Belle told Sami she was going to quit representing her because she lied about touching the gun. Sami told her she didn’t kill Charlie. Belle wanted to know why she came back to Salem without telling anyone. She wanted to know why she went to Charlie’s apartment. She asked why her hands were on the gun. She asked why she lied to her. She said Sami was acting guilty. Rafe told Ava that Sami was arrested for killing Charlie. Ava asked if she believed her. Rafe told her he would make sure justice was done. She said she believed justice was done. Lucas called Shawn and found out Sami was arrested for murder. He told Allie about it and she blamed herself for Sami getting arrested. Chad wanted to know why Abby was with Gabi. Abby said she wanted to apologize to her. He wanted to know why she would do that. She said for falsely accusing her of drugging her. Gabi said it better be good and heartfelt. Abby apologized to her. Gabi wanted to know why she would forgive her. Anna found Gwen in the tunnel. Gwen told her Abby and Gabi locked her up. Anna wanted to know if they wanted her to die. Gwen said Abby wanted her to confess to killing her grandmother. Anna asked if she did. Gwen said she didn’t. Gwen asked if she could untie her. Anna said she could. Sami wanted Belle to get her out of this mess. Belle didn’t know how she could. Belle told her she knew her prints were on the gun and she would find out. She said she lied to her face. Sami said she was going to help her. Sami said despite how they felt about each other; there was nothing they wouldn’t do for each other. Belle agreed to stay, but she said she was done with her if she lied to her again. Rafe wanted to know why Ava thought justice was done. Ava said Sami was a mother who wanted to protect her child. He said the case wasn’t done. She said Sami’s prints were on the gun. He said it was far from over. He said it was complicated because Sami was his ex wife. Ava said it was the same thing with Charlie. Lucas asked Allie why she thought it was her fault that Sami was arrested. Before she could answer, Tripp showed up. Allie said she wanted to see him about Charlie, but she didn’t know what to say. He said he didn’t know what to wear either. He said he was glad Charlie was dead.

Belle asked Sami why she picked up the gun. Sami said she wasn’t thinking. Belle wanted to know if she was protecting someone. She said Allie would be the number one suspect if she weren’t charged. Sami said she didn’t do it. Belle wanted to know how she knew. Sami said she knew. Sami said Charlie had a lot of enemies that would have killed him. Ava and Rafe talked about Charlie and how she wasn’t much of a mother to him. When they finished talking, she told him she was going to pack. He told her she didn’t have to. Tripp told Allie and Lucas that Charlie threatened to kill him. Anna said she could help Gwen. Gwen told her where the box cutter was. Anna walked past it to get a bottle of wine. Anna said she wouldn’t help her. Abby apologized to Gabi. Gabi reminded her about setting her up for Andre’s murder. Abby said she didn’t have to go way back. Gabi asked if she got to pick and choose why she was sorry. Abby told Chad to leave. When he left, Abby told Gabi about bringing up Andre. Gabi said she had to make it look believable. Abby asked if it was an act. Gabi said she would never get over what she did to her. Abby said she wouldn’t forget either. Allie told Tripp that her mother was arrested for Charlie’s murder. He said he would be there for Henry. He asked if Ava could meet Henry. Allie agreed to let Ava meet Henry. Lucas didn’t think it was a good idea. Allie thought it was. Abby and Gwen argued over Rolf’s drug. Gabi thought they weren’t going to use it on Gwen. Gwen told Anna that she would be an accessory to kidnapping if she left her there. Anna said no one would care that she was gone. Rafe went to see Belle and Sami. He was surprised that Belle was still there. Belle said she believed her. Belle said Sami picked up the gun, but never fired it. Rafe asked if that was her story. Sami said she never fired the gun. Belle said if the fingerprints were all he had, Sami should be free to go. Rafe said the prints weren’t all he had. Belle wanted to know what else he had on her. Rafe said he got the ballistics report from the lab. He said Sami’s clothes had gunshot residue all over them. Tripp went to see Ava. He and Allie brought Henry to see her. Abby and Gabi went to see Gwen. Gwen told them that Anna was there. Abby told Gabi that Anna couldn’t say anything. Gwen said she wasn’t going to confess. Abby showed her Rolf’s drugs. Abby wanted to inject Gwen with the drug. Abby wanted Gabi to record the confession. Gabi wanted Gwen to confess to framing her. Abby didn’t want to worry about that right now. Gabi wanted to make her pay for framing her. Abby agreed and told her to answer Gabi first. Sami told Belle that she could explain the gunshot residue. Rafe asked if she thought she could wash the evidence off her hands. He told her to confess to killing Charlie. Ava thanked Allie for letting her see Henry. Ava apologized to her for what Charlie did. Rafe told Sami that she was going to be arraigned soon. He said he wanted to help her, but now he couldn’t. Belle told her that she quit. She said she was on her own.

