Sally tells Nick that she told Summer everything about the baby and Adam being the father of her baby. Nick later has a talk with Summer and tells her he loves her but he can make his own decisions and she better accept that he is with Sally.

Sharon tells Billy she worried that Chelsea is getting too dependent on him and she needs to do the work on her own to handle her depression. Chelsea tells Billy she is excited about the possibility of working with Daniel at Omega Sphere. Billy tells Chelsea that he is considering being Jack’s CEO because he wants to work with his family..

Sharon tells Adam that he should concentrate on the things he can control Instead of the things he can’t control. Adam calls Victor to tell him he is ready to talk about the job opportunity.

Nate overhears Daniel trying to persuade Lily to work things out with Devon. Nate asks Daniel if they can talk because they both seem to want the same thing.

Daniel says goodbye to Heather and Lucy but Lucy agrees to video chat with him and also text with him. Lucy, also wants to test out the Princess Louisa game when it is ready to test.

Jeremy continues to pressure Phyllis to join him in his plan to bring down Diane. Phyllis tells Jeremy she is capable of bringing down Diane without his help.

Nate tries to help Devon mend his rift with Lily, but he just makes things worse just like Elena told him would happen if he tried to help his cousins.

Chance tells Jeremy not to think of starting any trouble while he is in Geneva City. Chance also warns Diane and Jack to make sure and let him know the minute Jeremy causes any trouble for them. Chance also tells Diane and Jack not to do anything against Jeremy…they should let the police handle the situation.

Jack and Diane decide to go on a romantic getaway to forget about Jeremy for a while.

Kyle calls Victor to tell him he won’t work with him anymore because he doesn’t want to lie to Jack and Summer anymore. Victor respects Kyle for being honest with him and transfers the textile mills he promised Kyle to Marchetti.
Summer is glad Kyle stood up to Victor and she makes Kyle promise not to lie to her again.

Adam talks to Chelsea and tells her that Sally is pregnant with his child. Chelsea advises Adam to concentrate on being a good father to this new baby and let go of his dream to be with Sally because she doesn’t want to be with him.

Billy and Jack have a talk and Billy tells him that he is having feelings for Chelsea but he wants to be careful because of her recent suicide attempt. Jack advises Billy to be careful and go slowly but to follow his heart it will tell him what to do. Jack offers Billy the co-CEO job and Billy agrees to think about the job offer.

Nick tells Sally he is very disappointed that he isn’t the father of her child. Nick is also worried that Adam will try to break up their relationship because he wants Sally and the baby to be a family. Sally tells Nick that she won’t allow Adam to come between them.

Adam and Chelsea help Connor with a school project in which he has to write down something nice about each member of his family.

Chelsea later talks to Billy about a press release she read for Omega Sphere and she wants to talk to Daniel about getting a job there.

Sally gets the paternity test results and Adam is the father of the baby. Sally tells Adam she is pregnant, and he is the father of her baby since the paternity test ruled out Nick. Sally tells Adam she is keeping the baby and she wants him to be a part of the baby’s life, but they are not getting back together.

Ashley tells Tucker to cancel the deal with Newman Enterprises because someone is going to buy his company. Ashley tells Tucker she has big plans for his company but she will tell him about that at a later date.

Daniel is able to explain to Lucy that for a brief time he forgot how important she and Heather are to him and that is something he will always regret. Daniel also apologizes to Lucy for the pain that he caused her. Lucy shows Daniel a bracelet with blue beads that she bought to remember him because his favorite color is blue. Lucy explains to Daniel that when she missed the dad that he used to be she would look at the bracelet. Lucy gives the bracelet to Daniel so when times get tough he can remember he has a daughter.

Jeremy tells Jack and Diane he wants money and he has decided to stay in Genoa City for a while which makes Jack tell Diane they will find a way to get Jeremy out of their lives.

Summer tells Kyle that she needs time to get past the hurt he caused her when he didn’t trust her enough to tell her he had decided to work with Victor to get Adam out of Jabot.

Adam tells Victor that he will only come back to Newman Enterprises if he gives him Victoria’s job.

Heather asks Daniel to make their separation permanent since she is in love with a lawyer she met at work and she wants to move get on with her life.

Daniel talks to Lucy and tells her she was the inspiration for the video game he created and how the game helped him get his life back on track. Heather and Lucy are only staying in town long enough to see Paul and Christine and then Heather has to get back to work. Heather and Lucy agree to have breakfast with Daniel tomorrow.

Tucker tells Ashley he intends to earn her trust and prove to her he is a changed man. Ashley talks to Allie later while Allie talks to her about the latest experiments at the Jabot lab and her new full time job. As Ashley is listening to Allie talk, she gets an idea about how to handle Tucker.

Elena gets annoyed that Nate doesn’t want to take time off work to go on vacation with her.

Jeremy wants Phyllis to help him with his plan to take down Diane, but Phyllis isn’t sure she wants to team up with him.

Tucker tells Victoria that he is ready to sell McCall Unlimited and move on to another project.

