Laura vows to find out Victoria’s plan before he can hurt her family and other innocent people.

Ava and Laura persuade Nicolas to swallow his pride and visit Spencer at Spring Ridge and try to reconcile with him.

Felicia is on her way to Zurich to find Maxie despite telling Anna she would stay in Port Charles. Felicia finds Maxie’s location by remembering a conversation she had with Peter when she told him she couldn’t go to his and Maxie ‘s wedding because she has to take care of her aunt who was sick.

Liesel also has an idea and calls Anna to tell her about a small farm in a remote village in the Swiss Alps where Peter used to go to summer camp when he was in boarding school. Victor orders his man inside the WSB to kill Peter when he finds his location. Victor also tells the WSB agent to kill Dante and Anna if they get in the way but he must not harm Drew.

Drew tells Victor to stay away from his family and from him. Victor tells his bodyguard that Drew has a Cassidine family secret buried deep in his memory that is the key to his life’s work.

Elizabeth gets a strange sympathy card from Franco’s adoptive mother Betsy Frank.

Maxie leaves a message written in lipstick on a bathroom mirror outside Switzerland. The message asks anyone who may see it to call Anna Devane and leaves Anna’s phone number. Maxie also leaves the second earring from the pair she was wearing when she left with Peter. A woman calls Anna and tells her about the note and the earring. The woman takes a picture of the earring and sends the picture to Anna. Anna shows the picture to Felicia who confirms it is Maxie’s earring. Anna, Drew, and Dante head to Switzerland to find Maxie. Drew tells Anna that if Peter programs him again he trusts her to do what she has to do to keep everybody safe.

Phyllis tells Jack she decided not to take the job at Marched to because she loves her hotel and her friends too much to leave Genoa City.

Jack and Phyllis have dinner and she tells him all about her time in Milan with Kyle, Harrison and Summer. Jack gets a text message from someone telling him to go to Los Angeles. Jack texts the person back asking their identity and the person texts him back saying ” someone you have been missing.

Chelsea and Chloe make a presentation to Lauren and she makes a deal with them for their new fashion line BelMilcono.

Abby asks Rey to talk to Chance and persuade him to open up to her about what he has been going through since he returned from Spain. Rey gets through to Chance by telling him that if he doesn’t talk to Abby he may lose her. Chance tells Abby he froze on the stakeout with Rey because he thought he was still in Spain on the mission. Abby is happy that Chance opened up to her but tells him he needs to find a way to get better.

Mac and Felicia decide to let Louise stay c with Brook Lynn and Chase until Maxie returns home because she needs to be in a place that is familiar to her.

Michael and Josslynn are both angry with Sonny when they find out he slept with Nina. Sonny tries to talk to Carly before she files for divorce, but Carly tells Sonny she wants a divorce. Sonny tells Carly he will not give up on their marriage.

Harmony tells Alexis that when she and her husband Douglas lived in a commune in Colorado, a woman named Joan joined them and she gave birth to Willow. Joan left the commune but didn’t take Willow with her. The head of the commune, Prophet Josiah, gave the baby to her and her husband to raise because it was God’s plan. Douglas was so afraid that Joan would return for Willow that they both decided to forge a birth certificate for Willow and leave the commune. Alexis advises Harmony to tell Willow the truth about what she has done because it is the only way to have a relationship with Willow.

Victor asks Adam to spy on Ashland for him and he won’t oppose the hiring of Sally as Chief Operating officer of Newman Media.

Victoria and Ashland plan to make Adam mess up in some way so they will have cause to fire him from Newman Media. Ashland gets a text message, saying that the American is still digging for information about him in the city.

Ashland: Come on, that’s exactly what you were hoping for when you bid on ChanceCom yourself.

Adam: Not exactly.

Ashland: Okay, true enough. You probably weren’t anticipating working for your sister and you probably thought that you were gonna be running some independent venture, but I-I assure you, this is a scintillating time to be part of Newman/Locke. Great things are happening.

Adam: Well, you can consider me scintillated.

Ashland: I believe you will look back on this moment and be glad you came aboard when you did.

Adam: Well, I think that goes both ways. I think you and Victoria will look back and be very excited that I stuck around.

Billy: Well, this has been very entertaining, trying to watch you take the high road. It’s kind of like watching those videos of cats playing the piano. You can’t really believe what you’re seeing, but you can’t take your eyes off it either.

