Rhodes was taunting Ciara when he was suddenly shot. It turned out to be Christian. He asked her if she remembered her. Shawn and Ben went to an abandoned building. Gabi called Abby out for accusing her of drugging her. Abby tried to apologize to her. She said Gwen was responsible for everything. Claire told Belle about Ciara being alive. Belle tried to explain the evidence to Claire. Claire let her know that someone kidnapped her. She said Vincent was the only one who could tell them where to find Ciara. Ben got frustrated looking in the abandoned room. Shawn said a woman said they were in Rhodes’ apartment. Ciara was surprised to see Christian. He knew she was looking for Ben. Gabi wanted to punch Gwen in the face. Abby told her how she hit her. She talked to her about Shawn stopped their fight. She also told her how she was her sister. Abby recapped everything Gwen did. Abby was determined to make sure Gwen paid for what she did. Charlie talked to Gwen about Allie’s rape. He said the sex was consensual. Gwen was upset that he got away with what he did. He said he lost the love of his life. Claire couldn’t believe she fell for someone like Charlie. Belle tried to make her feel better about it. Claire revealed to her how he reacted when she saw him in the park. Ciara wanted to know why Christian killed Rhodes if he was his boss. Abby asked Gabi to help her with Gwen. Gwen couldn’t believe that Charlie had a soul mate when he didn’t have a soul. He said he loved Claire, but people took her away from him. He tried to explain how much he loved her. He said he wasn’t going to lose Claire. Gwen wanted to do what he was going to do. He said he had to get her alone. Gwen said it wouldn’t work. Claire was worried Allie wouldn’t get justice for what Charlie did to her. Belle was afraid Charlie was going to get away with what he did. Christian told Ciara about what happened when he got out of prison. He said he turned on his father and didn’t think he would talk to him again until he told him about her being alive. Shawn was convinced he and Ben hit a dead end. Ben asked him if he believed Ciara was alive. Shawn said he believed it, but he couldn’t go by psychic visions. Ben refused to give up because he knew Ciara was out there. Ciara wanted to know how Orpheus knew she was alive. Christian explained how he knew. Ciara didn’t understand why Orpheus wanted Rhodes to work for him. Christian said his father gave him an opportunity to get revenge on her for ruining his life. Gwen advised Charlie to stay away from Claire. He wanted to see her. She thought he didn’t like the bad things people were saying about him. Abby wanted to team up with Gabi to get revenge on Gwen. Gabi was willing to think about it. Shawn wanted Ben to prepare himself for the fact that Rhodes might not have Ciara. Ciara realized that Christian was mad at her. He blamed her for ruining his life. She said he was the one who killed Jordan and allowed Ben to go to prison for it. He felt Ben deserved it. He was happy when he found out Ciara was dead until he heard she was alive. She told him to kill her if he was going to do it. Gabi found Gwen and confronted her about what she did. They went back and forth with each other before she walked off. Ciara taunted Christian and tried to get him to shoot her. He refused to do it.

Abby confronted Gwen about Laura dying. Gwen wanted to know what she was going to do if she was responsible for her death. Abby said she was going to give her a real black eye. Kate and Philip talked about Gabi and how she was after Jake. Kate mentioned that she and Gabi used to be friends. He wanted to know what Gabi did to ruin it. Kate told her that Gabi tried to go after Jake. She said Gabi was trying to throw herself at Jake. Gabi told Jake that she was going to ruin him when Philip took her deal. Shawn stopped Abby and Gwen from fighting. Abby told him that Gwen admitted to killing Laura. Abby wanted Shawn to arrest her. Gwen wanted him to arrest Abby. He said he was going to take both of them to the station. Ben went to see Clyde to find out what happened to Vincent. Clyde said Vincent killed himself. Ben thought Clyde killed him. Ben said he needed Vincent alive so he could tell him where Ciara was. Rhodes told Ciara that Vincent was dead. She told Rhodes that he didn’t have to keep her captive anymore. Shawn wanted Abby and Gwen to talk to each other. He handcuffed them in the interrogation room. He left them alone so they could talk. Ben told Clyde about his theory about Ciara being alive. Ben said he talked to Susan and she confirmed that Ciara was alive. Clyde wanted to know what Susan told him. Ben said Susan said she saw a glass box and a shark. He said that was why he came to see Vincent. Clyde said he needed proof. Ben said Ciara called him for a few seconds. He said he heard her voice. Clyde wanted to know how Ciara could have called. He asked where could she be. Ben said she was being held against her will. Ben said Vincent was the only one who knew where she was. Clyde said that wasn’t true. Ciara told Rhodes that she wouldn’t tell anyone what he did. Rhodes said he didn’t believe her. He said even if he wanted to do it, someone else wanted to keep her. Clyde told Ben that Vincent had a visitor. Ben asked if he knew who the visitor was. Clyde said he didn’t, but he could find out. Ben realized that he would find out Vincent’s accomplice if he found out who the visitor was. Abby wanted Gwen to admit that she murdered her grandmother in cold blood.

