Ava had a dream that Harris arrested her. He showed up to give her a Christmas gift he bought for her before they broke up. She appreciated the necklace, but Harris shouldn’t have wasted money. He put the necklace on her. She told him they couldn’t do this. He didn’t understand why she pushed him away. She lied and blamed it on his wandering eye. He let her know he only wanted to be with her. She said he was busy with work and asked about the drug ring. He said he wouldn’t stop until the person responsible paid for what they did. She gave him back the necklace, but he told her to keep it. He said he wasn’t giving up without a fight. At the hospital, Chanel tried to stop Paulina from leaving. Kayla came into the room. Paulina told Kayla about her symptoms. Chanel said Paulina had a lump on her neck. Paulina asked if it was cancer. Kayla told her she had a thyroid nodule. She told Paulina the vast majority of nodules were benign. Paulina was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. The treatment required a daily thyroid hormone pill. Kayla scheduled blood work and gave Paulina a referral for a biopsy. Chanel thanked Kayla for her help. Kayla asked her to read The Christmas Story, but Paulina offered to read the story. Eric and Sloan spent time together. They thought it was the best Christmas ever. Things got worse when Eric wanted to put Jude in the outfit Nicole bought for him. Sloan wanted to keep Nicole away from Jude from now on. Eric wanted to take Jude out. When Eric and Jude left, Leo showed up. on

Nicole and EJ returned home from their trip. She felt guilty about not spending time with Holly on her birthday. EJ reassured her that Holly understood. She left to check on Holly. Stefan showed up and told EJ he was at the prison infirmary with Gabi. He said Gabi’s injury was a message from Clyde. Clyde wanted him to run the drug business. Stefan told EJ what was going on with Ava and the drug business. He asked EJ for his help. EJ wanted to help bring Clyde down but didn’t want Nicole subjected to more than what she was going through. Since he’s the D.A. now, he couldn’t and wouldn’t help him. EJ warned him about getting in trouble. He said on the bright side, Stefan could end up in prison next to Gabi. EJ walked away from him. Holly checked her phone and was relieved she didn’t send Johnny the text declaring her love for him. She was horrified that she called him. Nicole came into her room and apologized for missing her birthday. She smelled alcohol on Holly. Nicole asked if Holly was drinking. Holly said she had scotch because she was bored and sad over the baby and Johnny. Holly didn’t want to talk about it. Nicole let her know she loved her and suggested they get some air. While they were out, Holly confessed to liking Johnny. She said she couldn’t remember if she confessed her feelings to Johnny. Nicole reminded her that Johnny saw her as a little sister. Holly said she knew, but she loved him. Nicole told her it was infatuation, not love. When Nicole spotted Eric and Jude, she pulled Holly away. Eric stopped them from leaving. He wished Holly a happy birthday and Merry Christmas. Nicole apologized to him. He said he knew she wouldn’t hurt the baby. She let him know about her therapy sessions with Marlena. He was happy to hear it. Nicole told him about Holly’s drinking. Although he didn’t accept her drinking, he suggested getting something to eat. Sloan didn’t like the smell of Leo. He said it was from being at a shelter, which was changing thanks to her. He said she was placing a roof over his head to keep his mouth shut about Jude. She told him she could barely afford her apartment and was supporting a child. Leo didn’t believe her and said she was setting him up at the Salem Inn if she wanted to keep her son.

Stefan and Ava talked about Gabi being in prison. Gabi knows what Stefan and Ava are doing for Clyde and planned on watching her back in prison. He wanted to get her out of prison as soon as possible. Stefan admitted that he went to EJ to get help with Clyde. Ava didn’t like how he talked to EJ about private information. She thought he could expose what they were doing. He let her know that EJ turned him down. Stefan knew that it wouldn’t be a good idea to upset Clyde. He didn’t think she should have broken up with Harris because she could have found out what the police knew about them. Ava did it to protect him from getting involved in their situation. They were about to move their product when Harris arrived. He wanted to know what they were doing. The Kiriakis family gathered at the mansion for Christmas. Alex didn’t want to join them, but he did it for Victor. Maggie was glad he came since it was the first Christmas without Victor. She talked to everyone about being a family and putting things behind them. Maggie gave Alex a gift. She gave him Victor’s watch. Alex was moved by her gift. Justin looked on with an awkwardness. The Kiriakises were on a video call with Sonny, Will, and Arianna. Maggie said that Hope called. She told her there was no change in Bo’s condition. He didn’t know that Victor died.