Billy: Yeah, I don’t trust cats either. The point I’m trying to make is that Adam cost me my reputation and my job, which is the only reason I put that plan in motion in the first place. And I knew it would work because he loves to see people suffer. Wouldn’t be surprised if he had a fistful of popcorn as he watched the videos that you filmed.

Sally: I don’t know the person you’re describing.

Billy: No? Adam? About yay high, beady, untrustworthy eyes, brown hair to hide his devil horns on his head.

Sally: You’re wrong. Adam felt bad that your life was such a wreck, just like I did.

Billy: Yeah, but you still found the strength to keep filming me.

Sally: I don’t think Adam would have taken advantage of your suffering, which wasn’t real anyway, ’cause you’re obviously fine now. Brook Lynn, Chase, Ned, and Olivia take pictures with Louise and tell her she will always be a part of their family. Brook Lynn and Chase then take Bailey to the hospital to give her to Mac and Felicia. Ned also apologizes to Chase for thinking the worst about him.

Austin teams up with Liesel and threatens Victor in order to find out Maxie’s location. Austin threatens to inject Victor with poison but then Liesel rescues Victor from Austin. Victor promises Liesel that he will help her find Maxie. Liesel later goes to the hospital to tell Austin that she was able to put a microphone on Victor’s lapel so they can listen to him at all times.

Alexis advises Harmony to tell Willow that she forged her birth certificate. Harmony tells Alexis that there is more to the story that she doesn’t want to tell Willow.

Michael’s contact at the State Department tells him there isn’t a birth certificate for Willow anywhere in the United States or the world.

Carly meets with a divorce attorney and tells her she wants a quick divorce from Sonny because she doesn’t want her family put through a messy divorce. Carly asks her lawyer to help her make Nina pay for everything she has done to her family.

Phyllis advises Sonny not to give up on his marriage and to be completely honest with Carly so they can build trust between them again. Carly has her assistant make an appointment with a divorce attorney for her and Sam advises Carly to go to the appointment to find out her options. Sam thinks Carly should seriously consider if now is the right time to file for divorce. Carly’s assistant accidentally puts the appointment on Donna and Avery’s calendar which gets texted to Sonny.

Ava advises Nina to give Sonny space because if she gives him space he and Carly will get back together.

Terry heads to her blind date that she met on the dating app. The only way she will know who her date is because he will be wearing a teal-colored shirt. Chet sits down next to her at the bar so she thinks he is her date.

Elizabeth is distracted and sad because Valentine’s Day is her wedding anniversary with Franco. Elizabeth wonders why the dress she wore for her wedding with Franco is torn up when it was in perfect condition when she put it in the garment bag to donate to the hospital clothing drive.

Trina tells Portia and Taggert what Esme did to her at the cabin and they offer their support to her and Taggert orders Chocolate mousse to cheer up Trina.

Its Valentine’s Day in Genoa City and Amanda and Devon, Billy and Lily, Ashland and Victoria, and Victor and Nikki all celebrate the holiday.

Adam and Sally are all business as they discuss the details of her job as Chief operating Officer of Newman Media.

Victor and Nikki have a very tense lunch with Ashland and Victoria where he makes it clear to Ashland that all he wants is to see his daughter happy. Ashland tells Victoria that he knew about the clinic in Peru and he gave money to the clinic when it was going to shut down using a shell cooperation. Victoria is mad that Ashland lied to her again but she forgives him saying that the important thing is that he is better.

Devon is excited to work with Billy and Lily on health and wellness podcasts.

Victor gives Nikki a horse for Valentine’s Day.

Victoria gives Ashland a ring with the Locke family crest.

Its sleepless in Genoa City as Billy, Chelsea, Chance, and Abby can’t sleep. Billy pushes record on his phone and, starts talking to himself hoping to discover why he has had insomnia for three days. Billy figures out that he can’t sleep because he is worried that he will fall back into his destructive patterns and sabotage his life with Lily.

Chelsea can’t sleep because she keeps thinking that madam doesn’t want a future with her. Chelsea heads to Crimson Lights to have herbal tea. Chelsea has a long talk with Rey and he tells her why he decided to become a cop. Chelsea tells Rey why she became a con artist and about some of her con jobs. Chelsea later, dreams about Rey, and awakens, startled by the dream.

Abby and Chance are worried about Dominic. Chance advises Abby to take a hot shower so she can relax while he takes care of Dominic. Chance tells Abby later that Rey called him about the stakeout and asks her if it would be ok
if he goes to help Rey with the stake out.

