Daniel returns home to spend Thanksgiving with Phyllis and Summer and he and Lily catch up on old times. Daniel tells Lily that Heather got a job in Portugal and took Lucy with her. Daniel tells Lily he has an idea for a new project and he wants to set up an appointment to talk to her about it.
Diane tells Ashley that she could hurt her family if she, Phyllis, and Nikki bring Jeremy Stark to town. Ashley thinks Diane is just telling her that because she is scared that Jeremy Stark will reveal her lies to everyone.
Jack tells Tucker that he is ready for his takeover attempt, and he will never get Jabot. Tucker tells Jack that he likes to keep him guessing so he doesn’t confirm or deny that he is attempting to take over Jabot.
A drunken Adam proposes marriage to Sally and she turns him down because he doesn’t know what he is saying because he is drunk. Adam tells Sally that Nick is using her for sex and she is using Nick to make him jealous. Adam tells Sally that Nick is always looking for a woman to replace his true love Sharon. Adam asks Sally to think about his marriage proposal because it sincerely comes from his heart.
Lily is bothered when Billy asks if he can invite Chelsea to be with them on Thanksgiving if Chelsea doesn’t have Thanksgiving plans.
Jack tells Ashley that he has just spoken to Tucker and he agrees with Diane that Tucker wants to go after Jabot. Diane offers to spy for Ashley and Jack and find out Tucker’s plan

Austin arranges for a Huntington’s disease specialist to tell Britt if she is developing symptoms of the disease.
Spinelli tells Marie he doesn’t trust Austin because something about him doesn’t ring true.
Sam tells Britt and Cody that she found a list of things belonging to the Leopold Taub estate. Sam thinks the only reason that Cody wanted to be paired with Britt was because he knew she had the necklace. Cody tells Sam that nobody has led a squeaky-clean life not even Dante. Sam tells Spinelli to stop investigating Cody for now.
Holly gets the address of Anna’s safe house from a text message on Robert’s phone. Victor orders Holly to call U.S Marshall Whitten and give him an anonymous tip. U.S Marshall Whitten takes Dante and Mac to arrest Anna, but Anna isn’t in the safe house. Anna and Valentin are making love at another safe house before a car arrives to take her the airport so she q leave the country. Robert finds Holly on the pier and tells her that she has some explaining to do.

Abby tells Ashley she cheated on Chance with Devon and now Chance wants a divorce. Ashley advises Abby that if she wants to try to save her marriage she must distance herself from Devon. Abby doesn’t like the idea but promises Ashley she will think about it.
Diane tells Jack that Tucker wanted her to get him Jabot’s financial information. Jack is upset because Diane is telling him this now and he wonders why she waited so long to tell him. Diane also tells Jack she made a deal to turn in Jeremy Stark anonymously. Diane also tells Jack that Ashley, Nikki, and Phyllis want to find Jeremy Stark and tell him that she helped put him in jail.
Jack talks to Ashley later and reminds her he told her to leave Diane alone. Ashley tells Jack that just because he told her to leave Diane alone doesn’t mean that she is going to do it.
Phyllis asks Tucker why he returned to Genoa City, and he tells her that he wants another chance with Ashley.
Sally turns down Nick’s offer of a loan to start her own fashion label. Sally explains to Nick she wants to start an interior decorating business or maybe an event planning business, but she doesn’t want help from anyone to do it. Sally decides to continue her personal relationship with Nick and they have sex.
Adam and Chelsea explain to Connor that she was so sad and in so much pain that she wanted to die but she is getting help for her illness.
Diane tells Phyllis and Tucker that Jack and Kyle are on her side and nothing that her enemies throw at her can beat her,
Sally has an idea for a new business and when she shows her idea to Nick, he thinks her idea will be a success,
Jack tells Ashley that Tucker has been using her to get financial information about Jabot because Diane told him that Tucker asked her for the information, but she never gave it to him.

