Belle talked to Shawn and Marlena about Jan being the one who set her up. Belle said Jan might have come out of her coma before April 1. She said the doctor said they noticed some improvement in Jan. Marlena said she could have been up to anything. Claire confronted Jan about wanting to marry her father. Jan said they could be family since Belle was going to jail. Claire said Belle wasn’t going to jail. Jan said Belle rid the world of a man like Charlie. She said they may not be friends, but they could be family. Allie and Chanel ran into each other. They knew each other from London. Nicole went to see Rafe so she could talk to him. Shawn asked Belle if she thought Jan woke up and murdered Charlie and snuck back in without anyone noticing her. Belle said she wouldn’t put anything past her. Marlena said it was possible, but she was being monitored 24/7. Belle and Shawn went to talk to Dr. Snyder to see if it was possible. Rafe told Nicole that he knew Ava told her that they kissed and they weren’t a good fit. Nicole said she misunderstood what she meant. She said she didn’t think it was right because she was in the mob and he’s a cop. She tried to explain what she meant. He told her he would find out if he and Ava were a fit because he was taking her out to dinner. Nicole told him she was jealous. Allie told Chanel that she was looking for jobs. Allie said she was turned down. Chanel suggested that they go out for drinks. Belle and Shawn went to see Dr. Snyder to ask if Jan woke up from her coma before April 1^st. Dr. Snyder wanted to know why they were asking him that. Shawn pulled out his badge and said she was involved in a murder. Claire told Jan that Shawn wasn’t going to marry her. Jan said she couldn’t believe she was treating her like that after everything she did for her. Claire wanted to know what she did for her.

Dr. Snyder told Belle and Shawn that it was impossible for Jan to have gotten out of the coma on his watch. Shawn asked if they could look at the security footage. Dr. Snyder said he would need a warrant. Shawn said it would be bad for the hospital if he didn’t help them. Belle said it would look bad legally if he didn’t help them. Shawn said it would be less trouble to let them look at the footage. Jan told Claire that she listened to her when she talked about her issues. She said she stood by her and this was the thanks she got. Claire said they would never be friends. Jan said when she was her “bonus mama,” she would be kinder to her. Nicole told Rafe that she was jealous because of Eric being gone. Rafe said he should be home. Nicole said he was coming home any day now. Allie told Chanel that she had a baby. Chanel was shocked that she had a baby. Chanel wanted to know who was the father. Allie told her he was dead. Dr. Snyder showed Shawn and Belle the security footage of Jan’s room. Dr. Snyder left so they could look at the footage. While they were checking the footage, Belle noticed that Jan was awake before April. Jan told Claire that she cared about her when they met. Claire said she didn’t care about her. She said she used her to get to her father. Jan said she cared about her. Claire told her to stay away from her family. Belle and Shawn told Dr. Snyder that Jan snuck out of her room on Valentine’s Day. Dr. Snyder said Jan had to go to a lot of trouble. Belle said she had to. Dr. Snyder said the hospital wasn’t responsible for Jan’s actions. He told them to show themselves out. Belle wanted to get the footage to the police. Shawn said that was the last thing they should do. She wanted to know why he didn’t want to give Rafe the footage. He said Melinda had her as a suspect. She said they had proof that she was out of the coma. He said it didn’t prove that she killed Charlie. He said they had to get more proof.

Bonnie told Justin about Belle’s arrest. Jan arrived and let them know that she knew about John’s recording. Bonnie was suspicious and wanted to know how she knew about that. Jan said Belle was her enemy so she followed the case to make sure she paid for her crime. Bonnie made fun of her for still having feelings for Shawn. She thought it was funny that her name would be Jan Brady if she married Shawn. Jan said she was the poor man’s version of Adrienne. Bonnie warned her not to underestimate Belle and she walked out. Shawn and Belle went to Marlena’s place and she told them that John was at the station. John was going to be charged with obstruction of justice because of Charlie’s murder. Belle knew was looking out for her and wanted to be there for John as his lawyer. Shawn didn’t think she should do that. Marlena let them know that Justin was representing John. They questioned how the police got the recording in the first place. Marlena told them that Jan showed up that day and probably tipped off Trask. Belle thought Jan set everything up. She thought it would make sense for Jan to kill Charlie. She thought Jan wanted her to go down for her crime. Shawn told her that Jan was in a coma when Charlie was killed.