Abby tried to get Gwen to admit to killing Laura. Gwen told her that Laura tried to apologize and make things better. Abby wanted to know what she did. Gwen said she told her that she destroyed her life. She said she asked Laura to leave. She said she was probably being set up by her and Shawn. Abby said she was arrested too. Gwen said it was probably an act. Ben went to see Shawn about Ciara. Ciara asked Rhodes why he wanted her to be there. Rhodes said she was wrong. She said his boss was dead. Rhodes said Vincent was dead. She asked if he was working for someone already. She said he didn’t seem upset about Vincent’s death. Rhodes said he still had to eat. He said his partner was paying him well. Orpheus told Clyde that he heard about Vincent. Clyde thanked him for telling him Ben was coming to visit. He wanted to know how he knew that. Orpheus said he knew everything. Clyde asked why he was back in prison. Orpheus reminded him that Kate got the better of him. Philip wanted to know why Kate was determined to take the deal with Gabi. He thought she was trying to keep Gabi from Jake. Gabi tried to convince Jake that he still wanted to be with her. Philip told Kate that he was going to make the deal with Gabi. Kate told him it was a good company. She suggested that he remain professional. Ben told Shawn that he needed to find out who went to see Vincent. Shawn said he talked to Hope and she was checking a lead. Ben said Ciara was still alive. He said she called him. Shawn said he would check on the man who visited Vincent. Rhodes asked Ciara why he should tell her who he works for. Ciara said she would figure it out on her own. She said he was in the prison so it was someone there. She asked if it was Eve. Rhodes said she was cold. Ciara wanted to know who else knew she was alive. Gwen told Abby about how she grew up. She asked if Abby could find it in her heart to care. Abby said she would care if it was true. Gwen said it was true. Abby told her Laura wasn’t perfect, but she didn’t get to play God with her life. Abby said she was going to make her pay. Shawn showed up and gave them the option to leave if they dropped the charges against each other or they would sit in a holding cell. They chose to drop the charges. Rhodes told Ciara that his new employer was paying him. He said if he didn’t pay him, he would have no reason to keep her alive. Orpheus wanted to know why Ben wanted to see Vincent. Clyde told him he believed his wife was still alive. He said Vincent knew the truth and it might have died with him. Shawn found out that Rhodes was the alias of the man who went to see Vincent. Ben wanted to go to his address.

Ben and Claire went to see Marlena to find out if Susan was still with her. Marlena said she went out. Marlena wanted to know why they wanted to see Susan. Ben said he knew for a fact that Ciara was still alive. Rhodes went to see Vincent at the prison, but he saw Orpheus instead. Orpheus said he was going to deal with him instead. Ivan went to see Vivian in the interrogation room. He apologized to her for what happened. She told him it was alright. She wanted him to kill her. Ivan told Vivian that he couldn’t help her because he didn’t have the herbs to help her. He gave her a piece of paper. Kristen wanted to know if Susan was going to change her mind about helping her. Kristen told her that Chloe wanted to be with Brady. Kristen tried to convince Susan to take her place at the prison. Ben told Marlena that he heard Ciara on the phone. Ben told Marlena that Susan had a vision of what was happening to Ciara. He said Susan said Ciara was alive. Marlena called Susan while she was on the phone with Kristen. Marlena asked her if she could come back to her place. Susan said she would be there right away. Ivan asked Vivian if she could ever forgive her. She said she knew he did it out of loyalty to her. He said he did it out of love. Orpheus confronted Rhodes about having Ciara. Ben told Susan that he heard Ciara say she loved him. Susan wanted the phone. While she was holding the phone, her own phone rang. She told Kristen that it wasn’t a good time to talk. Ben demanded to know who it was.

Ben and Claire left Marlena’s townhouse when Susan needed a break. Marlena wanted to know what was bothering Susan. Marlena thought it was the phone calls. Kristen was upset when Susan didn’t answer the phone. Vivian walked in on Kristen. Kristen told Vivian that they used to be sympathetic towards each other, but they weren’t anymore. Kristen said Lani was her friend. Vivian told her that Lani killed her son. Kristen reminded her that the bullet was meant for her. Kristen said Lani’s first child was stillborn and then her twins were kidnapped. Kristen warned Vivian to leave Lani alone. Orpheus told Rhodes that he knew what Vincent did to Ciara. Claire told Ben that he didn’t make up Ciara being alive. She said she had an idea on how they could find out where Ciara was. Claire said they had to go back to the beginning and look at where the car exploded. Ben said he and Hope looked all over the area. They realized that someone had Ciara locked up. Orpheus told Rhodes that Hope was on a mission to find Ciara. Rhodes said Hope was looking in all the wrong places. Vivian wanted to know how Kristen was going to see her daughter. Vivian asked if she was going to break out again. Vivian said she wanted to help. Claire told Ben that Vincent couldn’t have Ciara. Ben said Vincent was working with somebody. He wanted to go to Statesville to ask someone questions. Orpheus said he wanted to work with Rhodes. Rhodes wanted to know what he wanted from him.

