Laura tells Kevin how Esme and Spencer died and she tells him that she feels alone because her whole family is gone. Laura also tells Sonny about Spencer’s death and he mourns the death of his nephew.

Jordan and Anna meet with the gun dealer who sold the guns that were stolen from the WSB. The gun dealer is about to tell Anna who sold him the guns stolen from the WSB when FBI agent John “Jagger” Cates bursts in the door and tells Anna to put down her gun.

Tracy helps Brook Lynn and Chase have their dream wedding in Port Charles. Tracy persuades Lois that a formal wedding with a string quartet will be beautiful. Tracy agrees to fly all the wedding guests to Coney Island for a fun rehearsal dinner party the night before the wedding.

Adam is finally able to tell his father what he wants to do with his life with Felicia, Carly, and Joseph standing by his side for support. Adam tells his father he is going back to PCU and he will get a job and put himself through school to study music not medicine. Adam tells his father that they will talk on the phone soon. Adam’s father tells him he is making a mistake, but he backs down and leaves.

Michael wants to resign from Aurora since he can’t help Drew with his revenge plan against Nina. Drew tells Michael he respects his honesty and he passed the test, so he tears up Michael’s resignation letter.

The French police presume Spencer and Esme are dead after they both went into the water after Spencer stopped Esme from injecting Trina with the same drug with which she injected him. Trina believes in her heart that Spencer is still alive but, eventually, she says a painful goodbye to him. Curtis tells Laura that the police told him that they will search for Spencer and Esme’s bodies for forty-eight hours and if they don’t find the bodies they will assume that the bodies floated into the English Channel.

Carly negotiates a new contract with Deception and gives Deception a discounted rate for ads in Crimson.

Maxie and Sasha are very impressed at how Carly persuaded Tracy to a new contract. Olivia is still angry with Lois because she broke her trust and told Sonny Nina was the person who turned Carly and Drew into the SEC. Nina blames Lois for ruining her marriage to Sonny. Olivia defends Lois and tells Nina that she ruined her own marriage by refusing to take responsibility for her own actions. Lois and Olivia have a long talk and apologize to each other for the hurtful things they said to each other.

Dex and the rest of the guards protect Sonny, Ava, and Avery from the shooter, but the shooter gets away and the guards are unable to find the shooter. Dex believes the shooter created a diversion to get past the guards. Sonny thinks that the person who shot at them knows the system used by his guards.

Spencer finds the unconscious captain on the ship and screams to Trina that someone is on the ship with them. Esme has a gun and locks Trina in a small room on the ship. Esme finds Spencer, ties him up, and tells him he must stay, with her until Trina calls Laura and tells her to find Nikolas and Ace. Esme will hold Spencer until Laura returns Ace to her.

Trina gets out of where Esme was keeping her and has a long physical fight with Esme and hits Esme on the head, with a pipe. Trina unties Spencer and they head up to the deck. Trina and Spencer see another ship and they start yelling for help. Esme arrives on deck and injects Spencer with a drug that makes him pass out. Esme and Trina get into another physical fight and struggle. Trina and Esme’s fight lasts a few minutes and Esme pushes an unconscious Spencer into the water.

Finn is shocked when Mrs. Muldoon drops the lawsuit against him. Gregory notices that a large donation was made to Mrs. Muldoon’s MyFace fundraising account and Tracy hypothetically tells Gregory she had a talk with Mrs. Muldoon and told her what a good doctor Finn is and she thinks Mrs. Muldoon may have posted on her account that she dropped the lawsuit and someone must have made a sizable donation to her fundraiser. Gregory hypothetically tells Tracy he is grateful that Finn has a friend that would put herself on the line for him.

Curtis, Laura, and Portia head to Paris to find Esme before she can hurt Spencer and Trina.

Spencer surprises Trina with a private cruise through the Parisian countryside but they don’t know Esme is also on board the ship.

Mr. Brenan tells Anna and Jordan that someone is smuggling guns through Port Charles and if they find the smuggler they will find the person who shot Curtis.