John was at the police station with Trask. She questioned him about the recording. She played the recording of him saying Belle killed Charlie. She refused to let him treat her the way he did Rafe. She wanted him to make a statement about what he said in the recording. He refused to tell her anything without his lawyer. Justin showed up and told him not to say anything. She told John that Belle had to answer for John’s recording one way or another. Trask left the interrogation room. John let Justin know that he was afraid his recording wouldn’t be thrown out of court. He didn’t want to put his daughter in prison. They were determined to find out who framed Belle for murder. Chanel went to Lani’s place looking for a place to live. Lani wasn’t sure if she should help her. Chanel realized she made a mistake marrying Xander and trying to con her mother. She told Lani that she didn’t have anyone else since her mother hated her and Theo was gone. Lani wouldn’t let her move in, but she was going to help her find a job. Lani suggested she work at the police station. Chanel didn’t want to work with cops. She also suggested she be a nanny. Chanel felt it was too domestic for her. Lani told her that she would be homeless without a job. Chanel begged her for help again. Lani decided to let her stay on the couch until they figured something out.

Sami talked to Kristen about Lucas pretending to have a brain tumor. Abby told Gwen that she didn’t push her down the stairs. Gwen said she did push her down the stairs. She told Abby that she had everything. She called Abby a liar and a murderer. Abby told Chad that she wasn’t lying. He told her to leave the room. Kristen asked Sami how Lucas was going to explain to Chloe why he wasn’t getting sicker. Sami said he would think of something. Chloe told Lucas that she would go with him to see Dr. Dunn tomorrow. Abby told Jack that Gwen lost the baby. She said Gwen was saying it was her fault. Gwen asked Chad if he believed her. She said he thought she was making it up. He said she was upset because she got horrible news. She said it was horrible for her, but not for him.

Rafe and Ava talked about their kiss. He told her he didn’t do it because he lost Hope. He said he did it because he wanted to. He said they could forget about the kiss if she wanted to. She said she didn’t want to forget about it. She said it was the nicest thing that has happened to her in a long time. He said a lot of bad things happened to her so the bar was low. She said it was very nice. She told him that she told Nicole that it happened and she didn’t think it was a good idea. Sami told Kristen that Lucas had a quality that made women want to take care of him. Kristen asked if that was why she slept with him. Lucas called Sami and told her that he had to see the cancer doctor. He said nothing was wrong with him. He wanted to know what he was going to do. Sami said he would think of something. He said he didn’t care if EJ found out they slept together. Sami said it was a good idea. He asked if she was listening to him. He said either way the plan was going to blow up. Abby told Jack that Gwen said she pushed her down the stairs. She said she grabbed her arm, but she didn’t push her. She asked him if she believed her. Gwen told Chad that he could move on with their lives as if nothing happened. He said after what she did, there was no way they could move on. She said he was happy that the baby was dead. He said he didn’t want the baby to die. He said she tricked him into having the baby. He said the baby wasn’t an ideal situation. He said he wouldn’t have wanted what happened to their child to have happened. He said he would have taken care of the baby and loved it. Rafe asked Ava why Nicole would care about them kissing. Ava said Nicole might have thought he was vulnerable because of Hope. She said Nicole probably thought she was taking advantage of him. He said he was the one who took advantage. He wondered why Nicole would care what they did. He told her that what they did was their business. Ava said she shouldn’t have said anything to her. Chad told Gwen that he didn’t want her to be alone. He asked her if she wanted him to call someone. She said there was no one. She said it was her own fault. She said she didn’t forget what she did to him and Abby. She thought the baby could help her change. He told her that she would have been a good mother. She said she wouldn’t know now because of Abby. Abby wanted Jack to tell her that he believed that she wouldn’t push a pregnant woman down the stairs. She said he believed Gwen when she said she didn’t kill Laura. Abby said he knew her all her life. She wanted him to tell her that he believed her. Abby told Chad that he knew she didn’t push Gwen. He said he believed her. He asked her why she was fighting with Gwen on top of the stairs. Abby asked if he was saying that it was her fault.