Ben answered his phone and asked if it was Ciara on the phone. Ciara was surprised that Ben was able to hear her. He didn’t hear her voice. He only heard static on the phone. Ciara didn’t want him to hang up on her. Rhodes walked in the room and saw her on the phone. She let Ben know she loved him when Rhodes took the phone from her. She said Ben loved her. Ben called out to Ciara, but they were disconnected when Rhodes ended the call. He rushed out of the room. Rhodes was upset with Ciara for pulling another stunt. She asked him if he was going to kill her. He let her know he wouldn’t kill her, but he warned her not to try anything again. He walked out of the room. Ciara cried and believed Ben heard her on the phone. Charlie and Claire saw each other at the park. She was shocked to find out the charges against him were dropped. Charlie told her how he had sex with Allie and it was consensual. She tried to walk away, but he stopped her. He wanted her to hear what he had to say. He informed her that Allie was flirting with him in London. She wanted to know why he allowed Tripp to take the fall for what he did. He told her that he didn’t want to lose her because he had sex with her cousin. He let her know how much he loved her. Charlie hoped she felt the same way about him. She thought he was disgusting and recapped what he did to Allie. She walked away from him again, but he grabbed her wrist. Ben arrived and saw what Charlie was doing to Claire. He pushed Charlie away from her. She let Charlie know he was nothing to her and walked away. Ben warned him to stay away from Claire and went after her.

Ben and Claire went to the pub. He assured her that he wouldn’t allow Charlie to bother her again. He let her know that Ciara called him. He was convinced he heard her voice on the phone. Claire wasn’t sure if he did hear Ciara, but he was convinced he did. She suggested he call Susan to get her help. Allie talked to Marlena about feeling guilty for accusing Tripp of raping her. She would understand if he never forgave her. Marlena assured her things would be okay. Marlena wanted her to think about the future. Allie admitted she was having trouble sleeping because she kept seeing Charlie attacking her. Lucas saw Tripp leaving the pub. Lucas apologized to Tripp for accusing him of raping Allie. Tripp understood how he felt. Lucas let him know Charlie was set free and Tripp became enraged. Lucas let Allie know Charlie said they had consensual sex so the London police weren’t going to pursue the case. Allie was upset because she relived the moment for nothing. Charlie ran into them and wanted to know if Henry was his son. Lucas threatened to kill him. He went after him, but Allie tried to stop him.

Rafe warned Nicole to stay away from Charlie because she was going to ruin his chance of putting him away. Ava warned Charlie that no one would believe him about his innocence. She said she was his mother and didn’t believe him. Ava couldn’t believe Charlie could rape a woman. He didn’t care what she thought of him. He said he had a good job and a good girlfriend. She told him how a Salem cop found her kidnapped in his apartment. She was determined to tell the police everything he did so he couldn’t hurt anyone else. Ciara assured Rhodes that she and Ben would be together again. Ben was convinced he and Ciara were together and thought they were Romeo and Juliet. Claire had trouble believing it. He wanted to go to Statesville to see Vincent. Ciara reminded Rhodes that Vincent was in prison for life. He said he was being paid well. Ciara noticed his phone on the table. She thought she could get to the phone. Kate told Vivian about taking Philip from her and how she refused to let her take another woman’s babies from her. Rafe talked to Nicole about having Ava’s statement and she was willing to testify against Charlie. He wanted her to stop pursuing the idea of going after Charlie. He promised he would make sure Charlie would go away for a long time. Charlie couldn’t believe his own mother would hate him. She said she hated what he did. She called him a loser and said he would get what he deserved. He thought she would get what she deserved when he killed her. Charlie was about to choke Ava out when Rafe and Nicole arrived. He wanted to know if he interrupted something. Ava grabbed for her neck.

Kate apologized to Jake for what she said to Vivian. He was okay with what she said. She regretted letting her get to her. She didn’t think she had a soul or a conscience. Claire didn’t think Ben should let Vincent know he was looking for Ciara. She explained why it would be a mistake. She convinced him not to go see Vincent. She said there was someone who could help him find her. He hoped she didn’t mean Susan. Ciara tried to get Vincent’s phone. Kate let Jake know that Vivian cared about her kids. Kate revealed to Vivian that she was seeing Jake. They started kissing each other until Vivian went off on her. Kate knew Vivian was faking. Vivian wanted Jake to tell her that Kate was lying. He said it was true. Vivian was upset. Kate asked her if she liked the fact their conversation was recorded. Ava planned to testify against Charlie. Nicole reminded her that Charlie was dangerous and she shouldn’t go back to her place. Ava knew she didn’t have room for her. Nicole offered Rafe’s place. Charlie tried to call Claire and she ended up being behind him. Ciara called Ben and he finally answered the phone.

Steve wanted to marry Kayla, but he realized the timing was off since Laura was killed. He wasn’t sure if he should do it since he wanted Jack and Jennifer to be in the wedding. Jack called Steve and insisted he and Kayla get married. He told Steve that Laura would want them to get married. Tripp was ready to step in and be his best man. Marlena called and let him know that she and John had food poisoning and couldn’t be at the wedding. Marlena was supposed to officiate the wedding so Steve thought it was going to be another setback. Abe was willing to step in and marry them. He was having second thought about surprising Kayla with a wedding. He remembered they were in trouble the last time because he didn’t tell her what happened. He thought he should talk to her about it first.