Konstantin arrived at the mansion. He had a gift for Maggie. He wanted her to know that he was leaving town that night. She invited him to stay for dinner. Justin wanted to make a toast to Victor. Maggie wanted Konstantin to start. He started and complimented Sarah and Xander’s daughter. Xander was glad that Konstantin was leaving. Theresa met Konstantin in the hallway. He told her that he planned to continue pursuing Maggie and staying at the mansion. Theresa begged him to leave. He pretended to hurt his foot. Maggie and Alex argued about the way the company was being ran. Xander took Maggie’s side. He offered to go back to Titan to oversee things. Xander and Alex started arguing. Konstantin told everyone that he fell down the stairs. They helped him sit down. Sarah checked his ankle. She noticed it was swollen but it wasn’t broken. Sarah told him to get an X-ray in the morning and postpone his flight. He pretended to protest the decision, but Maggie assured him that Henderson would take care of his luggage. She told him that he could get the X-ray in the morning. After everyone left, Maggie told Konstantin that she hoped for a good Christmas. He told her that she tried her best to make it a good day.

Julie and Doug reminisced about him getting his ornament on the Horton Christmas tree. There was a flashback of Doug being welcomed into the family by Tom and Alice. Chad brought the kids to the house. They weren’t able to match Julie’s good mood. The kids went upstairs. Chad told her the kids miss Abby and Stephanie. Theresa had gifts for Tate since he was going to be celebrating with both of his families. He told her that he wasn’t going to the Kiriakis mansion because he volunteered to work at the pub. She said she wasn’t going there either even though Alex invited her. Brady thought it was convenient that she started dating him after he inherited the Kiriakis fortune. Sarah and Xander arrived at the Horton house. Maggie and Konstantin showed up after them. Everyone was surprised to see her with him. Doug told Julie that Konstantin reminded him of himself when he was younger. Sarah told Maggie that she noticed how happy she seemed compared to earlier. Xander wasn’t sure whether to thank Konstantin for saving his daughter. Julie advised Chad to let the kids tell Stephanie goodbye. He called Stephanie and asked for a favor.

Tate didn’t want to keep hearing his parents argue. Brady wanted to spend the holiday as a family. Chad thanked Stephanie for coming over. He apologized for the way he handled things concerning their breakup. Sarah told Xander that she noticed how happy her mother was. He said she was forgiving. Xander looked at Konstantin talking to Maggie. He didn’t seem to like it. Xander thought she was too forgiving. Sarah believed her mother could take care of herself against Konstantin. Julie and Doug warned Konstantin not to hurt Maggie. Maggie thought about bringing Victor to the Horton’s house for Christmas. She thought he would be happy to know she was there with him. Everett arrived for the celebration since Doug invited him. Julie couldn’t believe Doug invited him to their celebration. He didn’t realize Everett was Stephanie’s ex. Stephanie and Chad were with the kids when Everett approached them. He hoped it was okay he was there. Chad said it was fine. Xander felt out of place at the party, but Sarah assured him that he belonged there. Julie started the hanging of the ornaments tradition. Everyone put their ornaments on the tree.