Gwen woke up and realized she was tied up. She got scared because she didn’t know where she was. She did remember making a deal with Gabi. Abby was ready to check on Gwen when Chad showed up. He let her know he made an appointment with a marriage counselor. He told her they had to meet the counselor in an hour. She let him know she couldn’t make it. She had to cancel. He didn’t understand what could be more important than them working on their marriage. She told him that he should have thought about their marriage when he believed Gwen’s lies over her. He thought about what she said and decided to reschedule the session. He walked out of the room so Abby went to check on Gwen. Gwen thought Gabi was going to be the one to see her, but it ended up being Abby. Gwen put two and two together and realized they were working together. Abby let her know where she was and how she’s back in the mansion with Chad. She also told her how he wants to be with her. Abby was willing to let Gwen go if she admitted to what she did to her grandmother. Abby recorded their conversation. Gwen decided to rub it in how she slept with Chad. Gwen told her how she was a better mother to her children than she was. She let Abby know that she didn’t kill Laura. Abby let her know she wouldn’t get room service there. Gwen said she was fine with not eating much. She said it would be hard for her because she planned on screaming. Abby was happy to let her know the walls were soundproof. No one would hear her scream. Abby believed Gwen would get tired of living like that and sign the confession.

Chad returned and noticed that Abby was missing. Anna walked in the room and they talked about his marriage. Anna believed they would work things out. Chad was afraid they wouldn’t. She offered for him to have lunch with Tony and her. He didn’t want to feel like the odd man out. He wanted to take the kids out. She assured him things would go back to normal. He was afraid she was just too consumed with Gwen. Anna wasn’t surprised by that. She advised him to give Abby time to get over what happened. She decided to go to the cellar to get some wine for Tony. She went to the basement and Gwen started screaming. Anna checked on the noise and was shocked to see Gwen. Philip met with Gabi at the town square and let her know the bad news about Gabi Chic. He told her there was an order to stop construction on the company. Jake and Kate arrived and they told her how they were responsible. They announced they were working together. Jake rubbed in the mistakes Gabi made in her face. Philip wanted to talk to Kate alone. He wanted answers from his mother. She told him how she was working with Jake. Philip told her how she was giving Gabi what she wanted. He told her how Gabi would be focused on getting her company back and going after Jake. Kate wasn’t worried about Gabi going after Jake. He warned her how Jake and Gabi will be going after each other. She reminded him how much she hated Jake. Philip reminded her that enemies become great lovers. He didn’t want to see her get hurt and advised her to buy another place. Gabi was upset with Jake for going through with buying out her company with Kate. She teased him about Mommy Dearest helping him. She told him Kate would eventually take the company and get rid of him. She warned him that she can be just as ruthless as Kate and never stops until she gets what she wants. Abby showed up and stopped them because she wanted to talk to Gabi. Abby wanted Gabi to take her to Dr. Rolf so she could get the drug that would make Gwen talk. Gabi warned her that it’s not like going to a pharmacy and ordering what you want. Gabi asked her if she even knew which drugs she needed. Abby said she did because it was on her toxicology report. Chad ran into them and was shocked to see them together.

