Belle was livid that Jan moved into her house. Shawn tried to explain the situation, but she was even madder. She couldn’t believe he didn’t consult her before letting Jan move in the house. He reminded her that she wasn’t there. She said she planned on coming back home. She said she didn’t staying in the house with Jan. Belle stormed out of the house. Shawn tried to call Belle so they can work things out. Jan thought he should give Belle some time. He told her that she didn’t have a right to weigh in on his marriage. EJ called Johnny. He left a message for him about signing the shares back over to him. He also told him that he missed him. He yelled at the head of security because no one was able to track Johnny down. Susan showed up so he got off the phone. She told him that Johnny was in danger. He showed her the note he received from Johnny. The note said he was going to Italy. She said Johnny didn’t write the letter. She said her vibrations told her that an evil force did it. She thought someone like Andre could have written it. She thought the devil brought him back. EJ thought Johnny was fine. EJ wanted her to rest.

Susan went to Johnny’s room and found his red suit. She held it and closed her eyes. She remembered seeing him turn into the devil. Belle showed up at the DiMera mansion and told EJ about Jan. He felt bad for her, but he understood a father’s need to protect his child. He said he would give anything to know that Johnny was safe. Johnny thought he and Ben were getting saved until he saw Andre in the crypt. Ben was informed about the devil conjuring up Andre. He begged Andre to help him. He said he would do anything to save his wife and child. Andre was happy about that and wanted him to kill Johnny. Ben refused to kill him. Andre told him that was the deal and it was non-negotiable. Johnny wanted to know why the devil wanted him dead. Andre said the devil was tired of him. Alliedevil went to see Evan at Statesville. She told him that Ben was a bad influence on his son. She thought he needed to be removed from the picture. He wanted to confirm that she wanted him to kill Ben. She said that she wanted Ciara to think Ben was dead. She said she wanted him to do what he did before, but he would have a partner this time. He wanted to know who she was. She said she went by many names

Alliedevil used Ben’s hand to write a letter. She taunted Johnny about Chanel and Tripp being together then she left. Johnny yelled at Ben to wake up. Ben woke up so Johnny told him about the devil possessing him and Allie. He said the devil was going after what he really wanted. Ben realized the devil was after his and Ciara’s baby. He tried to break free of the chains, but Johnny told him that he was wasting his time. He thought Ciara would assume he got cold feet about being a father. He screamed for help, but Johnny told him that he was wasting his time. Ben wanted to know if he had another idea. They started screaming together. The door opened and they thought they were saved. Ciara looked for Ben. She saw the coffee mugs and remembered he talked to Allie the night before. Allie went to see Ciara. Ciara thanked her, but she said Ben wasn’t home. She called Ben, but she didn’t get an answer. Alliedevil pretended to find a note from Ben. She said the note mentioned that he got up early and didn’t want to wake her up. Ciara decided to go to the garage to look for Ben. Ciara went to get changed. Alliedevil realized that she had to try something more drastic.

Eric ran into Belle. He apologized to her for not being there when she was possessed. She told him about what happened while he was gone. She said that she couldn’t remember any of it. She said she didn’t lose any lapses of time the way Marlena did. Eric was glad that she was safe. She told him that it wouldn’t be easy to move on from what happened. She told him about what happened with Jan and Shawn. She didn’t know how her marriage could survive the baby. Eric told Belle that she had a right to be angry with Shawn for what he did. He didn’t want her to end her marriage the way he did. He told her to fight for her marriage. She decided to go home and work things out with Shawn. Alliedevil went to see Evan at the prison. He didn’t remember her. She wanted to know if he wanted to get revenge on Ben. He was okay with it and wanted to know what she wanted him to do. Shawn was at the infirmary with Jan. He scoffed at the idea of her staying with him while she did house arrest. He thought she belonged in prison. She said she couldn’t be on bed rest in prison. She didn’t think she would be safe. Jan knew Shawn didn’t want anything to happen to their baby. She said she had a new purpose in life now that she’s going to be a mother. She wanted him to talk to the warden about her situation. Shawn talked to the warden and he told Jan that she was being temporarily released because of overcrowding. Jan was excited and hugged him. He secured a monitor around her ankle. He told her that Belle was staying with her parents. Jan said she was sorry, but she was secretly happy that it would just be the three of them. Later, Belle came home to Shawn. She was happy to see him until she saw Jan. Jan told her that she was moving in the house.

Nicole burst into Rafe’s office demanding to know how the charges against Ava were dropped. He said Trask made it happen for her. He said there was nothing he could do about it. He wanted to go to the pub to eat. She was about to tell him about Eric when Ava arrived. They started arguing over it. Ava wanted to see Gwen. Nicole went to the pub. Rafe took her to see Gwen, but she didn’t want to see her. Gabi read the news about Ava being released. She received another shock when EJ walked in the door. She thought Trask was releasing everyone now. He said he was exonerated because the devil used Belle to set him up. She said Johnny was the one who made her the CEO of the company. She said he tried to get her into bed too. She told him everything that happened while he was gone. He told her to step aside and let him have his job back. She refused to do it. She was sure he would get the job back and put her in her place.