Alex and Xander ran into each other at the pub. Xander made fun of Alex for Bella not doing well. He said Alex shouldn’t have put Theresa in charge. While defending Theresa, Alex wondered why he would take advice from the person his father hired to mow the lawn. Xander tried to make peace by suggesting they break bread at Maggie’s Christmas gathering. Alex said they would break more than bread if he kept starting with him. Konstantin was upset about Theresa thinking she could walk away without consequences. He decided to call her. When Theresa’s phone rang, she saw Konstantin’s name. She ignored the call and hugged Andrew. Andrew told her Shane gave him Victor’s case. He said he saw Theresa’s face in one of the enhanced pictures. Theresa lied about Konstantin wanting to impress Maggie. She said he came up with the save the baby idea. Theresa said she wanted to help because Maggie was lonely. Andrew believed her because it sounded like something she would do. He said it made her an accomplice to kidnapping. Konstantin showed up and overheard Maggie talking to Sarah about Victor. Maggie told Sarah how sad she was. Sarah asked if Konstantin moving out made her feel lonely. Maggie said he had nothing to do with it. It was time for him to go because he put her family at risk. Sarah said she didn’t want her unhappy.

Jada complained to Rafe about not solving the Victoria kidnapping before Christmas. Rafe reminded her that Victoria was at home. He wanted her to let him know if she was moving in with him. Jada told him about Stephanie breaking up with Chad. It reminded Jada of her marriage breaking up. She said she moved too fast with Bobby. Jada didn’t know Bobby as well as she thought she did. They started to resent each other. They haven’t seen or heard from each other since then. She said running into Eric was another reminder that she moved too fast. When Sarah and Maggie finished talking, Maggie ran into Alex. Konstantin continued to listen to her conversation. Maggie told Alex how upset she was that Bella outweighed the ad revenues. Alex said it was a one time start up cost. She ripped into him for putting money in a dying commodity and for putting Theresa in charge. Theresa apologized to Andrew and wanted to know what he was going to do. He said he would tell John and Steve he couldn’t enhance the kidnapper’s face. She felt relieved. He told her what she was going to do. Jada told Rafe she wanted to take things slowly and do the right thing. He thought he could have avoided some of his pain if he did the same thing. Rafe wanted her to set the pace for them. He said he loved her and wanted her to let him know when she was ready. Alex told Maggie it would be better if he and Theresa didn’t show for Christmas given the way Maggie felt about him. Maggie tried to convince him to come. She said Justin missed him. Alex didn’t want anyone to have a bad time so he declined. Andrew warned Theresa to do the right thing and stay away from Konstantin. He told her he wasn’t covering up for her anymore.

Holly hinted to Johnny that it was her birthday. He felt bad because he was going to spend the night with Chanel. She informed him that she would celebrate with her mother. He asked her about Tate. Holly informed him that she and Tate were done. John and Steve talked about the ISA not being able to recognize the person who kidnapped Victoria. John was happy that Maggie kicked Konstantin out of the mansion and he’s on his way out of town. They went into the pub to meet Marlena and Kayla. They were thankful to be together. John and Steve reminisced about when they first met. Chanel noticed something was wrong with Paulina. She thought she was sleeping a lot lately. Paulina blamed it on her job. She brought her hand to her throat and coughed. Chanel gave her a glass of water, but she couldn’t drink it. She was worried because Paulina couldn’t swallow the water. She noticed the lump on Paulina’s neck. Paulina insisted that it was nothing. Chanel told her that she was going to the hospital. Johnny had a cake delivered for Holly’s birthday. She informed him that she reached the age of consent in their state. Johnny didn’t want to know how she found out. Chanel called him to let him know that her mother was in the hospital. He apologized to Holly and had to leave.