Rafe wanted Sami to tell him if she killed Charlie. She said they had that conversation already. He reminded her that he found her in Charlie’s apartment with him dead on the floor. She wouldn’t answer him. He left to check on the forensics report. She called Belle and asked for her help. Belle wanted to know why she should help her. Sami said lives were at stake. Sarah told John and Marlena that there were no signs to explain why he passed out. She wanted to know if something happened to cause it. Marlena started to tell her, but John cut her off. Sarah said she wanted him to stay at the hospital a little longer. Ben sent Marlena a text saying he needed to see her. Evan told Ciara that Ben died in a motorcycle accident. Ciara didn’t believe that Ben was dead. Evan said Ben thought she was dead and decided to join her. She wanted him to let him know if she wanted a dagger before he left. Orpheus told Clyde not to sneak up on him. Clyde called him out for calling Evan. Clyde wanted to know if he had something to do with where Ciara was. Belle went to see Sami at the police station. Allie wanted to see Sami, but he thought she should let her talk to Belle. Sami asked Belle to help her for her kids. She said she would owe her for the rest of her life. Belle told her not to make her regret it. Rafe came in while they were hugging. Belle told him to release Sami since he didn’t have any evidence against her. He said he did. Evan didn’t believe that Clyde was in on the plan. Evan said he wasn’t going to go along with Orpheus’ plan to ransom Ciara off. He said he wanted to make her pay. Jennifer wished she was there for Jack. He hoped Gwen and Abby got along better. Jennifer thought it would happen eventually. Abby went to see Gwen but Gabi opened the door. She let her know their plan worked. Gwen was passed out on the bed. Chad went to Jack’s place to see Abby. Abby and Gabi talked about drugging Gwen. Abby reminded her how she had practice drugging her before. Gabi didn’t think she was being too grateful considering she was willing to help her. Steve and Kayla weren’t happy about seeing Justin with Bonnie. Steve didn’t want to eat with her. Bonnie got the hint and left the table. Abby took Gwen’s glass. Gabi told her they had to move her body before anyone saw them. Abby seemed to have an attitude with Gabi. Gabi told her how she had to do some heavy lifting in their plan. Jack talked to Chad about Gwen suffering and how Abby was upset. Chad defended Abby to him. Jack wanted to think about what was going on with Gwen. Jack told him what happened when he talked to Gwen. Chad wasn’t thrilled with the fact that Jack defended Gwen’s bad life. Jack agreed that Gwen was wrong, but he wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. Abby and Gabi put Gwen in the laundry basket. They had a little bit of time before Gwen would wake up. Chad understood why Abby went ballistic about Gwen. He couldn’t believe Jack expected Abby to get along with Gwen after everything she’s done. Jack was trying to protect Abby and keep her from going over the edge. Steve let Justin know he wasn’t going to be friends with Bonnie. He didn’t like what Bonnie did to Adrienne. Bonnie was surprised the DiMeras didn’t have people do laundry for Abby and Gabi. Gabi said it wasn’t laundry. Bonnie asked them if it was a body. Steve apologized to Justin for the way he spoke to him about Bonnie. He didn’t understand how he could be with Bonnie after what she did. Justin said no one in the town is giving her a chance to prove she changed. Abby tried to laugh off Bonnie’s accusations. She and Gabi were trying to make excuses for what they were doing. Gabi said they wanted to say goodnight to their kids. Bonnie reminded her how her daughter was in Phoenix. Jack wanted to know what would happen to his daughter if he turned his back on her. Chad wanted to know what was supposed to happen to Abby because of Gwen. Gabi went to see Gwen. Gabi said she didn’t blame her for framing her. Gwen was surprised that Gabi didn’t want to get revenge on her. Gabi told her Abby told her the same thing. Sarah ran into Chloe and told her that she and Xander were getting married. Chloe warned her not to marry him. Philip went to see Brady. He said he wanted to get Brady something since he was the reason why Brady was shot. Kristen said it was Chloe’s fault. Chloe told Sarah that she was kidnapped by a drug cartel. She said Xander left her there. She said she killed the guy. She said it could have been avoided if he didn’t leave her there. Sarah apologized to her for what happened. She said Xander changed. Kristen was happy that it was one sided. Philip said he wasn’t sure. Kristen wanted to know what that meant. Philip said Brady seemed jealous at the idea of him being with Chloe. Kristen said Brady belonged with his baby’s mother. Philip said Kristen was in jail. He said Kristen deserved to stay in jail for shooting his father. He said while Kristen was in jail, Brady might fall for Chloe. Kristen told him to do something about it. Abby told Jack that Gwen was dangerous and her goal was to break up the family. She said they couldn’t let her do that. Jack said he had to make Gwen realize that she didn’t have to lash out. He said she might forgive him. She said there was nothing to forgive. Gabi and Gwen talked about things never being Abby’s fault. Gabi told Gwen that she wanted to bury the hatchet down Abby’s back. Chloe and Sarah talked about Brady. Chloe said she and Brady were friends. She said Brady was involved with Kristen. Sarah said Kristen was in prison and a lot could happen. Abby told Jack that she would never forgive Gwen after what she has done. She said it wasn’t possible for him to be on both of their sides. He wanted to know if she was asking him to choose. Susan kept slipping up while she was talking to Lani. Kristen tried to throw Chloe out when she brought food over for Brady. Gwen went to see Jack to thank him for believing her when she told him what happened with Laura. Gabi wanted to know why Abby wanted to work with her. Abby said Gwen was a b*tch. Gabi wanted to know why she should care about that. Abby said Gwen drugged her and framed Gabi. Gabi said she cared about that, but Abby hated her. Abby said she didn’t hate her as much as she hated Gwen. Gabi said she didn’t know anything about revenge. Abby agreed. Abby reminded her that she would have gone to prison because of Gwen. Gabi wasn’t interested in helping her. Susan slipped up again while Lani was talking to her. Brady showed up while Kristen and Chloe were arguing. He wanted to know why she was upset. Kristen said Chloe was why. Susan tried to convince Lani that Chloe was the one responsible for Brady getting shot. Susan said Chloe was throwing herself at Brady. Lani wanted to know how she knew. Jack told Gwen that he didn’t do anything. She said he stopped her from hiding the body. She thanked him for believing her. Abby tried to convince Gabi to help her, but Gabi wasn’t interested. Abby said Gabi would be able to help her get Gwen without losing control. Gabi wanted to know why she would do that. Abby said she wanted to get back at Gwen because of Jake. Gabi wasn’t interested. Abby said she would get her something she wanted if she helped her.

