At the Quartermaine mansion, Ned and Olivia welcomed their family and friends to celebrate the official adoption of Leo as Ned’s son, thus making Leo an official Quartermaine. Everyone toasted to Leo, Ned, and Olivia’s happiness.

Leo asked Brook Lynn why Chase hadn’t attended the celebration. Brook Lynn (unaware of what had happened to Chase) wondered the same thing and called Chase to leave a voice message. Olivia then mentioned that she’d encouraged Leo to enroll in theater therapy. Drew asked Olivia what theater therapy was, and Olivia explained that it was an afterschool program for kids on the spectrum to use theater to learn about speech, taking turns, and other cognitive behavior. Olivia asked Leo to recite the poem he was scheduled to read at the school production, at first Leo seemed receptive to the idea, but when it was time for him to do the reading, he screamed “No”, and ran out of the room. Leo told Olivia that he didn’t want to read the poem, either at the mansion or at the school production. Olivia was worried about Leo’s outburst, but Brook Lynn tried to assure Olivia that it was only a case of stage fright.

Also at the Quartermaine mansion, Carly recalled to Sam about Harmony being heavily drunk the previous night. Carly thought the situation with Nina had taken a rough toll on Harmony. Carly then confided to Sam that she felt Harmony knew more about “the Nina situation” than Harmony had let on.

Sam apologized to Dante again for going behind his back and retrieving a file from his phone. Sam told Dante that it had been a long time since she’d been with someone who “played by the rules.” Dante said that he had come down too hard on Sam. Dante told Sam he loved her; Sam told Dante that she loved him, too, and they kissed.

Elsewhere at the mansion, Ned overheard Drew and Michael discussing Aurora and ELQ and wanted to know what they were speaking about. Drew told Ned that the executive coach he’d met with the previous night had suggested a merger between ELQ and Aurora. Michael explained to Ned that merging the two companies would dilute Valentin’s shares and make it practically impossible for Valentin to continue serving with a majority of shares. Ned remarked that if the two companies merged, it would give a clear majority of shares to Drew. Ned wondered where that would leave him. Drew explained that they had not even thought about things that far ahead, the idea was just in its infancy stage.  But, Michael agreed it was a valid way to take power out of Valentin’s hands and put it somewhere else.

At Alexis’ house, Harmony stumbled down the stairs and was shocked at how much she’d had to drink the previous night. Harmony was appalled when she learned from Alexis that she had ordered Alexis a drink and insisted that one wouldn’t kill her. Alexis wanted to know what had upset Harmony so bad for her to get so drunk. Harmony was beyond furious when Alexis told her of Smoltz’s plan to do a five-part series on Nina’s background. Harmony not only refused to cooperate but demanded that Alexis not publish the piece at all. Harmony said that this was just opening up a can of worms that could not be closed. The more people looked into her past the more likely it would become that someone would uncover the fact that Willow was not Harmony’s biological child. Alexis encouraged Harmony to tell Willow the truth and reasoned that if anyone could understand how a person could be a mother to a child she hadn’t given birth to, it was Willow. But, Alexis assured Harmony that it was Harmony’s secret to keep. Harmony continued to push the idea of killing Smoltz’s series outright. “After everything I’ve done for you, it’s the least you can do for me!” Harmony said to a stunned Alexis. Harmony recalled that she had supported Alexis when she first arrived at Spring Ridge. Harmony added that she had stood by Alexis even after Alexis had made it clear that Harmony wasn’t worthy to be anyone’s friend. Alexis left for work and told Harmony that they needed to have a serious discussion to re-evaluate their living arrangement when she returned home. After Alexis left, a distraught Harmony smashed a vase on the floor.  Harmony takes her psychiatric file, which she stole from Brendan’s hotel room at the Metro Court and puts it in the fireplace.  She believes if she burns it, she will be set free from her racing thoughts.  She leaves the room to find matches and comes back to start the fire.  At that moment, Carly (who had been knocking while Harmony was out of ear shot), walks in the front door and sees Harmony preparing to burn the files.

At General Hospital, Chase was waiting for Portia to discharge him from his stay for observation.  Chase was found unconscious on the floor with a concussion at Elizabeth’s house the previous evening by Finn and Cameron.

Finn and Elizabeth escorted Jordan (at her request) to Elizabeth’s house so that she could check the security feed from the security cameras Chase had installed.  When they arrived at Elizabeth’s house, Elizabeth downloaded the security app just as Chase had told her to do, but when the three of them went to review the footage it cut out right before whatever happened to Chase occurred.  Elizabeth inquired as to how that was possible.  Jordan said that the file had been corrupted.  Elizabeth looked extremely uneasy as yet another mysterious occurrence had not happened at her home.

At Pier 54, Trina found Marshall alone with his bag packed. Marshall confirmed that he was leaving town and said it would be easier on everyone involved. Trina didn’t understand Marshall’s sudden decision to leave. Trina reminded Marshall that he’d told her the truth was always worth fighting for, and she pointed out that Marshall seemed to be ignoring his own advice. Trina said that nothing could be worse than Marshall never seeing his family again. Trina added that she hoped to see Marshall again. Marshall replied that it had been a privilege getting to know Trina.

After Trina left, Marshall sat alone and waited for his ferry.

Selina dropped by the Savoy to provide Curtis with the documents he had requested. Selina placed the file on the bar and warned Curtis that while she hadn’t read the file herself, there would always be skeletons in a person’s closet if someone looked close enough. “Once you cross that line and open that file, there is no going back,” Selina cautioned.

Selina left as Curtis picked up the sealed file and started to go through its findings. Trina arrived and told Curtis that she’d just seen Marshall and that Marshall was leaving town.

Curtis headed to the Pier immediately and caught up to Marshall just as he was about to board his ferry.

“Running away again, huh?” Curtis asked Marshall.

At Wyndemere, Nikolas told Esme that his vow renewal had been postponed indefinitely.  Nikolas also pointed out that Ava and Sonny weren’t the only ones who believed Esme was guilty. Esme worried Nikolas was changing his mind about her, but he clarified that Jordan came there with questions and was turned away. That left Esme frustrated as she argued that Jordan would love to make her a scapegoat in Trina Robinson’s case. Esme couldn’t bear the thought of Jordan turning Nikolas and Spencer against her. Nikolas insisted that wouldn’t happen, so Esme took his hand and placed it on her own cheek. After Esme talked about Spencer still being a child in many ways, she acted like she could deal with Spencer’s emotions swinging like a pendulum. It was Nikolas’ opinion that concerned Esme, so he admitted he wasn’t naïve and could tell a lonely heart from a wicked one. Esme was curious which one she had. Nikolas didn’t want to hear any more talk about Esme leaving while she was on Sonny’s radar. Nikolas gently gripped Esme’s shoulders as she smiled and touched him on his arm.

At the Metro Court, Harmony argued that one drink wouldn’t kill Alexis, but Alexis cut Harmony off and told the bartender to put all of the drinks on her tab. Alexis tried to get Harmony to open up to her about what had happened to put her in this condition, but Harmony wouldn’t speak of it. Carly appeared and found out Harmony had been overserved, so she took Harmony’s keys and offered to call Willow. Harmony begged Carly not to tell Willow and became protective of her bag with the incriminating file. Harmony also told Carly she guessed she wasn’t getting that job at the Metro Court now.

Sam witnessed the drunken display and complained to Carly after Alexis took Harmony home. Although Carly was sorry for encouraging Sam to snoop and causing problems with Dante, she wondered if Sam found anything.