Jake talked to Ben about Kate breaking up with him. Roman talked to “Kate” about getting back together since she broke up with Jake. Jack and Chad saw Gwen fall down the stairs. Jack checked on Gwen while Chad called for help. Kristen went back to the DiMera mansion to check on Kate. Marlena told Sami that the police had a witness for Charlie’s murder. Sami wanted to know who the witness was. Marlena said it was John. Sami was upset that John didn’t say anything about what he saw when she was arrested. Marlena said he just remembered what he saw. Marlena said they weren’t going to say anything at first. She said Rafe had a recording of John’s confession. Sami wanted to know how he got that. Marlena said from him. Roman told Philip and Gabi what happened between Jake and “Kate.” Jake told Ben that Kate was always jealous of him and Gabi even though he told her that he loved her. Jake told him Philip said Gabi was still in love with him. Ben asked him why he cared about Gabi dating Philip if he was over her. Ben said Kate was right to be upset that Jake wasn’t over Gabi. When they were at the hospital, Abby told Chad not to look at her like she was a horrible person. He said he wasn’t. He told her he needed to know what happened. Jack told Gwen that she was going to be okay. He said he was terrified when he saw her fall. She asked if he saw it. He said he was relieved that she was all right. He said he hoped the baby was too. She thought about the doctor telling her she lost the baby. Abby told Chad that she and Gwen got into an argument about moving in with Jack. Chad said she told him she was going to get over it. Abby said that was before she conned Jack into moving in with him. Dr. Snyder came in Gwen’s room and wondered why she was there. Jack said she fell down the stairs. Dr. Snyder said it didn’t say that in the report. Jack said they were worried about the baby. He wanted the doctor to examine her.

Dr. Snyder told Jack he had to examine Gwen alone. Chad wanted to know how Gwen fell down the stairs. Abby told him how she fell. Jack showed up. Chad asked how the baby was. Jack said he didn’t know. Dr. Snyder told Gwen that he was getting a CT scan for her. He said she didn’t get a chance to tell her father that she lost the baby. He wanted to know if she wanted him to tell her father. She thought about the way Abby treated her before the fall. She said she didn’t want him to tell anyone. Philip confronted Gabi about going after Jake. Jake told Philip that he still had feelings for Kate. He told Jake that he had to move on. Ben told Jake that Ciara left town with Theo. He told him to decide which woman he wanted. Kate asked Kristen if she talked to Jake. Kristen told her that Jake acted as if he couldn’t care less when she told him she was breaking up with him. She said she didn’t think anyone was going to look for her. She said Kate wouldn’t be missed. Marlena told Sami that Rafe played the recording of John saying he saw Belle shoot Charlie. Sami asked if John saw Belle shoot Charlie. Marlena said John saw her from behind. Sami apologized for not being there for her since Belle was arrested. Jake went to the DiMera mansion to look for Kate. Gabi came out. Jake said he wasn’t going back to her. He asked her what she said to get Kate to break up with him. Gwen told Dr. Snyder not to tell her family. She said she would do it. He said she needed the support from her family. She said she would get the support, but she would do it her way. Dr. Snyder told Chad, Jack and Abby about her injuries. Chad asked about the baby. Dr. Snyder said Gwen didn’t want to say anything. Chad went to see Gwen. He asked her about the baby. She said the doctor said it was a girl. She said she lost the baby. Kate told Kristen that Jake wouldn’t be convinced that she wanted to break up with him. Kristen didn’t think Jake would take long to move on with Gabi. Abby talked to Jack about Gwen moving in with him. Abby tried to convince him that Gwen was trying to con him. Gwen wanted Chad to say something. He asked if she lost the baby. She said she wasn’t pregnant anymore.