Elizabeth tells Nikolas that Esme is going to need a C-section without anesthesia to save the baby. Esme gets so scared that she gets up and tells Elizabeth to stay away from her. Elizabeth persuades Nikolas to have the baby at Wyndemere when the baby comes to term and she will help him deliver the baby so he doesn’t have to worry about a home birth.
Celina Wu invites Gladys to one of her poker games at the Savoy. Laura notices that Holly gets nervous and jumpy when she mentions Lucy and Anna to Robert. Holly goes outside to get some fresh air and Laura tells Robert that she thinks Holly is working for Victor. Holly cries as she remembers shooting Lucy and planting evidence to frame Anna for the crime.

Nick and Sally have dinner and Nick tells Sally that he has everything he wants in life except for a personal life.
Billy tells Lily that Chelsea tried to jump off the roof of the Grand Phoenix and he literally talked her off the ledge. Lily feels badly that Chelsea was in so much pain that she felt she had no other choice to end her life. Adam isn’t happy that Chelsea has decided to tell Connor the truth about her suicide attempt right now because he thinks it is too soon to tell Connor what happened. Adam is determined to support Chelsea, and despite his feelings, he takes Connor to Chelsea’s apartment so they can talk to Connor together.

Nikolas intended to take Esme some place where nobody can find her, but she starts having cramps. Nikolas thinks Esme is faking the cramps, but he calls Elizabeth for help. Elizabeth walks out on Finn when Nicolas calls and asks Finn if he can wait to discuss the future of their relationship.
Leo finds a cell phone while playing in the leaves near Michael’s house. Michael charges the phone and finds out it belongs to Dex. Michael wonders how Dex’s phone ended up there.
Carly arrives with the antibiotics for Dex and tells Josslyn that the antibiotics are strong and his fever should break tomorrow.

Chelsea’s doctor thinks she is ready to be discharged and start outpatient treatment. Adam doesn’t think that Connor should know that Chelsea thought about jumping off the roof but Chelsea’s doctor thinks that Connor should know the truth, so they talk and come up with the best way to tell Connor. Sharon offers Chelsea the apartment above Crimson Lights since Mariah and Tessa are moving into the tack house at the Newman ranch. Chelsea is very grateful to Sharon and gladly accepts the offer. Adam is grateful to Billy for saving Chelsea’s life but he doesn’t think Billy should be part of Chelsea’s support team, but he realizes that he and Billy must work together to help Chelsea. Chelsea tells Billy, he needs to tell Lily the truth about why he is helping her because she doesn’t want to cause a problem between him and Lily.
Nick offers Sally a loan to start her own fashion label. Sally declines the offer at first, but Chloe persuades her to think about the offer. Nick invites Sally on a date and Adam sees Sally and Nick together at Society.

Carly finds Dex in Josslyn’s dorm room and Josslyn tells Carly that Dex was shot when he was on the pier working for Sonny. Carly sees that Dex’s bullet wound is infected so she calls Brick to ask him to get some antibiotics. Nina sees Carly going into Bricks room and wonders what Sonny would think if he knew that Brick was meeting with Carly.
Nicolas (temporarily being played by Adam Huss) tells Elizabeth that he is hiding Esme because she is the hook attacker, and he also tells her she is pregnant with his child.
Finn confronts Jeff and they have a heated discussion about Reiko and Elizabeth. Finn punches Jeff because he had an affair with his wife. Finn is also upset because Elizabeth has been suffering for years because of the mistakes Jeff and Carolyn made after Reiko’s accident.
Willow decides to look for her biological parents in hopes finding a bone marrow donor.