At the hospital, Paulina gave someone orders on the phone. Chanel wanted her to stop working so much. Johnny arrived at the hospital and found them. He wanted to know how he could help. Paulina assured him that she didn’t need any help. He didn’t agree with her and walked off. Johnny returned and there was an exam room ready for her. Chanel thanked him for his help. Holly poured herself a drink. She didn’t like it at first, but she started enjoying it. She wrote a drunk text expressing her love for Johnny. Holly realized that she couldn’t send it because it would ruin everything with Johnny. If he loved her, he wouldn’t have left her on her birthday. She realized that he didn’t care about her. No one cared about her. Johnny tried to comfort Chanel as they waited for Paulina to get examined. She was grateful he was there with her. Johnny got a call from Holly. She yelled at him for leaving her to hold Chanel’s hand. After he got off the phone with her, Chanel told him to check on Holly. John talked to Marlena, Steve, and Kayla about his past. Steve and John discussed working for Victor. John couldn’t stand him, but he ended up being his father-in-law. He realized that Victor knew his secrets and they went to the grave with him. John was thankful his past remained in the grave. Steve seemed concerned about that. Roman told them about Julie’s call. She was having unexpected guests and needed pies. Roman mentioned that Konstantin was one of her guests. Steve got upset at the mention of his name. John admitted to Marlena that talking about his past got to him.

Theresa was shopping when Konstantine called her. She let him know that she couldn’t work with him anymore. Theresa wanted him to lose her number. Brady approached her, but he didn’t hear her phone call with Konstantine. They ended up arguing over Tate and Brady’s personal life. Stefan told Ava that Gabi was in the infirmary. Someone broke her leg in jail. Stefan felt it was a message from Clyde. Stefan felt they needed to step with their plan to take Clyde down. He thought Clyde found out about the returned shipment. She said it wasn’t their fault. The buyer was sent to jail before the shipment arrived and the warehouse was shut down. They got the shipment back before the police found it so Clyde should be happy. Stefan told her that he wasn’t happy since it cost him money. He felt that Ava dating a cop wasn’t helping their situation. He thought they could use him as an insider. She didn’t want to do that. Harris walked into the Bistro and Stefan left them alone. Harris told her about kissing Stephanie. He told her that it didn’t mean anything. Harris thought it was wrong to keep it from her. Hopefully she would accept his apology. Ava told him that she couldn’t do it. Paulina woke up to find Abe at her place. He noticed that she wasn’t acting like herself. Abe wondered if she was okay. She felt better now that he was there. Paulina told him about having trouble with her speech. She wanted his help writing it.

Chad ran into Stefan at the pub. He noticed Stefan’s mood and tried talking to him about it. Stefan was upset about Gabi getting her leg broken in prison. Chad tried to help, but he didn’t want him involved. Stefan said no talking would change the fact that Gabi was hurt because of Clyde. Chad demanded to know if Clyde Weston was the one who hurt Gabi. Stefan wanted him to leave it alone. Chad reminded him that he killed his wife. Brady and Theresa saw each other at Basic Black. He was concerned about her attitude when he saw her on the phone. She told him that she was fine. Theresa hoped he was good too because she’s concerned about him. She cherished the moments they had together. He cherished the moments too. She walked out the room. Brady wasn’t sure he believed her. Ava told Harris that she needed to focus on the restaurant. She also wanted to protect herself from him. Harris kissing Stephanie made her feel uncomfortable. She had the feeling before, but she ignored it. He assured her that the kiss didn’t mean anything. Ava felt like the kiss was a deal breaker. She wanted him to leave. He walked out the restaurant. She held back tears. Stefan returned to the Bistro and noticed Ava’s reaction. She told him that she broke up with Harris. Ava couldn’t risk Harris finding out what they were doing. Chad was at the Square and looked at Tom and Alice’s plaque. He knew they couldn’t accept him at first, but they knew how much he loved Abby. Chad vowed to make Chad pay for what he did to Abby.

EJ found Nicole in the tunnels with the baby. Nicole apologized to him. He reminded her that she accepted the fact the wasn’t theirs. Nicole told him that she saw the baby alone because Sloan left him there. She wanted to save him from a life with Sloan. EJ felt they should take the baby back to his parents. She didn’t want to take him back. Nicole wanted him to use his money to hide him. He reminded her about the pain of losing a child. They couldn’t keep Jude from his parents. EJ and Nicole decided to do the right thing and give Jude back to his parents. Harris told Eric and Sloan there was a lead about Jude. He received a tip about who took the baby. Sloan wanted to tell Eric something important, but they were interrupted. Harris explained that a witness saw someone in a hoodie push the stroller away. Rafe arrived and wondered how Nicole and the baby were missing at the same time and it is not connected. Eric remembered what happened when Sarah baby was kidnapped. The person wore a black hoodie. They couldn’t tell if the person was a man or a woman. He wondered if the person who took Jude was the same person who took Victoria. EJ and Nicole arrived at the station with the baby. They wanted to explain privately. Eric and Sloan left to tell Roman and Marlena the baby was found.