Sonny, Ava, and Avery arrive on Sonny’s island in Puerto Rico with Dex and double the guards to protect them. Sonny and Ava explain to Avery that Nina and Sonny are separated for a while because they need to figure out some grown up problems. Dex calls a mayday when one of the guards is shot and Ava and Sonny take cover as more shots are fired.

Brick tells Sonny that the gun that killed Austin was stolen from the WSB which means there may be a connection between the gun that shot Austin and the gun that shot Curtis. Sonny decides that he and Dex are taking Ava to his island in Puerto Rico until they find the person who has been sending her those notes and claims they killed Austin.

Valentin offers to invest in a new magazine to compete with Crimson. Ava thanks Valentin for the offer but she has to try and control her impulsive actions so Willow will see that she is trying to change. Valentin tells Nina if she changes her mind to let him know because he is sure that she could have a great magazine.

Dr Film’s malpractice trial begins with the prosecution presenting its case and presenting its witnesses. Sam finds evidence that Muldoon’s lost money in the failed Aurora Media/ELQ merger. Martin suspects that Muldoon brought the lawsuit against Finn because they need money to pay their debts.

Chase and Dante arrive in Canada to look for Esme at Nanny Maggie’s apartment.

Laura gets in touch with Spencer and Trina and tells them to stay in Paris because Kevin will be okay and Chase and Dante will find Esme.

Jordan tells Anna that Brick helped her track down the location of the call that gave her the tip, about who shot Curtis. Jordan tells Anna the call came from a burner phone inside Bentonville and Jordan thinks that Mr. Brennan gave her the anonymous tip.

Robert and Diane argue about Sonny again because Robert can’t understand how Diane could be friends with Sonny. Diane and Robert agree not to talk about her clients when they are out on dates.

Jordan asks Brick to use his computer expertise to help her find out who shot Curtis.

TJ, Molly, and Kristina tell Alexis, Jordan, and Sonny that Kristina is pregnant.

Finn, and Elizabeth tell Martin that Mr. Muldoon had seen a doctor in Beacher’s Corners and that doctor referred Mr. Muldoon to an oncologist. Martin tells Finn he will get a private investigator to find the oncologist.

Laura, Chase, and Dante find an unconscious Kevin in Alexis’ office and call an ambulance to take him to the hospital. Chase finds a letter from Esme’s nanny Maggie in her desk and in the letter Nanny Maggie tells Esme she has a new job in Ontario. Dante traces Esme’s credit card and tells Laura she bought a bus ticket to Ontario. Laura leaves a phone message for Spencer to call her back and they need to talk about Esme.

Spinelli is jealous of Cody because he thinks that he has feelings for Maxie. Cody tells Spinelli he thinks of Maxie like family and he isn’t romantically interested in her, so he doesn’t have to worry about him.

Curtis throws Trina and Spencer a going-away party at the Savoy where Spencer tells Josslyn and Trina he gave Ace to Nikolas because he suspects that Esme has regained her memory. Spencer tells Josslyn and Trina that he doesn’t have proof, but Josslyn tells them she will get the proof they need while they are in Paris.

Esme tells Kevin she wants to change for Ava’s sake before she hits him on the head with a paperweight to knock him out. Esme plans to go after Spencer and Trina.

Heather tells Laura that Esme has her memory back and Laura must have her arrested before she goes after Spencer and Trina.

Kristina takes an early home pregnancy test and she and Molly hug when they find out Kristina is pregnant.

Jordan tells Anna that the FBI took her last night and told her not to investigate Chris’s shooting because it will ruin an investigation of theirs and they turn down her offer to help them.

Jordan tells Anna it was suspicious when the FBI guys stopped the interrogation after talking to someone and then the men said she could go. Anna and Jordan decide to team up to solve the mystery of why the FBI doesn’t want anyone to know who shot Curtis.

Gregory’s ALS gets worse as he is unable to walk for a little while and he has chest pains, as well as, shortness of breath. Traci offers to drive Gregory home and she helps Gregory walk to her car.

