The charity picnic continues and Lucy and Felicia arrive and tell Mac and Anna that Cody Bell is Dominique’s son. Mac and Felicia find Cody and Mac tells Cody he and Dominique were friends and he also tells Cody he knew Dominique when she was married to his father Leopold Taub. Felicia later asks Mac why he didn’t tell Cody that he and Dominique were romantically involved and he tells Felicia he didn’t want to burden Cody because he clearly has issues about his parents.

Anna forces Lucy to use Victor’s attraction to her to get information about Valentin from Victor. Lucy interrupts a conversation between Victor and Valentin but she doesn’t overhear what they are talking about, but she later tells Anna she thinks Victor has Valentin on a short leash and Valentin is tired of it.

Nikolas tells Spencer that he slept with Esme one time and it never happened again because it was a mistake and he regrets it but Esme told him they had ended their relationship. Nikolas tells Spencer that after he reconciled with Esme he didn’t tell him the truth because he didn’t want to hurt him. Spencer feels that Nikolas betrayed him once again because he didn’t think about his feelings at all..he just thought about himself. Spencer tells Nicolas he doesn’t want any more to do with him. Nicolas thinks Ava saw Spencer was standing behind them and she wanted him to hear the truth.

Yuri and Terry go to the pool at the Metro court to get to know each other.

Elizabeth is upset that Finn called her sister Sarah and he apologizes and pleads with her to get medical help before her boys get so worried about her they call her father. Elizabeth tells Finn not to talk about her father at all. Elizabeth tells Finn that he is nothing to her anymore. Elizabeth remembers an argument between her and a woman where she tells the woman to stay away from her father or something will happen to her.

Ava overhears a conversation between him and his “cousin” Mason telling him that he must follow orders from his creditors. Mason goes to look for Ava to find out how much of the conversation she heard. Ava gets drunk while she stares at the lake. A mysterious person is watching Ava and then she is attacked by someone.

The Quartermaine charity picnic continues and Nina solves Olivia’s missing desert crisis when she goes to the picnic and brings the desserts that were mistakenly delivered to the hotel.

Drew and Carly almost make love in the boat house but, are interrupted when the grill catches on fire because Drew left the grill unattended. Sonny and Olivia arrive to put out the fire. Carly later tells Drew that she was glad they were interrupted because they need to take things slowly.

Victor tells Ava she needs to stay married to Nikolas so she can be protected by the Cassadine family in case the police find out she killed Esme.

Finn and Elizabeth are having a very romantic time at the picnic until Finn leaves to get a blanket and his cell phone rings. Elizabeth notices the name of her sister on the caller ID..

Valentine’s bodyguard Yuri meets Terry and they go off together to get to know each other better.

Nikolas asks Ava for forgiveness because he still loves her. Ava tells Nicolas she can’t forgive him for sleeping with Esme and they are startled when Spencer walks in looking angry because he overheard the last part of their conversation.

Victor: All conversations about Ashland Locke are past tense, okay? Guy’s dead as a doornail. And any investigations into the circumstances of his death are now closed.

Adam: What?

Victor: Yeah. They’re closed. Chance was here earlier. He said he was no longer going to investigate the circumstances of Ashland Locke’s death, so Victoria can now pick up the pieces of her life. So can we all.

Kyle notices his mother is flirting with Jack and later pulls her aside and tells her to stop doing it because it is wrong.

Adam turns down Jack’s job offer but Jack decides to keep the position open for him in case he changes his mind.

Kyle walks into Jack’s office just as Adam is leaving and Jack tells him that Adam turned down his job offer to be his Co- CEO. Kyle is glad because he doesn’t think Adam is the right person for the job.

Jack tells Kyle that he isn’t letting down his guard with Diane so he should stop hovering over her and concentrate on his job. Summer and Kyle decide to keep an eye on their mothers but not hover over them and relax a little bit.

Phyllis signs the papers to sign the Grand Phoenix to Chancellor Winters and gives the papers to Billy.

Phyllis calls Thalia and asks to meet her to go over some ideas about where to start her investigation of Diane.

Chloe tells Sally that Adam stole Kevin’s GCPD laptop to find out information about Ashland’s death. Sally wonders what Adam plans to do with the information he finds on the computer. The guy that stole Kevin’s laptop is also a hacker and he is able to get into the file about Ashland’s case. Adam reads the file and figures out what Victor did and that Chance looked the other way. Adam calls Chance and tells him it’s urgent that they talk as, soon as possible.

