Devon and Lily have a long and hurtful argument at Society. Devon is upset that Amanda is representing Chancellor Winters in the lawsuit. Lily tells Devon she will do whatever it takes to win the lawsuit because Chancellor Winters is all she has left. Devon tells Lily that if Neil were alive, he would be ashamed of the person she has become.

Tucker tells Audra he wants to sell McCall Unlimited. Audra tells Victoria and Nate the news and Victoria wants Nate to persuade Devon not to buy McCall Unlimited even though Nate doesn’t want to do it.

Liesl blames Elizabeth and Scott for playing a part in Britt death because Elizabeth didn’t go to the police, and tell them Esme was not the hook killer because Nikolas was holding her hostage. Liesl slaps Elizabeth and tells her she will reap what she has sown. Liesl is also upset with Scott because he helped Elizabeth get an immunity deal so, as far as she is concerned, Britt’s blood is on his hands as well.

Finn promises to support Elizabeth whenever she needs him and he is learning to respect her boundaries. ,

TJ tells Liesl she is a bone marrow match for Willow. Nina calls Michael who shares the happy news with Willow.

Austin and Ava are shocked when Dante opens the tack room closet, and Nikolas’ body isn’t in there. Dante finds Nikolas watch. Ava tells Austin she checked for a pulse after she hit him on the head with the statue and she is sure he didn’t have a pulse. Mason calls someone on the phone and tells the person on the phone that Nikolas is fine, and he is on life support and then the audience sees Nikolas hooked up to the life support machine.

Phyllis tries to fix her relationship with Summer, but Summer tells Phyllis she needs to admit what she did to her and Daniel was the wrong thing to do.. Phyllis tells Summer that she was only trying to help her and Daniel. Summer tells Phyllis she has to go to the office and Phyllis says she is tired of being rejected by her and Daniel.

Jeremy tells Kyle that he intends to stay in Genoa City for a while because Jack and Diane get back from their vacation. Jack and Diane are vacationing at the Abbott cabin although they told Kyle they were going out of town in case Jeremy was listening.

Phyllis goes to have a drink and runs into Jeremy again.

Tucker tells Devon he wants to sell him McCall Unlimited but Devon doesn’t want to consider the offer until he talks to Abby and she tells him to think about the offer.

Victor and Victoria meet with Ashley and, after talking to her, they think Nikki was right when she thought Ashley bought Tucker’s debt. Tucker wonders what Ashley intends to do with him if Devon doesn’t buy McCall Unlimited. Ashley tells Tucker she hasn’t decided yet, but she has a few ideas.

Tucker tells Ashley that McCall Unlimited is in deep financial trouble and he was looking for a big company in order to save his company but when she left for Paris he realized that he didn’t care if he lost his company as long as he could spend the rest of his days with her.

Diane isn’t happy that Kyle isn’t supportive of her moving into the Abbott Mansion.

Jack isn’t sure if he can forgive Kyle for helping Victor with his plan to get Adam out of Jabot.

The residents of Genoa City celebrate Valentine’s Day by sharing their memories. Victor and Nikki share memories of their relationship while the audience sees flashbacks of their relationship. Victor gives Nikki a romantic Valentine’s Day card and a beautiful necklace.

Nick tells Victoria Sally is pregnant and either he or Adam is the father of the baby. Nick tells Victoria that he doesn’t know what will happen if Adam is the father of the baby but he is happy with Sally. Victoria promises not to tell anyone about Sally’s pregnancy.

Sally talks to Sharon and tells her that she is pregnant and either Adam or Nick is the father of the baby. Sharon promises Sally she won’t say, anything to anyone.

Daniel and Lily remember their relationship through several flashbacks. Daniel thanks Lily for her friendship and support throughout the years. Daniel returns to his hotel room and is surprised to find Heather in his room.

Nikki thinks that Ashley bought Tucker’s debt because she wants to protect him. Victor doesn’t think Ashley would do that but he has Michael trying to find out who bought Tucker’s debt so he can make his next move.