Chance arrives home early and Abby awakens when she hears Chance come in and she is surprised that he is home from the stakeout so early. Chance tells Abby he felt that he needed to be home with her and Dominic.

Brook Lynn and Chase tell Finn and Elizabeth that Bailey is Louise and Brook Lynn is surprised that Finn and Elizabeth think she is brave for protecting Louise all this time. Brook Lynn also goes to the hospital to once again apologize to Valentine for lying to him about Bailey and he tells her that he knows Bailey is really Louise and he is grateful Brook Lynn protected Louise from Peter.

Valentine is grateful Victor brought Charlotte back safely to him but he tells him he knows Peter kidnapped Charlotte for a reason and he will find out why Charlotte was kidnapped.

Austin tells Laura that Maxie isn’t answering her cell phone so she gives him Spinelli’s phone number and tells him he can find Maxie. Spinelli calls Austin to tell him Jack’s car is on Pier 55.

Laura asks Anna to handle the investigation since the police department is short staffed. Laura shows Anna a message she got on her phone, and Anna calls Chase for help and sends him the location where he should meet her.

Maxie tells Peter she will go with him but he must leave Louise behind in Port Charles because she won’t have a good life on the run. Peter and Maxie leave Louise at the fire station knowing that it is a safe place. Maxie says a tearful goodbye to Louise and leaves one of her earnings inside Louise’s baby carrier as a clue for the police.

Chase and Anna arrive later to pick up Louise. Austin arrives at the pier just as the boat is leaving and he thinks Maxie and Peter are on the boat but Peter and Maxie didn’t go back to the pier after they left the fire station because he knew the police would be searching the boats on the pier.

Sam and Dante declare their love for each other and then kiss at the hospital.

Valentine is found by a lady going to get her car at the parking garage. Valentine asks the lady to call Anna who, arranges to have Valentine brought to the hospital. Maxie tells Britt, Liesl, and Sonny that Bailey is Louise and Austin realizes that he may have accidentally led Victor to Louise and then Victor told Peter.

Drew and Carly talk about Sonny and Sam and they realize they need to move on with their lives. Carly tells Drew that the circumstances that led Nina to go to the Haunted Star and later be in bed with Sonny don’t matter her marriage can’t be saved.

Drew realizes that Sam loves Dante and he was trying to hold on to the past. Carly and Drew almost kiss but Carly stops it because she doesn’t want to kiss Drew to hurt, Sonny.

Victor agrees to help Peter get out of the country and Peter gives Victor the location where Charlotte is being held. Victor takes Charlotte to the hospital where she is reunited with Valentine and Laura. Peter calls Masks to come to Pier 55 alone and if she brings police she will never see Louise again.

Maxie arrives at the pier and Peter tells her she can either say goodbye to Louise and never see her again or she can leave the country with him and Louise and they can be a family.

Ashland (now played by Robert Newman) makes it clear to Adam that he and Victoria own Newman Media and they will make the decisions about the future of the company.

Victoria approves of Sally as Adam’s Chief Operating Officer of Newman Media and later tells Ashland she approved Sally because Sally is an opportunist and that will be beneficial to them in the future.

Victor has a talk with Ashland about the clinic in Peru and Ashland admits to Victor that he set up a shell cooperation in Peru to give the clinic money since the clinic saved the life of a friend. Ashland also tells Victor that he didn’t tell Victoria about it because he didn’t want her to think he was jumping to the head of the line because he had given money to the clinic.

Victor tells Nikki about his conversation with Ashland and that he thinks Ashland is hiding something because he had an answer to every question and the answers seemed rehearsed.

Lily goes to Nikki for advice because she has been doubting herself in her first few weeks running Chancellor Industries. Nikki advises Lily to listen to Jill, enjoy doing her job, and think about what Katherine and Neil would want her to do at the company. Nikki also tells Lily that the most important thing she should do is trust her instincts.

Ashland gets a call from someone who tells him that there is someone in Peru asking questions about him. Ashland tells the person not to worry and just stick to the plan.

Mac finally awakens after his family has kept vigil at his hospital bed.

Drew almost tells Sam that he has feelings for her until he hears Sam tell Nina that she loves Dante. Drew tells Sam that he is happy about her relationship with Dante and he didn’t mean to confuse her but he has realized that he was trying to recapture the life he had before he was kidnapped but that isn’t possible since everyone else has moved on with their lives.