Sam admitted she didn’t have time to look through the forensics report, but she knew there was more evidence against Trina.

That left Carly fuming at the thought of the wrong person going to prison.

Carly vented to Sam about Sonny and Nina as well before they took Harmony’s car over to Alexis’ place.

In the meantime, Harmony entered the living room with Alexis and admitted she was terrified of herself.

Alexis could not understand what had gotten Harmony so worked up, she said multiple times that she had never seen her like this before.  Alexis told Harmony about finding Brendan floating in the pier while she waited for the launch to Spoon Island.  She told Harmony that the cops believe his death to be a suicide.

Carly and Sam eventually showed up, so Carly put Harmony’s keys down for her. Harmony stumbled into Carly, who thought maybe she should get some fresh air.

Harmony asked why Carly was being so nice to her and Carly said that Willow was family and she (Harmony was therefore an extension of that family).

“I wish she was mine,” Harmony said leaving Carly reeling.

At Kelly’s, Spencer pretended he was going to tell the truth after Cameron backed him into a corner. Instead, Spencer acted like maybe Trina filmed the video and was part of Josslyn’s plan to set Esme up. Cameron called Spencer a “son of a bitch” and punched him hard. Officer Cabrera witnessed it and arrested Cameron, but Spencer suggested Rory should just let them settle their differences outside.  Spencer accidentally hit Rory in the face as he was gesturing. It was clearly an accident, but the young cop immediately took him into custody as well.  He also refused to listen to Trina’s plea to cut them both some slack.

At the Port Charles Grill, Ava talked to Nina about her petition for custody rights. There was also talk about Nina’s interest in both “Mike” the bartender and “Sonny” the mobster.

Ava suggested that she and Nina weren’t so different after all since neither of them could resist a bad boy!

After Sonny talked to Laura about all the Jennifer and Victor drama, she brought up Esme moving into Wyndemere because of the “chat” that he had with her, which Esme then used as the perfect excuse to get sympathy from Nikolas and Victor. Sonny assured Laura that he wouldn’t hurt Esme, even if she turned out to be guilty.

Once Phyllis called Nina about the gunmen from the robbery being out on the streets again, Nina spoke to Sonny about it.

Sonny was obviously handling it in his own way, but he didn’t want Nina to know the details. Nina assured Sonny that he didn’t have to hide anything from her, but he still took off without sharing what he was up to. Sonny then approached a parked car that had one of the gunmen tied up in the trunk. Sonny said the thug would be joining his friend real soon and laughed before the trunk was shut. Once Sonny rejoined Nina, she worried about the gunmen causing more trouble. Sonny told Nina that the guys got the message and seemed satisfied. Ava let Laura know the vow renewal ceremony was no longer happening.

Update written by Dustin

At the gym, Michael is sparring with Drew when T.J. walks in.  Michael tells Drew that Nina is taking Michael and Willow to court over visitation rights to Wiley. Michael says that he began a battle that could get very nasty.  Drew tells him that he is a good father and that he would do exactly what he is doing if he were in his place.

T.J. and Marshall discuss what T.J. is considering to be his specialty since he is getting close to that point in medical school when students decide.  T.J. tells Marshall that he feels a real camaraderie when he is working on a surgical team.

Marshall approaches Drew, while Michael is still with him and says that he is ready to talk about the job that Drew offered him.  Drew says that he is sorry but they have already moved on with another candidate.  Marshall sees right through the whole scheme.  He realizes that Curtis asked Drew to pretend to hire him simply so that Drew could pull a background check on Marshall.

Britt pulls Spencer out of Kelly’s when he and Josslyn get into a heated argument over his apparent blind loyalty to Esme.  Cameron tries to talk Joss down and tells her that Spencer has asked to come back to work there.  Joss can’t believe that Cameron is even considering allowing Spencer to hang out there let alone coming back to work.  Trina says that she needs a minute and when she comes back to the table Cameron and Josslyn are still arguing about Spencer.  Josslyn says that she can’t believe that Cameron isn’t backing her on this.  Cameron says that the decision to rehire Spencer will be his to make and won’t be influenced by drama that seems to surround them now. Josslyn says, “this is so typical, guys always forgive guys.”  Cameron is offended and says that Joss wouldn’t be mad at Cameron if she knew what he was really up to.

Britt gives Spencer a shoulder to lean on. He tells her about the sex tape and the terrible place he is in, being stuck between friends who think he is disloyal and a girlfriend he is pretending to love while he gathers evidence.  Spencer tells Britt that talking to her has always made things better.  Britt says that Spencer will always do the right thing in the end.  Spencer thanks her for dinner and then leaves.

Portia and Jordan are at odds over Trina’s case.  Curtis asks them to take a deep breath. They move their conversation to a private office but Portia tells Jordan outright that she can’t be impartial about the case because of the elephant in the room, that being Curtis.

Alexis is horrified when she finds Brendan’s body in the water at the pier.  She is even more horrified when the police identify the victim as Brendan.  She tells Jordan that she knew him that he was the brother of her ex-boyfriend but she hasn’t seen him since the funeral.  Except for a few days prior when he stopped by her office looking for a job.  Jordan continues to come up with questions for Alexis and finally when Alexis says she is going home that she no longer feels like visiting Nikolas, Jordan asks if that is because she is not in the mood or is upset over the grisly discovery.  Alexis tells Jordan if she has anything further to say she will need to contact her attorney, Diane Miller.

Valentin shows up at Anna’s place bearing wine as a gift.  He tells Anna he has heard that she has been doing some traveling. Anna says that the travel has been strictly business.  Anna tells Valentin about the night she allowed Peter to die without medical attention.  Valentin says that Peter couldn’t be redeemed and that Anna made the right call.  He goes a step further by saying that he would have enjoyed watching Peter take it.  Anna says that she has missed him and she can’t believe that he never bothered to call.  Anna is clearly not pleased with the situation with Valentin.  She asks him if he has seen his father lately.  Valentin says that he has not seen him in awhile.  Valentin then decides he will not be able to stay for the wine.  Anna says that it’s his decision but tells him not to expect her to keep it for him.  They go to the door and say goodbye, the tension is palpable.  Then immediately after closing the door, Valentin knocks again.  Anna asks if he’s forgotten something and they share a passionate kiss.

Update written by Dustin

At General Hospital, Liz informs Portia that there are notes missing from one of her exams and she needs the paperwork. Portia snaps at her and tells her she hasn’t finished them yet. She tells Liz to work with what she has until she has time to complete the notes.  Liz says that she can’t complete her work without the notes and she has to finish the notes before she looks in on her own patients. LIz tells Portia it is not the nurse’s responsibility to get the doctor to finish their notes. After Portia snaps at her again, Liz

calms things down by taking Portia aside and Portia admits that she’s been so preoccupied about Trina’s case it has made her forgetful. She apologies to LIz. They discuss their mutual problems and how overwhelmed they are.

Liz admits that she has more problems than Cam and the video. She fills Portia in on the break-ins and the strange dream. Portia apologizes for not checking in on her before and then gets called away to see a patient.

Alexis speaks with Finn at addicts anonymous about Harmony and what a good friend she’s been. After inviting her to move in, however, she discovered that she’d been there before. Now she feels like she doesn’t know her at all.

They talk about his relationship with Liz. He fills Alexis in on the stalker and the fact that he basically comes and goes as he pleases in Liz’s home. Finn also tells her about Liz’s dream and the fact that they can’t seem to make heads or tails of it. Alexis suggests Liz make an appointment with Kevin. Maybe through hypnosis Kevin can help her to clarify what is going on.