Adam asks Victor what he is planning to offer him that is better then running Newman Enterprises. Victor tells Adam he is planning to buy McCall Unlimited and let him run it, and the company will be independent from Newman Enterprises but, all the pieces are not in place yet. Adam tells Sally that he is excited about being a father to the baby and he understands that the baby won’t change the relationship between them.

Ashley demands that Tucker sell his company to Devon because she thinks it could help repair their relationship. Tucker calls Devon that he needs to talk to him about something that might interest him. Devon hangs up the phone on Tucker, but later, Abby persuades Devon to listen to what Tucker has to say. Later, Devon sends a text message to Tucker telling him he will meet with him tomorrow for thirty minutes. Ashley tells Tucker he better not mess this up because it could be his last chance to fix his relationship with Devon.

Tucker: What would you like to know?

Audra: Mm. Tell me the truth. Just how much debt are you in really?

Tucker: I am amazed that that rumor is flying around. It really makes me wonder where it originated ’cause it’s clearly an attempt to undermine me.

Audra: By whom?

Tucker: Well, uh, Nick and Victoria Newman asked me about it directly, so maybe it came from Victor. Um, and we all know that Nikki has it in for me. Hell, it could have been Jack as a counterpunch to me trying to acquire Jabot.

Audra: Or maybe Ashley as a parting shot or Devon to express his irritation with you.

Tucker: Yeah, there are so many people in this town to choose from.

Audra: You know, I find it remarkable just how many enemies you’ve made in the short time you’ve been back in town.

Tucker: I don’t consider them enemies. They’re just worthy adversaries.

Audra: Of course, there’s another possibility.

Tucker: Who’d we leave out?

Audra: Maybe it’s not a rumor. Maybe mccall unlimited really is floundering.

Tucker: Does that seem likely to you? Your checks always cleared, didn’t they?

Nate: I was pulled into an interesting meeting with Victor, Victoria, and Michael Baldwin. And your name came up.

Audra: In what context?

Nate: First I need to know what, if any, allegiance you still have to Tucker.

Audra: None whatsoever. He tried to work me yet again today, probing to see, you know, how far we’ve gotten going after Omega Sphere.

Nate: And why would he think you’d share that, given that you’re now the competition?

Audra: That’s how much of an egomaniac he is. You know, Tucker thinks that I’ll always be loyal to him, even when he’s shut me out and disrespected me. But I’m used to it. So I dangled some bait, asking him for information on the rumors about his debt.

Nate: Was he willing to confirm those rumors?

Audra: Of course not. No, he was evasive at first. Then he acted like the chatter he’s over-leveraged was just a plot to undermine him, although he didn’t seem terribly concerned. So I gave him zip about our intentions where Daniel’s project is concerned.

Nate: How’d he react to that?

Audra: He didn’t. No, then he got a text and got all huffy. Trust me when I say Tucker McCall is not a man on top of the world.

Nate: How did you leave things?

Audra: Oh, not to worry. Look, I made it clear I want nothing to do with him.

Nate: Well, I’m gonna need you to rethink that. Your connection could be just the advantage we need.

Elizabeth decides to turn herself in to the police tomorrow but, while she waits, she goes to Curtis and Portia’s wedding with Finn.

Spencer goes to Wyndamere to talk to Ava about what happened with Nikolas last night. Ava tells Spencer that she and Nikolas argued and he decided to leave town. Ava decides that she and Austin must move Nikolas’ body after they return from Curtis and Portia’s wedding.

Nina gives Willow the half heart necklace that she would have given to Nell when she thought she only had one daughter. Willow turns her back on Nina, so Nina puts the necklace on Willow’s bed.

Willow and Michael talk about how he is going to handle things if she dies. Willow asks Michael to marry her so she can be his wife right now.

Jordan arrives at Portia’s wedding to try one more time to persuade her to tell Curtis the truth about Trina before she marries him.

Daniel fires Phyllis from her job at Omega Sphere because he is upset that she went to Portugal to talk to Heather and Lucy.

Audra and Tucker agree to be friends without benefits and they decide to have dinner that night. Audra later tells Nate that she has mended fences with Tucker.

Victoria tells Victor they have secured the financing to buy Tucker’s debt and they are ready to move forward with the first step in their plan to acquire McCall Unlimited.