The wedding was underway. Steve poured his heart out to Kayla and talked to her about how much she meant to him. He knew she was the one for him and that would never change. Kayla didn’t have time to prepare a speech so she spoke from her heart too. She told him how much he meant to her and how she admired him. She mentioned how they were getting married for the fourth time. She thought this would be the last time they were doing it. Abe pronounced them man and wife. Steve and Kayla kissed each other. Jake and Kate weren’t happy to find out Vivian was alive after all. He wanted to see Vivian. Kate wasn’t thrilled with the idea of him going to see Vivian. He wanted to see her anyway. Kate decided to go with him. She wanted to make sure Vivian didn’t try anything. Vivian told Eli and Lani the twins were her sons Jake and Stefan. Everyone questioned whether she was crazy or not. Eli and Kate felt like she was pretending to be crazy so she could avoid prison. Eli didn’t want to stay at the station. He wanted to be with Lani and the twins. Kate went to talk to Vivian. Gwen was shocked when she realized she killed Laura. She called Jack to come and help her out. He arrived at her room and was surprised by what happened. She assured him that what happened was an accident. Jack believed her side of the story. He believed her, but he wasn’t going to cover up what she did. He decided to call the police. Rafe showed up at the inn and found out what happened to Laura. He arrested Gwen and took her to the station. Jack had a hard time dealing with the fact that he had to go home and tell Jennifer and Abby what happened to Laura. Julie was upset because she hadn’t heard from Eli and Lani for a while. She wondered if they found the twins. Rafe heard her talking about Eli and Lani so he tried to remain positive about the situation. He was certain they would find the twins.

Eli and Lani couldn’t believe Ivan tricked them into getting locked up in a room. They made a lot of noise so they could be heard. Vivian was able to hear them talking and asked Ivan what happened. Ivan had to confess they had unwanted visitors there. Vivian wanted to know what was going on so he admitted Eli and Lani were being held hostage. She wanted to know why and he told her they were the parents of the twins. Vivian decided she had to finish what she started. She wanted to kill Eli and Lani. She went to kill them, but she wasn’t able to do it. Eli and Lani managed to outsmart her. They were able to stop her and tied her up. They were also able to tie Ivan up. They managed to find their babies after all. Chad was ecstatic when Abby agreed to move back into the mansion. She let him know she wasn’t ready to forgive him right now. She considered it a step in the right direction. Later, Abby went to Jack and Jennifer’s place to get her things. Jennifer was happy that Abby was ready to work things out with Chad. Jack arrived home to let them know that Laura was dead.

Laura went to see Gwen so she could explain what she did. Gwen allowed her to explain. Laura told her she would have done something if she knew that Gwen’s mother wouldn’t have taken care of her. Gwen thought she wouldn’t have done anything. Laura said she was thinking about her own family. Xander wanted to know why Victor wasn’t letting Philip quit. Victor said Philip is his son and Titan was going to be his one day. Xander wanted to know what was going to happen to him. Victor said they would both be CEOs. Susan went to see Kristen. Kristen asked her about Brady. While they were talking, Susan told her Chloe was going to see her. Laura told Gwen that she felt like she couldn’t let her mother turn her daughter’s life upside down. Gwen wanted to know what she did to Jennifer. Laura didn’t want to tell her. Gwen wanted to know what she did that would justify turning her mother away. Laura told her that she slept with Jack. Gwen said it was romantic. Laura said that wasn’t how it was. She said she went to see Jennifer and then saw Jack. Gwen asked if she tried to keep it from Jennifer. Gwen said the secret came out and then her mother came to town. Laura said she couldn’t come between Jack and Jennifer. She said Abby needed her parents. Gwen asked if she thought about what she needed. Laura said she knew it sounded cold, but she had to fix things. Xander was furious that Victor didn’t make Philip pay for what he did. Xander reminded Victor that he was the one who discovered that Philip was laundering money. He wanted Philip to be demoted, but Victor didn’t want to demote him. Xander said he didn’t know what he was doing there. Susan told Kristen that she saw Chloe getting ready to see Brady. Kristen wanted to know what Chloe said about Brady. Susan said Chloe told her that she was glad Brady was okay and that he meant a lot to her. Susan asked if that was sweet. Kristen said it wasn’t because Chloe was trying to take Brady from her while she was in prison.

Gwen told Laura that her life changed because two messed up people couldn’t be honest with each other. Gwen thought she might have had a father and a home. She thought she might have been different. She thought she and Abby might have been close. She said she might not have been a manipulative b*tch. Susan thought Kristen wanted her to spy on Brady and Chloe and report back to her. Kristen said she wanted to watch them herself. Victor told Xander that he and Philip were going to be CEO. He said nothing was changing. Xander said nothing ever did. He said no matter how much Philip messed up, he was given the benefit of the doubt. He said no matter what he did it was never enough. He brought up how he switched the babies for him. Victor said he did it for Sarah. Xander said he did it for him so he could protect Maggie. He said he did a lot and it was for nothing. Victor wanted to know what he was trying to say. Xander told him that he quit. Susan wanted to know how Kristen was going to keep an eye on Brady and Chloe while she was in prison. Susan asked if she was breaking out of prison. Kristen said she had a way to walk out without people knowing about it. Xander told Victor that he hoped he would find his place at Titan. Victor told him he wasn’t going to chase after him. Xander said it wouldn’t have done anything if he did because it was too late. When Xander left, Victor told Philip that he enjoyed what happened. Philip said he didn’t and walked out. Laura apologized to Gwen for what she did. Gwen asked if she could give her her life back. Laura told her she could have her family. Gwen said it was too late. Laura said it wasn’t too late. Gwen asked if she thought Abby would accept her as her sister after she slept with her husband. She said Jack said he wanted to be her father, but it was just guilt. She told Laura that the damage she did couldn’t be undone. Laura apologized. She said it was a mistake for her to come. Gwen stopped her from leaving. Gwen told her that she wanted revenge because she ruined her life and wasn’t going to get away with it. Kristen tried to convince Susan to switch places with her.