Billy decides to do a farewell podcast to hand the podcast over to Chelsea and after they decide the topic of the show Chelsea gives Billy a kiss.

Lily calls a meeting with Devon and Nate to go over Nate’s research about starting a music festival sponsored by Chancellor Winters. Devon tells Lily the idea is too risky right now and they need to keep the company stable for whatever may happen during their first year in business. Nate tells Lily he has to go to another meeting and leaves Devon and Lily alone. Lily persuades Devon to read the report Nate put together and talk to her later about his thoughts on the idea.

Nate talks to Elena about his frustration that Devon refuses to listen to his ideas. Elena thinks that since Nate is so frustrated he should quit Chancellor Winters and return to medicine. Nate tells Elena that he wants to work with his family and is confident that things will work out.

Billy pulls away from Chelsea’s kiss and tells her he is sorry if she got the wrong idea because they are just friends. An embarrassed Chelsea starts the last podcast with Billy and when they are finished, she tells Billy that she has decided not to do the podcast alone because it wouldn’t be the sane without him.

Adam tells Chance he got his hands on a GCPD laptop and read the report about Ashland’s death and it wouldn’t be good for people to find out he covered up a crime for his father-in-law. Chance tells Adam that he won’t be intimidated by him and reminds him he stole a GCPD laptop and is threatening a police officer. Chance is saddened that Adam has returned to his old ways and only wants revenge against Victor. Chance later tells Nick about the information Adam has about the case and Nick tells Victor.

Adam talks to Sally and gives her all the information to try and persuade her to publish the story. Adam even tells Sally he broke up with her to protect her job and protect her from the revenge he wants to get against his father. Sally is upset that Adam didn’t trust her enough to let her in on his plan, but she is even more angry that Adam chose revenge instead of their relationship.

Nick and Victor have a talk with Adam and he tells them that he wants justice done and he doesn’t care about being CEO of Newman Enterprises.

Chelsea and Adam see each other at the park and they both look depressed, so they talk to each other about their problems.

Billy tells Lily Chelsea kissed him, but he set her straight he thinks Chelsea kissed him because she feels lonely and lost. Lily tells Billy that Devon and Nate are still arguing and having problems. Lily also tells Billy that she likes Nate’s Idea about starting a music festival.

Sally tells Victoria about her conversation with Adam and Victoria has an idea about how to handle Adam.

Selena Wu forces Curtis to accept one of her shipments at the Savoy as a way to repay her for finding the bartender who helped exonerate Trina and kept her from going to jail.

Jordan considers telling Curtis that Trina is his daughter and asks Anna’s advice without telling her any specific details. Ana tells Jordan to trust her instincts and get proof before talking to Curtis about something that will change his life.

Trina and Rory go on their first date but, later, when she and Rory run into Spencer, Trina tells Spencer how unfair it is he is going back to jail because he helped her.

Portia meets with the genetic counselor who tells her that she will have to meet with Trina for the counseling since she can’t do any tests or discuss medical history with anybody but the patient.

Sam and Dante have a long talk and decide that Dante and Rocco will move into her house.

Brook Lynn and Chase finally admit they love each other and kiss. After a long talk, they decide that, although they are scared to open their hearts to love, they are all in on this new phase of their relationship.

Drew and Carly also decide to stop ignoring their feelings for each other and kiss as they also start a new relationship.

Chance makes it clear to Victor that he won’t cover up his crimes again if he finds out that he has committed another crime he will be arrested. Chance tells Victor that for the sake of his children and grandchildren he shouldn’t commit another crime.

The rift between Chloe and Chelsea gets bigger when Chloe tells Chelsea to be careful not to develop feelings for Billy. Chelsea is hurt that Chloe can’t see that she has changed and that she and Billy are just friends. Adam listens to Chloe and Chelsea’s argument and tells Chelsea he thought she and Chloe were on their way to being best friends again. Chelsea tells Adam that Billy has decided to stop doing the podcast to concentrate on his job as COO of Chancellor Winters. Chelsea tells Adam that Chancellor Winters wants her to take over the podcasts on her own and he encourages her to do it because she would do a great job.

