyllis because she has the same suspicions as Daniel about Carson the EMT.

Kyle and Audra make love again and, as Kyle is leaving, Nate arrives for a meeting with Audra. Nate fills Audra in on the meeting with Victor while they have drinks at the Athletic club dining room.

Summer goes to the Abbott house to talk to Kyle but Diane tells her he isn’t home. Diane tells Summer to fight to save her marriage because Kyle still loves her. Kyle arrives home and Summer smells perfume on him and asks if he has been with someone. Kyle tells Summer to relax and asks her to leave. Summer is walking past the Athletic club dining room when she smells the perfume again. Summer walks into the dinning room and discovers the perfume belongs to Audra.

Victor lays down the law. After he realizes that he’s given them too much power, freedom and reign over his companies, Victor says it’s time for his adult offspring to fall in line. Victor calls a family meeting and informs them they will do he wants from now on. He calls the shots, he reiterates.

Victor told Nick he will work with Adam on the company formerly called McCall Unlimited. Adam renames the company to a term that means scorched earth. Nick, not happy with his father’s directive, hesitantly agrees.

Victor tells his daughter everyone knows why she pushed Nickolas out of Newman. Victor says he sees potential in acting COO, Nate Hastings, but does not trust him after what Nate did to his own family. Victor is also suspicious of him after seeing Nate scheming with Audra, but Victoria is unaware of their alliance and goals.

Victoria and Nate spend some time at the Newman suite at the Athletic Club and Victoria gloats that once McCall is folded into Newman Enterprises, Adam will be subservient to her and Nate or he’s gone.

Victor directs Adam to reorganize and optimize the company he bought for him to run, and once McCall Unlimited is running well, it will be folded into Newman Enterprises. Adam objects, reminding his father of the prior agreement that Adam would independently run McCall. Victor states he does not care what agreements were made in the past, and if Adam doesn’t like it, Adam can walk out the door. Adam walks out the door. Victor vows that if Adam doesn’t fall in line, he is done with his youngest son.

After leaving his father’s office, Adam goes to Crimson lights, where he unknowingly interrupts Sharon’s first intimate encounter with Chance. Adam tells Sharon merging her newly obtained company with McCall is off. He informs Sharon that Victor pulled a fast one, and he wants nothing to do with his family, including his father. Adam suggests he could work with her to rebuild the company Cameron Kirsen left her.

At the Athletic Club, Tucker, slurring his words a bit, is enjoying a drink when he spots Audra and buys her a glass of wine. Audra happily tells Tucker her future looks promising. She receives a text from Kyle suggesting they meet for some romantic time. Tucker sees the text, scoffs and asks her if Kyle Abbott is what she considers a promising future. Audra countered that she sees potential in him and that she hired him to be her right hand man.

Tucker dismisses it, saying that Kyle is a spoiled rich kid who lucked his way into his high ranking position through no merit of his own. He wagers a trip to Vegas that Kyle will let Audra down. His bride-to-be, Ashley Abbott, was not around to hear that exchange.

Brady talked to Belle about Kristen and Rachel. He told Belle that Marlena went to talk to Kristen. Belle was upset that she went to see Kristen. Brady assured her that she would be safe. He knew she could handle Kristen. She told him about Shawn’s suspension for drinking on the job. He offered to talk to him. Marlena wanted to know about Rachel, but Kristen wasn’t saying anything until they revisited the custody agreement. She said she might be able to tell where Rachel was if they had joint custody of Rachel. After Marlena talked to Kristen, she ran into Brady and Belle. She told Brady about Kristen’s demands. He didn’t want to give in to Kristen. Marlena told him that any judge would give Kristen some visitation. She thought it was better for the time being. Brady finally gave in, and Belle left to work out the custody agreement. Steve questioned Whitley about her resignation. She told him that she was going back to Arizona to be with her family. She was surprised that he knew so much about her family. He knew about her past because of her background check. He let her know that it happened when Abe disappeared. She looked scared, but he assured her that she was okay. Whitley tried to throw suspicion by telling him that Jerry was around Abe’s room the day he went missing. Brady took the agreement to Kristen. She was happy he was willing to see things her way. He was about to sign the paper and ripped it up.

Lani told Jerry that her family still had questions about Abe’s disappearance since they never found his body. Jerry felt guilty and finally confessed that he made the story up about Abe falling in the water. Lani wanted to know what he meant. He said he lied about everything. He confessed the entire story. He told her that Abe was still alive and being drugged in Whitley’s apartment. Abe kept watching Body & Soul and hallucinated that he was part of the show. He saw a character named Sandra and remembered they had a daughter. Jerry was rushing to finish packing so he could leave town. Steve pounded on his door. Abe heard someone knocking on Whitley’s door. He couldn’t move because of the drugs that Whitley gave him. Lani broke down the door and was surprised to see Abe in Whitley’s place.