She asked if she really believed her or if he was setting her up. Kristen wanted Brady to eat the breakfast she made for him. When Chloe was about to leave, he told her not to go. He wanted her to eat the muffins with him. Susan told Lani that Chloe was throwing herself at Brady. Lani told her she knew what was going on. Brady and Chloe wanted to know what was going on with Kristen when she kept getting upset with Chloe. Lani told Kristen that everything she was going through was too much for her. She told Kristen to tell her how scared and lonely she was. Kristen blamed Chloe for Brady getting shot. He wanted to know why she cared so much about him. She said she was concerned about what it would do to John and Marlena. Jack told Gwen that he was a journalist and that it helped him see when people were lying to him. She said she wasn’t used to people believing her or standing up for her. Gabi tried to convince Abby that she could go after Kate when Abby wasn’t sure she would be able to. Abby said Jake was a nice person. Gabi was offended by that remark and told her she wouldn’t help her. Abby agreed to break up Kate and Jake. Abby said she would do it if Gabi swear to help her make Gwen pay.

Susan called Kristen to let her know she lied to her. She knew that Kristen had another agenda to keep her in prison. Kristen wanted her to hang on a little longer. Kristen tried everything she could to to get her to stay in prison for her. Allie talked to Nicole about Claire recording Charlie’s confession. She told her how Charlie found out about it and tried to hurt Claire. She didn’t want him to do anything to hurt her. She wanted to stop him. Nicole wanted to know what happened. She told her how she wanted to get him out of her life for good. She decided not to focus on the negative things and be happy. She considered Charlie dead to her. Rafe questioned Sami about being at Charlie’s place. She was vague about what she was doing there. He asked her when she arrived back in town. She gave him a few details. She didn’t seem too worried about Charlie being dead. She felt like he got what deserved by being dead. He wanted her to answer his questions or he would have her do it at the station. She kept quiet so he called the murder in to the police. Kristen was relieved that Susan would stay in prison when Ben and Claire arrived at the townhouse. They needed her help to find Ciara. Kristen didn’t know how to help them. They told her how she could help like she did before. They told her about the book and about Ben’s dream. Kristen had to play it off as if she lost the feeling she had. She didn’t give them any useful information so they ended up leaving.

