Chance and Sharon have dinner together and decide to have dinner together again next week because they enjoyed the Ethiopian take-out food and good conversation.

Kyle and Summer argue because Summer thinks Diane’s plan to trap Jeremy won’t work and that will put everyone they love in danger. Kyle is also scared because all of this mess with Diane is coming between him and Summer. Kyle doesn’t think Summer and Harrison should go away but agrees to think about the idea.

Billy and Lily go to their first couples counseling session and, although it was hard, Billy wants to do anything to save his relationship with Lily. Lily thinks that the therapy session showed they have no common ground and she breaks up with Billy.

Sally continues to think about what she should do about her pregnancy and Nick comes to visit her. Nick and Sally have sex again and Nick goes to take a shower while Sally unpacks the take-out food Nick brought for dinner.

Jeremy wants Diane to commit a crime to prove her loyalty to him. Diane talks to Jack later and tells him what Jeremy wants her to do. Diane thinks she should steal something from Nikki to prove her loyalty to Jeremy.

Phyllis: Diane’s back.

Ashley: Ugh! And I was hoping we were finally rid of her.

Phyllis: Mnh. She never really ran, by the way. That was just to cover so Jeremy Stark would leave town looking for her. And the worst part for me is my own daughter blew me off for Christmas so she could spend it with Diane and her husband so he could, you know, live out his childhood dreams with his mom.

Ashley: I am so sorry. That must have been very painful.

Phyllis: I’m not done. There’s more. Ashley, my daughter has always confided in me. She’s always trusted me before Diane corrupted her. And my daughter let everybody in town think that I was the one who chased Diana out of town, when, really, there was — i don’t know — a Jabot-sponsored motorcade bringing her up to the Abbott cabin.

Billy: Because of me. Because of who I am, you know? I’m self-centered and I’m restless, and it’s the same reason why I quit the podcast, ’cause I thought I needed to focus on my corporate gig. But that didn’t work either. I’m just constantly in need of the next best thing, the next — next thing that’s gonna give me a rush to make me feel alive. It’s — it’s, you know — it’s who I am. It’s my track record. I am less than an ideal long-term partner.

Britt’s friends and family grieve her loss while Dante continues to try and figure out the identity of the hook killer. Ryan tells Heather she should turn herself in so Esme can go free. Ryan tells Heather that Esme is pregnant, and the baby can’t be born in prison. Heather decides she will attack someone else to prove that Esme isn’t the killer.

Nina tells Brad and Marie that Britt had Huntington’s disease but very few people knew about it because she didn’t want people to feel sorry for her. Brad and Marie try to decide what outfit to buy for Britt to wear to her funeral since Britt gave most of her clothes to charity except for the clothes she had shipped to the destination she intended to go.

Nikolas gets Martin assigned to be Esme’s public defender but later offers to pay him triple his normal fee to defend her.

Kevin tells Dante that he thinks Esme has suffered memory loss.

Austin makes the mistake of telling Liesl that the police is guarding a hook killer suspect who is at the hospital. Liesl uses Britt’s doctor’s coat to go into Esme’s room and give her something for her pain.

Abby tells Devon that she hasn’t felt so happy in a long time but she does feel guilty about living in the Chancellor Mansion when she isn’t a Chancellor anymore. Devon thinks Abby should take some time to decide what is right for her and Dominic.

Abby sees Daniel at the Grand Phoenix and they catch up on their lives. Abby tells Daniel that she and Chance have gotten a divorce. Daniel has to leave for a meeting, and when Abby is alone, she takes off her wedding ring.

Daniel talks to Lily and tells her that his relationship with Heather is in trouble and he is hoping that when he launches this gaming platform that Heather will see that he is getting his life back on track and give him another chance.

Ashley and Jack have an argument about Diane. Ashley tells Jack she doesn’t trust Diane and will never accept her in the family or at Jabot.

Diane tells Kyle that she can handle Jeremy on her own and she doesn’t want to put him and Jack in danger. Diane asks Kyle to trust her because she will do this alone.

Summer asks Kyle if she can take Harrison with her to Paris for a textile show because she needs a break from all the tension.

Devon and Lily argue because she and Jill want to take the company public and Devon wants to keep the company private. Lily tells Devon he needs to give her a legitimate reason why they shouldn’t take the company public.