Kayla and Kate talked at the pub. Kayla told her that Marlena broke through Harris’ brainwashing. Kate was happy about it. She told Kayla that she wanted Harris to take care of Megan so she would be out of their lives. Kayla said she agreed with what she wanted to do to Megan. Kate was surprised she felt that way. Kate asked her not to tell Roman what she did. Kayla said Kate should tell him the truth. She said Roman would understand. Chanel was setting up her display for Sweet Bits. A man named Clint showed up to introduce himself. He said he is the deputy mayor. He said he was acting mayor now that Abe has died. While Chanel and Clint were talking, he insulted her and Paulina. He warned Chanel that he would make sure she never had a business again if something else goes wrong. Wendy told Tripp and Johnny that she made her decision. She asked Tripp if he could leave her alone with Johnny so they could talk. When Tripp left, Johnny assumed she picked him. She said he still had feelings for Chanel. She said that was part of the reason why she chose Tripp. She said it wasn’t the only reason. He said he was over Chanel but Wendy didn’t believe him. She said she was sure of her choice.

Jada went to Steve and Kayla’s place to offer her condolences over Abe’s death. They talked until Tripp showed up. She left them alone so they could talk. Tripp told Steve that Wendy chose Johnny and he wasn’t happy about it. Steve told him to fight for her if he wanted to be with her. Tripp left so he could fight for Wendy. He was happy when she told him she chose him. Johnny ran into  Chanel. He told her Wendy chose Tripp. Harris told Marlena that he felt like he was a danger to others. He said he was sure he needed to be committed. She said she didn’t think he did. She said he could commit himself if that was what he wanted. He said he wanted her to do it because he couldn’t commit himself without approval. She tried to convince him that he wasn’t a bad person. She decided to do what he wanted. When she left to do the paperwork, Kate showed up. He told her what he decided to do. She apologized for her role in what happened to him. He said it wasn’t her fault. Shawn and Rafe got in an argument over Shawn getting suspended. Shawn told him about sleeping with Jada. Rafe asked if she told him. Shawn said she didn’t exactly tell him. He said he overheard her talking to Kate about it. Rafe told him about listening to people’s private conversation. While they were talking, Clint overheard them. He wanted to ask his own questions. Shawn tried to backpedal about what he said, but Clint didn’t believe him. When Jada showed up, Clint wanted to talk to her. Shawn tried to apologize for what happened, but Rafe told him it was too late. Rafe told him he was suspended and had to turn in his badge and gun. Shawn went to the hospital. He ran into Marlena and told her what happened to him. He asked her for help. When Clint was finished talked to Jada, he said she admitted to having an affair with Rafe. Rafe said he didn’t have the authority to fire Jada. Clint said he wasn’t going to fire her. He said he had the authority to appoint the commissioner. He told Rafe he was fired.

Paulina was getting ready for Abe’s funeral with Chanel. They talked about what Abe meant to them when Theo showed up. Paulina wanted Chanel to go to Steve and Kayla’s place to get pictures of Abe. She and Theo were going to meet Chanel at the church. Paulina wanted to talk to Theo alone about his eulogy. He practiced what he was going to say and she was moved by his speech. John showed up at Steve’s place. He told Steve that he had the same dream about Abe. He wondered if it was more than just a dream. John felt like it was a premonition like the one Steve had about Kayla. He thought Abe might be alive. Steve agreed with him so they looked through the file again. They focused on Whitley’s first statement. Chanel showed up at Steve’s place. Steve and John offered their condolences. She told them about Whitley showing up to see her mother. She also told them how Whitley worked on Abe’s campaign and was at Abe and Paulina’s wedding. After Chanel left, Steve and John thought Whitley’s actions were suspicious. Steve went to the hospital to talk to Whitley. Marlena found Brady putting up Rachel’s picture. He didn’t think she was missing. He thought Kristen had her. He wanted to talk to her. Marlena wanted to talk to her. He finally agreed with her.

