Xander talked to Maggie about getting married to Gwen. Maggie didn’t understand why he would marry Gwen. He said his love for Gwen is different from his love for Sarah. He explained to her why he wanted to marry Gwen. Gwen asked Abby to stand up to her for her wedding. Abby was confused as to why she would want her to stand up for her. Sonny talked to Chad about Victor wanting him to be CEO. Chad wanted to know why he would want to uproot his life like that. Sonny said he wanted his advice about. Sonny told him why he would want to do it. Xander told Maggie that he would have moved heaven and earth to find Sarah if he known she didn’t leave him for Rex. Maggie said no one knew, but she was grateful that he and Abby found her. Xander said he felt like he was abandoning Sarah. Maggie didn’t want him to feel guilty about abandoning Sarah. Maggie said she was the one who abandoned her. Abby wanted to know why Gwen wanted her to stand up at her wedding if she thought she was trying to break up her relationship with Gwen. Gwen said she did it for their father. She said Xander wanted Jack to be his best man and she thought it would be nice to have Abby there. Gwen said she saw her wedding as a way for them to move closer. She thought they would have a chance to be real sisters and family. She said it was the only thing she wanted. She asked her to do it for their father if she wouldn’t do it for her. Abby agreed to do it. Leo told Craig that he didn’t like Chloe after what she did to try to break them up. Craig told him he had to get over it because she was his daughter. Leo thought Chloe might come around after he signed the divorce papers. They said they loved each other. Brady and Chloe tried to convince Nancy not to marry Leo. Nancy said everything Leo did hasn’t convinced Craig not to marry him. Chloe and Brady said they needed proof. Nancy said she wasn’t going to do it. She said Craig deserved it.

Chloe apologized to Nancy for what she asked her to do. Nancy told her she promised Craig an easy divorce so he wouldn’t fire Marlena. Craig and Justin showed up at the pub. They were ready to sign the papers. Maggie told Xander that it was her fault that Sarah was the way she was for not getting her in a facility sooner. She told him she wanted Anna to pay for what she did. Chad walked in on Gwen and Abby hugging. Gwen said she would let her tell Chad the news before she left. Chad wanted to know what was going on. Abby told him she agreed to be Gwen’s maid of honor. Xander and Gwen met at the Salem Inn. He told her Maggie was going to take Sarah to Florida so she could get better. Gwen said Sarah might be able to lead a normal life. He asked how it went with Abby. Gwen said she was going to do it. He was happy for her and how far she has come. Chad didn’t understand why Abby agreed to be Gwen’s matron on honor after everything they have been through. Abby said she did. She said she used Jack to get her to do it. Chad said she could change her mind. He said no one would blame her. Brady and Chloe ran into Leo. Leo wanted to get along with her for Craig’s sake. Nancy was upset with Craig when he said told her what his lawyer said about their divorce. She wanted to sign the papers and get them over with. Chad told Abby that he went to see Rolf. He said Rolf didn’t know why the antidote didn’t work. Abby said it worked out for Gwen.

Shawn went to the Horton house early by himself. He let Doug and Julie know that Belle might not be going to the gender reveal party. Julie was shocked when he told her what happened with Jan. He told her what the devil did so she understood his situation. She thought Satan enjoyed making people miserable. John was surprised when Belle showed up at his place drunk. She said the devil made her do it. John wanted her to tell him what happened. She let him know that Jan was pregnant with Shawn’s baby. He was beside himself. He didn’t think the devil could hurt his family any more than he did.John couldn’t believe Shawn didn’t tell Belle what he did with Jan. He didn’t think it mattered how she found out the truth. He told her that hiding at his place wouldn’t solve her problem. He asked her if she was ready to give up on her marriage. He reminded her about all of the obstacles he and Marlena faced together. He believed that she and Shawn could overcome their obstacles too. She told him that a baby was involved in their situation. He told her that Shawn doesn’t love Jan. He said their love would help them overcome their problem. Paulina noticed that Chanel was upset. She told her that Allie broke up with her out of the blue after her visit with Johnny. Paulina planned to give Allie a piece of her mind. Chanel didn’t want her to do that. She didn’t want her mother fighting her battles for her. She told Chanel that she couldn’t let Allie get away with hurting her like that. She wanted to know if Chanel was angry about it and she said that she wasn’t upset. She told her that she was sad. She told Paulina that Allie said the same thing Johnny said to her. She started crying and wanted to know if there was something wrong with her. Paulina assured her that she wasn’t the one with the problem. She said the twins were the ones with issues. She assured Chanel that she could do better than them. She said that she didn’t just lose a girlfriend. She lost a best friend and a partner at the bakery. Paulina wanted her to be proud of herself.