Kristen was dressed as Kate and went to the pub. Jake saw her there and wanted to know why she didn’t show up for their trip. She told him that they had to break up. He assumed she wanted to end things with him because he admitted to be jealous of Gabi and Philip. She said she wasn’t going to wait to be dumped by him. She explained that their age differences were a factor. “Kate” told him that she was going to quit and move out of the mansion. He refused to accept that and tried to stop her from going. Roman interrupted them to stop their fight. He was determined to find out what happened. Jake walked off so he told “Kate” they could get back together. He wondered if she considered getting back together with him. Chad was happy that Abby was willing to work on their marriage. She told him that Gabi was the one who convinced her to make her marriage work. Chad was surprised that she talked to Gabi. Abby didn’t have anyone else to talk to so she wanted to talk to someone who hated Gwen as much as she did. Abby wasn’t able to forget that he was having a child with Gwen. Jack arrived at the DiMera mansion to talk to Chad and Abby about Gwen. He told them how Gwen was going to move in with her. Abby didn’t think Jack cared how she felt. She walked out of the room. Chad thought it was good that Jack convinced Gwen to stay in town. He said Gwen and the baby would be taken care of for life. Chad didn’t think Abby could take much more before she snapped.

Gwen talked to Dr. Snyder about her baby. He gave her an ultrasound. He let her know that there was no heartbeat. He told her that she miscarried. He told her not to blame herself for what happened. He said that it happens all of the time. She wanted to be alone. She asked the doctor whether she was having a boy or a girl. The doctor told her that she would have had a girl. Ben told Claire he didn’t go through with kidnapping Ciara. He decided to let her go. Claire hugged him and he started crying. She knew Ciara would get her memory back and would come back to her. He didn’t know what to do anymore. He said Ciara was his life and he didn’t know what to do anymore. Gwen arrived at the DiMera mansion looking for Chad. She ran into Abby and she was upset with her. She told her that she would be a terrible mother. Gwen was upset that she insulted her and slapped Abby. They walked towards the steps and kept arguing. Abby grabbed Gwen’s arm and told her that she wanted her and the baby to get out of her life. Jack and Chad heard them yelling and went into the hallway. They arrived and saw Gwen fall down the stairs.

Philip told Gabi that there was something between them, but she wasn’t over her ex. Abby interrupted them so she could take Gabi to lunch. Jack introduced Steve to Gwen. Steve didn’t welcome her. He told her she needed to treat Abby the way she deserved to be treated. When Steve left, Jack asked Gwen what Kayla said. Gwen said she was pregnant. She said she was keeping Chad’s baby. Jake went to Chad to ask him if he heard from Kate. Kristen went to check on Kate. She told Kate that she was going away alone. Kristen said Kate got a text from Jake. Kristen responded to the text. She told Kate she was going to get rid of her. Kate wanted to know why she was going to all of that trouble to get rid of her. Chad told Jake that Gwen was pregnant. Abby told Gabi that she needed to talk to someone. Abby told her Gwen was pregnant and she wanted to keep the baby. Jack was surprised that Gwen wanted to keep her baby. He said it was going to make it difficult for her and Abby to have a good relationship. Gwen said her keeping the baby had nothing to do with Chad and Abby. Chad told Jake that Gwen was definitely pregnant with his child. Jake wondered how Abby was dealing with it. Chad said she was having a hard time. Gwen told Jack that she was keeping the baby because of the way she was raised. He told her he felt guilty about what happened to her. She told him not to feel guilty. Gabi told Abby she felt bad for her. Abby asked if she would help her out. Gabi didn’t know what to do. Abby said Gwen wouldn’t have an abortion. She said she didn’t know how to move on with her life. Gabi told her she didn’t know the answer to that or she would be able to move on from Jake.