Liz later bumps into Finn by the elevators. He urges her to speak to Kevin. Maybe he can help her remember something that could be useful. Liz is all for therapy but never thought of using it to try to clear up the dream. When she answers a phone, someone says, “Don’t forget me.” She’s terrified, but it’s just a patient requesting care. When Alexis gets to her office, she finds Valentin spinning around in her chair. They hug and catch up. He says he’s back and better than ever. She senses he wants something. Valentin thinks a media company in the family could be useful and his father agrees with him.Alexis warns that if Victor wants to get close to him, he’s not being paternal, it’s something else. She won’t let her paper be used by the family. Valentin reminds her that you can’t pick your family. “On the contrary, you have to,” she says.

Laura joins Robert, Felicia, and Anna at her place. They inform her that a suspect in Luke’s death has been arrested: Jennifer Smith. So far, there is no evidence that she was working with Victor. Laura doesn’t believe for a minute that Jennifer is smart or capable enough to pull something like the cable car accident along with the theft of the Ice Princess alone.  She says the Cassadine family are definitely involved. All of this activity, plus his attempts to manipulate Drew means that Victor is up to something. Robert can think of a surefire way to find out and suggests that Anna use her relationship with Valentin.

Felicia tries to grill her about this “relationship,” so Anna changes the topic and reminds them of the man who was with Jennifer before she was arrested. Valentin shows up on Anna’s doorstep as Robert walks out. “Speak of the devil,” says Scorpio. Anna and Valentin are happy to see each other.

Brad and Britt have lunch outside.  They discuss his job interview which Britt is initially hesitant to discuss.  Brad senses that she is avoiding the topic and asks Britt what is going on.  He wants to know if Terry is having second thoughts about hiring him. Britt says that it is not that.  But, flashing back in her mind to Selina threatening to send Britt to prison if she did not do her bidding.  Britt asks Brad why he would want to work as orderly?  She suggests he work somewhere else other than General Hospital.  Brad says that he is open to other things and says that the one thing he wants is for both he and Britt to be living their best lives. Immediately bringing down the mood of the moment, Selina appears and insists she has a job for Brad and that he come with her immediately.

On the docks, Curtis runs into Jordan, they have a brief conversation and catch up but Jordan doesn’t tarry long, she has a lot to do. When Jordan leaves, Selina appears and says she “thought she would never leave.” Her people accessed police files and discovered that Marshall was never in witness protection. He won’t get the records she has found until he holds up his side of their bargain.

Jordan drops by the hospital to check on Portia. The women immediately begin arguing about the Trina situation. Jordan tells Portia she is doing everything she can do for Trina. But, Portia quickly reminds her that Jordan has always been willing to go outside the law for her family. Jordan reminds Portia how much trouble that has caused her in the past. Portia accuses her of making the case personal. Curtis arrives and spots them together.

Harmony flashes back to Brendan blackmailing her as she tries to break into his room at the Metro Court. A maid finds her and asks if she’s a guest. Harmony says that she is and is just having trouble locating her key. She locates the key and goes into Brendan’s room.  She quickly locates her psychiatrist assessment and other files related to her.  She then goes down to the bar, she orders a double, and the bartender asks her if it’s been a hard day.  She says, “ you have no idea.”  Harmony flashes back to her confrontation with Brendan and him going over the cliff. Willow pops up and finds her looking flushed. Sitting down, Willow admits she’s a bit under the weather.  Harmony promises to be there for her as long as she can be. “Are you going somewhere?” asks Willow. She really appreciates how hard she has been working to rebuild their relationship. Tearing up, Harmony tells her how much that means. Taking her hand, Willow assures her that their past doesn’t have to keep hanging over them. Harmony says that no matter how hard she keeps trying, the past keeps coming after her.  Willow asks if this has something to do with Brendan. Harmony is shocked that Willow recalls his name and tells her that whatever she has done she has done for Willow.

Alexis is horrified when she is walking on the pier and finds Brendan floating in the water.

Update written by Dustin

For some reason, Spencer was surprised to see Trina at Ava’s gallery, but that didn’t stop him from talking to her and trying to explain himself. The problem was Trina did not want to hear it. As she asked him how he can believe she would have recorded Josslyn and Cameron, she also reminded him that she was with him at his mother’s grave when the video was released. He is her alibi, except she lied to Jordan about who she was with. However, she informed Spencer that she would tell Scott everything if it meant she would go free.

As Trina ranted to Spencer about how angry she is at him, he suddenly told her to stop and confessed that he was only living with Esme at Wyndemere so he could find evidence that she framed Trina. When Trina asked why, he said he was falling in love with her. They almost kissed, but then Spencer came out of his dream state, and the audience realized he was only fantasizing about saying all this to Trina. Yes, it all seemed too good to be true.

Speaking of true, it turned out that Esme’s story about having a nanny named Maggie wasn’t something she made up. After she grew closer to Nikolas by repeating her sob story, she looked through her box of letters and found one from Maggie warning her to stay away from her father while she is in New York.

Little did Esme know that downstairs, Ava had returned after begging Scott and Dante to save Trina. Although Nikolas told her that he was keeping Esme close to see if she’d slip up, Ava informed her husband that she was canceling their vow renewal ceremony.

Liesl was happy to have a family dinner at the Metro Court with Scott joining them. Nina made herself scarce quickly while Britt had to watch Scott and Liesl’s public displays of affection. She also had to endure her mother asking her how online dating is going.

At the bar, Dante discussed Trina’s case with Sam  and she tried to get information out of him about what was in that forensic report about Trina. When he wasn’t forthcoming and walked away for a moment, Sam swiped Dante’s phone and guessed the password was ROCCO. Too bad Dante came back while she was forwarding the email to her own phone.  Dante caught her red handed.

At Charlie’s, Brando Corbin and Sasha discussed finding a place to live together and Sasha then worried Brando only married her because she insisted they do it. Brando assured her that wasn’t the case, but Sasha was still in bad shape because Phyllis offered her condolences about Liam, which caused Sasha to relapse into one of her depressed states.

Phyllis also got quite an offer from Sonny when he wanted to sell her Charlie’s for $100. Nina convinced her to do it and then Sonny sent his bodyguard to watch her while she made a bank deposit. Nina and Sonny were finally alone when two gunmen walked in and demanded all the money and their jewelry.

Update written by Dustin

At the gym, Austin offered to spot Chase during his workout, but Chase refused. Spinelli approached and went off on Austin for disrespecting Maxie until Maxie and Brook Lynn arrived. Maxie pulled Spinelli aside and asked him to go easy on Austin. She explained they had become good friends and that he had done a lot for her. Left alone, Chase commended Brook Lynn on Deception’s success, and he said he felt bad about letting her down about singing the song. Brook Lynn abruptly said that she didn’t want to jeopardize him getting off his suspension, and then walked away.

Austin approached Chase and asked if he wanted to talk, but Chase refused. Austin talked about how he regretted taking advantage of Chase’s situation with Willow. He insisted that it wasn’t behavior he wanted to repeat. Chase briefly opened up to Austin and explained that he’d accidentally insulted Brook Lynn, and he feared that she was done with him.