Chad went to see Stephanie. He apologized for jumping to the wrong conclusion about Alex. She accepted his apology. Chad officially ended their relationship. He didn’t want to end things, but he realized he messed up. Chad knew Stephanie wanted a bigger commitment than he wanted to make. Stephanie agreed that it’s better for them to end their relationship. He knew it would be hard for the kids. Chad promised to earn her trust again. For now, it was better for them to go their separate ways. He wanted to resign, but she thought they could work together. Chad thought it would be too hard. He let her know that rehired Everett. Harris texted Stephanie so they could meet.  Rafe interrogated Nicole about what happened. She admitted that she took Jude. Nicole didn’t think Sloan deserved to be a mother. She saw Sloan leave Jude alone and thought it was the right thing to do to take him. Sloan and Eric walked in the interrogation room. Nicole admitted that she didn’t find the baby. She took him. Sloan got angry and Nicole apologized. She wanted Nicole to go to prison. Sloan wanted to call the state attorney, but EJ wouldn’t allow it. Eric wanted to go home. He wanted Sloan to show compassion and be thankful their son was returned. Eric felt like Nicole would get help and be healed. Rafe let Nicole know that he had to arrest her. He was about to read her rights when Sloan walked in the room. She told Rafe it wouldn’t be necessary. Harris and Stephanie met at the park. They discussed what happened when they got drunk. He told her they kissed each other, but nothing else happened. She was relieved that nothing else happened. He wanted to tell Ava the truth. She wanted him to leave her name out of it. Stephanie told him Ava used to be a mafia princess who tried to kill her mother. She didn’t want her to do anything to her. Harris believed she would understand once he explained what happened. Sloan said she told her to babysit Jude. Rafe understood what she was trying to do, but he felt like Nicole needed help. Nicole agreed to get help. EJ left to talk to Nicole. Sloan threatened Nicole. She told her to stay away from her baby.

Sarah talked to Marlena about Xander. She told Marlena that she was afraid of making a mistake with Xander. Although she and Xander make great co-parents, she’s concerned about her daughter. She didn’t want to make the same mistake again. Marlena suggested she stay in the moment and enjoy watching Victoria grow up. John and Xander ran into each other at the hospital. Xander asked John for advice since he and Marlena had a successful marriage. John told him he wasn’t a good person, but he believed people had the ability to change. He encouraged Xander to change for his daughter. When Sarah showed up, Xander suggested he walk her and Victoria home. She agreed to do it. Johnny and Holly spent time together. While they were talking, Tate sent her a text asking if they were going out. She let him know she had other plans. Holly asked Johnny if he wanted to order out. He said he had plans with Chanel. After he told her his plans, she suggested he and Chanel go out another night. He didn’t agree with her and told her to go out with Tate. She said boys like Tate had one thing in mind so she wanted a mature man. When Johnny left to take a shower, she texted Tate and told him her plans changed and they should have dinner together.