Kyle admits to Jack that he worked with Victor to get Adam out of Jabot. Summer tells Jack that Victor promised to give him some textile mills in exchange for his help getting Adam out of Jabot. Adam tells Jack he would have done exactly what Kyle did if someone wasn’t doing his work at Newman Enterprises. Adam is grateful to Jack for giving him an opportunity but tells him that if he doesn’t fire him he will resign from the company.

Gregory agrees to talk to his department chairperson at PCU to see if he can teach at the college and work at Tthe Invader at same time.

Ava tells Elizabeth that Nikolas has left town and she tries to persuade Elizabeth not to turn herself in because she shouldn’t pay for Nikolas’ crimes.

Austin and Terri tell Willow, Michael, and Carly that there were not enough stem cells from the cord blood and the placenta for the stem cell transplant to work because her cancer is very advanced and her only hope is a bone marrow donor. Terri also tells Carly, Michael, and Willow that if she doesn’t find a donor she only has a few weeks left to live.

Liesl can’t stand to see Nina suffering because she is going to lose Willow so Liesl asks Terri to test her to see if she is a bone marrow match for Willow. Willow asks Michael to leave her alone for a little while and when Michael leaves her alone, Willow cries and thinks about Michael and her kids. Michael comes back in to Wilow’s room, and Willow tells Michael it’s time that they talk about his life without her.

Adam and Victoria have concerns about Chelsea and Billy’s relationship with Victoria telling Billy that he should take things slowly with Chelsea if he does have feelings for her. Adam tells Chelsea Billy is too immature to be in a relationship with anyone. Chelsea tells Adam that her friendship with Billy is none of his business because it is her life, and she chooses her friends. Chelsea tells Billy later that she doesn’t care what people think about their friendship.

Diane asks Kyle to consider giving her Phyllis’s old job at Marchetti Home. Kyle tells Diane he will talk to Summer and they will have another talk about it later.

Jack is very angry with Kyle after he accidentally reads a message on Kyle’s phone. The text message is from Victor thanking Kyle for his help with the Adam matter and telling him to stay tuned. Jack gets even more angry with Kyle when Kyle lies to him about working with Victor. Adam is about to go into Jack’s office but he stays in the hallway outside Jack’s office. Jack asks Kyle why he wants Adam out of Jabot. Kyle admits to Jack that he doesn’t think Adam belongs at Jabot.

Alexis offers Gregory a job at The Invader because she thinks he is bored teaching journalism.

Ava has a nightmare that Nikolas is telling her he loves her even though she killed him and she has blood on her hands. Ava and Austin come up with a story to tell Laura and Spencer in case they come looking for Nikolas. Ava decides that she is going to tell Laura and Spencer that Nicolas came by, and they fought because he wanted Spoon Island and Wyndamere back, after the argument Nicolas left, and she hasn’t seen him since. Laura arrives looking for Nikolas because she is worried that since he feels like he has lost everything he will be more vulnerable to Victoria’s influence. Ava assures Laura that Nikolas won’t be influenced by Victor anymore and Laura assumes Nikolas is off somewhere licking his wounds.

Elizabeth tells Scott she is in legal trouble and needs his help.

Willow awakens and tells Michael she heard him tell her to come home because her children needed her. Michael explains to Willow he was in the waiting area praying for her to survive the surgery. Michael and Willow decide to name the baby Amelia Grace and Willow gives Amelia a bottle for the first time. Michael and Willow wait anxiously for the stem cells to be harvested so she can have the stem cell transplant.

Nina decides to find out why Carly and Drew are trying to hide their romantic relationship from everyone.

Sally is so angry about what Victor did that she agrees to let Nick talk to Jill to see if he can persuade Jill to hear Sally and Chloe’s presentation. Nick calls Jill, and after they talk, Jill agrees to hear Chloe and Sally’s presentation. Jill is impressed by Chloe and Sally’s presentation and she agrees to give their proposal serious consideration..