At Charlie’s, two armed men burst inside to attempt a robbery. Sonny explained that the money had already been taken to the bank. He insisted that nothing needed to happen because they were masked and Sonny and Nina couldn’t identify them.  One of the masked men demanded that Sonny and Nina surrender the till and their wallets and jewelry. Nina immediately handed over her purse. Sonny informed the masked man following him behind the bar that the day’s profits had already been taken to the bank, so there wasn’t much cash. Outside the bar, Brando and Sasha were approaching the entrance to Charlie’s, stopped short and saw the scene unfolding inside Charlie’s. Brando told Sasha to call the police as he eased inside the door and attacked one of the robbers causing him to drop his gun, which Nina grabbed.  The ensuing confusion gave Sonny the chance to take out the second robber.

At the Metro Court bar, Sam noticed while Dante was away from his phone that he received a report from the PCPD and she opened it forwarded the email to herself. Dante returned and asked what she was doing. As she admitted to Dante what she was doing, Carly overheard and approached to explain that it was her fault. Drew arrived and pulled Carly away and out of the restaurant. Dante felt betrayed and angry with Sam and never though he would have to guard his phone from Sam.

Dante’s phone went off, and he told the caller that he would be right there. He left without saying anything to Sam. A few minutes later, Spinelli arrived and saw Sam sitting at the bar alone. Sam told Spinelli what had happened and that she thought the situation may have ruined their relationship. Spinelli advised Sam to simply let Dante know that he came first. Her interest in the information was simply because she believed in Trina’s innocence.

Carly told Drew that she had caused the situation with Sam by asking for information regarding Trina’s case. They spoke about the way in which anger and revenge can consume you. Carly admitted she had been putting her energy into “anything and everything” to avoid thinking about the end of her marriage with Sonny.  A few minutes later, Carly and Drew had beers, and he toasted to resilience, something that they had in common.

Brando stood outside Charlie’s with a shaken Sasha as the cops escorted the gunmen out in handcuffs. Sasha demanded that Brando not make doing that sort of thing a habit, and he promised. Inside, Nina thanked Sonny for protecting her, and he promised to always protect her. Dante approached and wondered if the two were up to answering questions. As they talked, Sasha and Brando entered so that Brando could talk to Dante. Sasha dug in her purse and swallowed the pill that she retrieved. Nina walked over, and Sasha couldn’t imagine how terrified Nina had been. Nina related that they’d wanted her necklace but it is the one thing she has of her daughter. Sasha insisted that a mother’s love could never be stolen.

Sonny thanked Brando for coming to Sonny and Nina’s aid. He was very glad that Brando had returned, but he wondered why. Brando answered that he and Sasha had forgotten to invite Sonny to their reception. Sonny couldn’t wait to celebrate the couple.

Nina observed that Sasha seemed to be even more shaken up than she was. Sasha replied that, after losing Liam, she wouldn’t survive losing Brando, too. Dante’s phone went off, and it was a text from Sam. She said, “I messed up. I’m sorry and I promise to do better.”

Brando confided in Sonny about some chatter he had heard about the garage. He said that the word was that Sonny’s “base of power” wasn’t what it used to be, so “up-and-comers” sensed an opening. Sonny admitted that his operation was stretched thin, so everyone would think it was open season. Brando inquired as to what Sonny planned to do. “Remind everyone that I’m the boss,” he said.

Josslyn arrived at the gallery and asked Trina what had happened. Trina told Josslyn about Spencer’s visit and how much his betrayal hurt. A short while later, the two arrived outside Kelly’s, but Trina was unsure about going in. Josslyn reasoned that hiding would make things worse, and she thought it would be good for Trina’s case for them to be seen together, anyway. Once inside and with food, the girls talked about how to “nail” Esme and how Josslyn and Cameron would make it through the rough patch.

Josslyn noticed a strange man staring at them from the counter. She stormed over and demanded to know what he was staring at. He insisted that it wasn’t what she thought, and Trina approached and confirmed that she knew him. He apologized for staring. Trina introduced Josslyn to Rory, the new cop at the PCPD who had been very kind to her during her arrest. Josslyn apologized for yelling at him, but he was glad that Trina had friends looking out for her.

Rory advised Trina to keep her chin up, and he paid his bill and left. Trina thanked an extremely embarrassed Josslyn for making her feel normal again. Josslyn thought that Spencer didn’t deserve friendship from either of them and that Cameron would agree. She went on that her loyalty was to Trina, and her days of enabling Spencer were over.

“What do you want?” Cameron demanded when he opened his front door to Spencer. Spencer was in need of a friend, but Cameron replied that Spencer was in the wrong place for that. Spencer knew that he’d said hurtful things to Trina, but he insisted that it was complicated. Cameron blew up at Spencer and insisted that he wanted nothing to do with Spencer after how Spencer had treated Trina. “I know Esme did it!” Spencer yelled suddenly. Spencer explained that he’d always believed in Trina’s innocence, but he was trying to lower Esme’s guard so he could get concrete evidence to exonerate Trina. Cameron thought that Spencer should tell Trina that. Spencer said he feared that Trina would tell Scott or Ava, and it would get back to Esme. Cameron apologized for screaming at Spencer but Spencer conceded that he deserved it. Spencer told Cameron that Josslyn couldn’t know about what he was doing.  The secret had to remain between the two of them.

Cameron protested, but Spencer made him swear to keep it secret. Cameron reluctantly agreed, but he warned that Spencer had better find something on Esme that would exonerate Trina. He added that it would be the last time he would back Spencer.

Valentin and his French came in handy in French Polynesia. He used it on Jennifer Smith and she pretty much fell for it. They went back to her room and he watched her put something in the safe. Then, while she showered he did everything he could to crack the code and open that safe as Jennifer described her entire shower to him in intimate detail. Of course, the minute he got the safe open, Jennifer caught him.  Valentin told her he dropped his cell phone and had to retrieve it.  She seemed to buy it.

After getting off the elevator in the Metro Court restaurant, Michael and Willow are immediately served with papers to appear in court. Nina has decided to play hardball. Michael and Willow discuss the lawsuit, when Harmony arrives. Willow and Harmony agree to allow Smoltz and Michael time to discuss a mutually beneficial agreement which will allow all parties to avoid court.

Michael thought of the perfect way to get Smoltz to drop the charges against him. He told him he would give him a first-person story about Sonny’s romance with Nina as well as an account of all Nina did to his family, including kidnapping Avery right out of Ava’s womb. Might Nina’s best friend Ava have something to say about that?

Over at Sonny’s office, Sonny and Nina spent time together as Sonny tried to explain that maybe Michael thinks she is just like Nelle and that is why he doesn’t want her near Wiley. Sonny said that he can see all of Nina and knows she is not like Nelle and the pair kissed, but Sonny got a business call that had to be handled.

Back at the Metro Court, Harmony asked Carly for a job and told her all about going to bat for Nina, full disclosure and all. Carly was struck by Harmony saying she felt she owed Nina, information that Carly quickly relayed to Alexis.

When Harmony and Willow had a chat, Harmony ignored her phone as she did when with Carly, but finally got a text from Brendan telling her he will call her daughter next.

Although Stella Henry fainted, she was fine and it turned out to be a panic attack. Stella then called Marshall and warned him to stick to his story about his past because the truth can never be revealed or Curtis might not forgive either of them. Curtis later called Selina Wu to take her up on her offer.  Curtis agreed to provide the Savoy for Selina’s high stakes card game, provided she incurs the expenses for the security and ensures that there are no drugs coming into his club.

Scott goes to Sonny’s office to inform him that he is going to call Sonny as a character witness.  Sonny tells Scott that he underestimated him.  Sonny then tells Scott he is going to get exactly what he has coming.