Ashley, Nikki, and Phyllis have a talk with Diane and threaten to tell Jeremy Stark where she is since he will probably have a score to settle with her when he gets out of jail. Diane tells the ladies that she isn’t scared of them and if they tell Jeremy Stark where she is she will turn the tables on them so fast it will make their heads spin. The ladies talk after Diane leaves and realize that Diane is terrified of Jeremy Stark so he must know some secrets about her.
Audra tells Tucker that his plan to merge Chancellor-Winters and Jabot with McCall Unlimited and have Ashley and Devon help him run the companies is too ambitious and may not work. Tucker is confident that he can merge the three companies into one family company.
Lily gets Amanda’s resignation letter in her email and later talks to Devon about it. Devon tells Lily that Amanda feels she needs to be with her family right now. Devon also tells Lily he thinks he and Amanda should part ways.
Chance tells Abby she and Devon have feelings for each other that they can’t admit, and she and Devon should be together. Chance wants a divorce, but Abby wants to fight for their marriage.
Diane tells Tucker that she is not afraid of him anymore and that she is staying in town.

Austin persuades Britt to tell her family that she has developed symptoms of Huntington’s disease. Josslyn finds Dex not too far from Michael’s house. Dex popped a stitch. Josslyn puts him in her car and drives to her dorm to hide him.
Anna and Valentin are hiding in one of Sonny’s safe houses and she tells Valentin that she will be fine on her own. Valentin offers Anna to run away with her, but Anna tells him to stay so she can look after Charlotte and keep an eye on Victor. Valentin gives Anna his ring with the Cassadine family crest as a way of telling Anna she will return it to him once she has been found innocent.. Cyrus tells Laura it is best that Anna stay on the run because she will be in danger from Olivia Jerome if she comes to Pentonville.
Spencer is happy to see Trina has come to visit him.
Deputy Mayor Ashby puts the US Marshalls in charge of the search for Anna. The agent on the case decides to put pressure on Sonny because he thinks Sonny knows Anna’s location.

Adam is sorry he didn’t notice how much pain Chelsea was feeling and he promises to help with anything she needs Chelsea asks Adam to take care of Connor because Billy, Sharon and her therapist are helping her. Billy explains to Lily that he had to help Chelsea because he has been in the same dark place where she is and nobody can understand those feelings unless they have experienced them.

Phyllis is sad to say goodbye to Amanda, but she understands her reasons for leaving town, but she tells Amanda she will miss her very much.
Abby tells Devon that they made a mistake, and they have to find a way to fix the mess they have made of their lives. Devon tells Abby that a part of him doesn’t regret what happened between them. Devon and Abby still can’t figure out why they had sex, but they decide it should never happen again.
Tucker tells Ashley all about Jeremy Stark and how he used Diane in his money laundering scheme. Tucker tells Ashley he will do anything she wants him to do in order to have a chance at a romantic relationship with her. Ashley agrees to have dinner with Tucker in order to get information about Diane. Jack asks Ashley to let this go because he doesn’t want anything to ruin Kyle’s relationship with his mother. Diane catches up with Tucker and wonders why he is trying to ruin her life. Tucker tells Diane that she shouldn’t have told Jack that they were working together. Anna escapes from jail with the help of Felicia, Finn, Valentin, and Sonny but doesn’t expect to be in the same prisoner transport van as Heather. Dex follows the plan anyway and crashes the van.
Britt tells Cody that Sam found out that the necklace used to be owned by Leopold Taub and she believes Faison stole the necklace from Leopold. Britt also tells Cody that the diamonds in the necklace were cut from the Ice Princess diamond.
Cody gets the results of the paternity test and reads it, but the audience doesn’t know the test results yet.
Esme escapes the tower by tying bed sheets together and sliding down to get out the window.
Elizabeth tells Finn the truth about Reiko falling down the stairs.
Nina and Sonny tell Michael they think TJ and Willow are having an affair. Michael doesn’t believe them because he thinks Nina is trying to hurt him.
Terri tells Willow her cancer has advanced to stage four and she needs to start chemotherapy right away. Terri also tells Willow that she will need a bone marrow transplant. Willow cries and tells TJ she doesn’t want to die and leave Michael and Wiley. Michael walks in when J is hugging Willow.