Belle ran into Shawn at the station. He wanted her to come home. She reminded him that he didn’t tell her about having sex with Jan. She said she could have gotten a court order to make her take the morning after pill if he said something. He regretted not telling her but he thought they could work on their marriage. He wanted to know what she wanted. She said she didn’t want Jan to be part of their lives. He said that wouldn’t be a problem since he hadn’t heard from her. His phone rang and he found out the call was from Statesville. Shawn didn’t accept the charges, but Belle did when she called again. Belle stormed off while Shawn was on the phone. Jan told him not to hang up on her if he cared about their unborn child. Belle met with EJ after he texted her. He wanted her help getting DiMera Enterprises back from Gabi. She told him that she worked for Gabi now. She did advise him to get Johnny to sign over his shares so he can form a new voting block to remove her. He noticed she sees the look on her face and asked if she was okay. She told him about Shawn and Jan. He held her in his arms. She wondered how she would be able to deal with everything. EJ said he believed in her.

T.R. told Paulina that he wanted to be back with her. She said it might not be a bad idea. Johnny had to watch Chanel and Tripp kissing each other. Allidevil drugged Ben’s tea. She talked to him about his baby. Beth told Lani that she had to tell her something. Lani wanted to know what she was going to tell her. Before Beth could tell her, Julie walked in the room. Lani introduced Julie to Beth. Julie wanted to know why Beth was there. Beth said she was the last person to see Eli before he got shot. T.R. wanted to set a romantic mood for Paulina. Paulina said she didn’t want to do anything with him tonight. He thought it was because of Abe. Johnny heard Tripp tell Chanel that they should get a room. Johnny didn’t want them to get a room. Allidevil asked Ben if he was alright. He said he thought there was something in the tea. Paulina told T.R. that she wasn’t ready to move on with him. He thought it was because of Abe. She said she wasn’t ready He said he would be patient. Tripp and Chanel decided to go to her place. Johnny screamed out to Chanel not to be with Johnny. Ben told Allidevil that the tea leaves looked strange. She offered to get him something else to drink, but he didn’t want anything. She asked if they were thinking of names. She told him she wasn’t Allie. He asked who he was.

T.R. showed up at the hospital while Beth was still there. Beth left Eli’s room. Lani told T.R. that Beth said she had something to tell him, but she never said anything. Abe went the pub and talked to Kate. She gave him advice on what to do about Paulina. Allidevil asked Ben who he thought she was. He said he was the devil. She said it took him long enough. He wanted to know what she wanted. She asked him if he remembered how the devil wanted his baby. She said she still wanted the baby. Kate continued to give Abe advice about Paulina. Chanel and Tripp went to her place. Paulina said they weren’t going to do anything in her house. Allidevil told Ben she wanted his baby and needed him out of the way. She said she wouldn’t hurt the baby. Tripp told Chanel that he was glad they didn’t do anything to ruin their friendship. Allidevil went to see Johnny. She asked if he was enjoying the show. He said he wasn’t. He said Chanel and Tripp got wasted and left together. Allidevil wanted him to see them in bed together. He asked if she went to see Ben. She said she did.

Lani held Eli’s hand and begged for him to come back to her. Tripp arrived in the room. He told her that his condition was the same. She thanked him for what he did considering what happened with Chanel and Allie. He felt bad for the way he treated Chanel. He knew it wasn’t her fault. He told her not to give up hope that Eli would wake up.

Beth went to see TR after she found out Johnny left town. He was passed out because he was high. He woke up and hid his drugs. She walked in and realized he was high. She asked him about the movie. He told her not to worry because he could finance the movie by getting the money from Paulina. She didn’t think Paulina would allow him to use her money to make a movie. He said if it was a problem, he could make it go away like he did Lani’s husband. She realized he was the one who shot Lani’s husband. He told her to keep her mouth shut. He was going to take care of everything. Johnny was weak, but he called out for help. Chanel walked in the room and he asked her to get him out of the chains. She turned into Allidevil. She put a gag on his mouth and called Chanel. She used his voice to taunt Chanel about the divorce and Allie dumping her. She couldn’t believe she ever loved him. She hung up on him. Allidevil reminded Johnny that the last time she broke Chanel’s heart she slept with Allie. She wondered who she would sleep with next.

Trask went to the interrogation room to tell Ava that her deal was formalized. She told her that she had full immunity. Ava knew she was happy that she was getting what she wanted by arresting Gwen. Gabi and Rafe had a drink at The Bistro. Gabi thought he should be gloating about Ava getting arrested. Rafe didn’t want to rub it in. He did agree to toast that Ava was going to Statesville for a long time. Ava walked by them and told them she might not be going. She gloated when she told them she got immunity. She wanted him to tell Nicole that she said hello. She was willing to give Jake a message from Gabi. Ava walked away. Gabi and Rafe went to the station to see Trask. Trask said Ava was a witness in a more high-profile case. She didn’t want Rafe to take it personally. She thought he should arrest Gwen immediately. She wanted him to make the arrest as public as possible. Rafe walked away, but Gabi stayed behind. She warned her that she was going to talk to Abe about what she did. Abby told everyone at the town square that she got the goods on Gwen. She said she overplayed her hand and the game was done. Xander felt that Abby could say what she had to say in private. She had no intention of saying it privately when Gwen publicly destroyed her family. Jennifer stopped Jack from getting involved. Abby told everyone that the pilot wasn’t the one who knocked her out at the airstrip. She asked Gwen if she wanted to answer who did or did she want her to do it.