Update written by Dustin

Drew dropped by Curtis and Portia’s new home for a small housewarming party. After Drew said hello to everyone, Drew and Curtis broke away from the group to chat. Drew saw Trina come into the living room, and asked how things had been going. Curtis explained that Trina had a lot of support, but she couldn’t seem to get past the impasse in her relationship with Spencer..

Drew and Curtis’ conversation shifted to Marshall. Curtis admitted that he had reached out to both Jordan and Sonny for assistance to try to get Marshall’s sealed records, but both had turned him down. Drew thought it had been for the best, especially with Sonny, because Curtis didn’t want to owe the mob any favors. T.J. checked in on Trina and she opened up about the frustration she felt over being falsely accused of betraying her friends. T.J. empathized because he had a similar experience when he was Trina’s age. Trina spoke of the unfairness of having your life spiral out of control when you haven’t even done anything wrong.  Stella seemed to admit that she thought Curtis and Portia had moved in far too soon.  Portia made it known that she had learned her lesson about taking things slow and had recently decided to grab onto her happiness and never let go.  There is a moment where Stella seems a bit off.  Portia notices it, but Stella explains it away as just being lost in thought.  Moments later, Marshall arrives. Curtis was surprised to see his father, but T.J. stepped forward and explained that he had invited Marshall to the gathering, since it was mostly family. After Marshall exchanged greetings with everyone, decided to talk to Drew about the job offer that Drew had made him by explaining he has been doing multiple gigs and didn’t want to take a job away at Aurora Media from someone who had a greater need for it.

After Drew walked away, Curtis asked his father if he had ever visited Buenos Aires by pretending that Curtis and Portia were thinking about a trip to the city. Curtis was curious if Marshall had ever been there. Marshall acknowledged that he had been, but it had been quite a while. Uncomfortable with the topic, Marshall excused himself to check out the view outside. Stella joins Marshall on the terrace.  Stella saw a prescription bottle in Marshall’s hand and angrily confronted him about popping pills, but he assured her it was heart medication. Stella warned Marshall that he had been taking a big chance and that the truth might get out, but he assured her that he would not let that happen. Stella conceded that she was in way too deep to go back on her word to Marshall, but she wanted Marshall to promise that he would not let things blow up in her face. Stella did not want to jeopardize her relationship with her family.

Portia checked on Trina. Trina admitted that the look on Spencer’s face when he’d confronted her in the interrogation room had hurt deeply. Portia told Trina she knew it hurt, but it also taught her who her true friends were. Trina explained that she didn’t even think Spencer believed she was guilty, but it was the only way Spencer was able to accept his nightmare of a relationship with Esme. Trina admitted she truly believed Spencer wanted to do what was right, but he always seem to take the easy way out.

Portia suggested that everyone gather for a family photo. Stella’s expression was filled with concern again. Portia called Stella over, but seconds later, she collapsed.

At the gym, Spencer was working out when Sonny emerged from the locker room. Spencer asked if his uncle intended to continue his lecture, but Sonny promised he’d said everything he had to say. After Spencer left, Sonny smiled to himself.

A short time later, Selina entered the gym. Sonny made it clear that the gym was his private space and not a place to conduct business. He advised Selina to make an appointment, but she admitted that Jordan had been breathing down her neck. Selina worried about how it would look if she were spotted at Sonny’s office. She said she thought the gym was a better idea, since it was a public place. Selina explained that she wanted to expand in Port Charles by getting into the gambling business. She reminded him that it wouldn’t conflict with any of his businesses in any way. Sonny was not pleased because Selina had never mentioned gambling when she had asked Sonny for access to the docks.  Selina assured Sonny that he would get a cut of the profits. Sonny reminded Selina that he expected her to stick to his original terms because he did not want drugs moved through his territory. Selina and Sonny shook hands on it.  Afterwards, Selina mentioned that she had heard about Sonny’s divorce, but Sonny refused to discuss it. However, he did tell Selina that Brick had been selected as Jason’s successor. Selina was pleased, and she admitted that the timing was good because she believed there to be a new crime family in Port Charles.

At Wyndemere, Laura broached the subject of the sex tape and hoped that Esme had nothing to do with the video of Cameron and Josslyn. Esme denied any involvement and was frustrated that no one believes her. Nikolas suggested they let the investigation run its course. Laura warned Esme not to betray the trust that Nikolas had extended when he had opened his home to Esme. “We already know the answer to that,” Ava said from the doorway. Nikolas was surprised by his wife’s unexpected return. Ava explained that she’d had a change of heart, “This is my damn house, too,” she said. Esme was clearly filled with rage, Laura suggested that both she and Esme step out to give Nikolas and Ava some privacy. Ava agreed because she didn’t want to get the “mother-to-be” all worked up in her delicate condition. Esme informed her that the pregnancy had been a false alarm. After Laura and Esme left, Nikolas insisted that — despite what Esme had done — Esme did not deserve to be on the receiving end of Sonny’s wrath. Ava accused Esme of being a liar, a criminal and a master manipulator who had framed Trina. Ava insisted that Trina was practically her daughter, and Ava would never be okay with Esme living at Wyndemere. However, Ava refused to let Esme, who she referred to as a “sociopath” drive her from her own home. Nikolas was disappointed that Ava hadn’t had a change of heart about Esme. Ava informed Nikolas that she intended to move back in, but she would not be sharing a bed with Nikolas until Esme was out. Ava intended to keep her eye on things until Nikolas could see the truth about Esme.

At the Metro Court restaurant, Victor read a text message that said, “Get it done. There’s too much at stake.” He put his phone away when Johan joined him. Victor explained that he would be leaving town for a couple of weeks and that he needed Johan to keep an eye on everything. Victor insisted it was a business trip, and he doubted that anyone would notice he was gone.

Victor saw Laura arrive at the bar and asked to buy her a drink.  She declined the offer. Victor realizes during their conversation that while their methods were different their goals were similar for their families.  He asked Laura to imagine a world where they were no longer enemies and instead worked together for a common goal.

Anna knocks on the door of Sam’s penthouse.  Sam and Dante had been waiting for Anna because they had news for her. Dante and Sam believed they had uncovered proof that Luke had been murdered. Sam revealed that Spinelli had been monitoring the dark web ever since Drew’s run-in with Victor on the docks. Dante didn’t think it was a coincidence that Luke had been murdered, Victor had returned, and the Ice Princess diamond had been stolen. Anna agreed that the events had to be connected.

Sam pulled an auction up on her laptop, and Anna read about “the world’s largest uncut diamond.” Anna was certain it was the Ice Princess, and she agreed with Dante and Sam that the seller was likely Luke’s killer — who would lead them straight to Victor. Sam explained that to gain entry to the auction, they would need to show that they could participate in the bidding. Anna realized that Sam was right. Anna confided that Duke Lavery had left Anna a sizable inheritance, but she had never touched the money because of the ambiguous ways that Duke had accumulated his wealth. Anna decided to use the cryptocurrency to secure a place in the auction. Sam went to work setting everything up. In the hallway, Anna called Valentin, but the call went to voicemail. Anna explained that she had to leave town, but she was concerned because she hadn’t been able to reach him.

In French Polynesia, Jennifer Smith sat at a table on the beach, sipping a tropical drink as she spoke to a mystery person on the phone.  Jennifer ended the call and ordered another drink. Suddenly, Valentin approaches her table. He was dressed in a white naval uniform and sporting a mustache. He addressed her in French then switched to heavily accented English as he offered to buy her a drink and asked if he could join her.

Update written by Dustin

Spencer and Nikolas discuss the fact that Spencer’s room has been perfectly recreated, just like it used to be.  Nikolas tells Spencer that the reason it looks like it used to is that he never had his belongings put into storage.  He always held out hope that Nikolas would come home.  Nikolas explains to Spencer that a father never gives up on his child.