Kate told Chad that he and Abby loved each other. She said Abby needed to get over herself. He said he was the one who cheated on Abby. She said it was Gwen’s fault. Chloe told Philip that Brady was okay. He was thankful for that. He thought his relationship with his father was in jeopardy. Kristen called Brady to check on him. He said he was fine, but he was upset. She was upset too and blamed Chloe for what happened. He was mad at her for what she did. Susan told Claire and Ben that Ciara was trapped in a glass box. Ciara tried to get away from Rhodes, but he grabbed her hand. She managed to get away, but he grabbed his gun to stop her from leaving. Philip thought everyone blamed him for what happened to Brady. Chloe told him one person didn’t blame him. She let him know that Kristen blamed her for what happened. Brady and Kristen argued over her breaking out of jail. Philip and Chloe talked about Kristen being after her. He regretted getting her help, but she didn’t mind doing it. He was grateful that she was always by his side. She told him that he was her friend. He wondered if that’s all they were. He kissed her. Eli and Lani warned Ivan to step aside. Ivan figured the doctor told them where to find him. Eli told him they were coming inside, but Ivan told them it would be a mistake. Ben was surprised when Susan said there was a gun. He wanted to know what happened. Rhodes warned Ciara that he had no problem shooting her. She reminded him that Vincent wasn’t paying him to guard a corpse. She knew he wasn’t going to shoot her. Susan held Ben’s hands and realized that Ciara was fighting to get back to him. She continued to visualize what happened when Claire interrupted her. Rhodes let Ciara know he was tired of guarding her. He also told her how he had one thing in his favor. The world thought she was dead so he could kill her. She gave in and went back inside the room. Kristen thought Chloe guilted Brady into helping her. Kristen confronted Brady about lying to her. He admitted that he lied. He said he saw it. She asked if Ivan claimed her body right away. Eli said he did. Vivian told Ivan to take the babies back. He said he couldn’t. He said he got them from a reputable place. He said the deal was done. She said she wasn’t young enough to take care of the twins. Rhodes tried to tell Ciara that Ben thought she was dead. She said he would never think that. Susan wanted to know what happened. Marlena explained what happened. Susan thought Kristen was behind it. Susan couldn’t believe Brady would be with Kristen. Marlena defended Kristen to Susan. She told Susan that Kristen broke out of prison to be with Brady. Eli wanted to know why Vivian’s body was released so quickly. Ivan told Vivian that all she had to do was love the twins. She said they could do worse than have a mother like her. Chloe told Brady he was in her room when the mob showed up. She asked if he remembered that. He said he remembered some of it. She said the mob was trying to kill Philip, but got him instead. She said it was her fault. Ben and Claire went to see Marlena. Susan told Ben to stay away from her. Ciara pretended to have a pain in her stomach. Rhodes asked what was wrong with her. She said it was the food. She said he poisoned her.

Rhodes said he didn’t poison Ciara’s food. He said Vincent needed her alive. She told him to help her. Marlena told Susan that she wasn’t in danger. Laura apologized for what happened. Dr. Raynor told Eli and Lani how she started over and thought she put the past behind her. She got a call from someone who knew she switched the babies. He was going to tell her new employers what she did. Eli wanted to know exactly what the guy said. She told him how the guy wanted her to take the babies. Eli wasn’t happy that the man knew they were having twins. Ivan arrived with the twins. Vivian let him know she was home. Vivian wanted to know where Ivan was and he assured her that he was fine. She was worried someone might have seen him. She thought the police would come get her and take her to jail. He told her that he wouldn’t put her in jeopardy. She wasn’t happy about pretending to be dead again. She apologized for the way she talked to him. He was okay with it. She felt alone. He told her that she had them. Nicole told Rafe that Eric was staying away longer. She said he didn’t ask her if he could stay. She said he turned down the job when it was offered to him, but now he didn’t consult her before agreeing to stay. Rafe tried to get her to realize that Eric wouldn’t be gone long. She said she missed him. Laura told Jennifer and Abby about what happened 25 years ago. It was around the time Jack and Laura came back to town. There was a flashback of Gwen’s mother looking for Jack. Jack told Gwen that he was going to get to the bottom of what happened. She wanted him to welcome her, but he said it was hard to do after everything she did to Abby. They argued over what she did to him and Abby. Laura finished telling Jennifer about Tiffany (Gwen’s mother). Tiffany told Laura that she had a fling with Jack. Jennifer couldn’t believe that Gwen was Jack’s daughter.