Kevin figures out that Adam wants him to expose the cover-up about Ashland’s death to get revenge on Victor. Kevin lies to Adam and tells Adam there was no cover-up because Chance did everything by the book. Adam hires someone to steal Kevin’s messenger bag which has his GCPD computer in it. Kevin calls the police and tells them to tell Chief Williams and Chance that his work computer has been stolen.. Adam is thrilled when the man he hired shows up with Kevin’s computer. The man asks for more money since the job was riskier since Kevin works for the police department. The man also asks to keep Kevin’s messenger bag because he likes it. Adam happily gives the man the extra money and lets him keep the bag.

Curtis proposes to Portia while he and Portia are enjoying a day off at the Metro Court pool and Portia says yes and TJ takes pictures when Curtis puts the ring on Portia’s finger.

Marshall and Jordan have a talk and Marshall tells Jordan he abandoned his family because of his Schizophrenia diagnosis and Marshall asks Jordan if Thomas showed any signs of the illness while they were married. Jordan tells Marshall that she never saw any signs of the illness in Tommy. He had PTSD and he died because he found out she had an affair with Shaun and TJ wasn’t his son. Marshall forgives Jordan for her affair with Shaun and tells her now she can lay down that burden.

Jordan meets TJ for lunch at the Metro Court pool and T.J tells her that Curtis and Portia are engaged and Curtis plans to do genetic counseling because he and Portia plan to have kids. Portia gets a call that her genetic counseling appointment for Trina is in three weeks. Jordan overhears the conversation and now she knows that Curtis is Trina’s father.

Willow tells Terry that she is going to wait until her second trimester to start chemotherapy so that her baby can have a better chance of making it to term. Willow also tells Terry she has decided not to tell Michael about her leukemia until she starts chemotherapy because she doesn’t want him to ask her to terminate the pregnancy.

Leo makes a batch of the Sicilian Thunderbolt love Potion and puts it in two cups so that Dante and Sam can realize they really love each other and make up from their argument but he takes the tray of lemonade cups outside and steps, away for a second and when he returns all the cups of lemonade are gone. Leo tells Olivia what happened because he is worried he doesn’t know who took the cups with the love potion in it.

Billy tells Chelsea that he has decided to give up the podcasts and concentrate on his COO job at Chancellor Winters. Billy tells Chelsea she is now the Grinning Soul, but she tells him he will not be happy because he isn’t the cooperate type and he will return to the podcast one day. Billy later tells Lily about his decision and she thinks he is just doing what she wants him to do and will someday resent her for it. Billy assures Lily that he wants to give up the podcasts and be COO because he wants to keep a promise he made to his mother not to let her down again.

Victoria tells Nikki she is ready to move forward and put Ashland behind her but Nikki is worried Victoria hasn’t dealt with her feelings about everything that happened with Ashland. Victoria tells Nikki she has dealt with everything and she wants to make some bold business moves at Newman Enterprises.

Nick tells Victor that he feels badly about accidentally killing Ashland and also lying to the police about what happened that night. Chance tells Kevin that he decided to close the case and say that Ashland died in a car crash because he didn’t have enough evidence to prove Victor moved the body after Ashland was punched by Nick and died. Kevin tells Chance that he did have the evidence and if the truth comes out they could accuse them both of coveting up a crime. Chance tells Kevin that won’t happen because everything is in the police report but some details are redacted so nobody will ever find out the second theory of Ashland’s death. Adam is listening to Chance and Kevin’s conversation and when Chance leaves Adam tells Kevin that if the truth comes out Chance is going to hang him out to dry unless he gets in front of the situation now.

It was my idea to start that platform in the first place, and these podcasts are actually a major generator of our success.

Lily: Yeah, I know. You never let me forget how popular they are.

Billy: Come on, that’s not fair.

Lily: Or always begging me to listen to the latest episode.

Billy: Is that too much to ask of you?

Lily: Actually, yeah, Billy, it is a lot to ask right now. It is. I’m trying to deal with merging two companies together. I also am having tension with my family. Devon and Nate aren’t getting along. I have a lot going on right now, and I could really use some support from my COO. So is that too much to ask from you

Billy: [Whistles] What are you doing here?

Victoria: Well, I was hoping to gather my thoughts over a quiet drink, but it seems like everywhere I turn today, I keep running into reminders of my messy life.