Aldevil arrived at Ben and Ciara’s place with the gender reveal cake. She said when she cuts into it that it will be a moment no one will forget. Allie told Ciara that she broke up with Chanel and she was surprised to hear that. Allie said she was going to quit the bakery to focus on other things. She told Ciara that she was excited to meet her baby. Aldevil told the baby that she couldn’t wait to get to know it. Ben arrived and Aldevil said it would be a party they wouldn’t forget. The guests arrived for the party. Shawn’s family noticed that Belle wasn’t with him. He told them it was a long story. Aldevil arrived with the cake as well as with Ben and Ciara. She apologized for the delay, but something happened at the bakery. She told everyone that she quit. She didn’t want to talk about that because she wanted to get started with the gender reveal. Marlena talked to Shawn and said she would try to convince Belle to come to the party. She went to call Belle to find out if she would be there. After her conversation, Marlena told him that Belle wasn’t feeling up to the party. Roman wanted to check on Allie, and noticed that she wasn’t acting like herself. She assured him that she was okay. It was time to cut the cake. Ben and Ciara cut the cake, but blood came out of it. Julie screamed while they were cutting the cake. Allie smiled while everyone else was horrified about the cake. Allie wanted to know what was wrong. She touched the liquid and said it was cherry. She blamed it on Chanel. She said that she grabbed the wrong tube when she broke up with her. Ciara knew that Aldevil saw the sonogram and wondered if that meant she was supposed to have a girl. Aldevil wondered if she really wanted to know that way. She said she could bake another cake for her. Ben told her to just tell them what they were having. She told them they were having a boy just like they wanted. Everyone started celebrating the news.

Xander wanted to know if Gwen would go with him to see Rolf. She didn’t want to go. He thought she didn’t want to see her get better. She wondered why she would want her to get better because they would get back together. Xander knew it was difficult. He said their love didn’t come along often. She didn’t think their connection was as strong as his love for Sarah. He said he loved her now. She said that she was his fiancee now, but wondered what would happen if Sarah got her memory back. Gwen wanted to know if he would choose her if Sarah got her memory back. He wished he had an answer for her. He didn’t blame her for being upset. He felt he had to see things through with Sarah. Craig walked in his hotel room and saw Leo in bed with Chad. Chad didn’t intend for Craig to find them. Leo said he did. He said he texted Craig to come home so they could have a threesome. Craig was shocked. Leo thought it would bring them closer together. Craig started to like the idea. Chad got out of the bed. He said he didn’t sign up for that. Leo knew because he recognized Chad and Abby’s bad acting a mile away. Craig wanted to know what he gained by trying to break up their relationship. Chad told Craig that he was trying to help his friends. They wanted Craig to open his eyes to Leo’s ways. Chad walked out of the room. Craig thought Chloe was behind the plan. Leo wanted to convince Chloe that he loved him. Craig told him there might be a way to convince her. He asked Leo to marry him. Chad ran into Xander and Gwen. He told Xander that he planned on talking to Rolf about the antidote. He walked off looking at his phone. Xander thought Chad was the best person to get Rolf to make the antidote. Gwen hoped Chad was successful. She said she would help him if Chad couldn’t come through for him.

Maggie thanked Tony for moving in the Kiriakis mansion for Sarah. She was grateful that Anna went along with the plan. Tony said Anna was more than willing to help out. Anna walked in and said that wasn’t true. Sarah walked in and told Anna that she and Tony were back together in every way that mattered. Anna went off on Sarah until Tony got involved. Maggie took Sarah out of the room. Tony and Anna were alone. Anna told him that he belonged to her. Tony said Sarah’s condition was temporary until there was a cure. Anna wondered what would happen if they didn’t find a cure. She refused to let another woman steal her husband. He got mad and said he wouldn’t go to bed with her. He wanted her to go home. Sarah met with Tony after Anna left the mansion. She tried to take him to her bedroom. He told her they would be in separate rooms. She wanted to know why they were sleeping in different beds. He told her that he was still married. He said that Anna could take him to the cleaners if he cheated on her. He wanted her to be patient with him. She was willing to be patient if that meant Anna would be out of the picture. Chloe was worried that her father would be upset with her about Leo. Brady thought Craig would be grateful eventually. Brady said he was grateful to her. He couldn’t imagine his life without her. He leaned in to kiss her, but she backed away. She thought John and Marlena would walk in and see them. Brady didn’t think it would be the worst thing for them to see. He wanted to go to his bedroom so they could be alone. He wanted to be with her, but he understood if she thought he was going too fast. She said he wasn’t going too fast. They went to his room. Later, Chloe got a message from Chad. He told her that he failed at his mission. She was afraid that her father would be mad at her for nothing.