Nate stays for the meeting with Victoria, Victor and Michael and is told by Victor to use Audra to find out how Tucker would react to Newman Enterprises buying up McCall Unlimited’s debt. Michael has strong objections to using Aura because he doesn’t trust her but, he is overruled by Victor and Victoria. Nate tells Audra what he wants her to do and she thinks it will be fun trying to find out the information from Tucker.

Curtis and Portia have their rehearsal dinner at the Savoy. Curtis surprises Portia by bringing her father Sterling, and her brother Zeke in for the wedding. Curtis also hires a caregiver for Portia’s mother who was unable to fly to the wedding because she is ill. Stella also comes down with a sudden illness, so Curtis asks Laura to officiate the wedding tomorrow. Brad gives Curtis a wedding gift from Selena Wu which Curtis accepts and he also offers Brad his condolences on Bridges death. Portia is touched when her mother sends her a broach that belonged to her great grandmother for her to wear on her wedding day.

Victor thinks that Spencer’s plan to fight for custody of Nikolas and Esme’s baby might bring Nikolas back to the family after he hits rock bottom.

Laura tells Deputy Mayor Ashby that Anna and Valentin were killed in Paris. Eileen is visibly shaken and goes to confront Victor to tell him she is out of his scheme. Victor tells Eileen that if she betrays him being caught will be the least of her worries.

Felicia tells Valentin and Anna that the next step in the plan is for Valentin and Anna to haunt Eileen so she will feel so guilty about their deaths that she will tell them Victor’s plan.

Ava hits Nikolas over the head and he falls to the ground and stops breathing. Austin arrives and Ava tells him to wait in the sitting room and she drags Nikolas’s body into the closet. Austin sees her and she tells Austin that she hit Nikolas over the head to stop him from leaving, so they could talk. She didn’t intend to kill him. Austin believes Ava and offers to help her, so the police don’t find out she killed Nikolas.

Tessa talks to Elena to get some advice from her since she is nervous about becoming a mother. Tessa explains to Elena that Feminine called them before they got on the plane to Portland to tell them she had Braxton Hicks contractions. Elena assures Tessa that this is normal in pregnancy. Elena tells Tessa she will be a wonderful mother. Tessa tells Elena she and Mariah are leaving for Portland later to be there to help Delphine with the birth.

Nate can’t stop thinking about his kiss with Victoria so when Elena arrives home she and Nate have sex.

Sally has a talk with Chloe and decides to take her advice not to tell,Adam he could be the father of her baby unless Nick isn’t the father of her baby. Nick goes with Sally to the lab to take the paternity test.

Tucker leaves a message for Ashley asking if he can go to Paris to talk to her.

Jack tells Diane she can bring some of her things to the Abbott mansion since she is going to be spending more time there.

Victor denies Jack’s accusations that Kyle is helping him sabotage Adam at Jabot. Adam later tells Jack that he has spoken to the Jabot department heads and Kyle has talked to them about his job performance. Jack tells Adam that Victor seemed to know information about Jabot when he spoke to him earlier.

Victoria tells Nate they make a good team, professionally speaking of course, and she doesn’t mention their kiss at all.

Nate: Uh, just to be sure I’m putting in the hours and you’re getting your money’s worth?

Victoria: I never worry about that with you. No, I need your help with something.

Nate: What’s going on?

Victoria: This is what’s going on. It’s the good stuff.

Nate: Nice. Okay, now, I know the company has a lot of divisions, but i didn’t know we had a distillery on site.

Victoria: Well, that’s not a bad idea, but we don’t have one yet.
[ Laughs ] It was a gift. I was told to open it on a special occasion. So, we’re opening it tonight.

Nate: Okay. What’s the occasion?

Victoria: We are gonna forget about business as usual, and we are gonna step outside of the box.

Nate: Of course you are. Everybody goes through it.

Sally: Even you?

Nick: Yeah, even me. Seriously, I was worried sick with every kid. Now, it did get easier, but it’s still very scary.

Sally: But you’re a natural. I’ve seen you with your kids. You’ve got, like, a dozen world’s best dad mugs.

Nick: Well, if everybody says it, it must be true.