Xander thought Abby was enjoying this too much. Abby admitted that she did enjoy it. She told everyone that Ava said Gwen hit her on the head. Gwen tried to discredit Ava. Abby said what Gwen did to her was nothing compared to what she did to Sarah. Gwen begged Xander not to listen to Abby. Abby said that Gwen knew that Kristen was keeping Sarah locked away at the island. Abby showed everyone a copy of Ava’s statement. She said Gwen knew Sarah was on the island in November. Xander begged Gwen to tell him that it wasn’t true. She said she couldn’t do that. Abby said that Gwen impersonated Sarah when everybody thought she was back in town and treated him badly. Xander wanted to know how Gwen could do that. Gwen told him that she was afraid she would lose him. She thought Sarah was being taken care of. Abby let her know that Kristen drugged Sarah. Gwen thought that would make it better for her. Xander yelled at Gwen to stop talking so Abby could finish what she had to say. Abby told Xander that the antidote Anna injected in Sarah wasn’t what Rolf created. Gwen switched it out for another drug. Jack wanted to know if what Abby said was true. She told him that he was gone. He never wanted her to call him “dad” again. He told her that he was finished with her. Gwen cried as he walked away from her. She asked Xander if he was finished with her too. He told her that she may as well have shot Sarah after what she did. He said she’s the worst person he’s ever met. He walked away from her. Gwen yelled at Abby for what she did.  Jennifer gave her a piece of her mind. Rafe showed up to arrest Gwen. Abby wanted to make sure Jack was okay with what she did. He told her that she did what she had to do. She didn’t want to be right, but Gwen had to be stopped. Rafe led her away, but she stopped by Abby. She told her that she killed Laura on purpose. Jennifer wanted to know what Gwen said to her.

Gwen thanked Abby for being her matron of honor. Brady asked Justin to stall the wedding. Gwen told Abby that she was glad that she was there for her. She said they had their ups and downs, but she was glad that she was there for her. She said she wanted them to have a fresh start. Jack and Chloe went to see if Gwen was ready. Gwen was happy that he was walking her down the aisle. She said she was happy. He told her to get used to it. Chloe asked Abby if she saw Leo. Abby said she didn’t. Chloe said she hoped he got cold feet. Gwen and Jack went down the aisle. Leo also came down the aisle. Justin started the wedding. Justin asked if anyone had any objections to the couples getting married. Nancy said she had something to say. She said she wished Craig all the happiness in the world. Leo thanked her for saying that in the middle of his wedding. She said she had a date and he was a stud. Justin went back to the ceremony. Justin acknowledged the wedding party. He called Leo for not having anyone in his party. Leo picked Brady to be his best man. Justin wanted to continue with the vows. He asked if Leo wanted to say something before he said his vows. Leo had a speech for Craig. Craig didn’t have anything to say. Justin started sneezing to stall the wedding, but it didn’t work. Leo and Craig said their vows. They put the rings on each other’s fingers. When Justin was about to pronounce them married, Chad showed up. He said the wedding couldn’t happen. Leo said there was nothing he could say to stop the wedding. Chad said he was already married.

Craig asked if Leo was married. Leo said he wasn’t. Chad said he didn’t expect them to believe him so he brought someone with him. Jackie showed up and wanted to speak “her” truth. Craig wanted to know what that was. Jackie said he was married to “her”. Leo asked how he would have been able to get a marriage license. Jackie said they got married with him using his real name. Jackie showed Leo and Craig their marriage license. Leo said it was all a lie. Jackie said it was time they set the record straight. Jackie took of her clothes and said he was Darius. Leo said it wasn’t what it looked like. He said Darius needed a green card. Justin asked if they were friends. Leo said they hooked up a few times, but decided to be friends. Justin asked if that was true. Chloe told Craig not to marry Leo. Leo said Darius would lose his green card and have to go back to Canada if they got a divorce. Leo said everything happened so fast. Brady told Craig that he couldn’t marry him. Craig asked Justin if he could help him. Justin said he could, but it would take time. Leo said they could get married another day. Darius revealed that Leo didn’t love Craig. He said he was with him for the money. Darius told Leo about Craig being susceptible to the plan. Darius said the plan was to marry Chad and get the money so they could split it. Darius said he had the texts messages to prove it. Leo said he fell in love with him which was why he signed the prenup. Leo wanted to know when he fell in love with him. Leo said he didn’t know. He said along the way he stopped being a mark and was the man he loved. Leo asked if he could forgive him so they could move past it. Craig walked away from him. Chloe told Craig that she was sorry. He wanted to know why. He said she and her friends got what they wanted and made a fool out of him.