Lani surprised Kristen at the DiMera mansion. They were happy to see each other and then the conversation switched to Rachel. Lani felt like Kristen knew what happened to Rachel. She tried to talk Kristen into doing the right thing and telling Brady what happened. She thought they could work something out. Marlena showed up after Lani left. Marlena felt like she owed her for helping her when she and EJ needed her help. Kristen said she needed something if she was going to tell her about Rachel. Whitley drugged Abe again when he accused her of not being his wife. He said he remembered the real picture of Paulina. Jerry showed up at Whitley’s place. He felt bad for Abe’s family. She let Jerry know that she planned on leaving town with Abe. She agreed to give him a bonus if he left town too. She left to go to the hospital. Abe’s funeral was over. Lani wanted to stay behind. She needed a moment alone. Paulina and company went back to her place. Jerry was packing his bags when there was a knock on his door. He opened the door and saw Lani standing there. Steve saw Paulina at the hospital and started questioning her. She answered his questions and wanted to find Kayla. He wanted to know why she wanted to talk to Kayla. She said that she was resigning.

Lily and Daniel reminisce while unpacking, looking at old photos. They discuss placing a particular photo in a prominent spot, next to Lily’s father. Daniel jokes about a missing photo from their wedding in Vegas. Lily jokes that its absence will disappoint Lucy. They reflect on how much they’ve changed over the years. Meanwhile, Phyllis, disguised in a black outfit, meets Carson, the missing EMT, at the GAC. Phyllis expresses surprise and relief that he isn’t a trap set by Michael. However, she’s shocked to see Tucker, who reveals he’s her “miracle worker.” Phyllis is skeptical of his intentions.

At the Abbott Mansion, Diane encounters Kyle. They discuss his son, Harrison, and Diane asks if he asked for Summer. Kyle assures her it will take time for Harrison to adjust to the new situation. They acknowledge the challenges everyone is facing; Diane tries to initiate a conversation about Kyle’s marriage. However, Kyle tries to brush her off, claiming he has somewhere to be.

Chance finds Summer sitting alone, looking sad, at the coffee shop and teases her about drinking coffee at night. She says defensively that she had a craving for an iced latte.  She reveals some news: her mother is ready to turn herself in, with Michael as her attorney. Summer expresses hope that the nightmare will finally be over, but Chance is unsure if it’s good or bad news.

Phyllis assumes that Tucker has ulterior motives. She questions if the reward for her capture was not sufficient for him. Tucker assures her that it’s not about money and reveals he wants to make her an offer she won’t refuse. Phyllis remains suspicious and challenges his intentions.

Diane shares a glass of wine with Kyle and expresses her concern for him. She points out his tendency to run away and avoid emotional pain, mentioning his love for Summer and their life together. Kyle dismisses her worries, blaming Summer for the destruction of their marriage and claiming that his feelings for her no longer matter.

Chance and Summer discuss her mother’s decision to turn herself in. Chance questions her motives and expresses his doubts about everything being okay. Summer explains her mother’s desire to fix the damage she has caused and hopes that understanding the truth will result in lenient charges. Chance warns her about the challenges ahead and the difficulty of manipulating the law.

Phyllis confronts Tucker, questioning his involvement.  She suspects he might betray her. Tucker reveals that Carson can provide her freedom, and Tucker can support his son while he serves his sentence. He offers her peace of mind and a chance to bring down Diane, whom Phyllis despises. Tempted, Phyllis is hesitant but curious about Tucker’s motivations.

Daniel and Lily are kissing when they’re interrupted by a knock on the door. They try to ignore it, but the knocking persists, prompting Lily to answer. Nate appears at the door with a bottle of wine, welcoming Lily to the building and expressing his happiness about having family nearby. Daniel decides to make a quick exit, and Lily and Nate discuss their complicated history and strained relationship.

Tucker continues to persuade Phyllis, claiming that helping her can benefit his own future happiness. Phyllis questions his intentions and warns him about the pain she has caused and experienced. Tucker assures her he understands but insists they share something important. Phyllis demands an explanation for his actions. Tucker tells her about his and Ashley’s new company. He wants her to annoy Diane in order to distract her. He leaves Phyllis to think about.

Heather shows up at Phyllis door later. She has taken over Phyllis’s case. Phyllis is surprised and concerned about Michael’s absence, learning that he had to deal with a legal matter involving Gloria. Phyllis is frustrated, feeling that her murder trial is being neglected for another case.

Diane tries to have a conversation with Kyle about his marriage, but he claims that he has other commitments. Diane insists that the discussion is important, but Kyle shows little interest. He believes that ending the marriage was Summer’s choice and feels powerless in the situation.

Summer shares her frustrations with Chances about the secrets and lies that have damaged her life. She expresses her longing for her son and her desire to fix her marriage with Kyle. Summer speaks again about her mother’s readiness to turn herself in and take responsibility for her actions. Chance questions Phyllis’ sudden change of heart and warns her about the consequences they may face.