Ava comes home and when she enters Wyndemere she calls out for Nikolas.  She is shocked when Esme answers from the living room.  Ava tells Esme to get out before she throws her out. Esme flashes her a smug grin and tells her she might want to run that by her husband because Nikolas invited her and Spencer to stay. Ava refuses to believe it. Esme informs her that she might be a step-grandmother soon. Ava screams for Nikolas. He and Spencer arrive downstairs. Nikolas asks to speak to Ava in private. Once the doors are closed, the fighting begins.

Ava tells Nikolas she hopes he’s not falling for Esme’s act. He tells her Sonny has already grabbed her off the street. Ava admits that she urged Sonny to take care of Esme. Nikolas keeps going back to the subject of Esme’s potential pregnancy.  Ava doesn’t care, she tells Nikolas that Esme must go. Nikolas tells Ava that he has made his decision. Ava thinks that if Esme isn’t pregnant, they should let Sonny deal with her.  Ava gives Nikolas an ultimatum, either Esme goes or she does.  She is shocked when Nikolas still sides with Esme.  Ava storms out.

Laura visits with Elizabeth and the two of them speak about her parents going behind her back to speak with Jake.  She asks Laura if she is just overreacting. Laura tells her that is for her to decide.  The two also discuss the incidents that have recently happened to Elizabeth and she tells Laura that she has ruled out another suspect.  Laura asks who and Elizabeth says Jake.  Laura is shocked that Elizabeth would even consider Jake.  But, Elizabeth explains how Franco’s death has greatly affected Jake because the two were so close.  Laura leaves Elizabeth and Elizabeth turns out the lights and starts upstairs when she hears a strange noise and a man comes around the corner and says, “Don’t Forget Me.”  Elizabeth awakes suddenly, it was all a nightmare.  But when she looks at her drafting table, she finds a painting with “Don’t Forget Me” written across it.

At the Metro Court, Amy is thrilled by Brook Lynn’s song and grateful she is using local talent. Chase arrives with Violet and stares over at them. Brook Lynn tries to leave but Violet corners her and asks about Bailey. Maxie calls Violet over to look at pictures of Bailey on the phone.

Amy suggests that Chase sing the song with her. Brook Lynn insists he doesn’t want to be involved. Chase and Brook Lynn cross the room. They go over why he already refused to sing. He’s still worried about what it would do to his image. Gregory arrives and his son introduces him to Brook Lynn. Gregory already knows who she is. They rehash her role in Chase being suspended until Violet runs over to him. He leaves to get their table. Chase apologizes for her father’s rude behavior and tells her that his suspension was not her fault.

Finn arrives and Chase joins the family at a table.

When Gregory and Chase are left alone, Chase grills him about being rude to Brook Lynn. He stands up for her, what she did, and the sacrifices she made. Gregory asks if Chase has feelings for her.

Gregory crosses the room and apologizes to Brook Lynn for being rude. She’s sure he was just looking out for his son. He’s looking forward to getting to know her better. She and Chase exchange a glance from across the room.

In Terry’s office at General Hospital, Britt asks her to go into Brad’s interview with an open mind.  During his interview, Terry tells Brad she wouldn’t be comfortable allowing him to work in any other role but orderly, but allows him the chance to make his case. Brad does a better job selling his qualifications to Terry than she had anticipated and she tells him that she will have to talk to Lucas first and will then let Brad know her final decision. Once Brad leaves, Amy spots him and starts yelling for security. She is convinced that Brad was trying to steal files from Terry’s office. Terry arrives and calms Amy and tells her that the hiring of hospital personnel is her job, and Amy’s feelings about a particular candidate will be irrelevant when she makes her decision.

Selina’s associate Li arrives and instructs Britt that she needs to come with him.  Britt tells Brad that this is the night she is scheduled to meet with Selina. She assures Brad she will be fine.

Britt meets Selina at The Grill. She’s bought out the entire restaurant so they can speak privately. Britt thinks this is a bit much for a friendly dinner. “We are not friends,” Selina reminds her. Britt tells her that Brad really wants to start a new life at the hospital. Selina doesn’t think much of him doing menial labor rather than working for her. She knows Brad listens to Britt so she blackmails her, telling her she knows that Britt and Faison were working on in 2016. She’s sure it’s something the WSB would be happy to hear about. Britt accuses her of bluffing but Selina says she has proof. In exchange for her silence, Selina says Britt must get Brad to submit to her will.

Esme gloats to Spencer about getting between his father and Ava. He’s more concerned about her taking the pregnancy test. She tries delaying and worries Sonny could come after her again if she’s not pregnant. If it’s negative, she will be all alone. Spencer promises that she can stay at Wyndemere no matter what the test says. After she goes in and out of the bathroom, he insists they wait for the results together. Once the clock runs down, they check the results.

Sonny receives Brick in his office. Brick asks how he can help him. Sonny tells him there has been a void in his life he’s been trying to fill since Jason died. Sonny can’t run the business alone. Brick accepts the job. Sonny explains another matter he needs his help with and brings up the tape of Joss and Cam. Brick knows about it and calls it disgusting. Sonny has a lead on who made it, but no proof. It is Sonny’s hope they can get justice for Cam and Joss while getting Esme out of Spencer’s life for good.

In Alexis’ office, she’s shocked when Brendan, Neil’s brother appears at her door. She remembers him all too well and asks what he wants. He explains he was in pain when he lashed out at her at his brother’s funeral, and he apologizes. He explains he’s run into some bad luck lately, a failed marriage and business, and it has made him a more humble person. Alexis has a feeling he is lying and is proven correct when she gets him to reveal his real self again.  He again blames Alexis for Neil’s death. Brendan reminds Alexis how expensive funerals are and insists she pay up for the part she played in Neil’s death. Alexis tells Brendan she doesn’t believe Neil’s death was an accident, and she won’t be antagonized by his loser brother.

At Charlie’s, Nina asks Harmony how things went with Michael and Willow. She tells Nina that Willow doesn’t feel it’s in Wiley’s best interest to have contact with her. Nina says if they want a fight then she’ll give them one. Harmony says if she gives it time, Willow may come around. Nina doubts it because Willow is incapable of standing up to Michael or Carly. Angry, Harmony snaps, “Willow is just as strong as her mother!” Nina says she’s not, and Willow would be lucky to have one drop of Harmony’s courage. Harmony claims she has an appointment she forgot about and rushes out.

Harmony arrives at Alexis’ office, sees Brendan, and assumes Alexis is busy. Alexis says she’s not and introduces Brendan to Harmony. Brendan thinks he recognizes Harmony, but she’s never met him and assumes he knows her name from the Dawn of Day scandal. Alexis fills Harmony in on the visit, and that Brendan is in financial trouble and thinks she owes him. Alexis admits he brought up Neil’s death again and made more ridiculous demands about her owing him. Alexis turns out the lights and they go to head home, when she remembers she left her phone behind. Alexis goes back into her dark office, Harmony, looking slightly crazed, follows Alexis into her dark office, unbeknownst to her.

Brendan returns to his motel room and looks through a briefcase of Neil’s belongings. He finds a thick file on Harmony Miller.

Nikolas brings Esme and Spencer home to Wyndemere. Spencer wonders when his father will bring Ava up to speed. Nikolas explains that Ava is at Trina’s hearing. Esme says that she can’t believe Spencer isn’t there. Nikolas tries to change the subject, but Spencer says it’s useless as Esme’s obsessed with Trina. Esme storms off to take her bag to her room.