Tony went to see Sarah/Renee. She said she wasn’t Renee. She said she was Sarah. She thought she was Tony’s daughter. Maggie came in and gave Sarah coloring books. Tony asked Maggie what was going on. Maggie said the drug made Sarah regress. He said she kept referring to him as “Daddy.” Sarah asked if Maggie was tricking her. She said she heard Maggie call him Tony. She said his name was Mickey. Xander told Gwen that Sarah thought she was a little girl. Gwen said she made his decision easier. He wanted to know what she was talking about. She said he was supposed to marry her if Sarah didn’t get her memory back. He was shocked that she was concerned about getting married. He said he had to help Sarah. Gwen said she was a little young for him. He thought it was an unfunny joke. Tony told Maggie that Sarah called him Mickey. He said he thought Neil was her father. Sarah said he was her father. Maggie said Sarah thought Mickey was her father at that age. Maggie said this was all Anna’s fault. Gabi told Rafe that Ava moved out of Rafe’s house to Jake’s. Victor told that he wanted him to be CEO of Titan. Sonny told him he had a life in Phoenix. Victor said they could move in with him. He said he had plenty of room. Sonny didn’t want the position. Sonny said the only way he would take the job is Victor had to talk to him. When Victor didn’t rush to do what he wanted, Sonny didn’t want the job. Victor agreed to what he wanted. Gabi went to Rafe and told him to keep Ava away from Rafe. Tony went to see Anna. He said Sarah didn’t think she was Renee anymore. Anna was glad. Maggie told Xander that Sarah called Tony “daddy.” Xander thought it was temporary. Maggie said the doctors did more test. She said the doctors said Sarah’s brain was more damaged than it was before.

Gwen went to see Ava. Gwen wanted to talk about Xander. Xander told Maggie that he was sorry. He wanted to see Sarah. Maggie said it couldn’t hurt. Xander went to see Sarah. She didn’t know who he was. He said she knew who he was. He said his name was Xander. He said they loved each other so much they were going to get married. He wanted her to try and remember. Sonny told Victor that he missed him like poison ivy. Victor said he was forgiven. Sonny said there was nothing to forgive. Victor said his father needed him. Sonny couldn’t believe him. Maggie went home and told Victor that Sarah was worse. She said Anna was going to pay. Anna told Tony that she was glad that Sarah wasn’t Renee. She said Sarah couldn’t press charges when she was a child. He said Maggie was upset with her. He said Maggie wanted her to pay. Gabi wanted Rafe to get Ava’s file. He said he couldn’t do that. He said he would get in trouble with Trask. She said he had to make Ava pay for what she did to him. He said there was a way. He said he could waive his right of attorney client privilege and he could give her the file. Gwen told Ava what she did to Sarah. Ava thought what she did to Sarah was cold. Sarah told Xander that she couldn’t marry him because she was going to marry Eric. Xander told her she married Eric’s brother. Anna couldn’t believe Maggie wanted to press charges against her was outrageous. Tony said it wasn’t outrageous. He said playing God with someone was outrageous. She said he was always mad at her lately. He said he wasn’t mad at her. She said she wasn’t trying to hurt Sarah. She said she was off. He said she wasn’t off. He said imagine Sarah having to live her life as a five year old. He said Maggie was going to have to deal with Sarah being a child. He called Anna selfish.

Shawn and Belle argued over his affair. He said he didn’t know he slept with Jan. He said he thought it was her. He said he wasn’t the first person to cheat in the marriage. He said when he slept with Jan he thought it was her. When she slept with Philip, she knew what she was doing. Abby told Chad that Allie was missing since yesterday. She said she saw footprints going towards the crypt. She wanted to check to see if Allie was in there. EJ went to see Clyde. EJ wanted to change their arrangement. He said one of them had to disappear. He said he left last time so now it was Clyde’s turn. Clyde wanted to know how he was supposed to live when he left town. EJ said he would make sure he would survive. Ben walked in while they were talking. Belle told Shawn that he had a lot of nerve to bring up her past mistakes when he was having a baby with Jan. She said she apologized for those mistakes. He said he apologized for the mistake too. Aldevil told Chanel what she was doing. She said she was thinking. She told Chanel that they shouldn’t see each other anymore. Johnny tried to get out of the crypt. He saw Tony and asked him to get him out. Tony said he couldn’t do it because he was Andre.