Aura gets a text message from Tucker with a unique text message tone. Aura walks out of the meeting with Devon and Lily telling them that she needs to tend to the message. Devon later sees Tucker at Society and Tucker thinks Devon should consider buying Hamilton Winters back from Chancellor Industries. Devon gets up to leave just after telling Tucker he will think about the idea. Tucker gets a text message with the same text message alert tone that Devon heard Audra get earlier at the Chancellor Winters office. Once Devon says goodbye to Tucker and walks outside he calls a private investigator and asks the investigator to see if there is a connection between Tucker McCall and Audra Charles.

Ashley: Not at all. I mean, well, we’re having a very quiet Christmas, so… yeah, I would actually really like to get out of the house. Let’s go. Bye, you guys.

Josslyn feels guilty about sleeping with Dex before she broke up with Cameron. Josslyn also tells Dex she doesn’t know how a relationship with him will work since she doesn’t approve of him working for Sonny and she won’t live her life making excuses for his job. Dex takes Josslyn to Kelly’s to talk to Cameron, but he stays outside so Josslyn can talk to Cameron alone. Cameron is devastated when Josslyn tells him she isn’t in love with her anymore. Cameron tells Josslyn he had no idea she felt like they had grown apart because he thought they had fixed their relationship. Josslyn wants to remain friends, but Cameron tells her that he doesn’t think that he can ever be friends with her again since he is still in love with her, and he can’t just turn off the way he feels for her.

Britt starts to cough up blood, and while gasping for breath, she tells her mother that the scratch that is bleeding was given to her by the hook and she is being poisoned. Britt also asks her mother to hold her until she dies because the ambulance won’t get there in time. Britt dies on the floor of the Haunted Star ballroom where just hours earlier she had celebrated her birthday. Liesl later says farewell to Britt and gives her a kiss on the forehead and asks her to give Nathan a kiss when she sees him.

Dante questions Esme who claims she can’t remember anything not even her name. Nikolas and Spencer think Esme is lying about having amnesia. Elizabeth and Trina think Esme isn’t lying about having amnesia and Elizabeth tells Nikolas that the easiest way for Esme to give herself an alibi for the hook killings is to tell the police that she was being held hostage at Wyndamere.

Trina tells Ava that Esme is pregnant and that the baby doesn’t belong to Spencer. Ava demands that Nikolas tell her if he is the father of Esme s baby. Nikolas wants to talk in private but Ava demands Nikolas tell her the truth right now in front of everyone. Nikolas admits that he is the father of Esme’s baby.

Tucker visits with Devon, Abby, Dominic, and Tucker and have a talk. Abby tells Tucker she doesn’t trust him but, she thinks Dominic needs his family. Once Tucker is gone, Abby tells Devon that she is only letting Tucker see Dominic for his sake. Abby and Devon have sex on Delphine’s couch because it feels right for them to be together.

Jack and Kyle are not happy that Diane is going to move back into the Grand Phoenix as part of her plan to make Jeremy think that she wants to reconcile with him but they can agree to support her despite the fact they think her plan is too dangerous and may not work.

Phyllis and Ashley are upset because Jack and Kyle can’t see that they are being manipulated by Diane. Phyllis is hurt that Summer is taking Diane’s side in the situation and refuses to talk to Summer to try and fix things between them. Summer admits to Daniel that Diane has brought a lot of problems to town with her and she doesn’t like the way everyone is acting like it is all Phyllis’ fault. Summer tells Daniel that she hopes Kyle will take the blinders off about his mother before it ruins their marriage. Ashley arrives home and interrupts an almost kiss between Diane and Jack and asks what is going on between them.

Chelsea: Having a safe space has made everything more tolerable for me. I have to be honest with you. Christmas at the ranch was a bit overwhelming, though, with all the Newmans and Adam. It felt like a collision of all my problems at once. And Victoria was there with Katie and Johnny. Before you ask, everything went great. It was fine. You know, Johnny and Connor are inseparable these days, and it’s wonderful.

Billy: Yeah, I agree. It’s great. I’m really proud of those boys. But you do seem to be glossing over the elephant in the room. Victor. I’ve been telling everyone…

Chelsea: Victor tried to be on his best behavior, but it was still very clear that he doesn’t trust me. But Adam was there, and he was by my side and very supportive, kept checking in, making sure I was okay.

Billy: Well, Victor doesn’t trust anyone, so it sounds like your visit went par for the course. However, I am grateful that Adam was watching out for you.

Chelsea: You’re grateful to Adam. Well, this is a first.

Billy: Keep that down, please. Don’t tell anyone I said that. More importantly, it sounds like you held your own.

Chelsea: To be honest with you, the day was great. The night was not. I just started getting these nagging, racing thoughts. My therapist calls them a thought spiral. So, she gives me techniques to try to manage them.