Jill is upset when Lily tells her that Billy quit his job because he wasn’t happy and he wanted to look for something else to do. Jill thinks Lily deserves a better man by her side but Lily tells Jill she loves Billy and she is sure things will work out.
Chelsea has her first therapy session and Billy arrives for a visit after her session. Billy tells Chelsea that he is grateful that she is alive and that he found her in time to stop her from jumping off the roof. Chelsea decides to talk to Adam and tell him what happened, so he and Connor don’t worry about her.
Amanda arrives home and has a long talk with Nate about his betrayal of Devon and Lily. Nate explains that he tried to make things right with Devon, but he is angry right now.
Chance runs into the nanny who tells him Abby took Dominic to visit Devon. Nate goes to Newman Enterprises to fill out the paperwork for his new job. Chance arrives at Devon’s place looking for Abby. Amanda says she just got home and opens the door with her key. Amanda and Chance are unaware that Devon and Abby just finished having sex upstairs when Abby hears the door open downstairs.

George Lopez returns to television with a show loosely based on his real life. George plays a man who lost his construction business and his house because of the pandemic. George moves in with his daughter Mayan (played by his real-life daughter Mayan Lopez). The relationship between George and his daughter is strained and Mayan goes to therapy to deal with the issues she has because her parents got divorced, and the fact that her father was not around much growing up. George is hoping to build a relationship with his daughter by remodeling her kitchen. George makes a tik tok video to tell Mayan he is broke and homeless so Mayan and her husband let George move into their house to live with them. Mayan and George must adjust to living with each other and while this show sounds like a drama it is a comedy.
The show is funny with most of the laughs coming from Mayan Lopez who is very funny. The show highlights how different generations can learn from each other it also has some touching moments. The show begins what NBC calls its Friday night comedy hour which is followed by Young Rock. If you want to laugh you will enjoy this show it is worth watching although I am not sure how well it will do on Friday nights.
The rest of the cast other than George and Mayan needs time to find their rhythm.
I give this show a 4 out of 5 stars.

Willow tells Michael she wants to be with him for the rest of her life and its time that they get married. Willow gets a call from the hospital telling her that her test results are in and the doctor wants to discuss the results with her tomorrow. Willow tells Michael she wants him to go with her to her doctor’s appointment tomorrow.
Cameron talks with Drew on the foot bridge about how much they both miss Oscar. Cameron also tells Drew he misses Franco and talks to him every day.
Josslyn goes to Kelly’s looking for Cameron because he isn’t answering his phone. Josslyn sees Dex outside Kelly’s because he is guarding Sonny and Nina who are inside the restaurant. Cameron arrives a few minutes later and Joseph tells both Cameron and Dex Jordan’s theory that the hook attacker is targeting everyone that helped Trina during her trial. Dex persuades Josslynn that Sonny needs to know about Jordan’s theory. Sonny takes Josslynn home and tells Dex to take Cameron and Nina home. Dex gets ready to take Nina home but Cameron tells Dex that he doesn’t work for Sonny so he doesn’t need his help because he can take care of himself.
Jordan once again tries to persuade Portia to tell Curtis the truth before they get married. Portia tells Jordan that she wants to wait until Curtis gets the results of his genetic testing.
Spinnelli begins to take steps to shut down Society Setups. Austin asks Spinnelli to run his algorithm to see if he and Maxie are a match.