Aldevil told Chanel that she didn’t want to hurt her brother. Chanel said she didn’t care for her brother. Aldevil said she didn’t expect her to understand what goes on between her and her brother. Johnny told Andre that he was dead. Andre said after everything he went through he had the nerve to question what was happening. Andre said the devil sent him there to deal with him. Ben wanted to know why EJ would offer him a job. Clyde said they were in prison together. He ended up turning down the job. Belle told Shawn that he and Jan having a child. She said that child was going to tie him to Jan for the rest of their lives. She said she didn’t know if she could live with that. Ciara interrupted them while they were talking. EJ went to see Belle. She was excited that he was out of prison. He said he sent her a text about it. She didn’t notice it. She apologized for not seeing it. She said she was frazzled. He wanted to know why she was upset. She said Shawn got Jan pregnant. Shawn went to see Jan. She said she knew he would come when he found out she was pregnant. He said not to give him that. Chanel went to see Nicole to find out where Allie was. Chanel said Allie was missing. Allie let Johnny know that she was stronger than him. Johnny asked if anyone knew that Satan took over his body. She said no one until yesterday. She said his wonder twin had to interfere in her business. He wanted to know what she was going to do with him. Chanel told Nicole that she talked to Allie, but she hadn’t seen her. Nicole said she talked to Allie. Chanel said she had a bad feeling. She said Allie might not have gone to see Tripp. She said she might have gone to see her brother. Allie said she had things to do. Johnny said people were going to be looking for him. She wanted to know who. He said his wife would. She said Chanel wasn’t his wife anymore. She said he dumped her at a party while she was inside of his body. He said he loved Chanel. Aldevil told Johnny that Allie and Chanel had sex when he dumped her. She said Allie and Tripp are apart too. Belle apologized to EJ for not realizing he knew what she was going through. Gabi caught Ava in Jake’s bed. Gabi thought they were together. Ava made her think they got together because of what she and Rafe did to them. Belle told Shawn that Jan said she was pregnant. Belle said the baby couldn’t be his because he said he didn’t sleep with Jan. Shawn confessed that he slept with Jan. He said he thought Jan was her. He didn’t realize it was Jan until it was too late. She wanted to know why he didn’t tell her months ago. Ava made Gabi think she and Jake slept together. He told Gabi nothing happened. Kate wanted Roman to fire Clyde. She said he kidnapped their great grandson. Clyde said he learned the error of his ways. Jake told Gabi that he invited Ava to stay with him. Gabi wanted to know why. Ava said Rafe broke up with her. Belle wanted to know why Shawn lied to her. He said he was afraid because if he aid It out loud it would have happened. He said he wanted to forget it happened. She said they couldn’t do that now with a baby on the way.

He said he was going to make her take a dna test. Jake told Gabi that Ava was an invited guest. He told her they broke up so she didn’t have a right to be there. She wanted to talk to him. She said she wanted another chance with him. Jake asked Gabi if she thought he would be crazy enough to get back together with her. She said she talked to Gwen about him and her breaking up and getting back together again. He told her they were done. Gabi said she would leave as soon as Ava admitted to what she did to her brother. Belle wanted to know what was going to happen if Jan didn’t take a dna test. Shawn said they would know she was lying about the baby. He suggested they go to bed. She said she wasn’t sharing a bed with him. He said it wasn’t his fault. She said she knew that Jan forced herself on him, but he lied to her. She said she was sorry that he was going to be a father again with Jan. Ava asked Gabi why she would frame her brother. Gabi said she was a hateful snake. Ava said Rafe cheated on her with Nicole and cheated on Hope with Sami. Gabi wanted to go after her, but Jake stopped her. Gabi said she was going to go.

Gwen was waiting at the Bistro for Xander. Gabi arrived and sat at her table. Gwen didn’t want her there. Gabi reminded her how she saved her from what Abby wanted to do to her. She said she sealed Sarah’s fate with that move. She caught Gabi up to speed. Gabi thought Sarah and Xander were going to get back together. She wanted Gabi to gloat somewhere else. Gabi felt bad for her. She told her that her relationship ended. Gwen knew she made Jake happy so she felt sorry for her. Anna stabbed Sarah with the syringe. Sarah wanted to have her arrested for it. Xander followed her. Maggie wanted tl know if Anna lost her mind. She reminded Maggie that the hospital said the drug was safe. Maggie wanted to make sure the drug was fully vetted before Sarah got it. She called Anna selfish and walked away from her to talk to the people in the lab. Tony was disappointed in Anna and wanted to know how she could do that to Sarah. They argued over what Anna did. He told her that she was probably in trouble. Rafe and Shawn talked about what the devil did to people. He told Rafe that the devil set up EJ and almost ruined his anniversary with Belle. Rafe told him that he had to be relieved that Belle walked in before anything happened. Rafe asked him if she walked in the room on time. Shawn had a guilty look on his face and was about to answer when Sarah walked in the room. She wanted to report a crime. She talked as if she were Renee. Xander walked in the room to explain what happened to Sarah.