Phyllis is surprised by Heather’s arrival and expresses her concern about Michael’s absence. Heather assures her that she’s well-prepared and ready to represent her. Phyllis discusses the missing EMT, Carson, and expresses hope that he will resurface to support her claims of self-defense.

Heather gets a phone call and then informs Phyllis, Daniel, and Summer that Carson has been located and is willing to cooperate. Phyllis feels optimistic about the progress and expresses her determination to make amends for the damage caused. They discuss their next steps as they prepare to turn themselves in.

Diane tries to console Kyle, assuring him of her support. Kyle is skeptical, believing that Summer’s actions have irreparably damaged their marriage. Diane tries to emphasize the importance of forgiveness and moving forward, but Kyle remains resistant.

Lily and Nate have a heated discussion about their complicated relationship. Lily expresses her disappointment in Nate’s involvement with Victoria and how it reminds her of the betrayal they experienced. Nate defends his relationship with Victoria and insists on being respected for his choices.

Phyllis agrees to hire Heather as her attorney, acknowledging her capabilities. They discuss the progress made in locating Carson and express optimism for the outcome. Summer and Daniel express their gratitude to Heather for taking over the case.

Christine and Chance arrive at the location where Phyllis is supposed to turn herself in. They express doubts about whether they can trust the situation, despite Heather’s assurance. They acknowledge that Phyllis is unpredictable and could throw a wrench into their plans. Phyllis, Daniel, Summer, and Heather walk downstairs, catching Chance’s attention. Christine confronts Phyllis with anger, criticizing her for the havoc she has caused and the pain she has inflicted on those who care about her. She mentions the impact on Phyllis’s children and expresses her disdain for her actions. Phyllis tries to explain her motives, but Heather intervenes, preventing her from speaking further. Christine expresses her anticipation for Phyllis’s surrender and warns Heather about the challenging case she has taken on.

Chance proceeds to handcuff Phyllis, while Tucker secretly films the arrest nearby. Chance recites Phyllis’s rights as they prepare to leave for the station. Back at the Abbott mansion, Diane receives a notification on her phone and looks at it, with Kyle observing. Diane realizes it’s a video of Phyllis’s arrest, and Kyle confirms it, feeling despondent about the situation. Diane appears pleased with the news, but Kyle’s mood is gloomy.

Mac tells Sam he is worried about Cody because he thinks Cody is involved with Mrs. Wu. Sam tells Mac that Cody is involved in Mrs. Wu’s illegal poker games. Mac and Sam worry they won’t be able keep Cody out of trouble.

Gladys asks Nina if she should tell the judge about how Sasha almost got arrested for shop lifting. Nina tells Gladys to keep her mouth shut since Sasha didn’t get arrested.

Alexis asks Sonny to talk to Kristina and stop her from ruining her life.

Curtis makes it through surgery, but his condition is still touch and go. Portia sits by his bedside and asks Curtis to wake up.

Dante tells Anna and Sonny that he thinks Anna was the intended target of the shooter because he was able to trace the gun to the WSB. Anna wants to draw out the shooter using herself as bait.

In the executive suite at Forrester Creations, Taylor expresses her concerns to Ridge about Brooke and Hope potentially blaming Thomas for the kiss that happened in Rome. Taylor fears that this incident might trigger Thomas’ past obsession with Hope. Ridge defends Thomas, believing that he has changed, but Taylor remains distrustful of Brooke and Hope.

Meanwhile, Wyatt brings Chinese food to Liam at Spencer Publications, urging him to find forgiveness and compassion for Hope. However, Liam is unable to let go of the image of Hope and Thomas kissing and is unwilling to forgive her.

Brooke unexpectedly walks in on Hope and Thomas together, expressing her anger and disappointment. Hope defends her actions, asserting that she made the decision to kiss Thomas and does not regret it. Brooke blames Thomas for manipulating Hope and insists that the affair must end immediately, ordering Hope to return to Liam.

Tensions rise as Hope and Thomas defend their actions, while Brooke stands firm in her demand for them to forget about the affair and reconcile with their respective partners.

Chase shows Sasha and Gladys the security footage from Logan’s department store that shows she stole the clothes. Sasha tells Chase and Gladys she doesn’t remember stealing the clothes.

Maxie calls the store and persuades the store manager to drop the charges against Sasha in exchange for doing a promotional event for the Deceptor at the storer.