They kissed until Craig stopped it. He wanted to get ready for the wedding. Leo had to make a confession about the groom. He told Craig that he tried to get him in bed. He told him the story. Craig was glad that he was honest with him about it. Chloe went to see Brady and told him Leo signed the prenup. She wondered if she was wrong about Leo. She wondered if he really did love her father. Brady thought they still had a chance to expose Leo. He told her about Sonny and Chad looking for Jackie Cox. He said he would be there for her at the wedding. She wanted to know if he was ready to go public. He was ready and wanted the world to know about them. She was concerned about what Rachel would think about them together. He said Rachel knew he and Kristen weren’t going to be a couple again. He said she didn’t want him to be lonely. He believed she would approve of them being together. They started to make out until he got a message from Sonny. He told him that he and Chad met with Jackie. They had some information on Leo.

Abby ran into Gwen by the interrogation room at the station. Abby told her that she was there because Ava had information about her attacker. She lied and said that she didn’t get anything. Gwen confirmed Ava wasn’t arrested because of what happened to Abby. Gwen wanted Abby to go back to the house to see Jack and Jennifer. Abby pretended to get a call from the paper. She decided to stay behind. Abby went to interrogation room to see Ava. She said that Trask was willing to make a deal with her, but she needed more information. Ava ordered her to secure the deal with Trask and she would give her everything she needed to bury her sister. Gwen went to the Horton house and saw Jack and Jennifer. She asked Jack to give her away at the wedding. He said he would be honored to walk her down the aisle. Gwen thought everything would be perfect. Xander and Jack went outside and left Gwen and Jennifer alone. Gwen apologized to Jennifer for everything she did in the past. She explained that she did the things she did because she didn’t have anyone. Jennifer told her they were proud of her. Abby arrived at the Horton house and saw Jennifer and Gwen together. Gwen went upstairs. Abby told Jennifer what she found out about Gwen. Jennifer was appalled by what she heard. Abby wanted to hear the entire story before she exposed her. Gwen came back downstairs and wanted to know what Abby meant by that. Abby lied and said she was talking about a lead for a story. Gwen wanted her to help her with her dress.

Leo was upset that he was given a prenup. He couldn’t believe he got it on his wedding day. Craig walked up to him and noticed how angry he was. Leo shoved the papers at Craig. He told Leo that he never saw the papers before. He wanted to know who sent them if he didn’t do it. Chloe arrived and said she did it. Leo was upset at Chloe. He glared at her while she offered him a pen to sign the papers. Leo yelled at Chloe, but Craig told him that he should sign the papers to put an end to everyone’s suspicions. He asked Leo to sign the papers. Leo read the papers and found out he would get nothing if they got divorce. Leo signed the papers. He hoped that proved to Chloe that his love for Craig was real. Chloe gave in and said she would be happy if Leo makes her father happy. She rolled her eyes while she hugged Leo. He wanted to take the papers to Justin.

Gwen talked to Gabi about her upcoming double wedding. Gabi was happy for her. She badmouthed Leo when she found out she was having a double wedding with him. She was surprised that Gwen asked Abby to be her matron of honor. Gabi was happy that she got Ava arrested. Gwen was scared when she heard that. She thought about her last conversation with Ava. Ava told her that she better not go to jail or she would sacrifice her to be free. Abby met with Ava in the interrogation room. She wanted Abby to get her a deal with Trask. Ava said she would reveal who attacked her the night she was taken to DiMera Island. Later, Abby came back and told her that Trask won’t give her a deal because she framed the police commissioner. Ava was a bigger fish than who assaulted her. She told Abby about the other crimes since she assaulted her. She said what the person did would make them a bigger fish than her. Ava wasn’t going to talk until she got a deal. Abby said they were at a standoff. She was about to leave when Abby said it was Gwen. Abby demanded more information about Gwen. Ava wanted an immunity deal first. Abby rushed out of the room. Gwen walked into the police station wearing a coat and hat. She was headed towards the interrogation room when she stopped short. Abby ran into her after she left the interrogation room. Abby glared at Gwen.

Sonny told Chad that he wants to stay to make Leo pay for what he did to him. Chad refused to help him go after Leo again. Sonny thought Jackie Cox was the key to making Craig see the light. Sonny searched her name and found out she was in New York. Sonny told him they could use the company jet and be there in no time. Chad thought he was obsessed with Leo. Chad said that it was Craig’s business to keep seeing Leo. Abby ran into Leo at the town square. He wanted to set the ground rules if they were going to live in the same town. They started arguing until Leo told her that he was having a double wedding with his bff, Gwen. She put her sister down some more before she admitted that she was the Matron of Honor.

Gwen and Xander showed up and saw Leo and Abby arguing. Xander wondered why the sneaky man was back in town. Leo was jealous that Gwen was marrying the one he had a crush on. Gwen wanted them to put the differences aside. She said Leo and Xander are her only friends in town. Xander was willing to have the double wedding. They walked off just after someone gave Leo an envelope. He found out that Craig wanted a prenup. Abby went home and found out Chad was going to New York with Sonny to find Jackie Cox. She told Chad she was standing up for Gwen at the wedding. She said the wedding was tonight. Sonny said they were running out of time. Rafe called for an arrest warrant for Ava. Nicole was worried the tape wouldn’t be admissible evidence. She thought Ava would get off and come after them. He said if he didn’t do it, she would keep threatening them. Rafe said he wouldn’t let Ava ruin what they took long to find.