Sharon: Thank you. You know, it’s been quiet around the house with Faith being away, but I know she is having the time of her life in Europe.

Noah: When did she get so old? I feel like just last week Faith was this little girl getting lost in the woods, needing to be rescued.

Nick: That’s what happens when you get older. Time moves very quickly.

Mariah: But seriously, when did she get so sophisticated? She’s like a jet-setter now.

Tessa: And by “sophisticated,” you mean more sophisticated than us?

Nick: The absolute worst. It took forever to get him to go to bed, and then at about 3:30, he’d come knocking on the door.

Nick: Yep. Some years I’d feel like I just got my head on the pillow, and he’d come in screaming and hollering, saying he was ready to open presents.

Mariah: So, how did you get Christian to sleep tonight?

Nick: Easy. Christian likes to know things. So, first we just kind of checked out, you know, online what reindeers prefer, oats to carrots.

Mariah: Mm.

Tessa: Carrots, obviously.

Noah: How is that obvious?

Nick: Well, you’ve done your own research. Then we checked out the Santa tracker. Christian realized Santa was still really far away, and he also knows that Santa doesn’t show up until he’s asleep, so he went right to bed.

Mariah: Well, hopefully he doesn’t wake up at 3:30 like his brother used to.

Nick: Oh, man, let’s hope. But as annoying as it was, it was also really fun. You know, it’s the joy of the holiday season. I’m sure Sharon can vouch for this, and you guys will all realize it someday, but there’s just nothing like seeing Christmas through the eyes of a child.

Sally: It’s no problem. I know it’s close to Christmas and you have a lot of family obligations.

Nick: Yeah, I got a lot going on. I’ll tell you, Christian is starting to ask me some pretty tough questions.

Sally: Uh-oh. Like, “what’s in the eggnog?” Or, “how do you make those little popcorn strings for the tree?” Actually, I want to know the answer to the eggnog question.

Nick: Egg yolk, milk, whipped cream, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. And then throw in some alcohol if you want the big-boy version.

Sally: You really are great at the whole dad thing. And your children obviously adore you.

Nick: Eh, it’s not always easy, but my kids are absolutely everything to me.: It’s Faith’s first Christmas away from the nest, isn’t it? How are you doing with that?

Nick: Miss her like crazy.

[Chuckles] But that’s the thing with parenting — you know, your job, if you do it well, is to send your kids out into the world, you know, help them be independent. And if they do that, success, sadly, is not having them around much.

Sally: Yeah. Yeah, I could see how that could be hard.

Nick: Yeah. I’m happy for Faith, you know? Getting to spend the holidays in the Swiss alps with her roommate is awesome for her. But it means I don’t get to have her here with me, and I hate that.

Sally: Yeah, it makes perfect sense.

Nick: You got to let them go, you know? And if you get lucky, they come back, you know, for a while. Noah’s proof of that.

Sally: Yeah. I mean, you have one son who runs his own nightclub and another one who keeps pressing you on the logistics of Santa’s mission. It’s a — it’s a pretty big age range.

Nick: Yeah. You calling me out for that?

[Both laugh]

Sally: No, no, not at all. I-I’m calling you versatile. A man who can pal around with his adult kids, raise his young ones, and knows the recipe for eggnog? Geez, man. Sign me up.

Nick: That’s a good save. I’ll take it. Each of my kids is an incredible gift. You know, being a parent is the best thing I’ll ever do. You know, I have to admit, I’ve never actually seen it up close, a parent who actually loves being a parent.

The New Year starts off with a lot of action for the residents of Port Charles.

Maxie and Liesl have a talk and Maxie advises Liesl not to dwell on her past mistakes as a mother, instead, she should focus on the relationship she has with Britt now. Maxie tells Liesl that Britt is a wonderful person and that is because of her.

Drew and Carly meet on Pier 27 and toast the new year and reflect on how far they have come since they spent last New Year’s Eve together on the foot bridge.

Sam helps Dante realize that he is a good cop and he is still helping people while keeping his relationship with Sonny separate from his police work. Sam tells Dante that she respects him c for being a good cop, son, brother, and father for his family and friends.

Nikolas tells Elizabeth that Esme jumped off the parapet and he has looked everywhere on the property and he can’t find her.

Trina and Spencer talk on the deck of the Haunted Star and Trina helps Spencer realize that he shouldn’t automatically expect that things in his life won’t work out. Spencer and Trina almost kiss again but they are startled when they see a shivering Esme who passes out on the deck. Spencer later calls Elizabeth and tells her that Esme is at the hospital and the police are on their way to arrest her.