Later, Rafe, Xander, Sarah and Shawn went to the hospital to look for Anna. Anna was arrested for what she did to Sarah. Anna was taken away with Rafe and Shawn. Sarah wanted to get back to the blood test for her wedding. Tony said he would meet her in the exam room. She kissed his cheek and walked off. Xander told Tony they had to pray the drug worked. Maggie came back so Tony walked off. Belle was at Statesville and noticed Jan sitting in the visitor’s room. Jan stood up and showed her baby bump. She asked Jan who the father of her baby was. Jan told her the father was Shawn. Belle didn’t believe it, but Jan told her that she had sex with Shawn while she was disguised as her. Belle said that Shawn would told her. Belle wondered if she was really pregnant. Jan took her hand and placed it on her stomach. Belle thought Shawn would be horrified to know that she was pregnant. She thought there was a chance Shawn wasn’t the father of Jan’s baby. Jan thought they should get along since she and the baby were going to be in her life for good. Later, Belle went home. Shawn came home after he took Anna to the police station. She told him that she met with Jan at the prison. She told him that she claimed she was pregnant and that he’s the father of the baby. Tony went to see Anna at the station. He told her that he hired a lawyer for her. She didn’t think she would need a lawyer because Sarah would be grateful to have her memory back. Tony told her that she better pray that’s true. Maggie met with Sarah in the exam room. Sarah was talking as if she were Renee and suddenly stopped. Maggie said her name and she responded. Maggie started crying and asked if she knew her name. She told her that she was Sarah. She knew that Maggie was her mother. Xander went home and saw Gwen. He told her about what happened at the hospital. Gwen flashed back to sneaking in the lab to switch the antidote with Rolf’s mind-altering drug that she had.

The devil admitted to Allie that he was in Johnny’s baby. He confessed to everything he did. She said it explained everything. She said it explained the way he treated Chanel and broke up her relationship. Sarah went to see Xander. She told him she wanted to get a divorce. He said he was the man she loved. She told him she wanted to end things with him. He said she was the love of his life. Gwen walked in while he was talking. Chad told Abby that he got the serum from Rolf. Anna ranted to Abby about Tony not telling Sarah the truth. Abby told Anna that Chad had the serum from Rolf. Anna was happy. Allie told the devil that she wouldn’t let him hurt Johnny. She tried to get Johnny out of the devil. Johnny was able to hear her. She told him to fight so they could get rid of the devil. Anna went to the Kirakis mansion and told Tony and Maggie that Chad got the serum so she could back to herself. Tony told Anna that Sarah was gone. Xander wanted to know how Sarah knew Gwen. Sarah said she knew her as Gwen Davies and was working with Alex. Gwen said she was Xander’s fiancée. Sarah wanted Gwen to convince Alex to get a divorce. Abby saw Allie at the DiMera mansion. Allie had the devil in her.

Abby wanted to know why Allie was at the mansion. Allie said she was looking for her brother. Maggie called Xander to find out if he saw Sarah. He said he did. She wanted him to convince Sarah to come home. He said he didn’t think she would listen to him. He had an idea that would get her to come home. When he got off the phone, he signed the divorce papers. Xander and Gwen talked about her seeing him with Sarah. She said he felt sorry for her. He said he didn’t. She said he should feel sorry. She said Sarah was the love of his life. He said things were complicated. He said he thought the woman he loved didn’t love him anymore. He wanted her to put herself in his shoes. She didn’t know what she would do for childcare while she was with him. She considered hiring a nanny, but Abe assures her that the family would be there for her. She knew taking care of twins would be a handful. Abe thought Paulina could use help with them. Paulina was watching the twins when TR showed up. He thought she might have needed help. She didn’t want his help at first. He enjoyed being around his grandchildren. He wanted to prove to her that he could be trusted. Abe knocked on the door. TR answered the door. Abe wanted to see Paulina. TR read his emails while they talked. Abe warned Paulina that having TR there was a mistake. They went back and forth about it when TR stopped them. Abe told him about his issues with him. TR assured him that Paulina didn’t have anything to worry about from him. She assured Abe that she would be fine and said he could go. Abe stared TR down once more before he left.