Tripp went to see Ava at Rafe’s house. She let him know that Charlie threatened to kill him. Tripp wasn’t worried about him now. She told him how Rafe went to check out a gunshot at Charlie’s apartment. Eli showed up at Rafe’s place to tell Ava about Charlie being dead. She thought he committed suicide. Eli informed them that the police were talking to a person of interest, but there weren’t any arrests made. He asked them about their whereabouts for the night before. They told them their stories. Eli seemed satisfied with their answers for the time being and left. Ava told Tripp she was glad Charlie was dead. Rafe took Sami to the station for more questioning. He wanted to know why Sami was in town. She told him how she talked to Lucas about the fact Charlie wasn’t getting charged with Allie’s rape. She couldn’t believe Charlie said their sex was consensual. She said he got what he had coming. She asked Rafe if he thought she did it. He admitted he thought she was guilty. He told her how she would have been screaming more if she were being framed. He noticed how she wasn’t saying much. He wanted to help her out, but she had to talk to him. Sami told him that she wanted to talk to a lawyer. Eli went to see Claire to let her know that the restraining order was done and that Charlie was dead. Claire thought about what Allie said about Charlie. Eli wanted to know what she was thinking. She lied and said she was trying to process what he told her. Rafe went to Nicole’s place to talk to her and Allie. He told them what happened to Charlie. He let them know he had someone in custody. He said the person was Allie. Sami sat at the station and thought about what happened in Charlie’s apartment. She thought about standing over him with a gun in her hand. She told him how he got what he deserved.

Ciara told Evan that Ben was looking for her and was going to find her. Evan said Ben thought she was dead. She said he didn’t. She said she called Ben. Evan said she didn’t have a phone. She said Rhodes did and she called Ben. Evan said Ben didn’t know where she was. He wanted to know what Ben said. She said there was a bad connection. She said he heard her voice and he was looking for her. Marlena told John she was worried when he left. She said she thought he had another episode. She was ready to call the police. She said he came back as if nothing happened. She said they were going to talk about what happened. Ava told Rafe that she got up early to get food. She asked where he thought she was. He said he thought she went to see Charlie. He said he thought she might have taken matters into her own hands. Ava told Rafe that she felt responsible for Charlie’s behavior. Rafe wanted to know why. She said he grew up without love. She said she loved Tripp. She said Tripp was taken from her. She said her father replaced him with another man. She said her father thought everything was better because she had a new man and a baby. She said losing Tripp and Steve was hard. She said she didn’t feel anything when Charlie was born. She asked what kind of a mother didn’t love her own child. John apologized to Marlena for walking out the way he did. She wanted to know what was wrong with him. He said he couldn’t stop thinking about Charlie. He said he couldn’t stop thinking about him trying to be the victim after what he did to his granddaughter. He said he couldn’t stop driving until he ended up at Charlie’s apartment. Ben told Claire that his dream seemed real. Claire said he and Ciara could have been sharing the same dream again. He said he thought it might be after what he and Shawn found out. Orpheus called Evan to find out what happened. Evan told him that Rhodes was dead. Orpheus asked about Ciara. Evan said she was warming up to him.