Martin gets angry with Lucy because she won’t tell him what she and Scott are doing. Curtis regains the feeling in his feet after his surgery and his family is hopeful that he will be able to walk again.

Adam is terrified that his parents will find out that he attempted suicide. He tells Portia he accidentally took too many pills. Josslyn asks Portia not to let Adam go home with his father.

Adam’s father is angry with Josslyn because he tells her Adam never got drunk and partied all night until he became friends with her. Josslyn gets angry and yells at Adam’s father that Adam almost died because he was so afraid of disappointing him by not getting good grades. Josslyn tells Adam’s father that Adam is very afraid of him to which Adam’s father replies that Josslyn is lying and tells Portia that Josslyn doesn’t leave he will sue the hospital. Jocelyn leaves. Portia tells Adam’s father that they need to talk about Adam’s condition.

Laura arrives at the hospital because Cyrus called her and Spencer so they can talk about Ace. Spencer tells Laura he gave Ace to Nikolas because he suspects that Esme has regained her memory. Laura tells Spencer he should have talked to her about his suspicions instead of putting Ace in danger by sending him on the run with Nikolas. Laura calls Dante to tell him Ace has been kidnapped and they need to find him.

Carly and Sam are worried because Drew seems to be angry at the world since he got out of prison. Carly and Sam decide to give Drew time to work things out and support him. Drew forces Nina to sign a termination contract and quit Crimson Magazine or he will close the magazine. Once Nina signs the contract, Drew tells Nina he never intended to close the magazine and he has already found a new editor in chief. Drew introduces Nina to the new editor-in-chief…Carly appears at the door.

Michael is grateful that Carly understands why he kept what Nina had done a secret from her Drew and Sonny. Willow tells Michael she understands why he kept the secret about Nina, but she doesn’t need his protection and she wants him to always tell her the truth.

Drew and Anna have a talk. Drew realizes he needs to get the toxicity out of his life. Drew later tells Carly that Nina needs to pay for what she did to their families and he knows how to make her pay.

Esme asks Cyrus for help to find Ace. Cyrus tells Esme he will call his contacts to see if they can find Ace. Cyrus calls someone on the phone and asks the person on the other end of the phone to come to the hospital because he needs their help.

TJ tells Jordan that Kristina got inseminated today.

Blaze and Kristina talk about their relationship and decide to take things slowly and see where things go between them.

Jordan talks to someone on the phone and the person tells her that they have information about the gun that was used in Chris’s shooting. Jordan is about to leave to meet the person she spoke to on the phone when she gets kidnapped by two men.

Elizabeth persuades Mr. Muldoon’s doctor to talk to them about Mr. Muldoon’s case on a hypothetical basis so as not to violate doctor patient confidentiality. Dr Sawyer tells Finn and Elizabeth that she referred Mr. Muldoon to an oncologist but she doesn’t know if he kept the appointment because he never called her office back to tell her he had kept the appointment with the oncologist. Finn and Elizabeth decide to find Mr. Muldoon’s oncologist to see if he kept the appointment Dr. Sawyer made for him.

Spencer tells Esme that he gave Ace to Nikolas because he thinks she has regained her memory and is keeping it a secret from everyone. Esme doesn’t admit the truth to Spencer and tells him she is going to call the police to find Ace and bring him back home. Spencer tells Esme that, if she calls the police, he will tell them that he suspects she has regained her memory and she will be charged with posting the video of Cameron and Josslyn and framing Trina for the crime.

Willow tells Nina that their relationship is over because she enjoyed telling Carly and Drew that Michael knew that she turned them in and didn’t tell Carly and Drew the truth. Michael tells Carly and Drew that he kept Nina’s secret because he didn’t want Sonny and Willow to get hurt. Drew thinks Michael should have told him and Carly and they could have decided if they should tell Sonny and Willow the truth. Carly asks Drew to leave her and Michael alone because they need to talk.