Nexus and Brook Lynn tell Anna and Ned that Bailey is really Louise and the details of their now failed plan to keep her from Peter. Ned is sad that Louise isn’t his granddaughter, but he tells Brooke Lynn that he is proud of her for helping Maxie protect Louise.

Carly tells Sonny their marriage is over since it is clear that he can’t decide if he wants to be with her or Nina. Sonny tries to explain that Christina told him she wasn’t coming to the Haunted Star so he thought their marriage was over and that is why he slept with Nina but it was a mistake.

Peter asks Victor for help getting he and Louise out of Port Charles and Victor wants Peter to tell him how to program Drew. Peter knows that Victor will double cross him so he kidnaps Charlotte to have some leverage against Victor. Anna, Dante, Laura, and Robert figure out Victor is helping Peter and they work on a plan to catch Peter. Victor and Peter meet at the docks and Peter gives Victor the information about Drew and Victor shoots Peter and is about to kill Peter until Peter tells Victor that if he dies his granddaughter Charlotte dies too.

Jack misses Phyllis but is determined not to bother her so she can enjoy her time with Summer.

Billy has had insomnia for three nights and Amanda, Jack, and Lily think that he has unresolved issues that he needs to put to rest about his halted plan to get revenge on Adam and Victor. Lily also thinks Billy needs a project to focus on so she puts him in charge of pitching an idea to Devon that Hamilton Winters and Chancellor Industries should team up to produce inspirational podcasts.

Lauren has a talk with Jack about how worried she is about Michael now that he is working for Victor.

Abby, Chance, and Devon wait anxiously for the doctor to call with news about what is wrong with Dominic and Abby blames herself for his illness. Dominic’s doctor calls and says she is worried because Dominic’s red blood cell count is very low and she wants them to bring the baby to the hospital so she can do a bone marrow aspiration along with other tests.

Faith: When our guests of honor walk through those doors, we want them to feel this entire space has transformed into an exotic, warm, romantic locale. Flowers, candles, garland, fabric.

Sally: Great. Yeah. This early-retirement thing is the best. I have been thinking about taking up snowboarding, seeing how it’s the dead of winter and all, just for a couple of quick lessons, and then, Aspen, here i come.

Adam: I meant… how are things really going?

Sally: [ Sighs ] The truth?

Adam: Mm-hmm.

Sally: I am freaked out about my future.

Sally: [ Sighs ] I came to this town to start over from Beverly Hills, one of the most glamorous spots on Earth, to Genoa City, Wisconsin. And I was willing to put in the work to prove myself. I even took a job as Lauren’s gopher when I had already run my own fashion house. But I did it with a smile on my face, and I proved myself again and again. And for what? It has been one dead end after another.

Adam: Oh, well, you’re leaving out the part — through no fault of your own.

Sally: Okay. Maybe I was responsible for a few of those roadblocks, but not this one. I am the one that put Newman Fashion on the map with Victoria’s wedding dress. A couple months ago, I was the creative genius that designed the gown that everyone was clamoring for. And now I am still a genius, but I am I out of a job and I am out in the cold. Literally, I can’t even jump in the car and drive to the beach to try and make myself feel better.

Adam: Well, maybe not. But you could come to Society, belly up to the bar with me, and grab a bite.

Sally: I would like that. That’s the best offer I’ve had all day. And, yes, before you say anything, it’s the only offer.

Abby almost doesn’t go to the party because she is worried that Dominic’s breathing sounds different than normal.

Abby and Chance leave the baby with the nanny and go to the party. Abby and Chance return from the party and the nanny tells them the baby hasn’t awakened, and Abby thinks v the baby looks pale.

Chelsea moves out of the penthouse but still remains determined to get back together with Adam despite Chloe’s advice to concentrate on their new fashion line and spending time with Connor.

Adam offers Sally a job at Newman Media even though he doesn’t know what the job Will be yet. Chelsea is upset that Adam is getting closer to Sally but she focuses on her and Chloe’s meeting with Lauren to propose a fashion line with a social media component. Lauren agrees to think about the proposal and get back to them later with her decision.

Sally is so grateful to Adam for her new job that she gives him a hug and she and Adam almost kiss.

Ashland returns from an appointment with his doctor and tells Victoria that his cancer has not spread and the treatment is still working. Michael tells Victor that he found out that the clinic in Peru is being funded by a shell company which receives its funding from Ashland. Victor wants Michael to go to Peru for as long as it takes to figure out Ashland’s secret. Michael agrees to go to Peru even though he knows Lauren will not be happy about his trip.