Cody promises to give Mrs. Wu part of the ten million u he is planning to get from the WSB lawsuit. Mrs. Wu tells her bodyguard not to beat up Cody. Mrs. Wu also tells Cody he will pay back the money he lost in the poker games.

Alexis asks Sonny to give Kristina guidance about her youth center.

Michael and Wiley surprise Willow with a Parisian themed picnic. Curtis dies on the operating table and he had a near death experience where he sees his mother and talks to her. Curtis hears TJ’s voice telling him to fight for Trina’s sake. Curtis tells his mother goodbye because he has to return to his family.

Kyle and Mariah have a heart-to-heart talk about his separation from Summer and about his decision to leave Jabot. Kyle isn’t happy when Mariah tells him he should reconsider leaving Jabot. Kyle advises Mariah to leave Jabot before things get worse. Mariah tells Kyle she can’t do that because she needs a job to support her family. Kyle gets angry with Mariah because she won’t follow his advice.

Ashley tells Tucker she plans to take her patents and her former company My Beauty from Jabot. Ashley also plans to take all of Jabot’s employees with her to her new company.

Billy wants Diane to resign from her job temporarily until things calm down between Jack and Ashley. Billy promises Jack he will do anything he has to do to protect Jabot.

Lily thinks that Nate is using Victoria to gain more power. Nate tells Lily he has feelings for Victoria.

Phyllis agrees to help Ashley and Tucker distract Diane in exchange for Carson the EMT’s testimony to help prove she killed Jeremy in self-defense. Tucker tells Phyllis he found Carson.

Heather takes over as Phyllis’s attorney because Michael had to go get Gloria out of legal trouble. Phyllis turns herself in to the police.

At the cliff house, Steffy and Finn express their appreciation for each other and their family. Steffy reflects on the difficult times they’ve faced and their reunion in Monaco. Finn assures her that he’s committed to their relationship and that they won’t go through such hardships again. They discuss Liam and Hope’s situation, with Finn emphasizing the importance of prioritizing family. Steffy mentions Hope’s assurance that she has no feelings for Thomas, remarking that she’s truly a Logan.

Meanwhile, at Forrester, Ridge is in a good mood and reveals a sketch of Brooke, attributing his happiness to a Logan. Brooke and Ridge talk about their own challenges and surviving them. Carter mentions the positive impact of Ridge’s friend’s advice and hints at Ridge’s gratitude. Brooke acknowledges that Thomas has changed and kept his professionalism with Hope. She expresses a desire to talk to Thomas, planning to visit his place.

At Thomas’ place, Hope wakes up after falling asleep in his arms. They share another kiss and become intimate. Mrs. Wu is upset when she discovers Cody has been throwing poker games.

Willow spends her first day home and tells Michael the doctor told her they can’t make love yet.

Brook Lynn finally tells Chase that Tracy has been forcing her to work at Deception because she didn’t want him to know she asked Tracy to get the
second meeting with the Civilian Review board.

Chase gives Brook Lynn a kiss before he goes to work and tells her they will talk later. Brook Lynn thinks she can quit working at Deception, but Tracy reminds her that Chase might have to arrest her for corporate espionage.

Felicia and Lucy meet Jackson Montgomery and Lucy distracts him while Felicia searches his office. Felicia can’t find anything so Lucy invites Jackson to dinner later so Felicia can search his office.

Martin asks Anna her opinion as to why Lucy has been distant from him lately. Anna tells Martin its because Lucy wants to marry him and he doesn’t want to marry her. Anna knows that the reason he doesn’t want to marry Lucy is because he would lose the alimony payments that his third ex wife pays him.

Sasha is acting strangely because she is taking the medication Dr. Montague prescribed to her along with her anti-depressant and that can cause weird side effects.

Sasha goes to visit Willow and Michael to give Willow some clothes and Chase arrives shortly after Sasha to arrest Sasha for stealing clothes from Logan’s department store.

At Spencer, R.J. encourages Liam to talk to Hope before it’s too late, but Liam is still hurt by her actions with Thomas and feels forgiveness isn’t possible. R.J. urges Liam to fight for his marriage, emphasizing that what he and Hope share is unique and special. Despite R.J.’s plea, Liam believes forgiveness isn’t in the cards for him.

At Forrester, Katie, Carter, and Ridge discuss the situation between Hope and Thomas. They agree that Hope needs to focus on her marriage and maintain a professional boundary with Thomas. Katie believes Hope made an impulsive mistake but trusts that she will not let it happen again. Ridge feels Liam should not blame Thomas but rather look to Hope.