She wanted him to have a nice life while it lasts. Nicole was afraid that Ava would retaliate. Rafe wasn’t worried about her. Rafe said Ava set up the wrong man. He was determined to find out who kidnapped Abby. He was convinced Ava was involved. Sonny went by the DiMera mansion to see Chad. He hoped he was still willing to help set up Leo. Abby joined Sonny and Chad at the mansion. She told them that Chad could seduce Leo any day but tomorrow. They were going to find Rolf so he could help Sarah. Ava watched Trask on TV and wondered what Rafe’s verdict would be. She called Gwen to tell her that Rafe would get what’s coming to him. Gwen told her that she was upset that Xander went off to see Sarah. Abby met with Maggie at the hospital. She apologized for what happened with Sarah. Maggie told her that she wouldn’t have her daughter back if it weren’t for her. Abby said it was dumb luck that they were rescued. Kayla arrived while Abby and Maggie were talking. She told them Sarah’s test results. She told them that the drug was in a large dose and it did damage to Sarah’s brain. Kayla said that she took more than Abby did and that’s why she was in worse shape than her. Maggie wanted to know if Sarah would ever get better. Kayla wasn’t sure if she would right now. She said the best thing to do was to send her to Bayview. Maggie didn’t think it was a good idea to do that. Maggie wanted Sarah to be home with her. Anna and Tony argue over Sarah. The phone rang so they stopped arguing. Anna answered the phone and it was the nurse calling for Sarah. Anna handed Tony the phone and told him it was for her. Sarah told him that she was tied to a bed. She called him the love of her life. Xander was in Sarah’s room while she was on the phone with Tony.

The nurse ended Sarah’s call with Tony. Sarah was mad at Xander. She still thought he was Alex. He corrected her. She asked him to untie her. He didn’t think it was a good idea to do that. Maggie walked in the room and told Xander that she gave Kayla permission to share Sarah’s test results with him. He was sorry for what she was going through and left the room. Maggie told her that she was there to take her home, but she didn’t want to go with her. She said that she was going with Tony and she would lose her mind if she didn’t go with him. Kayla told Xander that it could take a year for Sarah to get better. Abby arrived and Xander blamed her for what happened to Sarah. Jodevil admitted that Belle was possessed by the devil and morphed into him. She wanted to talk to Jake alone. Jake yelled at her for not trusting him. She apologized to him and asked him to forgive her. He told her that she got what she wanted. She wanted to be in charge of DiMera Enterprises. He walked away from her. Shawn told Belle that she morphed into Jake. He also told her that she morphed into EJ to assault Abby. Belle wanted to know what she did. He reminded her that the devil was responsible for what happened. He told her what she did. She couldn’t believe how many people she hurt. She didn’t think she could live with herself if something happened to EJ while he was in prison. She checked her jacket for 666 marks and saw they were gone. She decided to visit EJ.