Ava and Rafe ran into each other. He warned her that he would arrest her. She asked how Nicole. She said Nicole was treating him the way she treated all the men in her life. Nicole and Jake ran into each other. She wanted to know why Ava was staying with him. He said he asked her to. He said money was tight right now so he couldn’t afford to live on his own. She thought Ava was making him food in exchange for her living with him. Nicole wanted to give him some advice about Ava. She said Ava was dangerous. She said for him to watch his back. He said it sounded dangerous. She said it was because Ava framed Rafe for a crime he didn’t commit. Gwen and Leo reunited with each other. They wanted to caught up with each other. She told him she wasn’t with Jake anymore. Leo asked if they were going to get back together. She said no because she had zero interest and he was with someone else. Jake said Ava wasn’t arrested for what she did to Rafe because she didn’t do it. Nicole said there wasn’t any proof. Jake reminded her that Rafe cheated on her with Nicole. Rafe told Ava to leave Nicole alone. Ava said Nicole slapped her. He said she slapped Nicole first. He said he would go after her if she went after Nicole. Ava said she didn’t give him her address. He said she knew where she lived. Xander called Jack to be his best man. Jack asked him about Sarah. Xander told him Sarah thought she was a little girl. He said Maggie told him Sarah’s doctors said there was no way she would get her memory back. He said he tried to spark her memory, but nothing worked. Jack asked if he was moving on with Gwen. Xander said Gwen was kind to her. He said all she wanted him to do was marry her if the serum didn’t work. Jack asked if he was marrying Gwen for the right reasons.

Gabi went to see the guy who helped Ava. She pretended to be a D.A. He told her he didn’t want to talk to her. She said she was there because Ava framed Rafe. She said he helped her do it. She said she could help him get out of trouble. Ava said Rafe didn’t like her living with Jake. Rafe said he couldn’t care less. Ava said Gabi didn’t like the idea of her living with Jake. She kept taunting him about living with Jake. She told Rafe to tell Gabi that the changes were coming sooner up. Nicole told Jake that Ava took matters in her own hands with Rafe. Jake said there was no proof. Nicole told him Ava wasn’t innocent. Jake said she didn’t have a nerve to talk after what she did to Ava. Nicole said she was trying to warn him. He said Trask dropped the charges against him. Gabi said if he gave her Ava, Trask would make his case go away. He gave her a phone. He said it was an insurance policy that he took out. Ava asked Jake if he was sure he wanted her to stay with him because people think she’s a threat. He said he wasn’t afraid. Gwen told Leo that she was pregnant, but it didn’t work out. She said she was with the right person now. They talked about wanting a big wedding. Jack told Xander that he appreciated what he said about Gwen. He said he was glad that he wanted to make his daughter happy. Xander asked if he was going to make it to the wedding. Jack said he would.

Xander talked to Maggie about getting married to Gwen. Maggie didn’t understand why he would marry Gwen. He said his love for Gwen is different from his love for Sarah. He explained to her why he wanted to marry Gwen. Gwen asked Abby to stand up to her for her wedding. Abby was confused as to why she would want her to stand up for her. Sonny talked to Chad about Victor wanting him to be CEO. Chad wanted to know why he would want to uproot his life like that. Sonny said he wanted his advice about. Sonny told him why he would want to do it. Xander told Maggie that he would have moved heaven and earth to find Sarah if he known she didn’t leave him for Rex. Maggie said no one knew, but she was grateful that he and Abby found her. Xander said he felt like he was abandoning Sarah. Maggie didn’t want him to feel guilty about abandoning Sarah. Maggie said she was the one who abandoned her. Abby wanted to know why Gwen wanted her to stand up at her wedding if she thought she was trying to break up her relationship with Gwen. Gwen said she did it for their father. She said Xander wanted Jack to be his best man and she thought it would be nice to have Abby there. Gwen said she saw her wedding as a way for them to move closer. She thought they would have a chance to be real sisters and family. She said it was the only thing she wanted. She asked her to do it for their father if she wouldn’t do it for her. Abby agreed to do it. Leo told Craig that he didn’t like Chloe after what she did to try to break them up. Craig told him he had to get over it because she was his daughter. Leo thought Chloe might come around after he signed the divorce papers. They said they loved each other. Brady and Chloe tried to convince Nancy not to marry Leo. Nancy said everything Leo did hasn’t convinced Craig not to marry him. Chloe and Brady said they needed proof. Nancy said she wasn’t going to do it. She said Craig deserved it.

Chloe apologized to Nancy for what she asked her to do. Nancy told her she promised Craig an easy divorce so he wouldn’t fire Marlena. Craig and Justin showed up at the pub. They were ready to sign the papers. Maggie told Xander that it was her fault that Sarah was the way she was for not getting her in a facility sooner. She told him she wanted Anna to pay for what she did. Chad walked in on Gwen and Abby hugging. Gwen said she would let her tell Chad the news before she left. Chad wanted to know what was going on. Abby told him she agreed to be Gwen’s maid of honor. Xander and Gwen met at the Salem Inn. He told her Maggie was going to take Sarah to Florida so she could get better. Gwen said Sarah might be able to lead a normal life. He asked how it went with Abby. Gwen said she was going to do it. He was happy for her and how far she has come. Chad didn’t understand why Abby agreed to be Gwen’s matron on honor after everything they have been through. Abby said she did. She said she used Jack to get her to do it. Chad said she could change her mind. He said no one would blame her. Brady and Chloe ran into Leo. Leo wanted to get along with her for Craig’s sake. Nancy was upset with Craig when he said told her what his lawyer said about their divorce. She wanted to sign the papers and get them over with. Chad told Abby that he went to see Rolf. He said Rolf didn’t know why the antidote didn’t work. Abby said it worked out for Gwen.