Gwen told Jack that she talked to Chad about keeping the baby. Jack asked about Abby. She said she tried to tell Abby how she felt, but she didn’t want to listen to her. She told him that she was going to leave Salem to raise the baby. Chad told Jake that Gwen didn’t want him to be a part of the baby’s life. He said he couldn’t turn his back on the baby. Gabi told Abby what happened when she tried to sleep with Philip. Kristen told Kate that she made it clear that she wasn’t going to give up Jake. She said she would have to take care of the problem. Jake told Chad that Abby’s love for him could withstand a lot. Jake said she understood that he slept with Gwen. He said she would understand the baby. He said he had to find Kate. Lucas and Sami were on the phone talking about him lying to Chloe about his brain tumor. Chloe walked in on him while he was talking. He got off the phone. He wanted to know how much she heard. She said she heard enough and wanted him to tell her the truth. Jan went to see Shawn at the police station. She asked if he was working on Belle’s coat. She told him that she pointed out that Belle’s button was missing. She said Belle didn’t notice. She said Belle killed Charlie. Shawn said she didn’t kill Charlie and he was going to prove that she didn’t. He said Melinda needed to drop the charges against her. Melinda said she wasn’t going to drop the charges. Belle told John and Marlena that Sami was the one who killed Charlie. Belle said Sami hated her enough to frame her. Marlena said Sami didn’t hate her. Belle said Sami did hate her. Sami came out and wanted to know what they were talking about. Belle told her that she framed her. When Theo and Ciara were about to leave the hospital, Ben showed up. Chloe said she didn’t understand why Lucas told Sami that he was sick when he didn’t want anyone else to know. He said he wanted to tell Sami. Chloe said he should see her doctor. He said he would think about it. She said she made him an appointment. She said the doctor was waiting for them. Sami told Belle that she didn’t kill Charlie. Melinda and Shawn argued over whether or not Belle killed Charlie. He wanted him off the case. He said he was still going to prove that Belle didn’t do it. When he walked away, Melinda said there was evidence out there and she was going to find it. Nicole went to see Rafe and Ava to talk about Belle’s button being at Charlie’s place. While they were talking, Rafe got a message from Trask. He said he had to go. Ava told Nicole that Rafe kissed her. Ava told Rafe what made him kiss her. Nicole said he shouldn’t have done that. When Rafe showed up at the station, Melinda told him she wanted Shawn off the case. He told her she didn’t have any evidence He said he was going to the crime scene to prove that Belle didn’t kill Charlie. When Rafe left, Jan told Melinda that she would help her get Belle. Belle continued to accuse Sami of framing her. Marlena said Sami couldn’t have killed Charlie because she was on a plane. Sami said she wouldn’t have framed Belle. Sami left to fix another problem. Chloe tried to convince Lucas to go to the doctor. Ben told Ciara he wanted to give her something. She said she didn’t want anything from him. He gave her the engagement ring. She said she didn’t want it. She said she didn’t want anything to remind her that she was insane enough to be in love with him. He said to take it for her father.