He said he wanted to see her for himself. She said Belle was sedated. She said Johnny was with her. She said he knocked Belle out. Johnny taunted Belle while she was unconscious. He said he wondered what he would do when she woke up. He put his hands around her neck. John asked what he was doing. Johnny said he was checking to see if she was still alive. John went to check on Belle. He said they should call Shawn. Marlena said Shawn had a hard day with Eli getting shot. John said Shawn needed to know. Johnny agreed with Marlena. Chanel told Paulina that Johnny had the final say on getting her and Allie out of the movie. She said it shouldn’t be hard Ray to find someone to play Celeste. Beth showed up and said she would be playing Celeste. Chanel was glad she was playing the part. Beth wondered if she should be worried about working with Paulina’s ex- husband. Chanel told her she shouldn’t be worried because he was a great director. Beth wanted to talk to Chanel about the role. Chanel said they could talk. Lani and Abe were worried about Eli. Kayla told them Eli was out of surgery. Valerie showed up just as Kayla said the bullet was removed without complications. She said he was in stable condition. Abby said Xander loved Sarah until she broke his heart. Gwen thought this wasn’t about getting back at her. Sarah told Maggie that she wasn’t her daughter. She asked Maggie how Curtis was. Maggie said he was dead. Sarah told them that she and Tony were getting married after she got her divorce from Xander. Maggie decided to sign the paper Xander wanted to sign. Abby told Gwen that she wanted Sarah to get better because she was her cousin. Sarah refused to get any treatment. Someone called the police and Kayla. Sarah wanted Tony to do something. She blamed Xander for what was happening. Beth thought T.R. was bribing her with a movie role. She asked if what happened to Eli was going to happen to her. T.R. said he had nothing to do with the shooting. He said it would be in both of their interests if she did. Lani told Abe that she and Eli knew there was a chance something could happen because of their jobs so they always said they loved each other. She said they didn’t get to sleep in the same bed. She thought it might have been too late to say she loved him. Beth didn’t think T.R. would make her a star without wanting something. He said he would make her a star. She said it might not be what it was cracked up to be. Gwen told Abby to tell Maggie that Sarah was back. She said Gwen had something to do with it and she was going to prove it. TR tried to convince Eli that he changed. He tried to walk away, but Eli grabbed him. They fought and TR grabbed Eli’s gun. The gun went off. TR panicked after the gun went off. He placed Eli on the ground. TR texted the drug dealer to come back to him. The dealer saw Eli and tried to leave. TR pulled the gun out and said he needed his help. Lani found Beth in the interrogation room. Lani found out Beth was there to talk about TR. Lani told her that she’s his daughter. Beth told her that she used to date TR. Shawn arrived before Beth could say anything. He told her that he got a message that someone was shot in the park. He wanted Lani to check it out with him. They left Beth in the interrogation room. Lani and Shawn arrived at the park. They found Eli and the drug dealer on the ground. Lani performed CPR on Eli. Shawn performed it on the drug dealer. The paramedics arrived on the scene. Lani prayed that Eli would be okay. The paramedics took Eli to the hospital. Shawn learned that the drug dealer overdosed on his product. He wondered why Eli was there with the dealer. TR went back to his hotel room with blood on his hands. He yelled at himself because he was better than that. He realized that he had to clean up his mess. He took off his clothes so he could burn them. He thought Lani wouldn’t know he was at the park. He realized he had to do something about Beth to keep her from talking to Lani. He refused to let anyone come between him and his daughter. He called Beth. She wanted to know how he got her new number. He told her that he always keeps track of the people he shares secrets with.

Beth told TR that she met Lani. She said she was going to give a full statement against him. TR wanted to make her an offer before she did that. He wanted her to meet him at his hotel room. Later, Beth arrived at his hotel room. He promised not to hurt her. She heard it before and warned him that she had the police number on her phone. He assured her that she was safe with him. He put the do not disturb sign on the door.Belle opened the door to Marlena. Marlena saw her yellow eyes. The devil told Marlena how he left her body and entered Belle. The devil had plans for Belle. He said Marlena was powerless to stop her. Marlena wasn’t afraid of him. She demanded that he leave Belle’s body immediately. The devil laughed and grabbed Marlena by the throat. Chanel found Johnny passed out on the floor. He woke up and wanted to talk to her about something. They heard a noise. Chanel went to the foyer and Belledevil thrusted an arm at her. Chanel was scared when she couldn’t move. Belledevil threatened to kill Chanel until Johnny knocked the devil out. Marlena rushed to Belle’s side. The devil went back into Johnny’s body. He wanted to know what they were going to do to save Belle. Chanel thought they should call someone, but Johnny said they couldn’t take the chance that Belle would come to. Marlena agreed they should neutralize her. Chanel didn’t sign up for that and wanted to leave. Jodevil convinced her to stay. Chanel and Jodevil tied Belle to the bed. Marlena hated seeing Belle like that. She wanted to get her medical bag to sedate her. Chanel left to meet with Allie. Jodevil was alone with Belle and his yellow eyes returned. Marlena returned to give Belle a sedative and left. Jodevil thought he had to sell the idea that Belle was possessed. He made the bed shake as he laughed

Eli talked to Lani about TR. She let him know that she wanted to get to know him better. Eli would support whatever she wanted to do. Lani was glad that he trusted her. He said he trusted her, but he didn’t trust TR. He said he was investigating him with Billie as well as the ISA. TR went to Sweet Bits with a new script for Chanel and Allie. They refused to do the movie because of Johnny. They also didn’t want to do it because of the way he treated Paulina. He planned on making things right with Paulina and Lani. He said if Johnny recasted the roles, he would let them out of their contracts. He said he changed. After TR talked to Chanel and Allie, he called Lani to meet for dinner. After the call, a drug dealer appeared to him and made an exchange. A woman named Beth arrived at the police station looking for Eli. She said she got a call from Billie about TR. She said she used to date him. Eli told her that TR is his wife’s biological father. They went to the interrogation room to talk. She said that TR didn’t change. She said he was still a heroine user and he beat her. She didn’t tell the police because he threatened to ruin her acting career. She said she ended up in the hospital the last time and they took pictures of her. She warned him to keep his wife and kids away from TR. He thanked her for her help.