Dante arrives to question Esme at the hospital. Nikolas and Elizabeth are worried about what Esme might say to Dante.

Josslyn does a decent job of fighting off the hook killer and when she gets a chance she yells for help. Britt hears her and comes to help because Britt is waiting on the docks for a car to take her to the airport. Britt hits the hook killer, who is wearing a mask, with her purse and she and Josslyn manage to hold off the killer until Dex arrives and shoots the killer in the arm. The killer drops the hook and runs away. Britt tells the police that she saw the hook killer was attacking a young woman and, after they both fought off the killer, the young woman ran away. The story was what Britt, Dex and Josslynn decided on because the police can’t find out he shot the killer in the arm because he works for Sonny and was using an unlicensed gun. The audience sees the hook killer wearing her mask and when we see the killer take her mask off we see the hook killer is Heather Webber.

Joslynn is at Dex’s apartment and Dex gives Joss scotch for the first time to calm her nerves. Joss feels guilty that they had to make up a story for the police just because Dex works for Sonny. Dex and Joss later make love deciding not to fight the feelings they have for each other anymore.

Britt returns to the Haunted Star to tell her mother she has decided to stay in Port Charles. Liesl is very happy and they toast the New Year. Britt takes off her coat and Liesl notices Britt’s dress is torn and she is bleeding. Britt walks away and then she falls to the floor.

Mariah and Tessa get ready to get on a plane to meet Delphine, the young woman who might let them adopt her baby. Christine advises Tessa and Mariah to be themselves and ask Delphine some questions so they can all be on an even playing field.

Danny and Christine catch up on their lives since they have not seen each other since she married Paul.

Nate advises Victoria to let Johnny have a little independence and assures her that Johnny will always love and
respect her even though he won’t always tell her he feels that way. Victoria takes Nate’s advice when Johnny sends her a text message asking if he can go have pizza with Connor. Victoria tells Johnny he can go since he finished his homework.

Chelsea persuades Billy to ask Lily for another chance to fix their relationship. Billy later talks to Lily he is willing to go to couples counselling and do anything he has to do to fix their relationship because he loves her. Lily agrees to give their relationship another chance and try to fix things between them.

Michael asks Willow to marry him and when she accepts his proposal he puts his great grandmother’s ring back on Willow’s finger.

Laura encourages Nikolas to take control of his life and not let Victor control him.

Esme sets fire to the flowers on the table where she eats and Nikolas rushes to the storage room when the smoke detector goes off. Nikolas uses a fire extinguisher and sees Esme outside on the parapet. Nikolas asks Esme to take his hand and not jump off the parapet but Esme believes since she survived the fall once she can do it again. Nikolas watches helplessly as Esme jumps off the parapet.

Britt’s birthday party continues as she eats her cake and gets her birthday present. Britt’s friends and family give her a slide show full of pictures of her with everyone she loves. Maxie tells Britt that they put the pictures inside a digital frame for her to take with her. Maxie also tells Britt that she Brad and Liesl have the password to the frame so she can always have them with her wherever she goes.

Josslyn goes to Kelly’s to look for Cameron because they need to talk. One of the employees of Kelly’s tells her he is filling in for a member of the catering staff that got sick, so he is at Britt’s party. Josslyn tells her bodyguard she is going home to change and then she is going to Britt’s party on the Haunted Star. Josslyn tells her bodyguard that Sonny is at the party so he doesn’t need to go with her.

Spencer and Trina are unaware that the hook killer is watching them getting ready to strike. Maxie sees Spencer and Trina outside on the deck and tells them to come inside unwittingly saving them from the hook killer. Josslyn arrives at the Haunted Star later, and she is on the deck looking at the stars unaware that the hook killer is going to hook her.

Britt’s Birthday party at the Haunted Star begins and only Austin knows that Britt is going to slip away from the party when everyone is toasting the New Year. Austin tries once again to persuade Britt to stay and let her friends and family support her through her illness, but Britt insists she doesn’t want the people she loves watch her illness get worse. Britt and Brad do their Karaoke rendition of the George Michael Aretha Franklin hit “I Knew You Were Waiting for Me” then Britt makes a wish before she blows out the candles on her cake.

Spencer and Trina have their first pretend date at Britt’s party and almost kiss as they look at the stars. Esme asks Elizabeth to help her get away from Nikolas for the sake of her baby. Elizabeth refuses to help Esme escape because a life on the run wouldn’t be good for the baby. Esme has dinner with Dimitrius and steals a match from him hoping that the match will help her escape.