Ava wanted to know if Nicole was mad at her. Nicole said Rafe wasn’t the tough guy he wanted people to think he was. Ava said she and Rafe were getting closer. She said he let her stay because they enjoyed each other’s company. Nicole didn’t think he was interested in her. Belle told John and Marlena that she hated that Sami was right. She said if he thought she was the one in the coat the police were going to think it. John said they were going to figure out who framed her. Marlena thought they should keep the information to themselves until the killer was found. Jan told Melinda that she needed to hear what she had to say. She told Melinda that she was in a coma. She said she went to see Marlena and heard John say he saw Belle kill Charlie. Melinda said she heard about the things Jan did and didn’t believe her. Jan said the conversation was recorded. Lucas told Chloe that he couldn’t go to the doctor with her. He said the only reason he said anything was because of Sami. Sami came in and asked if the tumor was affecting his behavior. Chloe told Sami that she wanted to help Lucas. Sami told him she would kill him if he told her the truth. Melinda told Jan it was convenient that she had the recording. Jan said she had the recording. Melinda wanted to get her statement. Jan said John would try to kill her if he knew she made a statement. Melinda said she might not need her statement. Shawn went to John and Marlena’s place to tell them that Melinda took him off the case. Nicole told Ava that she and Rafe have been friends. Nicole said she wanted him to be happy. Ava thought Nicole didn’t she was good enough for him. Ben wanted Ciara to take the washer as a reminder of Bo. John told Shawn that he remembered Belle killing Charlie while he was hypnotized. Shawn told Belle that he didn’t have to report what he heard because he was off the case. Rafe told Melinda that there was no evidence against Belle. Melinda told him there was new evidence. Nicole told Ava that she and Rafe were from two different worlds. Ava said she knew that when she moved in with him. Nicole said it was because Charlie was after her. Theo said it was her choice and he wasn’t talking her out of it. Ben told him to give him a few days to wrap his head around it. He asked Theo to give him a few days. Shawn told Ciara that he found Hope in Morocco. He said she was happy about Ciara being home. He said she was going to be in Salem tomorrow. John was upset that he remembered Belle killing Charlie. Marlena said he remembered a few details. He said he saw her kill Charlie. Belle told Claire that she didn’t kill Charlie. Claire asked how a button from her coat got there. Jan ran into Nicole. She said no one was going to change her mind. Ben told Claire that Theo and Ciara were leaving. He said he had to stop them. Claire wanted to know what he was going to do. Jan told Nicole that she would have been willing to kill Charlie herself. She said she didn’t because she was in a coma. Belle was upset that John said he saw her kill Charlie. She asked why he didn’t say anything sooner. John said he didn’t remember then. He told her what happened the night he went to Charlie’s place. He said he blacked out and couldn’t account for what happened. He said he heard the shooting. He said he convinced Marlena to hypnotize him. He told her he saw Belle with the gun. He said she was wearing the red coat. Belle said she wasn’t there. She said she was telling the truth. Shawn told Ciara that she didn’t have to leave today. He said to see Hope. Ciara said she didn’t want to be in Salem. She said to tell Hope to meet her South Africa. She didn’t want Ben harassing her again. Shawn said he only showed her mementos. She said Ben tried to stab her with a needle. She asked if he understood why she didn’t want to be around Ben. Shawn asked if she could stay a few more days. Ben told Claire that he was going to kidnap Ciara. Claire told him he wasn’t thinking clearly. He said he was going to take her to the cabin and make her remember him. He said Ciara loved him. Jake caught Kristen in the DiMera mansion. He said he knew who she was. He said she was Susan. He wanted to know why she was in the house. She said she had a premonition about him with Gabi. Gabi told Philip that she wanted to have sex with him. Chanel told Paulina that Xander was going to give her half of what she was going to give him. Paulina said she was trying to scam her. Chanel said she married Xander so he could be her meal ticket. Paulina decided to rip up the check. Chanel wanted to know what she was doing. She said she was going to be stuck with Xander. Paulina told her that she made her bed so she had to lie in it. Chanel told Xander that it was his fault that they didn’t get the money. Xander said it wasn’t his fault. They ended up arguing with each other. She told him she wanted a divorce. Theo talked to Abe about leaving with Ciara. Theo said Ciara was scared of Ben so they were leaving. Abe said he was afraid of him getting hurt. Theo said he knew what he was doing.

Kristen told Jake that her premonitions were never wrong. She said Gabi was in his arms. Jake said he used to be with Gabi. He said he was with Kate now. He noticed something on the floor. Xander told Chanel that she could have her divorce. He told her to give her the ring back. She said he told her to keep it. She said she would sell it if she were him. She gave him the ring back. Paulina ran into Abe and told him that Xander and Chanel were trying to scam her for $10 million. She said she was leaving Salem. Jake ended up seeing a glass on the floor. Xander met with Chanel at Julie’s Place. They were excited about the big pay day they were getting from her mother. Paulina showed up and wanted to know how much he wanted. He said he wanted ten million dollars. She laughed in his face. She didn’t want him with her daughter, but she couldn’t afford it. Xander didn’t believe her. Chanel asked her to give him the money so she could end her marriage. Paulina told her it wasn’t her fault she ended up with him and not a rich man. He tried to negotiate with Paulina. Chanel pleaded with her to let get out of her marriage. Xander agreed to lower his price to one million dollars. Paulina finally agreed to write him a check. He noticed the check wasn’t the million he wanted. She told him that he didn’t deserve what she gave him. He had to take it or leave it. He agreed to take it. Chanel didn’t understand what he did accepting one hundred thousand dollars. She said they had to split that in half. Paulina wanted to know what she meant.