Shawn went to the Horton house early by himself. He let Doug and Julie know that Belle might not be going to the gender reveal party. Julie was shocked when he told her what happened with Jan. He told her what the devil did so she understood his situation. She thought Satan enjoyed making people miserable. John was surprised when Belle showed up at his place drunk. She said the devil made her do it. John wanted her to tell him what happened. She let him know that Jan was pregnant with Shawn’s baby. He was beside himself. He didn’t think the devil could hurt his family any more than he did.John couldn’t believe Shawn didn’t tell Belle what he did with Jan. He didn’t think it mattered how she found out the truth. He told her that hiding at his place wouldn’t solve her problem. He asked her if she was ready to give up on her marriage. He reminded her about all of the obstacles he and Marlena faced together. He believed that she and Shawn could overcome their obstacles too. She told him that a baby was involved in their situation. He told her that Shawn doesn’t love Jan. He said their love would help them overcome their problem. Paulina noticed that Chanel was upset. She told her that Allie broke up with her out of the blue after her visit with Johnny. Paulina planned to give Allie a piece of her mind. Chanel didn’t want her to do that. She didn’t want her mother fighting her battles for her. She told Chanel that she couldn’t let Allie get away with hurting her like that. She wanted to know if Chanel was angry about it and she said that she wasn’t upset. She told her that she was sad. She told Paulina that Allie said the same thing Johnny said to her. She started crying and wanted to know if there was something wrong with her. Paulina assured her that she wasn’t the one with the problem. She said the twins were the ones with issues. She assured Chanel that she could do better than them. She said that she didn’t just lose a girlfriend. She lost a best friend and a partner at the bakery. Paulina wanted her to be proud of herself.

Aldevil arrived at Ben and Ciara’s place with the gender reveal cake. She said when she cuts into it that it will be a moment no one will forget. Allie told Ciara that she broke up with Chanel and she was surprised to hear that. Allie said she was going to quit the bakery to focus on other things. She told Ciara that she was excited to meet her baby. Aldevil told the baby that she couldn’t wait to get to know it. Ben arrived and Aldevil said it would be a party they wouldn’t forget. The guests arrived for the party. Shawn’s family noticed that Belle wasn’t with him. He told them it was a long story. Aldevil arrived with the cake as well as with Ben and Ciara. She apologized for the delay, but something happened at the bakery. She told everyone that she quit. She didn’t want to talk about that because she wanted to get started with the gender reveal. Marlena talked to Shawn and said she would try to convince Belle to come to the party. She went to call Belle to find out if she would be there. After her conversation, Marlena told him that Belle wasn’t feeling up to the party. Roman wanted to check on Allie, and noticed that she wasn’t acting like herself. She assured him that she was okay. It was time to cut the cake. Ben and Ciara cut the cake, but blood came out of it. Julie screamed while they were cutting the cake. Allie smiled while everyone else was horrified about the cake. Allie wanted to know what was wrong. She touched the liquid and said it was cherry. She blamed it on Chanel. She said that she grabbed the wrong tube when she broke up with her. Ciara knew that Aldevil saw the sonogram and wondered if that meant she was supposed to have a girl. Aldevil wondered if she really wanted to know that way. She said she could bake another cake for her. Ben told her to just tell them what they were having. She told them they were having a boy just like they wanted. Everyone started celebrating the news.

Xander wanted to know if Gwen would go with him to see Rolf. She didn’t want to go. He thought she didn’t want to see her get better. She wondered why she would want her to get better because they would get back together. Xander knew it was difficult. He said their love didn’t come along often. She didn’t think their connection was as strong as his love for Sarah. He said he loved her now. She said that she was his fiancee now, but wondered what would happen if Sarah got her memory back. Gwen wanted to know if he would choose her if Sarah got her memory back. He wished he had an answer for her. He didn’t blame her for being upset. He felt he had to see things through with Sarah. Craig walked in his hotel room and saw Leo in bed with Chad. Chad didn’t intend for Craig to find them. Leo said he did. He said he texted Craig to come home so they could have a threesome. Craig was shocked. Leo thought it would bring them closer together. Craig started to like the idea. Chad got out of the bed. He said he didn’t sign up for that. Leo knew because he recognized Chad and Abby’s bad acting a mile away. Craig wanted to know what he gained by trying to break up their relationship. Chad told Craig that he was trying to help his friends. They wanted Craig to open his eyes to Leo’s ways. Chad walked out of the room. Craig thought Chloe was behind the plan. Leo wanted to convince Chloe that he loved him. Craig told him there might be a way to convince her. He asked Leo to marry him. Chad ran into Xander and Gwen. He told Xander that he planned on talking to Rolf about the antidote. He walked off looking at his phone. Xander thought Chad was the best person to get Rolf to make the antidote. Gwen hoped Chad was successful. She said she would help him if Chad couldn’t come through for him.