Nikolas asks Spencer to take it easy on her, but Spencer says Esme pushes his buttons. He also asks if there is a bomb shelter on the island, as he’d like to be in it when he tells Ava that he and Esme have taken up residence at Wyndemere again. Spencer warns that having Ava under the same roof with Esme right now is a recipe for disaster. Nikolas thinks the situation will be fine if they can just confirm that Esme is in fact pregnant.

In court, Trina pleads not guilty. The judge releases Trina without bond, and Trina is released, pending her trial date. Portia, Curtis and Ava all rush to hug Trina and tell her how proud they are of her. Joss and Cam follow and tell Trina that she has their full support.

Portia and Curtis bring Trina to their new home. Trina thanks them for their support, and Curtis offers his PI skills to help prove Esme’s guilt. Trina expresses her concern that she’ll be found guilty, but Portia tells her that won’t happen. Trina heads to take a bath, and Portia breaks down. She worries Trina could be right.

Back at Wyndemere, Esme tells Spencer that she just read that Trina pled not guilty. Spencer asks Esme why she hasn’t taken the pregnancy test. Esme makes more ridiculous excuses about how she is “scared” to take the test. Esme immediately starts manipulating Spencer again by telling him that having her at Wyndemere will be to his advantage because it will drive Nikolas and Ava apart again.

Carly and Sam arrive at yoga class.  Carly thanks Sam for dragging her out of the house.  Sam says at least it wasn’t kicking and screaming.  Sam says maybe they will actually find some serenity there.  At that point Maxie and Nina walk in and Carly replies, “So much for that.”  Maxie asks Nina if she wants to take a different class and Nina says that she will not be scared off, not by Carly and not by anyone else.  Carly tells Sam the same, she says she is not going to let Nina run her out.  Carly also tells Sam that Alexis was a huge help with the situation with Josslyn and Cameron.  Nina, seeing an opening, tells Maxie she is going to try to talk to Carly about the visitation situation with Wiley.  Maxie counsels against making such a move and says that it will end badly.  But, Nina is undeterred and asks Carly if she can speak with her about Wiley. Carly looks at Nina like she could throttle her right there in the yoga studio. Nina makes her wishes known and Carly shuts her down, telling her it is her own fault she is in the situation she’s in.  Nina is upset and decides to leave the yoga class, Maxie follows. Sam tells Carly that at least now they will have some peace.  Carly tells Sam that she could kill Nina for having the gall to even speak to her about Wiley.

Alexis and the writer of the story about Josslyn and Cameron celebrate the fact that it has gone viral. Harmony drops by Alexis’ office and apologizes for the string of lies she has told lately.  Alexis tells her that she has got to be honest from now on. Harmony says that she is so glad that Alexis’ troubles are in her past.  Alexis says why do I have the feeling that yours are not. Harmony has another flashback about being in Alexis’ bedroom and injecting Neil.. Harmony tells Alexis that she has decided to help Nina with her visitation problems. Alexis reminds Harmony that she has strongly advised her against getting involved there. But, Harmony is determined.

Harmony leaves the office and Diane arrives.  Diane tells Alexis her plan about getting Smoltz to drop the charges against Michael. However, Alexis doesn’t feel that this particular plan will work and tells Diane to come up with another one.  “I always do,” Diane says and she leaves Alexis’ office.

At the courthouse, Scott goes over what Trina can expect from the court proceedings.  He tells her that the Assistant District Attorney will announce the charges and whether or not they plan to seek a plea agreement.  Trina says and my plea is not guilty.  Scott agrees.  However, the ADA that Scott was hoping to be handling the case (Christina) is not lead Assistant District Attorney on this case.  It is Assistant District Attorney Arden and it is clear that Scott has a long history with the prosecutor by his reaction when she walks into the courtroom.  Assistant District Attorney Arden offers Trina a plea bargain if she pleads guilty to a misdemeanor, the prosecutor’s office will withdraw the felony charge and Trina will likely get no jail time and three years probation.  Scott points out that there is no guarantee that the judge will not sentence Trina to jail time and tells the prosecutor to shove the deal.

At the Metro Court, Michael and Willow meet with Diane and discuss how they do not want Michael’s arrest to provide Nina with ammunition to use to her advantage.  Diane says that it definitely will play into Nina’s hands.  But, she announces that she has a plan to make it all go away.  She excuses herself to go see Alexis. Michael apologizes to Willow for all the trouble he has put their family through.  Willow says that Michael was just defending their family and that is one of the things that she finds very attractive about Michael.  Michael asks her if there are more things that she finds attractive and Willow asks him how much time he has. Michael takes Willow’s hand, holds it softly and says, “for you…….forever.”

At Charlie’s, Esme lays it on thick for Nikolas and Spencer.  She declares how scary it was being threatened and attacked mercilessly by Sonny (none of which actually happened).  Spencer tells Esme that he went to the PCPD where he told Trina that he believes Esme. Esme becomes sick and runs to the restroom.  Nikolas tells Spencer he needs to be more gentle with Trina, especially with her possibly being pregnant.  Spencer inquire how Nikolas knows that and Nikolas tells him that Victor told him.  Spencer asks Nikolas if he and Esme can both move back into Wyndemere while they figure out their issues.  Nikolas does want Spencer to find out definitively if Esme is pregnant and he likes the idea of them being under the same roof but having plenty of space.  Nikolas agrees that Spencer and Esme can move into Wyndemere.

Trina is allowed to step outside the courtroom for some fresh air while being escorted by a bailiff.  Josslyn and Cameron arrive outside right as Trina is going to a break.  Trina asks what they are doing there.  Cameron says that nothing is more important than their friend.

The three of them are called back into the courtroom as Judge Oliver Young enters and begins reviewing the facts of the case.  He reads the charges and asks Trina how she will plead.  Trina looks uncertain what she will do.

Update written by Dustin

At the PCPD, Chase looks at his old desk with longing.  Dante says, “Well look who it is.”  Dante asks Chase if he is glad to be back (even though his suspension is not over just yet) and Chase says he really misses the place.  Dante asks him if he is going to cry and Chase says no.  Chase says he is just there because he is helping to organize this year’s softball team.  Dante says if it were up to him, he would have reinstated Chase simply for what he did for Maxie’s baby. Chase says he just had a small role and that Brook Lynn is the real hero.  Dante has nothing nice to say about Brook Lynn and Chase calls him out on it, saying that Brook Lynn has changed.  Dante asks Chase where this is all coming from.  Chase replies that he has spent a lot of time with Brook Lynn lately and he knows that she is loving and kind.  Dante says that it is clear that Chase has developed feelings for Brook Lynn.  Chase just chalks it up to the fact that he and Brook Lynn were trapped in an extremely emotional situation with Bailey for so long.

In the interrogation room at the PCPD, Spencer grills Trina on why she made the video of Josslyn and Cameron. Trina can’t believe what she is hearing. Trina tells Spencer she is not capable of doing anything like posting that video. Spencer says he thought so at first, but now there is evidence and it points to Trina. Spencer acts as though he is convinced that Trina is guilty.  He then tells Trina that Esme may be pregnant.  Trina flashes a look of absolute disgust.  She tells Spencer she understands now why he has to look past all of the flaws in Esme’s personality and can now concentrate on every single flaw she has. Trina tells Spencer that if he can’t look her in the eye and tell her that he doesn’t believe she is capable of making the video that their friendship is over. When he can’t do so, Trina screams at him to get out and the guard in the interrogation room escorts Spencer out.  Spencer loiters around in the lobby of the PCPD and when Portia gets there she sees him.  She says that he has some nerve showing his face.  Portia tells Spencer that she will deal with him later, that she is there for her daughter.