Later, Eli managed to miss seeing TR with the drug dealer. TR dropped the drugs discretely when he saw Eli. Eli told him that he talked to Beth. He told TR that he knew that he used to beat her and that he’s a heroine addict. TR denied it, but Eli picked up the drugs. They stared each other down. Lani ran into Beth at the police station. Will ran into Johnny at the DiMera mansion. They ended up arguing because Johnny wanted to make the movie based on their grandmother’s life. He wanted Johnny to rewrite the story. He said the devil was the star. Will said the movie would hurt Marlena and her career. Johnny thought the movie would only hurt his career. Later, Will ran into Allie. He let her know that he was upset about his conversation with Johnny. She told him that Johnny revealed her fling with Chanel. She told him that she’s confused. She wondered if she was gay. Ben went to see Marlena. He wanted her to know that Belle was possessed by the devil. He told her that he thought Johnny was possessed, but Susan saw 666 on Belle’s coat. He said Susan felt the devil’s presence in Belle. Marlena was worried about Belle. Susan went to the pub and saw Belle and Shawn together. She found Belle’s coat and was going to check it when she approached her. She wanted to know what she was doing. Shawn approached them. Susan warned him that he could be in danger because he was married to the devil. Shawn thought he would notice that. Susan told him that the devil wouldn’t tip his hand after what happened with Marlena. She said the devil will show himself once he gets Ben and Ciara’s baby. Susan was going to stop the devil now. She pulled out her cross and pointed it at Belle. Belle rolled her eyes. Susan admitted that the cross didn’t work so she left the pub. Shawn wanted to warn Marlena what Susan said and Belle wanted to talk to Johnny. Belle went to the DiMera mansion to see Johnny. She told him that Susan accused her of being the devil. She told him everything that happened with Susan. She looked scared and tried to leave, but Johnny grabbed her wrist. Marlena arrived at the DiMera mansion after talking to Shawn. Belle answered the door with glowing eyes.

Craig opened his door at the Salem Inn to find Sonny and Will. They wanted to talk to him about Leo. He didn’t want to hear it and closed the door. Sonny pounded on the door. Craig finally let them in the room. Sonny understood how it felt to be taken by Leo. He said Leo was always out for himself. Craig was willing to listen to them. Sonny told him how Leo was paid to seduce him and sued him for sexual harassment. He told him that he and Will tried to get rid of Leo’s body when they thought they killed him. Craig said that Leo sounded like the victim. He said it was in the past. He thought Leo changed. Sonny had proof that Craig was wrong about Leo, but he knew about the emerald that Leo stole. Craig knew Leo’s father abused him for being gay. He said it led him to embrace who he was. He said who he is made him happy. He wanted them to leave. Sonny and Will passed Leo on their way out. He gloated because their plan didn’t work.

Sonny and Will met with Chloe and Brady they let them know that their plan didn’t work. They thought Craig was more convinced that Leo loved him. Chloe refused to give up. She wanted her father to see what type of man Leo was. Sonny told her that he had an idea. Bonnie and Nancy were at the pub. Bonnie wanted Nancy to talk to her about how she was feeling. Nancy told her that her husband was gay and having a great time with his boyfriend. Bonnie advised her to be with someone else. Nancy didn’t think it was a good idea. Bonnie saw TR walk in the room and wanted him to come to their table. She wanted him to buy Nancy a drink, but he said he was waiting for someone.  TR walked toward the bar. Nancy thought he was turned off by her. Bonnie told her that she was still in her prime. Bonnie had ideas to help Nancy. She wanted her to come to her house so she could help her out. TR waited for Lani to come to the pub. He was ready to give up on her when she walked in the room. She said Abe was her father and she would never forgive him for what he did to Paulina. She did say she was curious about him. She didn’t know where it would lead, but she was there. Paulina went to see Eli about TR. She didn’t like how he would be in her life. He wasn’t happy to find out that she went to TR’s hotel room and hoped she wouldn’t do it again. She told him that TR claimed he changed. Eli wasn’t impressed with that. She reminded him that she was given a second chance. Eli said it was because she knew she was wrong and apologized for it. She wished there was a way to know if he really changed. Eli was willing to get in touch with his contacts to dig into his past. He said he would find something if TR hadn’t changed.