Mariah arrives home and shows Sharon pictures of her new baby girl but she tells Sharon that she and Tessa have not decided on a name for the baby yet.

Sally has a bad headache and calls Nick to tell him she on her way to the doctor. Nick arrives and Sally tells him that the headache may have been caused by a strong smell of her blood pressure. Adam arrives to check on Sally and she tells him about her headache and Adam asks her if she can come to her doctor appointments with her. Adam talks to Sharon and asks her for advice about how to deal with Sally and the baby because he wants to do the right thing.

Michael and Lauren worry that Phyllis is spiraling out of control, and they don’t know how to help her. Phyllis wakes up in her hotel room and Jeremy tells her she is lucky to be, alive.

Jack tells Diane they should ignore Jeremy and live their lives. Jack and Diane declare their love for each other and then Jack asks Diane to marry him.

Lily tells Devon she will do whatever it takes to win the lawsuit because Chancellor Winters is all she has left. Devon tells Lily that if Neil were alive, he would be ashamed of the person she has become.

Tucker tells Audra he wants to sell McCall Unlimited. Audra tells Victoria and Nate the news and Victoria wants Nate to persuade Devon not to buy McCall Unlimited even though Nate doesn’t want to do it.

Phyllis tries to fix her relationship with Summer, but Summer tells Phyllis she needs to admit what she did to her and Daniel was the wrong thing to do.. Phyllis tells Summer that she was only trying to help her and Daniel. Summer tells Phyllis she has to go to the office and Phyllis says she is tired of being rejected by her and Daniel.

Jeremy tells Kyle that he intends to stay in Genoa City for a while because Jack and Diane get back from their vacation. Jack and Diane are vacationing at the Abbott cabin although they told Kyle they were going out of town in case Jeremy was listening.

Phyllis goes to have a drink and runs into Jeremy again.

Tucker tells Devon he wants to sell him McCall Unlimited but Devon doesn’t want to consider the offer until he talks to Abby and she tells him to think about the offer.

Victor and Victoria meet with Ashley and, after talking to her, they think Nikki was right when she thought Ashley bought Tucker’s debt. Tucker wonders what Ashley intends to do with him if Devon doesn’t buy McCall Unlimited. Ashley tells Tucker she hasn’t decided yet, but she has a few ideas.

The residents of Genoa City celebrate Valentine’s Day by sharing their memories. Victor and Nikki share memories of their relationship while the audience sees flashbacks of their relationship. Victor gives Nikki a romantic Valentine’s Day card and a beautiful necklace.

Nick tells Victoria Sally is pregnant and either he or Adam is the father of the baby. Nick tells Victoria that he doesn’t know what will happen if Adam is the father of the baby but he is happy with Sally. Victoria promises not to tell anyone about Sally’s pregnancy.

Sally talks to Sharon and tells her that she is pregnant and either Adam or Nick is the father of the baby. Sharon promises Sally she won’t say, anything to anyone.

Daniel and Lily remember their relationship through several flashbacks. Daniel thanks Lily for her friendship and support throughout the years. Daniel returns to his hotel room and is surprised to find Heather in his room.

Nikki thinks that Ashley bought Tucker’s debt because she wants to protect him. Victor doesn’t think Ashley would do that but he has Michael trying to find out who bought Tucker’s debt so he can make his next move.

Adam asks Victor what he is planning to offer him that is better then running Newman Enterprises. Victor tells Adam he is planning to buy McCall Unlimited and let him run it, and the company will be independent from Newman Enterprises but, all the pieces are not in place yet. Adam tells Sally that he is excited about being a father to the baby and he understands that the baby won’t change the relationship between them.

Ashley demands that Tucker sell his company to Devon because she thinks it could help repair their relationship. Tucker calls Devon that he needs to talk to him about something that might interest him. Devon hangs up the phone on Tucker, but later, Abby persuades Devon to listen to what Tucker has to say. Later, Devon sends a text message to Tucker telling him he will meet with him tomorrow for thirty minutes. Ashley tells Tucker he better not mess this up because it could be his last chance to fix his relationship with Devon.

Adam and Victoria have concerns about Chelsea and Billy’s relationship with Victoria telling Billy that he should take things slowly with Chelsea if he does have feelings for her. Adam tells Chelsea Billy is too immature to be in a relationship with anyone. Chelsea tells Adam that her friendship with Billy is none of his business because it is her life, and she chooses her friends. Chelsea tells Billy later that she doesn’t care what people think about their friendship.

Diane asks Kyle to consider giving her Phyllis’s old job at Marchetti Home. Kyle tells Diane he will talk to Summer and they will have another talk about it later.

Jack is very angry with Kyle after he accidentally reads a message on Kyle’s phone. The text message is from Victor thanking Kyle for his help with the Adam matter and telling him to stay tuned. Jack gets even more angry with Kyle when Kyle lies to him about working with Victor. Adam is about to go into Jack’s office but he stays in the hallway outside Jack’s office. Jack asks Kyle why he wants Adam out of Jabot. Kyle admits to Jack that he doesn’t think Adam belongs at Jabot.