At Thomas’ place, Hope and Thomas continue their physical relationship, and Hope admits to feeling alive and a newfound power when she’s with him. She admits to being confused but cannot deny her strong attraction to Thomas. They agree to keep their relationship between them as Hope figures out her next steps.

Marlena hypnotized Harris. He said that Li was the one who gave him the order to shoot Stefan. Harris was mad that her treatment didn’t help him and he still wanted to kill Stefan. He wanted to get electroshock again because it helped him the last time. She thought that was too much of a risk. She wanted to try a new treatment first. He decided to trust her. He remembered that Rolf and Megan were the ones who programmed him and made him think Li did it. Marlena showed him a picture of Stefan. He let her know that he didn’t want to kill him anymore. He was happy that she helped him. Rafe was upset with Gabi for putting herself in danger to help Stefan. Stefan arrived and was upset with her too. Rafe defended Gabi even though he felt the same way. Later on, Stefan and Gabi continued to argue about what she did. They eventually made up when Rafe called her. He let her know that Harris had a breakthrough. Gabi still thought Li was involved. She and Stefan were determined to find out what happened. Melinda approached Shawn at the docks and wanted to know why the divers were leaving. He said they searched the water and didn’t find Rold or Megan. He decided to call off the search. She was upset with him because he didn’t have the authority to make that decision. She noticed alcohol on his breath while they were talking. He denied drinking, but she found a bottle of alcohol. He said it wasn’t his bottle.

Melinda was going to have the bottle dusted for prints. He admitted that the bottle was his. He didn’t think it was a big deal because he could still do his job. They argued about it. Melinda made a comment about what happened to Bo. He yelled at her and stormed off. Later, Melinda arrived at the station to talk to Rafe. She wanted him to fire Shawn for drinking on the job. Wendy confronted Li about trying to kill Stefan. He denied her accusation. She didn’t believe him. He tried to compare his situation to hers. They talked about her situation with Johnny and Tripp. He thought she should make a decision. She thought he should move on with his life. Shawn wanted to talk to Rafe in private. Melinda wanted him to fire Shawn. Rafe wanted her to focus on her job and he would do the same. Marlena called Rafe and told him that Li wasn’t behind Harris’ brainwashing. Rafe left the station to go to the hospital. He talked to Harris. After his conversation with Harris, Marlena wanted to know if Harris could go. She promised to vouch for Harris and Rafe agreed to it. Rafe warned him that he would be watching him. Harris asked Marlena to have him committed to Bayview. Melinda let Li know that he was free to go, but she believed he was involved in the shooting. She couldn’t prove it, but she was going to be watching him. Rafe returned to the station. Shawn thanked him for helping him. Rafe told him that he was suspended.

Chad and Stephanie found a place and were happy with it. Brady arrived and found out they were getting the place. He congratulated them on the place. Brady also congratulated Chad on his new job. Chad wondered how he knew about it. Brady let him know that Alex told him and he wasn’t happy about it. Maggie noticed that Alex had bags. she wondered where he was going. He let her know that he was moving out. He didn’t feel comfortable living with someone who fired him. She told him they were still family. Later Chad went to see Maggie and let her know his decision. She was happy that he was going to accept the position. She told him about Alex moving out of the mansion. Stephanie was getting things ready in the apartment when Alex arrived to check out the apartment. She told him about Brady being there too. She let him know that Chad accepted the position. Alex was happy for him. She hoped they could still be friends. He told her that he had to find a place to live and they would see each other soon. Gwen was excited about her engagement. She talked to Kristen about getting engaged to Dimitri. Kristen thought about Dimitri using Gwen. She reminded Gwen that she was trying to get over Xander. Gwen knew things were moving fast, but Dimitri swept her off her feet. Xander and Chloe were at the office and things got heated. They were about to make love when Gwen walked in on them. She was surprised to see them together. Xander apologized for what she saw, but she didn’t care. She said she was with a wonderful man so she didn’t care. He heard about her engagement to Dimitri. She showed him the ring he gave her. She stormed out the room.

