Dante arrests Cody, and while at the police station, Cody tells Dante how he found out he was Dominique’s son. Cody tells Dante that he grew up in the caretaker’s cottage with his adoptive parents. Cody always heard stories growing up about Dominique and her abusive first husband Leopold Taub. Cody tells Dante that his adoptive mother told him that Dominique was his mother before she died because she felt he needed to know the truth. Scott is also telling Britt and Liesl about Leopold Rain and Dominique’s abusive marriage to him. Liesl tells Britt that Leopold had dealings with Faison. Scott thinks Dominique was trying to protect Cody from Leopold and that is why she gave him up for adoption. Scott also thinks that is the reason she never told him she had a son. Scott drops the charges against Cody because he believes he is telling the truth.

Jordan figures out that Portia wants to wake the bartender up from his coma after TJ tells her there is a way to wake him up early and that he considered doing it to help Trina. Rory also tells Jordan that Portia came by the room, but he didn’t let her in because she wasn’t on the approved list. Jordan decides to help Portia and when Jordan gets in the elevator she pushes the alarm button to create a distraction forcing Rory to leave his post. Portia is able to get into the bartender’s room and c give him that will awaken him from his coma.

Maxie is annoyed when Austin cancels a weekend trip with her and her kids because he has to go Pawtuck. Maxie asks Austin why he has to leave and he tells her he has a problem with his house in Pawtuck. Maxie doesn’t believe the story and later tells Lucy she thinks Austin is ready to have a relationship with her.

Martin tells Lucy he has to leave town because he is being blackmailed by Anna to break client attorney privilege. Martin and Sonny both advise Spencer to give police the name of the person that helped him get out of Spring Ridge to go visit his mother’s grave. Martin tells Spencer that if he gives police, a name he will only have to serve ten days in Spring Ridge but if he doesn’t give police a name he will serve three months in Pentonville. Spencer chooses to serve three months in Pentonville rather than tell the police his uncle Victor helped him.

Portia and Curtis run into a roadblock in their plan to wake up the bartender when Jordan assigns Rory to guard the door of the bartender’s hospital room. Portia and Curtis and Portia decide to wait a day or two until there is less focus on that room but later decide they have to wake the bartender up today when Diane calls to tell them the jury may return with a verdict today.

Anna tells Martin that he will help her find out what Valentin is hiding from her or she will tell his three ex-wives about the money he is hiding from them.

Spinelli persuades Maxie that he has feelings for Britt but, she doesn’t feel the same way about him.

Cody tells Britt’, Liesl and Scott that he is Dominique’s son that she gave up for adoption when she was younger to the ranch hands that worked for her family. Cody is angry that his half-sister spent her inheritance from their mother saving the whales.

Ava makes it clear to Nikolas that they will stay married but she won’t live with him at Wyndemere.

Drew offers to help Valentin but he doesn’t accept the offer. Valentin warns Drew to stay away from Victor because Victor could hurt the people that he loves.

Lucy tells Maxie that in order to save Deception they have to get a new Face of Deception. Maxie doesn’t like the idea so she tells Lucy that she has to tell Sasha the news. Sasha tells Gladys that it felt good to finally stand up for herself an she would do it again.

Martin tells Brandon that the only way to keep Sasha out of jail is for him to become her conservator and he can make sure she gets the help she needs to get well.

Britt accepts another date with Cody after he gives her the invitation he made for her.

Spinelli can’t hide the truth from Britt anymore and tells her she can’t go on another date with Cody.

Dante tells Chase that chances are slim he will get his job back on the force. Linc tells Chase he has a promotional package ready for him and he has booked him at the Savoy and a famous club in New York. Brook Lynn tells Chase not to listen to Linc because they can write songs together and he can sing and record the songs. He can make more money. Dante wants Brook Lynn to tell him what he and Chase are doing because he knows they are trying to con Linc. Linc also tells Chase he knows Brook Lynn and he knows what she is trying to do.

The sleazy reporter asks Sasha if she was on drugs when she ran Harmony over with her car and if she started taking drugs after Liam died. Sasha loses it and starts hitting the reporter’s car with a pole. The police are called and Sasha is arrested because the reporter presses charges against Sasha. The reporter also gives Dante footage from his dash cam. Sasha has to spend the night in jail and Brando worries she won’t make it because she is not well mentally.

Sonny sends Dax to talk to the jury foreman in Tina’s trial to make sure Trina is found not guilty.. Josslyn walks by at the end of the conversation and the jury Forman leaves because he can’t be seen with anyone from the trial. Dax tells Sonny what happened and, after he leaves the man Sonny had watching, Dax confirms his story.