Tony walked in the room while Jake thought about kissing Gabi. He saw Jake looking at Gabi’s proposal and wanted to give him some tips about it. Tony thought taking over Gabi Chic would be good for the business, but it wouldn’t be good for his personal life. Rafe told Gabi about his day with Nicole. She reminded him that Nicole was married. He wanted her to be careful with Jake. Gabi said Jake wasn’t a married man and Kate never stays with one man. He wasn’t so sure, and left for work. Jake showed up at Rafe’s place and saw Gabi wasn’t dressed. He stammered while he was talking. She didn’t plan on getting dressed because he’s seen her before. He let her know he was turning down her business proposal. She tried to convince him that the proposal was a good idea. He was adamant about not doing the deal. She believed he didn’t want to do it because he was afraid to be around her. He let her know that he didn’t want to do it because she will constantly think he’s Stefan and he couldn’t be him. He allowed her to have the rights to her company. Jack admitted to Jennifer that he possibly slept with Tiffany, but he couldn’t remember her name. He wasn’t proud because he felt like it happened to someone else. He believed he would have remembered a woman coming to him about a child. Jennifer thought it was possible there was another Jack Deveraux who fathered Gwen. They realized it was a stretch. Jennifer thought his assistant might have dealt with it. He decided to call his assistant about it. She didn’t remember dealing with Tiffany and Gwen. He got a call from the lab. He was told the paternity test results were done.

Gwen looked at herself and saw the black eye she had. She wanted it to be darker. She planned on making Abby pay for what she did. Abby went to the station and asked Rafe if Gwen was going to be charged for drugging her. Rafe didn’t know if Rolf’s word was enough to get her indicted, but he had to wait for the DA to let him know. Gwen arrived at the station sporting her black eye. She thought Abby should be arrested. Gwen and Abby argued until the lab calling Gwen interrupted them. Gwen left to go to the hospital. Rafe advised Abby not to go after her because she’s dangerous. Abby wanted him to arrest Gwen. Gwen arrived at the hospital. She saw Julie and they got into an argument. Jack heard the argument and stopped them. Julie tried to lunge out to Gwen before she left. Gwen showed Jack the paternity test results. Gwen called him “daddy”. Laura arrived at the Horton house and hugged Jennifer. Laura said she was back because she read what happened. Jennifer and Abby told her how Gwen claimed to be Jack’s daughter and he abandoned her. They didn’t think it was true. Laura told them that she was the one sending the checks.

Tripp said it would make the police do their own test. Charlie said it still wouldn’t be enough because it didn’t happen in Salem. Tripp said they would get more evidence. He said it would clear his name. Ben and Claire talked about Ciara. Ciara kept screaming for help. A guy name Rhodes told her that no one could hear her. She said she was going to do it anyway. Allie told Belle that Charlie was the one who raped her. She said Marlena hypnotized her. Charlie told Tripp that he couldn’t lose Claire. Allie went to see Tripp. She said she gave a statement to the police about Charlie. He asked if she believed him. She said believed him already because she was hypnotized. She apologized for ruining his life. Ciara offered Rhodes money to let her go. He turned down her request. He told her she would be stuck there for a long time. Tripp didn’t know what to tell Allie when she apologized to him. She told him he didn’t have to say anything. She didn’t expect him to accept her apology. She just wanted him to know. Belle told Claire that Allie was in therapy with Marlena and had a clear memory of being raped by Charlie. She said Allie gave a statement to the police and they were probably arresting him. Shawn went to Charlie’s apartment and told him he was under arrest.

Allie said she was sure that it was Tripp, but now it’s Charlie. She said it was a blip in her head. Marlena said they were doing the session so she could be clear. Allie wondered if she didn’t resist as much as she thought she did. She thought she might have gotten herself in the nightmare. Marlena said it wasn’t her fault that it happened. She said it wasn’t about what she did or didn’t do. She said he committed a terrible crime against her. She said she wouldn’t pressure her. She wanted to do what was right for her. Allie said she needed to know what happened to her so she could make him pay. Abby wanted Chad to tell the police that Gwen was the one who drugged her. He said he would do it. He said there wasn’t any point. Gwen ran into Charlie. She asked him if he was the one who attacked Ava. He told her not to believe what she read. He told her about the article he read about her. She wondered what else they had in common. Ben and Claire talked about Charlie attacking Allie. Claire thought that Charlie was sweet and kind. Ben told her that she didn’t know him the way she thought she did. Marlena got Allie ready to be hypnotized. Marlena told her she was going to take her back to her apartment in London. She promised to keep her safe. Abby wanted to know why Chad didn’t think she should get revenge on Gwen. He didn’t think there was a point. She said Gabi took the fall for something Gwen did. Gwen tried to get Charlie to open up to her about why he attacked Ava. He said she was unstable. He said she only had enough love for one child. Gwen reacted when he said that. She told him she knew how he felt because her father abandoned her and wouldn’t admit that she was his daughter. He said she sounded as if she had daddy issues. She said she found a way to deal with it. He said being rejected by a parent makes you do things you wish you never did. She wanted to know what he meant. Marlena asked Allie what she remembered about the night she was raped. Allie told her what she remembered. She couldn’t remember everything that happened. Marlena said she would push her to remember.