Billy: Oh, wow. And here I thought I worked my way back into your good books.

Victoria: Well, that was before I got sandbagged by Chelsea wanting to tell Johnny the truth about his biological mother, and apparently she’s already discussed this with you. So, thank you so much, Billy, for the heads-up.

Billy: I’m sorry. She did talk to me about it. And of course, I was gonna talk to you about it, but… Vick, I know you got a lot going on. I didn’t think it was the right time.

Victoria: It was perfect timing for Chelsea.

Billy: Well, Chelsea jumped the gun. This is a massive decision.

Victoria: Look, it’s not that I disagree telling Johnny the truth, but he’s trying to understand what happened with Ashland. I mean, we all are.

Billy: Of course, we’re gonna have to tell Johnny. When that is, I don’t — I don’t know, but I do know that the older he gets, the harder it’s gonna be to justify not telling him.

Victoria: It’s just, why is it suddenly so urgent? It raises a red flag.

Billy: I get that. And believe me, I’m not pushing for this.

Victoria: [Sighs heavily] Look, I have no interest in trying to wrap my head around this tonight. I was just trying to figure out a way to [Sighs] Just relax so that maybe I would get a little sleep tonight.

Billy: Well [Pats seat] Come on. Sit down and let me buy you a drink. I’ll bore you senseless with my self-absorption about my podcast. You’ll sleep like a baby.

Kyle: May not be able to see the duomo from here, but the view is just as breathtaking.

Summer: You’re a real charmer, you know that?

Summer: I have to admit, as happy as I am to be back in Genoa City, there are still moments when I miss Italy.

Kyle: I do too. That’s why I thought we could enjoy a little taste of it this evening.

Summer: Do you remember that first night we discovered that other rooftop deck with the best negronis in the city? We held hands across the table like we didn’t want to let go.

Kyle: Mm.

Summer: And we danced until we could not dance anymore.

Kyle: When we finally got home, we stayed up all night wrapped in each other’s arms, watched the sunrise. Should make sure to make more of those memories, no matter where we are.

Molly tells Alexis that she is thinking of switching sides and being a criminal lawyer because she didn’t like the way the assistant district attorney handled Trina’s trial.

Alexis, Christina, and Molly persuade Sam to move in with Dante and she is going to tell him, she changed her mind, but Dante tells her he has decided to take things slowly. Dante thinks Sam is happy because this is what she wanted but Sam hides her disappointment that Dante changed his mind about moving in with her.

Austin returns from Pawtuck but, so does the man who wants him to return to Pawtuck. Austin introduces the man to Maxie and Spinelli as his “cousin” and Spinelli invites the man to the Quartermaine picnic to benefit the children’s wing of the hospital.

Britt and Cody decide to go to the Quartermaine picnic for their second date after they have a long talk about their fathers.

Finn calls and leaves a message for Elizabeth’s mother to call him back because they need to talk about someone they both love.

Billy talks with Chelsea and he tells her about the discussion he and Lily wants him to choose between doing his podcast and being COO of Chancellor Winters.

Jack wonders what Diane wants out of her new life.

Chance goes to the ranch and tells the Newmans all the evidence he has in the case of Ashland’s death and how he plans to proceed next in the case. Chance tells the Newmans family that he plans to close the case and say that Ashland died in the car crash and he makes it clear that he didn’t come to the decision lightly. Chance explains that he made the decision because he thinks that Ashland’s death was an accident and Nick and Victoria have suffered enough with this situation.

Diane daydreams about kissing Jack and him telling her he has feelings for her. Jack actually wants to know Diane’s future plans to which she responds she is taking things day-by -day. Jack drives Diane home since he is worried about her zoning out on their earlier conversation.

Billy tells Chelsea he will talk to Victoria about telling Johnny she is his biological mother but now isn’t the right time to talk to her about it.

Ned helps Brook Lynn come up with a musical image for Chase. Ned gives Chase a pair of leather pants made famous by Ned’s musical alter-ego Eddie Maine.

Lucy and Scott worry that Cody is still after Dominique’s money like his adopted sister Katherine Bell who came to Port Charles years ago after Dominique’s money. Scott advises Britt to stay away from Cody because he might be after her money. Britt also talks to Maxie about Cody and, after talking to Maxie, she decides to go on a second date with Cody.