The game begins between Ashley and Tucker because Tucker knows Ashley want to take advantage of the fact he has feelings for her to find out the real reason he has returned to Genoa City. Ashley knows that Tucker will do anything to prove to her that he has changed but she also knows that he will never change.
Jack argues with Phyllis because she is happy that Diane was forced to tell the truth. Jack thinks Phyllis doesn’t care that Kyle and Summer are hurting because of this news. Phyllis and Summer talk and Summer tells Phyllis she was right, Diane has to go before Kyle gets more hurt by her. Phyllis later talks to Nick and cries and says she is tired of everyone thinking she is the villain in the situation when she isn’t the villain in the situation.
Kyle and Diane talk and she tells him everything she told Jack. Kyle is hurt because he gave Diane several chances to tell the truth, and she didn’t tell him the truth. Kyle thinks that the only reason that Diane told the truth now was because Nikki and Phyllis were getting close to finding out her lies of omission.
Diane is at the Abbott house when Harrison comes down the stairs and tells her that he doesn’t feel good. Diane feels Harrison’s forehead and discovers he has a fever.
Kyle and Summer talk at Jabot and Kyle like Jack thinks that Diane was a victim of both Jeremy Stark and Tucker. Summer tells Kyle that they shouldn’t trust Diane anymore since she lied to them again.

Curtis and Portia decide to get married on Valentine’s Day since the Metro Court had a cancellation.
Sasha persuades Gladys to allow her to take a pay cut at Deception so she can pay the company stockholders an extra dividend. Diane thinks paying stockholders will calm fears about the company since Lucy is missing.
Chase meets with his duet partner Blaze and later tells Brook Lynn that he will end his singing career once he is able to be a cop again.
Jordan thinks its best that Josslyn and Trina move out of the dorms so they can be safe since the hook attacker is targeting people that helped Trina during her trial.
Holly meets with Victor on the docks, and he asks her what Robert is planning to do for Anna. Holly tells Victor that Robert is trying to find a judge that will grant Anna bail. Victor tells Holly that once Anna is in prison she will be free. Once Anna is found guilty of Lucy’s murder he will free her from her two-year captivity. Holly doesn’t want to obey Victor’s orders anymore but Victor reminds her of the person that was left behind who was in captivity with her. Holly tells Victor that if he hurts him she will kill him herself.
Mason tells Austin that the boss lady wants him to take care of a patient. Austin tells Mason he won’t do it because he is a different person now and he is out of the family business.
Holly and Robert kiss. Holly tells Robert that the hope of seeing him again kept her alive.

Connor tells Adam that he and Johnny talked last night about Chelsea being Johnny’s biological mother, and they agreed that it is good they found out now. Connor feels badly because he thinks he hurt Chelsea’s feelings with what relationship when he found out about Johnny. Adam tells Connor that his mom loves him and she will always forgive him.
Billy and Sharon take Chelsea to a facility so she can get the help she needs. Billy promises Chelsea that he will be with her every step of the way. Chelsea to think they will forgive him. Na asks Billy and Sharon not to tell anyone she considered ending her life.
Devon and Lily remember Neil and the audience sees flashbacks of Neil with Devon and Lily at special moments in their lives.
Billy tells Lily that Chelsea had a mental breakdown and he and Sharon took her to a facility for help. Lily gets upset with Billy when he explains to her that he intends to support Chelsea every step of the way until she feels more stable and confident about her life. -Lily tells Billy she is tired of him constantly needing to rescue the women in his life.
Elena tells Nate that she didn’t take the job because she wanted to try one more time to save their relationship. Nate tells Elena that he knows he was wrong and he has apologized to Devon and Lily but he doesn’t think they will forgive him. Nate also tells Elena he is the new CEO of Newman Media. Elena thinks Victoria has used Nate twice once to try and gain control of Chancellor-Winters and now to use him as an excuse to fire Sally. Elena thinks Victoria gave him the job because he didn’t reveal that she was the CEO he was working with to take over Chancellor Winters. Lily is shocked when Devon tells her that Nate is the new CEO of Newman Media. Devon explains to Lily that he saw them making a toast to his new job. Devon tells Lily Nate would not admit it, but Lily must be the CEO Nate was working with to take over Chancellor Winters.
Billy and Sharon wonder what they should tell Adam and Connor about Chelsea.