Marlena continued to hypnotize Allie. Allie remembered spending time with Tripp. Allie said Tripp was a perfect gentleman. Allie told Ben that Charlie didn’t judge her even when she told her that she spent time in a mental institution. She said he the only one guy who didn’t judge her. She asked if he understood what she meant. He said he did. She couldn’t believe she trusted a kidnapper and a rapist. She said she was stupid to do it. Ben told her that she wasn’t stupid for trusting Charlie. He said she was brave. Chad told her Gabi was back in town. He said he apologized to her for accusing her of drugging her. Abby told him to apologize to any other woman. He agreed to go to the police. He said he would respect her wishes and stay away from her. He said he would never stop fighting for her. Charlie told Gwen that you could become overwhelmed with rage that it would cause you to do things you wouldn’t do. Marlena continued to hypnotize Allie. Allie said she didn’t know what else happened between her and Tripp. Allie remembered seeing Charlie in her apartment. Allie remembered that Charlie raped her. Gwen and Abby ran into each other. They argued over Jack. Ben and Claire talked about Ciara and how they missed her. Allie told Marlena that she remembered what happened. Marlena told her that she would remember what happened when she came out of hypnosis. Abby confronted Gwen about drugging her. Gwen denied drugging her. Gwen said he couldn’t prove that she did anything. She said there was nothing she could do about it. Abby ended up hitting her. Tripp went to Charlie and gave him an envelope. Charlie wanted to know what it was. Tripp said it was proof that he raped Allie.

Philip came in and was about to tell him, but it was too late. Victor wanted to know if things could get worse than being betrayed by his son. Philip said Brady was shot. Kristen wanted Chloe to tell her what was wrong with Brady. Chloe said he was shot. Kristen wanted to know what happened to him. She said she heard Chloe said she blamed herself. Chloe said it was complicated. Abby told Anna that she was right about Gwen all along. Anna didn’t understand why Gwen would hurt her or her family. Abby told her that Gwen was the one who drugged her. Tony and Chad met to talk about Kristen escaping prison. Kristen put a gun to Chloe and wanted to know why Chloe shot him. Chloe said it was a mob hit. She said they were after Philip. Kristen wanted to know why Brady was with her. Chloe said she asked him to fix the mess for Philip. Kristen wanted to know what was wrong with her bringing Brady in Philip’s mess. John came in while Kristen had her gun on Chloe. Philip told Victor that the doctor got the bullet out of Brady and he was stable. Victor didn’t understand why the mob would go after Brady. Philip said the bullet was meant for him. Philip said he was sorry. Xander told him he should be. Philip said Xander was the reason why Brady was shot.

Victor told Philip that he screwed up. Victor said he didn’t want anymore lies. He wanted the truth. John stopped Kristen from shooting Chloe. Kristen said she wanted to make sure Brady was okay. John told her she had to leave. She asked him to tell Brady that she loved him. John said he would. She left Brady’s room. Marlena asked if Kristen if she was alright. Kristen said she wasn’t. She said Brady could be paralyzed because of Chloe. She wanted to make Chloe pay. Marlena and Chad told her to think of Rachel. Anna told Abby that Chad messed up because of Gwen. Anna said Gwen manipulated him the same way she did to Abby. Abby understood that but was upset that he believed Gwen over her. Anna told her not to give up. She said Gwen would win if she did. Anna tried to convince Abby not to give up on Chad. Marlena tried to convince Kristen not to risk her life being on the run. Marlena said she would keep Kristen posted about Brady. Philip told Victor that he was in trouble. Victor said he could have told him. Philip didn’t want to hurt him again. Philip said Xander was only concerned about Titan. Victor said Philip was the one who cost him his grandson. Chloe told John what happened to Brady. Tony and Chad tried to talk Kristen to go back to prison. She didn’t want to leave. Chad said time would be added to her sentence. Tony and Chad said they would her. She agreed to turn herself in to the police. Philip told Victor that he wanted to gain his trust back. Victor said he concerned about Brady. Philip asked if he could ever forgive him. Xander wanted to know how to fix the mess Philip did. Victor told him that he should have said something. Xander said he wanted to fix the mess first. Victor told them he would handle the situation.

She said people would get hurt. Nicole wanted to know who would get hurt. Brady got shot while he was talking to Kristen on the phone. Kristen wanted to know what was going on. Chloe got on the phone and told her Brady was shot. Chloe hung up the phone. Kristen was upset that she didn’t tell her what was happening. Gabi and Rafe talked about Jake and Kate being together. Kate told Jake that she was afraid Gabi was going to take him from her. He said he was with the one he wanted. Tony went to see Kristen. He told her Jake was in charge of DiMera. She said she didn’t care. She said Brady was shot. She told him she needed to know if he was safe. He told her he would find out something. She said she was going with him. Nicole went to see Ava. Nicole wanted to ask her about the mob. Chloe and Philip got Brady to the hospital. Gabi walked in on Kate and Jake while they were spending time together.