Orpheus told Evan that he wanted pictures of Ciara and text them to him. Evan wanted to know why. Orpheus wanted proof of life. Evan wanted to know why he needed proof. Orpheus said he was blackmailing Victor. He said he needed proof that Ciara was alive in order to get Victor to get him out of there. Evan didn’t know about texting the pictures. Orpheus told him he couldn’t go to the prison and bring them to him. Evan said he had a choice. Ben told Claire that he went to see Vincent and found out he was dead. He said he and Shawn went to Rhodes’ apartment. He wondered if Shawn told her everything. She said there was a lot going on. John told Marlena that he didn’t remember what happened. He said he had a pain in his head and blacked out. She asked how long he was blacked out. He said he didn’t know. Orpheus told Evan that they were a team. He said they were in it together. Evan wanted to know what he got out of it. Orpheus said he and Evan could go anywhere they wanted once he got out of prison. Evan said he didn’t change him mind about being around him. He said Orpheus gave him orders. He said he wanted to make Ciara pay for what she did. He said he was the one in charge. Orpheus said he couldn’t have him challenge him. Evan wanted to know what he was going to do about it. When Orpheus was about to tell him, Evan hung up. Claire told Ben what happened with the recording. Ben said she had the confession. She said Charlie erased it. Ben thought he was in jail, but she said he wasn’t arrested. She said she didn’t have to worry about Charlie. John said he felt better now. Marlena wanted to get him checked out. Rafe told Ava that it was understandable why she felt the way she did about Charlie after what her father did. She said Charlie wasn’t Tripp and his father wasn’t the man she loved. She said she could barely look at Charlie. She said her father had Charlie’s father raise him. She said she was cold to Charlie. She said Charlie blamed himself for why she acted the way she did. She said he tried to get him to love her, but she wouldn’t do it. Clyde told Orpheus that he heard his conversation. Clyde asked if he was talking to his son. He asked if his son refused to listen to his father. Orpheus asked what was it to him. Clyde asked if it had to do with Ciara. Ciara asked Evan if he was trying to ransom her. She said he should do it because he would be rich. He said some things are more important than money. Claire told Ben that they could find Ciara. She said they could go to Susan. She said if Susan touched the box, she might be able to tell them where Ciara was. Rafe told Ava that it was possible that he could change. She didn’t think he would. While they were talking, Rafe got a call about someone hearing a gunshot at Charlie’s apartment. She thought Charlie might have killed himself. Orpheus told Clyde to mind his own business. Clyde said it was his business. He said he was going to get to the bottom of if. Ciara told Evan to shoot her and get it over with. Rafe went to Charlie’s apartment and found him dead on the floor. When Rafe was about to call for help, Sami showed up.

Claire was upset that she didn’t get the phone from Charlie. She told Belle that she should have grabbed the phone. Claire asked Belle if she was serious about threatening to kill Charlie. Belle said she was. Tripp told Steve that Allie apologized to him. He said Allie was working hard to change her life. John ran into Charlie and told him to stay away from Claire and Allie. Charlie said to tell Claire to stay away from him. John wanted to know what he meant. Charlie said Claire called him and invited him over. He said she was trying to trick him into confessing to what he did. He said Claire recorded him confessing to raping Allie. He would have been thrown in jail again. He said he stopped her. John wanted to know what he did. Charlie said he told her he loved her and left. He told John to get his hands off him. John threatened to kill him if he went after either of his granddaughters. Claire told Belle that Charlie admitted to raping Allie. Belle said he deleted it. Claire said it was gone. Belle told her to promise that she would never take a risk like that again. Allie talked to Marlena about Tripp helping her with Henry. She told Marlena that Tripp forgave her apology. Marlena was glad that he was so forgiving. Tripp talked to Steve about spending time with Henry. Tripp said Henry needed him in his life because his father deserved to be in prison. Charlie showed up while they were talking and said he wasn’t going to be a part of Henry’s life.

Marlena met with John. He told her that he ran into Charlie. He said he wanted to hurt him after the way he talked to Claire. Belle told Shawn that he wanted to go after Charlie. She said she wanted to make him pay too. She told him about Charlie deleting the recording. Shawn wanted to know if she was okay. Claire went to see Allie and told him that she tricked Charlie into confessing. Allie wanted to hear it. Claire said it was gone. She told Allie that she blew it. Allie was proud of her. She asked if Charlie hurt her. Claire said he didn’t. She said she couldn’t believe that he admitted to something and walked out the door. She said she failed. She wanted to know how she could be so stupid. Allie said she wasn’t stupid. Claire said she fell for it. Charlie told Tripp that he wasn’t going near his son. Steve told Charlie that he was going to take care of him if the authorities couldn’t do it. Charlie said he didn’t do anything wrong. Steve said he raped a woman and let Tripp take the fall. Charlie said it was sweet that he stood up for Tripp. Steve said he would always do it because Tripp was a good person. Charlie said he sounded like his mother. Steve said Ava was telling the police about him. While they were talking, Charlie warned Tripp that he wasn’t going near his son. Charlie went to Nicole’s apartment to see Ava. Nicole said she wasn’t letting him see her. She warned him that he was living on borrowed time. Charlie wanted her to move. She told him to stay away from Allie. Belle told Shawn that she wanted to kill Charlie. John and Marlena went to see Belle and Shawn. Marlena wanted Belle to tell them what happened when Charlie came to see them. Tripp told Steve that he didn’t like the way Charlie was talking to them. Steve told him not to worry about him. Tripp thought Charlie would have tried to sue for custody. Charlie told Nicole that Ava was the reason why he met Allie. He said nothing would have happened if Ava didn’t want him to follow Tripp. Nicole told him that he tried to kill Ava. He said he was the devoted child. He said Tripp thought he was going to raise his son. He said he would rather see Tripp dead than near his son. She asked if he threatened to kill his own brother. Charlie said Ava would have enough love for him if Tripp was dead. John told Marlena, Belle and Shawn that he wanted to kill Charlie. Marlena tried to calm him down. Marlena wanted to get John out of there. Allie told Claire that she was going to shoot Charlie. Steve told Tripp that there is no judge that would give Charlie custody of Henry. Tripp said they might because Ava’s testimony wouldn’t be enough. Steve said that it would be. Tripp said Charlie would find a way to look like the better parent. Steve didn’t think he would. Tripp didn’t want to take that chance. Steve wanted to know what to do. Tripp said he would do something.