Chanel asked Paulina about her opinion on her dress. Paulina said she was happy for her but hoped she wasn’t moving too fast with Johnny. Chanel said Johnny planned a surprise for her. She asked Paulina if Abe got his memory back. Paulina said he didn’t but she invited him over for Christmas. Chanel said she would invite Johnny over too. She said Eli, Lani, and the twins were coming too. Paulina said she had bad news. She said she talked to Eli. He said Lani’s release was delayed because of paperwork. Chanel decided to call Johnny and tell him they were ordering out instead of going out. She didn’t want to leave Paulina alone. EJ told Nicole he was happy to see her feeling better after giving Eric and Sloan a gift. She said she felt like she was coning out of her darkness and needed to be grateful for Holly. She said she wished Holly would hang around kids her own age. EJ said Johnny told him something was going on between Holly and Tate. When they went home, Johnny told them they got a package. The package came from the funeral home. Nicole wanted to open it but EJ didn’t think it was a good idea. Despite his objections, she opened the package. They found their baby’s ashes. She said whenever she feels better something makes her feel worse. He suggested they lay their son to rest. It might give them closure. He wanted to arrange the funeral service and have their son in the DiMera mausoleum. She said she wanted it to be just the two of them and wanted to spread his ashes. Holly and Tate were about to go out when she spotted Johnny and Chanel going to the Bistro. Holly suggested they go to the Bistro. Chanel was surprised to see Holly and Tate at the Bistro. She told Johnny she thought she was wrong about Holly being interested in him but now she wasn’t sure. Johnny suggested they forget about Holly and Tate and have a good time. Tate realized why Holly wanted to go to the Bistro. He accused her of using him. She said she didn’t know Johnny was going to be there. Tate said he was done playing games. He said Johnny would never see her the way she saw him. Tate walked out leaving Holly alone. She saw Johnny and Chanel kissing.

Harris woke up next to Stephanie. He woke up filled with regret over what they did. Stephanie woke up too and wondered what happened. He promised to tell her what happened later. She snuck out of the pub, but Leo saw her leaving. He became suspicious of her sneaking out of the pub. He saw Harris walk out of the pub too. Roman and Marlena talked about Eric and Sloan at the pub. They wondered if she would be too busy to take care of their grandchild. Sloan and Eric woke up to Jude crying. She offered to take care of him, so she took him out for a walk. While she was in the square, Leo called her and went off because Dimitri was sent to maximum prison. She said there was nothing she could do about it. He demanded money and power. Sloan wanted more time to figure things out. Leo threatened to expose her secret. She begged him not to tell it. After their conversation, she realized she didn’t have her wallet. She went back to Sweet Bits to get it. When she got back, she realized Jude and the stroller were gone. Sloan called for help and said someone stole her baby. Eric arrived at the square. Rafe and Harris also showed up at the square. They wanted to get a statement from Sloan. She explained what happened. Rafe wondered if Sloan knew who would have taken him. She didn’t know who did it. Eric told Rafe that Nicole took a baby once. He hated the idea that she could have taken him. Rafe decided to go to the DiMera mansion to talk to her. Eric called Marlena and told her that his baby was kidnapped.

At the station, Sloan blamed herself for what happened to Jude. Marlena assured her that it wasn’t her fault. She thought it was important that they find the baby. Leo showed up at the station with the stroller. Sloan accused Leo of taking the baby, but he denied doing it. He said he found the stroller in the alley without the baby in it. Leo said she was his lawyer and got him out of jail. He had no reason to do it. Leo believed he owed her everything. When they were alone, Sloan confronted Leo about taking her child. Leo said he was innocent. He told her that if she thought that, she would have told the police. She would have told the police what his motive would be for taking Jude. He said she wouldn’t do it because everyone would know the truth. Leo could tell her where the baby was, but he refused to do it. He told her the time was ticking. EJ received an alert that a baby was missing. He tried to call Nicole, but she didn’t answer. He was about to call her again when Rafe arrived. He wanted to talk to him about Sloan and Eric’s baby being kidnapped. EJ assured him that Nicole didn’t kidnap the baby. He got upset when Rafe assumed she did it. EJ tried to locate Nicole’s phone, but it was still in the house. Rafe noticed her car was parked outside. He realized the square was near the lake. EJ thought his wife was kidnapped too. He demanded that Rafe find her. Later, Rafe went back to the station. He updated Harris about what happened at the mansion. Sloan realized it was time to confess. Nicole found EJ in the tunnels with Jude. She apologized to EJ for what she did.