Portia doesn’t allow TJ to risk his career by taking the bartender out of his medically induced coma. Portia decides to take the bartender out of his medically induced coma herself and Curtis insists on helping her do it.

Cameron tells Jocelyn he helped Spencer with his plan to get Esme to confess and free Trina. Josslyn is upset that Cameron kept this a secret from her but once she hears the whole story she decides they need to work together to bring down Esme.

Trina talks to Rory because she is worried she will go to prison. Rory encourages Trina to think positively that she will be found innocent. Ava asks Sonny to make sure Trina will be found innocent and Sonny promises to take care of it.

Spencer has to spend the night in jail while he waits for his hearing and Nikolas tells Spencer Esme left town. Ava gets a room at the Metro Court to get away from Nikolas.

The sleazy reporter asks Sasha makeup artist to record Sasha saying she was on drugs when she ran Harmony over with her car. The makeup artist is too eager and Sasha leaves their meeting. Sasha later sees the makeup artist talking to the sleazy reporter and figures out that she was set up by the sleazy reporter.

Willow has a bone marrow biopsy to see if she has leukemia but she, still refuses to tell Michael what is going on with her health.

Elizabeth has an episode on the hospital stairway where she remembers finding Peter dead and then she remembers

when she was little calling for her daddy. Finn finds Elizabeth and tries to persuade her to talk to someone but she insists she is well.

Diane is able to create reasonable doubt in Tina’s trial after Trina’s testimony. Jordan and Curtis figure out what Esme did to the bartender but they need the bartender to come out of the medically induced coma so they could talk to him. Curtis asks TJ to take the bartender out of his coma.

Nikolas arrive, after Esme falls off the parapet and Ava tells him what happened. Nikolas goes down to look for Esme but can’t find her. Nikolas tells Ava he will protect her and they come up with a story to tell Spencer and the police.

Jordan arrests Spencer for leaving Spring Ridge and going to the cemetery to visit his mother’s grave.

Sasha and Brandon get into an argument because Sasha feels Brandon he is smothering her when he is just trying to make sure she goes to therapy.

Willow still doesn’t want to tell Michael about her elevated white blood cell count. Willow tells TJ that she will only tell Michael if there is cause to worry. Michael is happy that Dax continues to get closer to Sonny’s inner circle because Brick is doing a background check on him. Brick doesn’t think Dax is ready to take over Jason’s job. Sonny decides to give Dax a trial by fire to see if he is ready to do Jason’s job.

Spencer testifies that Trina was with him at the cemetery when the video was posted at PCU. The prosecution shows that Trina could have scheduled the video to be posted before she saw Spencer at the cemetery.

Ava tells Same she must go to court and tell everyone she framed Trina or she will make her disappear and they won’t find her until she is dead.

Dante asks Sam to move in with him and she tells him she will think about. It because it is a big decision.

Dax meets with Michael on the hospital stairway and tells him what happened with Josslyn and Sonny. Michael tells Dax to stay away from Josslyn but make sure to ask Sonny a lot of questions and gain his trust and maybe he will get Jason’s job. Brandon wonders why Michael and Dax are talking on the hospital stairway.

The sleazy photographer tells his friend the sleazy reporter that Sasha was on drugs when she ran over Harmony and he should write a story about it.

Diane is able to show the court Esme planned the whole night at the cabin but, still can’t prove she posted the video. Nik tells Ava he slept with Esme and an angry Ava tells him she is going to burn down his life. Nik decides to fight for his marriage. Esme tells Spencer she isn’t taking his deal so he tells Diane he wants testify again this time for the defense. An angry Ava goes to Wyndamere and sees Esme hurriedly packing her things to leave and she calls Esme a little whore.

Nik finally realizes how evil Esme is when Jordan tells him that Esme is suspected of putting a bartender in a coma. Nik worries Esme will tell Ava about their affair. Nik tells Victor everything and he wants to kill Esme but Nik decides he is going to tell Ava the truth.

Spencer testifies at Tina’s trial and he tells the truth but makes a point not to give Esme an alibi. Ava wonders whose side Spencer is on because she knows he is smart.

Esme talks to Ryan and tells him her problem. Esme asks Ryan about her mother and he tells her he never knew her real name and when she left him he searched for her and never found her. Ryan asks Esme not to take Spencer’s deal and when he gets out of Spring Ridge they will look for her mother together.