She told him Allie was going to by hypnotized to see what she remembered. Jake told Kate that he agreed to look at Gabi’s proposal. Gabi warned him that Mr. Shin would be upset if she took her company somewhere else and it was successful. Gabi wanted to talk to Jake alone. Kate was willing to let them talk. Gabi told Jake that he was pretending to care about Kate. He said he didn’t want to hear what she had to say about Kate. He said he could look at the business proposal without her being there. He told her to leave, but she said she wasn’t going anywhere. Sarah told Chloe and Philip that Brady was stabilized. When Chloe went to see Brady, Sarah asked Philip if the bullet was meant for him. He said it was Xander’s fault that it happened. She told him not to blame Xander. She said it was his fault. Philip said Xander only started digging because he wanted to run the company. She said Victor would never forgive him if Brady died. Philip went to see Ava. He told her that Angelo put a hit out on him. He said Brady got shot instead. She said she had nothing to do with it. She asked why Angelo would do it. Philip told her to find out.

Xander told Eli that he had a number where he could reach Rayner. Eli wanted him to call the number. Sarah told Maggie that Philip was in trouble with the mob. She told Maggie that he owed Ava money. She said that was the reason why he came home and needed a job. She said the Vitalli’s said they would kill Philip if he didn’t launder the money. Maggie wanted to know how she found out. Sarah said she and Xander worked together to find proof. Maggie thought they broke up. Sarah was afraid that the mob found out and that was why he didn’t come home. Brady was upset that Philip was with Chloe. Chloe didn’t have a problem with Philip staying with her. Brady wanted to know how long he was staying. She said he was staying for as long as it took. Abe told Julie that Dr. Rayner was the one who kidnapped the babies. She didn’t understand why a doctor would steal the babies. He said it was the same doctor that stole a baby before. Lani told Kristen that Dr. Raynor was the one who stole the twins. Kristen was shocked. Kristen wanted to know how she could help. Lani asked if she tried to reach out to her. Kristen said she didn’t. Lani said Nicole told her Dr. Raynor felt guilty about what she did. Kristen said she didn’t. Lani told her Xander was the best lead to finding her. Xander told Eli that he wasn’t sure if Dr. Raynor still had the phone he gave her. Eli said it was their only chance. Xander called the number. Eli recorded the call. Dr. Raynor answered the phone. Dr. Raynor wanted to know what Xander wanted. He said he wanted to talk to her about the babies she stole. She said she didn’t know what he was talking about. He said a witness saw her at the park with the babies. She said the person made a mistake. She wanted to know what it had to do with him. He said the police thought he was involved. She asked if he wanted to call the police and tell them he was innocent. He said he wanted to help her. Brady told Chloe that he was going to call Victor and tell him what he was doing. She told him that he promised he wouldn’t say anything. He said he was going to do it to keep her safe. Sarah told Maggie that it would be all her fault if Philip died. Philip came in and said he was fine no thanks to her.

Chloe tried to convince Brady not to tell Victor about Philip. Brady told her that she was enabling Philip. She said she wasn’t. He said the best way to deal with it was to cut him off. Philip reminded Sarah that she was the reason why he was in trouble. Maggie tried to defend Sarah. He was upset that Sarah told her. Maggie suggested that he tell Victor. Philip didn’t want him to know. Dr. Raynor wanted to know why Xander wanted to help her. He said Sarah taught him to be a better man. She didn’t believe he would help her out of the kindness of his heart. Xander said he had another motive. He said he hated Eli and Lani for what they have done to him. Xander said he wanted to help her disappear. He told her to tell him where she was. She said she wasn’t telling him where she was. He said she didn’t have to give her an address, but he would help her get out of town. He asked her to meet him so he could help her. Chloe told Brady that Philip could die if she cut him off. Brady said she could die if he didn’t. He told her not to let Philip drag her down. She said like he did. Brady said he dragged her down with him when he was on drugs. Maggie told Philip that she wouldn’t tell Victor for now. Philip said he could handle it himself. Sarah said she went to Rafe and told him what was going on. She said he told her he had to go to the police for help. Maggie told him that the mob knew where he lived. He said he was moving. Xander apologized for not getting Raynor to meet. Jack and Jennifer told Julie that the twins were missing. Julie wanted to be with Eli. Abby wanted to know why Gwen wasn’t out of the house. Chad said the kids didn’t get a chance to say bye to her. Abby didn’t care. He said they loved Gwen. Abby was willing to let the kids say bye to her, but she wanted her gone by the time she came back home. Eli tried to get Lani to think about the kidnapping like they were cops. She didn’t think she could do that. He asked her what it said about someone who kidnapped their children in broad daylight. She said they were desperate for a baby. He said someone might want to get revenge on them. She wanted to know why. He said they arrested a lot of people. She said it would be worse if someone took the babies out of revenge because they wouldn’t take care of them. Abby went to see Jack and Jennifer. She wanted to talk about Gwen. Gwen told Chad he had to come up with a better reason to get her to stay. She said she would tell Abby that they had sex. He warned her that she wasn’t going to ruin his life or marriage. He wanted to know what she wanted from him. Julie went to see Lani and Eli. Julie wanted to know what she could do to help. Eli said the police were all over it. Julie was going to make the person who took her grandkids pay for what they did. Jack and Jennifer told Abby that Gwen was trying to turn them against each other. Abby was glad that it didn’t work. She said she was happy that they were back together. Jennifer said that awful time was behind them. Abby said she hoped she and Chad could say the same. Jennifer wanted to know what was going on.