Kristen went to warn Kate that she had a premonition about her being in danger. She said she had to get out of town. Kate said she was already leaving town with Jake. She said that Kate shouldn’t go with him because he was after her. She told him to get far away from Jake. Kate wanted her to leave. She warned Kate again, but her real voice slipped out. Kate noticed and snatched her wig off. She admitted she was there to break up her relationship with Jake. She had to do it for Vivian. Kate wanted Kristen to get out so she could be with Jake. Kristen knocked her out. Jake showed up and wanted to know who Susan was. She looked at Kate’s lifeless body on the floor. Lucas went to see Chloe. He noticed she was upset and he thought Brady was the reason why she was mad. She admitted she had feelings for Brady. She knew he was committed to Kristen. Lucas told her that she was too good of a person to waste time on Brady. He thought she should focus on someone who wanted him. Chloe wondered if he was talking about himself. Lucas wondered what would have happened if he didn’t leave to take care of Allie. Chloe was surprised to hear what he had to say. He lied to her and said he had a brain tumor. He asked her not to say anything about it to anyone. He said he didn’t want to die without love. She told him that she had feelings for Brady. She said she couldn’t turn her feelings off like that. She said she would support him any way she could.

Brady wanted “Susan” to watch Rachel while he went to see Vivian. She wanted to know why he wanted to see her. He said Vivian had something to tell him. She told him that she couldn’t watch Rachel because she had something to do. Chloe saw Brady and wanted to let him know she was willing to quit. She didn’t want to make things uncomfortable. She apologized for misreading his signals. He let her know that he did have feelings for her. He wanted to deny them, but the feelings were getting stronger. She wanted to know if he wanted to be with her. He let her know that he couldn’t forget about what he had with Kristen. She understood but she felt like she should quit. Brady didn’t want her to do that and said he would work at the office.

Kristen went to see Vivian at the prison. Vivian told her that she was going to tell Brady the truth because she didn’t break up Jake and Kate’s relationship. Kristen wanted more time to make the plan work. She warned Vivian not to threaten her because she took care of the last person who threatened to expose her. Kristen left the prison so Vivian called Brady to cancel the appointment. Lucas told Sami that he wouldn’t help her with her plan. She reminded him that he owed her. She asked him to help save her marriage. He didn’t want to hurt Chloe. Sami said that he would be helping Kristen stay away from her. They went back and forth until Lucas changed his mind. He let her know that he didn’t approved of pretending to have feelings for Chloe. She didn’t see why he had to pretend since he had feelings for her before. Claire wanted to talk to Theo about Ciara. She wanted him to give her space to remember Ben. He told her that wouldn’t happen because she was leaving with him. Claire told him that she would eventually remember her life with Ben and he would get hurt. Theo knew it was a chance, but they were living for the day. He told her that he was leaving soon and wanted to say goodbye. She warned him that he was making a mistake, but he said it was his mistake to make. Ciara told Ben that she was leaving town with Theo. She didn’t want to be where people expected her to remember someone she didn’t. He understood but wanted to know why she was going with Theo. She said she liked being around him and he made her feel safe. She told him that Theo didn’t kill anyone. She admitted that she and Theo were more than friends. Ben told her they were married. Ciara let him know they weren’t together yet, but they wanted to see how things go. She told him that she was going away with Theo anyway. Ben started crying and agreed to give her space. He begged her not to leave Salem.