Charlie admitted that he raped Allie. Claire thanked him for admitting it. She wanted him to leave, but he didn’t want to go. He wanted them to pick up where they left off when they were about to make love. Kate told Jake that she wanted to kill Charlie. Jake told her that she shouldn’t do it. She didn’t think he cared. He wanted to know why. She said he was worried about Gabi. She wasn’t sure if he was upset about losing the deal for Gabi Chic or the person. Kristen stopped Chloe from helping Brady with his wound. She accused Chloe of trying to hit on Brady. Chloe and Brady said nothing was going on. Kristen said she wanted to help him. He said he didn’t want her help. Chloe reminded her that they were close before. Kristen said that was a long time ago. He said to let Chloe do it. Kristen agreed to it. Kate asked Jake why he didn’t tell her that he was with Gabi. He told her that Gabi came on to him. Philip told Gabi that he was having second thoughts about the deal. She wanted to know why. He said she sounded obsessed with Jake. She said she wasn’t obsessed. He said she sounded more obsessed about Jake than she did about Titan. Claire told Charlie that she wanted to be with him, but her parents were going to be home. He wanted to know why she invited him over. She said she didn’t realize they would be home. He agreed to leave. He suggested that she come over to his place. She told him she would meet him there. He suggested that she come with him and they could shower together. Her phone started ringing. He wondered why her phone was ringing when she said she silenced it. He checked her phone and saw that she was recording something for 20 minutes. She said she must have hit record. He said he had a feeling that it wasn’t an accident. Kristen told Brady and Chloe about Chloe being responsible for what happened to him. Chloe and Brady told her it wasn’t her fault. Kristen brought up Rachel and wanted to know where she was. Gabi told Philip that she didn’t want anything to do with Jake. Philip said he didn’t trust it. He wanted to know if she was out to destroy Jake or wanted him to take her back. Jake told Kate that Gabi tried to kiss him. Kate wanted to know what happened. Jake lied about having sex with her. He said he rejected her. He told her to stop being jealous or they would be done.

Kate asked Jake how she was supposed to react when he told her that Gabi came on to him. He said he turned her down. He wanted to show her that he wanted her. Gabi told Philip that Jake wanted to be with Kate. He asked her if she was sure she was done with him. She told him that he turned her down. She asked him if he knew what that was like. He opened up to her about Chloe. Brady told Kristen that Rachel was with John and Marlena. Kristen said Chloe should leave. Chloe wanted to know why since Rachel loved her. Kristen said Rachel had her father. Charlie played the recording and heard his confession. He confronted her about setting him up. He said he was stupid to fall for her act. He said he wanted her back so badly that he didn’t see what she was doing. He said he couldn’t believe he was so stupid. She told him to leave. He said she started it and he was going to finish it. Gabi told Philip that he was too good for Chloe. She wanted to know if Chloe was interested in someone else. He said she was interested in Brady. She said they were in similar positions. She said they could destroy Basic Black. When Charlie was about to attack Claire, Belle showed up and told him to get away from her daughter. Gabi told Philip if they destroyed the competition, Brady and Chloe wouldn’t work together. Philip agreed with her. They made the deal each other. Claire told Belle that she got a confession out of Charlie. She said it was on her phone. Belle and Charlie went after the phone.