Laura has a long talk with Nikolas because Victor only told her that he and Ava were getting a divorce because he cheated on Ava. Laura sees Elizabeth come into the living room and tell Nikolas that she is leaving to go to Britt’s party. Laura asks Nikolas if he had an affair with Elizabeth and when he remains silent she knows the truth. Nikolas asks Laura not to take on Victor because he has a lot of information that could land him in jail.

Dex tells Michael that Sonny made a deal with the Pikeman Security Group and they are very dangerous. Dex tells Michael that Sonny could go to jail for the rest of his life. Dex also tells Michael that if the Pikeman Security Group finds out that he ruined their deal, he, Willow, and his family could be in danger. Michael tells Dex he is willing to take the risk to put Sonny in jail.

Lily tells Billy that she thinks the only thing they had in common was work, and once they didn’t work together anymore that is why they started having problems. Lily thinks that they should take some time apart to figure out if they still have a relationship worth saving.

Billy decides to accept the invitation from Chelsea and Connor to have hot chocolate and help Connor work on his egg drop device project together. Connor wants Billy to help persuade Chelsea to let him turn in the egg drop device that he and Chelsea worked on yesterday which he knows works.

Sally tells Chloe that there is a possibility that she could be pregnant since she may have forgotten to take her pill sometimes since she has been under a lot of stress lately. Sally tells Chloe that if she is pregnant, Adam or Nick could be the father of the baby.

Danny catches up with Lauren, Michael, and Traci.

Diane tells Jeremy she wants to work with him on a way to get the money she owes him because she misses the excitement she felt when she worked with him. Jeremy tells Diane that he will think about her idea and talk to her later. Diane is touched that Jack followed her to Society to make sure Jeremy wouldn’t harm her. Diane tells Jack that she likes the person she is when she is with him. Jack tells Diane he likes the person he is when he is with her.

Danny, Lauren, and Traci and Michael toast the new year. Danny, Lauren and Traci sing Auld Lang Syne as the audience sees Lily sad and alone. The audience also sees Adam dinking alone at the Grand Phoenix. Chloe waits outside the bathroom door of Sally’s bedroom waiting for her to come out and tell her the results of the pregnancy test. Jack wishes Diane a happy new year and they share a kiss.

Esme plans to use Dimitrius the bodyguard that Nikolas has guarding her to prevent her escape. Esme tells Dimitrius that she wants to have a candlelight dinner with him on New Year’s Eve. Esme plans to use the candles to set fire to some flowers that are on the table where she eats her meals.

Spencer apologizes to Ava for everything he has done to her because he was trying to defend Nikolas who wasn’t the person that he thought he was because Nikolas let down both of them. Spencer tells Ava he is taking Trina to Britt’s party. Spencer and Trina begin to pretend to date to draw Esme out of hiding because they think, she is the hook killer.

Liesl helps Britt get ready for her birthday party, and Pixel tells Britt how blessed and proud, she is to be her mother. Britt tells Liesl how proud she is to be her daughter and then they hug and tell each other they love each other. Liesl takes a picture with Britt to remember the moment with Britt in her beautiful dress

Anna and Valentin meet with Dr. Andre Mattox who tells them that when he worked for the WSB. He met with Victor somewhere in Paris and offers to go with them and try to remember the location since he was blindfolded when he was taken to meet Victor. He hoped that being in Paris will help him remember the location, so they can see if Victor is holding Lucy there.

Laura and Martin visit Cyrus in Pentonville because Cyrus wants to help her bring down Victor. Laura turns down Cyrus offer of help because she thinks Cyrus wants to get revenge on Victor.

Phyllis is heartbroken because she feels she has lost Summer since Summer is on Diane’s side and doesn’t believe that Diane is up to something shady. Brook Lynn tells Maxie she came to the hospital because she has a headache, a stomachache and can’t sleep. Maxie makes Brook Lynn realize that she isn’t sick…she is in love with Chase and feeling sad because she broke up with him. Maxie advises Brook Lynn to work to get Chase back because he loves her too. Sasha and Chase talk and Chase tells Sasha that his relationship with Brook Lynn only have a professional relationship not a romantic relationship. Sasha tells Chase she hopes that he and Brook Lynn can work things out because she can see Brook Lynn makes him happy

Gladys owes Selina Wu money because she lost a poker game and Ms. Wu wants her money now. Gladys gives Ms. Wu some expensive earrings that she is wearing to cover part of the debt that she owes MS Wu. MS Wu also gives Gladys’s credit for the next poker game. Gladys considers using Sasha’s money to pay the debt she owes, as well as, using the money to play in the next poker game.