Sally: [Laughs]

Nick: Look, I got those mugs ironically. Before Noah was born, I wasn’t ready for that. I was a mess, like you are, too, but you’re gonna get through it. I promise. You know, part of the problem is the buildup. Nine months seems like it’s forever. But trust me — it goes by so fast. And then the baby gets here, and everything changes.

Sally: Yeah, then it gets really scary.

Nick: No, no, no. That’s the crazy part. When your baby’s born and you see it and you get to hold it, it’s just — everything makes sense. Right now, everything is like the unknown for you, but I’m telling you, when they hand that baby to you, you can’t imagine loving something that much. The fear goes away, and everything becomes clear to you.

Elizabeth tells Finn the whole truth about her situation with Nikolas before she turns herself in to the police.

Spencer confronts Nikolas in the hospital chapel and lets him know that if he doesn’t relinquish his parental rights to his baby with Esme, he will take the confession video to the police. Nikolas is heartbroken when he realizes that Ava gave him the confession video, so he heads to Wyndamere to talk to Ava. Ava has dinner with Austin and, after she leaves Kelly’s, Mason starts to follow Ava but, Austin stops him from following Ava home.

Chase tells Brook Lynn that he wants to speed up the plan to get the rights to her songs because he wants to get things over with Linc before he possibly gets his job back at the police department. Chase later changes his mind when Blaze tells him that she is stuck in an iron clad contract with Linc, and there is no way out of it. Linc honors his deal with Brook Lynn and tells her she can get her songs back today but she hesitates about signing the papers because it will mean the end of her relationship with Chase.

Adam: Victor’s plan du jour is to get me fired from Jabot after which he’ll dangle some irresistible position at Newman, and then he will follow it up with a hearty welcome home. I mean, only — only Victor Newman would view trying to tank my career as an act of paternal affection.

Chelsea: Is he succeeding? Is your job in jeopardy?

Adam: No, not yet. I mean, at least not that I know of. Do you wanna hear what the punch line is? I’M…not happy at Jabot.

Adam: [Sighs] I don’t fit in there. As much as I try to, I just — I don’t connect to the work or the products that we sell there or the people…

Nate and Victoria drink single malt scotch while they talk about how they will get Omega Sphere and gain control of McCall Unlimited. A tipsy Victoria gives Nate a kiss and then leaves Nate’s office because she is embarrassed by her actions.

Billy and Chelsea have a nice dinner and then they tell each other that their friendship is important to them.

Jack and Diane have a romantic dinner and he tells her the story of the teardrop of love necklace.

Sally tells Nick she is scared she won’t be a good mother because she never had an example of how to be a mother. Nick assures Sally she will be a good mother and he will help her every step of the way. Nick and Sally have sex and afterwards Sally tells Nick there is a chance Adam could be the father of her baby.

Britt’s friends and family gather for her memorial service inside the hospital chapel. Terri shows everyone that Britt’s picture will be put on the hospital’s memorial wall where hospital staff who have died are remembered.

Spencer tells Trina that he has decided not to show Nikolas’ confession video to the police yet.

Heather tries to persuade Esme not to sign away her parental rights to Nikolas because he is lying to her when he says it will only be temporary. Elizabeth is livid with Nikolas because he tried to use her mother to suppress Esme’s memory. Elizabeth tells Nikolas she is done with him.

Laura manages to persuade Nikolas to become the good man she knows is inside him. Nikolas tells Laura he is going to concentrate on being a good father to his soon-to-be born child and mend his relationship with Spencer.

Elizabeth tells Finn she was never pregnant with Nikolas’ child.

Laura and Nikolas arrive at the chapel after the memorial service has ended and Spencer asks Trina to let him talk to his family alone. Spencer tells Nikolas he has disappointed him one more time by sinking to a new low.

Heather tells Ryan that Nikolas wants to take their grandchild away from Esme. Heather also tells Ryan that Dante and Sam are going to London to look for Esme’s nanny Maggie. Ryan gets a scared expression on his face that makes Heather ask him if Maggie knows that he is Esme’s father. Ryan blinks his eyes yes and Heather tells Ryan that they must break out of Spring Ridge and take Esme with them.