Gregory advises Finn to respect Elizabeth’s wishes or he will lose her but Finn, says he could handle losing Elizabeth as long as he knew she was okay.

Anna forces Lucy to help her find out what Valentin is hiding from her since Martin left town. Scott tells Elizabeth that it is okay that she wants to stay away from her mother and father just as long as she doesn’t push away the people who love her.. Elizabeth is alone in the hospital treatment room when she remembers Scott’s words “stay away from your father… “ the words trigger a flash of memory of her grabbing the arm of a woman and telling her to stay away from her father. Elizabeth cuts her hand because she is holding her hospital badge so tightly.

Lily and Billy have an argument because Lily feels like Billy is devoting too much time to his podcast and neglecting his job as COO Lily tells Billy he should decide which job he wants to do.

Chelsea talks to Victoria about telling Johnny she is his biological mother. Billy and Victoria talk later and decide that they should tell Johnny the truth, but they wonder why Chelsea is pushing so hard for them to do it so soon. Billy and Victoria also decide to keep Johnny and Katie in boarding school.

Devon and Nate continue to have the same argument and they can’t reach a compromise so they can work together. Abby and Chance argue because Abby thinks Chance is spending too much time working and not spending enough time with his family. Chance is feeling pressured by the entire Newman family to drop the case. Victoria tells Chance she inadvertently pressured Abby to ask him to drop the case and she tells Chance to do whatever he thinks is right.

Kevin tells Chance that a partial bloody fingerprint was found inside Ashland’s rental car and Kevin tells Chance they can’t talk to Victor’s security team because they have left the country.

Cameron and Josslyn persuade Spencer to tell Trina about his plan to help her stay out of jail. Spencer also tells Cameron and Josslyn that he is in love with Trina and that is why he worked so hard to prove she was innocent. Spencer goes outside the court room to the hallway where Trina is to tell her the truth about his plan, and that he has feelings for her, but he sees Trina and Rory kissing and hears them talking about being boyfriend and girlfriend now. Spencer asks Cameron and Josslyn promise not to tell Trina anything because she deserves to be happy.. Josslyn can’t make that promise to him. Trina invites Rory to her celebration party.

Victor manufactures an internet post from Esme which originated in France and makes Jordan stop her search of Esme’s room. Victor tells Ava and Nikolas they must present a united front to the police so they won’t be suspected in Esme’s disappearance.

Sonny tells Dex he should have told him he was discharged from the army for hitting a superior officer. Dex explains that when he was little his brothers would beat him up so badly that when he was old enough he joined the army to get away from them. Dex explains that one day he saw his superior officer hitting his wife and kids and he punched him to protect them. Sonny tells Dex he needs time to decide if he will keep him in his organization.

Willow leans on TJ who advises her to tell Michael about her leukemia and Willow tells Michael after her follow-up appointment with her doctors.

Carly considers going to Aruba for a business seminar but is sad Drew can’t go with her.

Jack accepts Diane’s invitation to dinner and she tells him she is happy with her new life, and Phyllis shouldn’t feel displaced by her because she thinks they can both live peacefully in Genoa City.

Kyle surprises Summer with a Taste of Milan dinner at the Athletic club. The dinner is going well until Summer sees Nikki and Phyllis meeting with Thalia Morgan (The Talk co-host Natalie Morales) an investigate reporter, whom Nikki thinks can investigate Diane’s time in Los Angeles and dig up dirt on Diane that will make her leave town. Summer doesn’t believe that Nikki and Phyllis were meeting with Thalia because she is doing a story on Ashland. Summer wants Phyllis to tell her the reason she and Nikki met with the reporter.

Lily asks to meet with Nate to hear his side of the disagreement between him and Devon. Nate tells Lily that Devon doesn’t consider any of his ideas because he is used to running the company alone. Nate also thinks that Devon doesn’t consider any of his ideas because they come from him. Nate tells Lily some of his ideas and Lily later talks to Devon and tells him some of Nate’s ideas, but she tells him they are her ideas. Devon has some hesitation about the ideas but agrees to move forward with the ideas. Lily tells Devon thar the ideas came from Nate and Devon gets upset because he feels Lily tricked him. Devon tells Lily she doesn’t need to insert herself between he and Nate because they will work things out themselves. Devon later asks Nate what he was trying to pull by talking to Lily.