Wiley has a temper tantrum because Michael and Willow have to go to the doctor and can’t take him sledding. Michael puts Wiley in a time out for thirty minutes and Drew and Carly arrive to babysit Wiley.

Drew asks Carly to help him look through some pictures of some men named Josiah to see if one of them could be the Josiah that was the leader of the commune where Willow grew up. Carly compares pictures of a young Josiah to pictures of some men named Josiah and finds the man she thinks could be the former commune leader. Carly lies to Drew and tells him that none of r pictures look like they could be the former commune leader. Drew calls the reporter that has been helping him look for Willie’s parents and tells him to interview all the men named Josiah he found and not stop until he finds the former commune leader.

Cody comes clean to Britt and tells her that he blackmailed Spinelli to match them because he wanted to get close to her because he thought Faison had stolen the necklace from his father Leopold Taub. Cody tells Britt that once he got to know her he knew he liked spending time with her. Cody asks Britt for another chance to show her they could be good together. Britt cries and tells Cody it means a lot that he told her the truth, but it is too late for them to have a second chance at a relationship. Cody assumes that it is because he has made too many mistakes for Britt to give him a second chance.

Britt meets with Selina Wu who gives her papers with a new identity in exchange for promising never to see Brad again. Sonny and Dex meet with Mr. Hume who represents Pikeman Security Group. Mr. Hume gives Sonny a briefcase full of money, and Sonny agrees to allow Pikeman Security Group to move their guns through Port Charles. Dex later tells Sonny that he has heard of Pikeman Security Group and the group is very dangerous. Sonny, appreciates Dex’s warning and tells him he intends to watch Pikeman Security Group closely and everything will be fine.

Christine sees a post on Danny’s social media that Danny is in Genoa City to spend the holidays with his family. Christine remembers the good and bad times of her marriage to Danny while the audience sees flashbacks of the best and worst of their relationship.

Daniel finally tells Danny and Phyllis that his relationship with Heather ended because his art career stalled, and her law career was on the rise. Daniel explains to his parents that he felt jealous that Heather’s career was doing well and his was not and that led to the end of his relationship with Heather.

Lucy decided to go to boarding school near Heather’s new job in Europe and they are both happy. Daniel explains to his parents that he hit rock bottom and creating this video game gave him a sense of purpose. Danny agrees to provide the music for the video game. Phyllis agrees to take the job running the day-to-day operations of Daniel’s video game company.

Abby is sad because she received the divorce papers for her to sign which will put an end to her marriage.

Chance has his first visit with Dominic at Seconds place while Devon is doing errands.

Billy and Chelsea work on Connors school project of an egg drop device.

Victor tells Adam that he wants him to go back to go to work at Newman Enterprises, but Adam tells Victor that he will never be respected or appreciated by him as much as he respects and appreciates Nick and Victoria. Adam thinks that Connor shouldn’t spend so much time with Chelsea until she gets better. Adam tells Victor that Chelsea and Connor spending time together is good for both of them and he won’t do anything to damage that relationship.

The residents of Port Charles spend Christmas stranded because the roads are still icy because of the Christmas Eve storm.

The Quartermaine house is full of friends and family because their cars are stranded in the ice. A pregnant woman arrives and asks Ned and Olivia for shelter because her car won’t start. The pregnant woman goes into labor after eating the spicy sauce on Olivia’s lasagna. Austin, and T.J help deliver the baby but, when Austin sees the baby is going to be a breech birth he calls Britt for help. Britt uses the motorcycle that Brandon was rebuilding to get to the Quartermaine Mansion. Britt Austin and T.J deliver the baby girl whom her mother names Britta Noel and then everyone has Christmas dinner.

Spinelli and Georgie are in Portland visiting Ellie for Christmas and Maxie is planning to join them, but all the planes are grounded because of the ice. Maxie is stuck at the airport in Canada unable to get to Portland. Maxie is surprised to see Spinelli and Georgie get off a plane because they are on their way back to Port Charles to be with her.

Elizabeth is sad over her breakup with Finn. Cameron tries to get her to talk about it but she tells him she is fine. Scott and Laura arrive to check on Elizabeth because they are worried about her. Elizabeth decides to concentrate on her chosen family that has always been there to support her rather than think about her biological parents.