Theresa went to the park to get rid of the hoodie she wore when she kidnapped Victoria. Tate and Brady showed up at the park and almost caught her. Brady teased her about times being hard for her that she rummaged through trash. She lied and told him that she was looking for her phone. Brady wanted to talk to her about Tate going to school. They got into an argument about it. Stefan got into an argument with Clyde because he tried to change their deal. Clyde wanted more from Stefan and Ava. He backed down when Clyde threated to hurt Gabi. Ava was frantic because of the Bistro’s reopening, Harris offered to help, but she had everything under control. He left and Stefan arrived. Stefan told her about Clyde’s new demands. He let her know that Clyde wanted them to run drugs out of the restaurant. They didn’t want to do it. Ava and Stefan got into an argument about it. During their argument, she called him Jake. He assured her that he’s nothing like his brother. She believed him. Ava wondered if Clyde was serious about his demand. A delivery man had cases of tomatoes from Clyde. They realized they didn’t have a choice and had to do what Clyde wanted.

Everett was at the paper when Chad arrived. He told Everett that he planned on taking a hands-on approach at the paper. Chad knew how much the paper meant to Abby. Everett admired Abby’s skills as a reporter. Thomas called Chad because he messed up his money for school. Chad realized how much he let Stephanie handle and didn’t know what he would do now. He was about to leave, but he warned Everett not to get out of line. Chad had no problem firing him if he messed up. Stephanie and Jada talked to each other at the pub. Jada told her that Rafe asked her to move in with him. The ladies started drinking and talked about the men they were with. Stephanie told her that she was threw with men, but Jada didn’t want to do that. Jada told her about her ex-husband. Stephanie wanted to see a picture of him. She was about to show Stephanie the picture when Harris arrived at the pub.

Steve got Stephanie to open up about what happened with Chad. He felt she did the right thing breaking up with Chad if they didn’t want the same things. Steve wasn’t happy when Alex arrived at the house. He wanted to talk to Stephanie. They talked about Chad and what happened. Alex thought she should give Chad another chance. He was about to leave when she dropped a bottle on her foot. Chad showed up at the house and assumed something was going on between them. She got upset with Chad because he assumed the worst. Stephanie left to drive herself to the hospital. After she left, Alex explained what happened to Chad and he felt bad for what he assumed. Nicole let EJ know that she kept thinking about what Leo told them. She wondered if their baby was alive, but EJ tried to talk her out of it. He thought Leo was scamming them. EJ told her about Leo sneaking in the house to lie to him before he hit him. He wondered if she was trying to avoid thinking about the death of their baby, and she said she wasn’t doing that. She felt bad about what she did to Eric and Sloan. Nicole wanted to find a way to apologize to them.

Eric ran into Jada at the pub. It was an awkward conversation at first. She told him that she was happy for him. He noticed she was carrying a box, so she told him that Rafe asked her to move in with him. She was thinking about it, so she got the box to prepare for her decision. She went inside and sat with Steve. He wanted to check on her. Jada told him that it was hard. She talked to him about seeing Eric with the baby. She was okay but it’s always a hard day for her. Steve knew it was hard because he remembered that it was the anniversary of Marcus’ death. He talked to her about Marcus and his relationship with him. He let her know that Marcus would be proud of her. Leo told Sloan that Dimitri told him the truth about the baby. She tried to deny it, but he didn’t believe her. Leo told her that he tried to tell Nicole and EJ the truth, but they didn’t believe him. He wanted to blackmail her instead. He warned her to do everything he wanted her to do, or he would sell her out. Eric came home and wanted to know what was going on. Leo lied to him and told Sloan they would talk soon. Sloan lied to Eric and told him that Leo wanted her to get Dimitri out of jail. Nicole and EJ arrived at their place. Nicole let them know they were there so she could apologize for what she did. She gave them a gift for the baby. Leo found out that Dimitri was transferred to maximum security. He vowed to make Sloan pay because he thought she was responsible for it.