Maggie thanked Tony for moving in the Kiriakis mansion for Sarah. She was grateful that Anna went along with the plan. Tony said Anna was more than willing to help out. Anna walked in and said that wasn’t true. Sarah walked in and told Anna that she and Tony were back together in every way that mattered. Anna went off on Sarah until Tony got involved. Maggie took Sarah out of the room. Tony and Anna were alone. Anna told him that he belonged to her. Tony said Sarah’s condition was temporary until there was a cure. Anna wondered what would happen if they didn’t find a cure. She refused to let another woman steal her husband. He got mad and said he wouldn’t go to bed with her. He wanted her to go home. Sarah met with Tony after Anna left the mansion. She tried to take him to her bedroom. He told her they would be in separate rooms. She wanted to know why they were sleeping in different beds. He told her that he was still married. He said that Anna could take him to the cleaners if he cheated on her. He wanted her to be patient with him. She was willing to be patient if that meant Anna would be out of the picture. Chloe was worried that her father would be upset with her about Leo. Brady thought Craig would be grateful eventually. Brady said he was grateful to her. He couldn’t imagine his life without her. He leaned in to kiss her, but she backed away. She thought John and Marlena would walk in and see them. Brady didn’t think it would be the worst thing for them to see. He wanted to go to his bedroom so they could be alone. He wanted to be with her, but he understood if she thought he was going too fast. She said he wasn’t going too fast. They went to his room. Later, Chloe got a message from Chad. He told her that he failed at his mission. She was afraid that her father would be mad at her for nothing.

He said one of them had to disappear. He said he left last time so now it was Clyde’s turn. Clyde wanted to know how he was supposed to live when he left town. EJ said he would make sure he would survive. Ben walked in while they were talking. Belle told Shawn that he had a lot of nerve to bring up her past mistakes when he was having a baby with Jan. Gwen was waiting at the Bistro for Xander. Gabi arrived and sat at her table. Gwen didn’t want her there. Gabi reminded her how she saved her from what Abby wanted to do to her. She said she sealed Sarah’s fate with that move. She caught Gabi up to speed. Gabi thought Sarah and Xander were going to get back together. She wanted Gabi to gloat somewhere else. Gabi felt bad for her. She told her that her relationship ended. Gwen knew she made Jake happy so she felt sorry for her. Anna stabbed Sarah with the syringe. Sarah wanted to have her arrested for it. Xander followed her. Maggie wanted tl know if Anna lost her mind. She reminded Maggie that the hospital said the drug was safe. Maggie wanted to make sure the drug was fully vetted before Sarah got it. She called Anna selfish and walked away from her to talk to the people in the lab. Tony was disappointed in Anna and wanted to know how she could do that to Sarah. They argued over what Anna did. He told her that she was probably in trouble. Rafe and Shawn talked about what the devil did to people. He told Rafe that the devil set up EJ and almost ruined his anniversary with Belle. Rafe told him that he had to be relieved that Belle walked in before anything happened. Rafe asked him if she walked in the room on time. Shawn had a guilty look on his face and was about to answer when Sarah walked in the room. She wanted to report a crime. She talked as if she were Renee. Xander walked in the room to explain what happened to Sarah.

Later, Rafe, Xander, Sarah and Shawn went to the hospital to look for Anna. Anna was arrested for what she did to Sarah. Anna was taken away with Rafe and Shawn. Sarah wanted to get back to the blood test for her wedding. Tony said he would meet her in the exam room. She kissed his cheek and walked off. Xander told Tony they had to pray the drug worked. Maggie came back so Tony walked off. Belle was at Statesville and noticed Jan sitting in the visitor’s room. Jan stood up and showed her baby bump. She asked Jan who the father of her baby was. Jan told her the father was Shawn. Belle didn’t believe it, but Jan told her that she had sex with Shawn while she was disguised as her. Belle said that Shawn would told her. Belle wondered if she was really pregnant. Jan took her hand and placed it on her stomach. Belle thought Shawn would be horrified to know that she was pregnant. She thought there was a chance Shawn wasn’t the father of Jan’s baby. Jan thought they should get along since she and the baby were going to be in her life for good. Later, Belle went home. Shawn came home after he took Anna to the police station. She told him that she met with Jan at the prison. She told him that she claimed she was pregnant and that he’s the father of the baby. Tony went to see Anna at the station. He told her that he hired a lawyer for her. She didn’t think she would need a lawyer because Sarah would be grateful to have her memory back. Tony told her that she better pray that’s true. Maggie met with Sarah in the exam room. Sarah was talking as if she were Renee and suddenly stopped. Maggie said her name and she responded. Maggie started crying and asked if she knew her name. She told her that she was Sarah. She knew that Maggie was her mother. Xander went home and saw Gwen. He told her about what happened at the hospital. Gwen flashed back to sneaking in the lab to switch the antidote with Rolf’s mind-altering drug that she had.