Dimitri caught Leo in his room. Leo showed him the evidence he found. He knew that Dimitri was only marrying Gwen to get his inheritance. He told Dimitri that he was going to tell Gwen everything. He kissed Leo. Leo was into it, but he slapped him. Leo knew what Dimitri was trying to do. He knew he was trying to get him into bed so he wouldn’t tell Gwen the truth. Leo wanted to know if he was right. He wasn’t that easy. Dimitri took his shirt off, but Leo wasn’t interested. Dimitri tried to caress him. Leo would have been interested if he didn’t propose to Gwen. Dimitri admitted that he wasn’t straight. Leo found it hard to believe that he’s gay when he doesn’t look it. He told him that he is only with Gwen to get his inheritance. Leo reminded him about his fling with Billie. He let him know he was with her to get the peacock. He was willing to give himself to Leo to keep his secret. He admitted that he was attracted to Leo. Leo gave in and kissed Dimitri. He pushed Dimitri on the bed. Kristen arrived at the mansion and ran into EJ. She told him that Megan escaped and she warned him to watch her back. A secret door opened and they thought it was Megan. Rachel came out of the door. Kristen wondered why she was there and not at camp. Rachel said she didn’t come visit her. Kristen let her know that Megan had her locked in the basement. They talked about being together. Chad came home to tell Stephanie about his conversation with Maggie. Alex arrived and told them that he was going to be their neighbor. Dimitri and Leo finished making love. He said he would take care of Gwen, but no one could know about them being together. Leo agreed not to say anything. Rachel was listening to them outside of the door.

They share kisses and continue to explore their newfound relationship.

Kyle is hurt that he was left out of the family meeting since Jack forced him out of Marchetti in favor of Summer, so he starts negotiating salary and perks so he can go work at Newman Media. Summer interrupts Kyle and Audra’s negotiations so Audra leaves Summer and Kyle alone to talk. Summer tells Kyle that Audra is not trustworthy. Kyle tells Summer he is happy with his decision.

Billy, Traci, and Diane overrule Jack and refuse to kick Ashley off the Jabot board. Tucker tells Ashley he hired a private detective to find the EMT that can help bring Phyllis home. Tucker tells Ashley that once Phyllis is a free woman they will use her to get rid of Diane.

Victoria tells Nick he should go work for Adam. Nick asks Sally for advice about whether he should go to work with Adam. Sharon tells Adam that McCall Unlimited and Kirsten Industries should merge and they can run the company together.

Phyllis prepares to come out of hiding while Summer worries that Kyle will never forgive her for keeping secret the fact that Phyllis is alive while Diane sat in prison.  Summer tells Daniel she risked it all to help their mother, that she is very close to losing everything she ever wanted and that she is the one paying Phyllis’ debt.

Phyllis meets with Michael in Chancellor Park to discuss what her next steps should be before she comes out of hiding.  He tells her she has a lot of making up to do and that she should go on an apology tour to atone for her wrongdoings.  While Phyllis says she is ready to tell Michael the whole story involving Jeremy Stark’s plan to fake Phyllis’ death and his attempt to kill her, she says she needs just to sit in the park for a little while to enjoy fresh air and sunshine.  Michael advises she not wait too long to tell him everything. Moments later, Phyllis tells herself it’s time to finish what she started.

Michael meets with Daniel and Summer and advises they brace themselves, because Phyllis is coming out of hiding.  Summer tells Daniel that Chance informed her prior’s that when Phyllis comes out of hiding, the police will come after Summer.  Michael tells Summer that Phyllis feels responsible for the state of her marriage.

Jack complains to Diane and Billy about Ashley’s leaving Jabot with no conversation and no warning to start her own company with Tucker.  Diane says they’d better ensure company employees have signed non disclosure agreements and no compete clauses.  She explains it is imperative to keep employees happy so they don’t quit and go to work for Ashley and Tucker.  Meanwhile Ashley says she wants the best in the business, and if that means getting staff away from Jabot, so be it.

When Billy asks if Ashley could leave with her patents on Jabot products, Jack says the company attorneys are investigating.  Jack worries that the conflict between Jabot and Ashley’s company could get very ugly, but Billy warns Jack not to let the conflict become personal.  Billy believes that whatever Ashley does with her company, Jabot can do bigger and better.

After having a tense exchange of words with Diane at the Abbott residence, Tucker tells Ashley she is too refined and polished to get down in the dirt in her fight with Diane. He insists that’s what it’s going to take.

At Carly’s mansion, Michael surprises Dex by asking him to continue working for Sonny, despite Josslyn’s protest. Carly later reveals that the idea was hers and asks Josslyn to understand the importance of her request. Dex privately tells Josslyn that he feels Sonny needs his protection and that working for him is the best option due to the danger posed by Pikeman.

Meanwhile, at the Metro Court pool, Tracy accuses Drew of attacking Ned, leading to a confrontation. Chase arrives and takes Drew to the police station for questioning. Drew expresses concern about Ned and wants to resolve the incident quickly to avoid complications with the SEC.

In another storyline, Nina suggests leaving Pozzulo’s Restaurant with Sonny, but they receive news that Ned is in the hospital. They head there, where Tracy accuses Drew of trying to kill Ned. The situation escalates until Tracy admits that Ned’s fall was an accident. Later, Olivia pleads with Ned to wake up while Brook Lynn and Chase receive a mysterious text.

In a prison visitation room, Deacon pays a surprise visit to Sheila, expressing regret for not coming sooner. They reminisce about their past connection and Deacon shares that he is focused on his restaurant and doesn’t have time to date. Sheila appreciates their shared memories and is thankful for his visit.

At Spencer, Wyatt tries to convince Liam to find forgiveness for Hope after her kiss with Thomas. Liam feels betrayed and believes the situation is unforgivable, struggling to move on. Wyatt urges Liam to give Hope another chance and not give up on their marriage and family, suggesting that they pretend the kiss never happened. Liam is hesitant but acknowledges the pain he feels.

At Thomas’ place, Hope and Thomas acknowledge their attraction to each other and Thomas expresses his support for her. Hope feels guilty for destroying her marriage and blames herself. Thomas reassures her and promises to be there for her. They share a passionate moment and ultimately have sex, with Hope removing her wedding rings afterward, signifying the end of her marriage to Liam.

At the cliff house, Steffy confides in Finn about Thomas’s reaction to learning about the Rome kiss not being a secret. Finn is surprised that Hope didn’t plan to tell Liam about it and realizes that Thomas had tried to protect Hope. Steffy worries about the impact of the situation on Liam and Hope’s marriage. Steffy and Finn share a heartfelt moment, but Steffy appears worried.

Meanwhile, Wyatt finds Liam upset at Spencer and learns that things didn’t go well between he and Hope. Liam questions whether he can trust Hope after witnessing the kiss and contemplates getting a divorce. Wyatt is taken aback by Liam’s decision and encourages him to think it through. Liam expresses his belief that Hope has feelings for Thomas, which he sees as a betrayal.

At Thomas’s house, Hope confesses to him that Liam wants a divorce after witnessing the kiss. Hope blames herself for pursuing Thomas despite the warnings, and she fears she has destroyed her marriage. Thomas tries to console her and remind her of their past together. Hope reveals her attraction to Thomas and admits that she wants him, while feeling that Liam wants Steffy. They share a passionate kiss.

EJ and Kristen went to see Marlena. They told her they needed her help. Marlena was skeptical about what they wanted. They told her Megan kidnapped them and drugged them to erase their memories. They wanted her to help them so Megan could be punished for what she did. Marlena agreed to help them. She was able to get them to remember what happened. They remembered what Megan tried to erase. Kristen said she was going to the police station. EJ said he wanted to go to the hospital to confront Megan about what she did. Harris was handcuffed to a bed in the hospital. Kate came in to see him. She asked him what went wrong. She figured out that he was brainwashed again. She tried to convince him that he was brainwashed. She said he was a good man. She said he was under Megan’s mind control. He didn’t care what she had to say. He said he had to finish his mission. Later on, Marlena went to see him. He told her he needed her help.

Gwen was waiting in the lobby at the hospital while Dimitri was with Megan. Leo showed up to check on Gwen. He brought her a change of clothes. She said she already went home to change. He told her Dimitri was up to something with his mother. He said she shouldn’t trust Dimitri. She didn’t believe him. She wasn’t worried about his concerns. He said he was going to go back to the DiMera mansion to find evidence. He asked her not to accept Dimitri’s proposal until he was finished. EJ showed up at the hospital and saw Kate. They went to confront Megan. Gabi and Stefan confronted Li at the police station. Li said he was innocent and had nothing to do with what happened. He said he moved on from Gabi. He said Megan was behind the whole thing. Gabi told Stefan that she was going to confront Megan. He said he was going to confront Trask. When Kristen showed up at the police station and ran into Stefan. She told him what she remembered. Stefan told Li what Kristen remembered. Dimitri was by Megan’s side. She woke up. He was happy that she woke up. She realized she was handcuffed to the hospital bed. He said she was arrested for kidnapping EJ and Kristen. She said she had nothing to do with it. She said everything she did was to protect him. He told her about his progress with Gwen. Megan was happy that Gwen was there for him. She said she was happy that he would have his inheritance and a wife who loved him. Gwen showed up. Megan was happy to see her. Dimitri and Gwen went back to her room. She accepted his proposal. Leo was looking in a drawer at the DiMera mansion. Kristen showed up and asked what he was doing. When EJ and Kate went to see Megan, Megan was gone. Gabi was handcuffed to the bed.