Anna ranted to Abby about Tony not telling Sarah the truth. Abby told Anna that Chad had the serum from Rolf. Anna was happy. Allie told the devil that she wouldn’t let him hurt Johnny. She tried to get Johnny out of the devil. Johnny was able to hear her. She told him to fight so they could get rid of the devil. Anna went to the Kirakis mansion and told Tony and Maggie that Chad got the serum so she could back to herself. Tony told Anna that Sarah was gone. Xander wanted to know how Sarah knew Gwen. She said Sarah was the love of his life. He said things were complicated. He said he thought the woman he loved didn’t love him anymore. He wanted her to put herself in his shoes. She said he didn’t love her the way he loved Sarah. Sarah told Tony that Alex signed the divorce papers. Tony said Anna signed the divorce papers too. Anna was shocked that he said that. Gwen wanted to know what Xander would do if the serum didn’t work. She asked if he would let go of Sarah. He said it wasn’t a fair question. He wanted her to bear with him. He said he loved her and she was his best friend. He said he would let go of Sarah and marry her. Tony told Sarah they could get married today. Sarah was excited. She wanted Maggie to marry them. Gabi was surprised to find Jake packing up his things. She couldn’t believe he was leaving like that. She apologized for hurting him. She blamed it on the devil. He was upset about how she handled everything. He said the situation meant all he’ll ever be to her was a carbon copy of Stefan. She denied it, but he told her they were done. He told her they couldn’t fix it. Ava overheard Nicole leaving a romantic message for Rafe. They ended up arguing until Ava slapped her. Nicole slapped her back. Jake saw them and broke them up. They went back to arguing until Nicole walked off. Ava told Jake about what happened with Nicole and Rafe. He apologized to her and told her about his breakup with Gabi. He wanted to take her to the pub to get some ice for her face. They wanted to swap stories about breaking up.

Nicole met with Rafe and told him what happened with Ava. He wanted her to call him the next time that happened. She said she called him. He apologized but he was working on Eli’s case. Later, TR tried to make it look like the drug dealer shot Eli. Rafe told him the reasons why the case didn’t sit well with him. Paulina wanted to know if he thought someone else shot Eli. He said something didn’t feel right with him. He said he talked to Beth, but she didn’t give him any insight as to why Eli was at the park. TR got upset while Rafe left. TR met with Beth at his hotel room. He wanted to make sure that she kept her mouth shut. She told him that Johnny was asking her a lot of questions about why she was casted as Celeste. She assured him that she didn’t tell him anything about him. He hoped she was telling the truth and that Paulina believed he’s changed. He said that he would call off the movie if Paulina thought he didn’t change. Beth realized that he wanted to be with Paulina because he wanted her money.

Abe found Lani praying at Eli’s side. She didn’t know what she would do without him. He told her not to lose hope. She thought it could go on for a long time. She didn’t know what she would do for childcare while she was with him. She considered hiring a nanny, but Abe assures her that the family would be there for her. She knew taking care of twins would be a handful. Abe thought Paulina could use help with them. Paulina was watching the twins when TR showed up. He thought she might have needed help. She didn’t want his help at first. He enjoyed being around his grandchildren. He wanted to prove to her that he could be trusted. Abe knocked on the door. TR answered the door. Abe wanted to see Paulina. TR read his emails while they talked. Abe warned Paulina that having TR there was a mistake. They went back and forth about it when TR stopped them. Abe told him about his issues with him. TR assured him that Paulina didn’t have anything to worry about from him. She assured Abe that she would be fine and said he could go. Abe stared TR down once more before he left.

TR thought Abe was jealous of him. Paulina knew that Abe didn’t trust her so they didn’t have a future. TR told her that he wanted to prove to her that he changed. He wanted to be in her life. He was willing to do whatever it took to be in her life. She said that sounded good, but she didn’t know if she believed him. He hoped she would see that he’s changed. Beth was at the station with Rafe. She wanted to sign her statement, but he wanted to go over a few things first. He wanted to make sure the things she said about TR were right. She said they were right and she signed the statement. Later, Rafe went to the hospital to check on Eli and Lani. He assured her that he would find out who shot Eli. He believed there was more to the story. They talked about why Eli was in the park. They talked about the shooting and how the guy overdosed right after it happened. They realized that Eli was the only one who knew what happened. Rafe left to find out about the dealer. Rafe went to see Paulina. He met TR and told them that he was reinstated as Police Commissioner. TR listened while he was talking to Paulina. Rafe told her the drug dealer only sold drugs. He said he never took them. He wondered how he died from a drug overdose. Nicole ran into Abe. They talked about TR being in town. She knew Abe was uncomfortable seeing TR with his grandchildren. They talked about TR’s girlfriend saying that he never used drugs or hit her. Abe said he didn’t trust him. She mentioned how her father was abusive and said he changed. She knew that he never did. Abe told her that he couldn’t talk about his concerns because he wasn’t with Paulina anymore.

He thought Orpheus was going to have people kill him. He said he would tow the line. He thought it would be better to listen because he didn’t want to get hurt. Chloe told Craig that she didn’t mean to hurt him. Craig said he knew he hurt her when he came out. He said he needed her support now more than ever. He said he needed her to support him or get out of his life. She was upset with his terms. Leo told Chad that he would want to be with him, but he didn’t want to hurt Craig.