At Deception, Lucy, Maxie and Brook Lynn hand off the final documents that will allow Deception to go public.  Lucy asked Brook Lynn why she did not get Chase to commit to sing for their IPO party.  Brook Lynn at first says she doesn’t want Chase to sing for the party, but when Chase shows up at Deception, Brook Lynn asks Chase if he would sing for the party.  She even reminds him it was one of her songs he really liked.  He says his suspension is very close to being rescinded and that he doesn’t want anything to come in the way of that and he isn’t sure that singing for a cosmetics company party would be good optics for him at this moment in time.  Brook Lynn says fine and that it is no big deal.  She is obviously hurt and she tells Chase she has to get back to work and to please shut the door on his way out.  Chase says fine and that he will see her later.

At the Metro Court, Sasha and Brando arrive for lunch.  They speak about their time away and how much they enjoyed it and then they share an intimate kiss. They run into Gladys and she wants to know all about the honeymoon. Lucy and Maxie soon join them and announce that they are planning a wedding party for the newlyweds.  Sasha looks overwhelmed and excuses herself.  Sasha is later overheard in the ladies room on the phone with her dealer trying to score more drugs.

Portia worries that the fact that the attorney is late might be an indicator that he is not the right fit for Trina.  Curtis calms her nerves, telling her that Laura hooked them up and he is sure that they can trust her instincts.  Scott Baldwin shows up and announces that he is Trina’s attorney. Scott said that he has reviewed the case and that it is a strong one.  However, he says there are plenty of opportunities for the defense to poke holes in the prosecution’s case to cast doubt on key parts.  He reminds Portia and Curtis that in this case the burden of proof lies solely on the prosecution.  After discussing the case in detail, Scott departs for the courtroom and Portia and Curtis head to meet Trina at the PCPD jail.

At Charlie’s, Victor enters looking for Nikolas and immediately locates him.  He tells Nikolas they need to talk and Nikolas abruptly cuts him off and asks if he saw Esme.  Victor said yes he had seen her outside in the backseat of a departing car.  Nikolas quizzes Victor on who was driving, which way did the car go, what kind of car was it?  Victor didn’t notice any of this information and asks Nikolas why it is so important.  Nikolas says he had the feeling that Esme was about to share something with him, something she had previously been holding back. Victor tells him that Esme could be carrying the next Cassadine heir.  Nikolas and Victor quickly figure out that Sonny has Esme and they leave Charlie’s. Nikolas attempts to call Esme’s phone but finds it on the ground outside.

At Sonny’s office, Sonny really turns up the heat on Esme. He tells Esme that she knows what she did and she is going to make it right.  Esme tells Sonny that the police have already arrested someone for that.  Sonny tells Esme he has very good connections at the PCPD and that he knows about Trina’s arrest. But, Sonny says that Esme is a known liar and that he hasn’t forgotten about it.  Sonny tells Esme to save everyone a lot of time and just admit that she made the video. Esme continues to fake innocence.  Which just makes Sonny more irritated. Sonny tells Esme that if she comes clean right now and makes amends to the people she has harmed, eventually people will forgive her and forget the entire situation.

Nikolas and Victor arrive at Sonny’s office and they are stopped by Sonny’s guard but when Esme hears them talking in the restaurant she screams for Nikolas.  At that point, Esme runs out of Sonny’s office and into Nikolas’ arms. She pretends that the entire situation of being questioned by Sonny was excruciating.  Victor tells Sonny that he is putting him on notice, Sonny is not to harm any member of his family.  Victor tells Sonny that the Cassadine’s always come out on top.  Sonny tells Victor that he has gone up against dozens of men far more intimidating than him so if Victor wants to go to war, he should take the first shot. Sonny stares at Victor with deep seated hatred.

Update written by Dustin

At Laura’s home, Spencer comes downstairs looking disheveled from a long night and joins Laura at the table.  She asks how he slept.  He says that he didn’t.  Spencer looks very concerned about something and Laura tells him he can tell her anything.  Spencer tells her that this is his first morning of freedom and that it is perfect.  The conversation turns serious and Spencer asks Laura if she has ever done anything wrong but didn’t realize it until it was too late. Victor ruins the moment by knocking on the door and then barging in without being invited.  Victor tells Laura and Spencer that there is something he needs to discuss with the three of them.  Laura receives a phone call from Jordan asking her to come to the PCPD as soon as possible. She plans on briefing her on the Trina situation.  Victor uses Laura’s absence to quiz Spencer on what is wrong.  Spencer tells him that Esme might be pregnant.  Victor offers to have Esme dealt with so that Spencer will not be tied down to her for the rest of her life.  Victor says that he was worried that Spencer would be obsessing over Trina’s situation. Spencer asks what he means and Victor tells him that Trina has been arrested for posting the video of Cameron and Josslyn.  Cameron says that he needs privacy and Victor leaves. Cameron goes over in his mind all the times that Esme refused to answer Spencer on whether or not she made the tape of Cameron and Josslyn.

At the PCPD,  Jordan tells Trina that she is going to walk her through how this process will proceed.  Jordan tells Trina that in a few minutes she will be escorted to the courthouse for her arraignment.  Trina tells Jordan that she will definitely be pleading not guilty because she did not make the video or leak it online.

At Alexis’ home, Harmony is making breakfast when Sam knocks at the door and asks what she is doing there. Alexis explains that Harmony is staying with her for a little bit. Alexis tells Sam that Harmony is not taking up residence there. She is just staying there until Harmony can get her own place. As Sam leaves she tells Harmony that she hopes that everything works out for her.  She gives Harmony a most unwelcoming look making it clear that Sam does not approve of her presence there.  Alexis also makes a facial gesture that makes it look as if she is reconsidering the living arrangement.  Alexis tells Harmony that she just can’t get over how well she seems to know the layout of her home.  She says it is almost as if she has been there before without Alexis’ knowledge.  Harmony admits she has been there before.  Harmony flashes back to a memory of entering Alexis’ bedroom while everyone is asleep with a syringe.

At the Metro Court, Carly and Ava go over Avery’s schedule for extracurricular activities at school.  Ava tells Carly how much Avery loves her time with Carly.  Sonny walks up and tells them that Trina has just been arrested for making the video of Cameron and Josslyn. Ava and Carly are not having it, Carly says they all know who made that video and then she and Ava say “Esme” in unison.  Carly says that Trina would never do that to Cameron and Josslyn. Ava says that she works very closely with Trina and she wouldn’t trust her anymore if she were her own daughter. Ava starts to leave and Carly asks where she is going. Ava says that she is going to make sure someone pays for this.

Sonny tells Carly that Josslyn has been his stepdaughter for many years and he says that if he hadn’t heard about Trina’s arrest from Dante he would have probably learned about it from the Invader article.  Carly says that if Josslyn didn’t tell Sonny about the situation that is not her business. Sonny tells Carly that he will take care of Esme.  Ava comes by Sonny’s office and she tells him that Esme framed Trina and that she is sure Sonny has already figured that out.  Sonny has of course, and he has already asked for Spinelli’s help in clearing up the matter.

At the Metro Court, Carly and Sam speak about Monica’s legal moves to have Jason declared legally dead. Carly says that she feels they are moving on to quickly.  Sam tells Carly that they have to try to move on.

Esme sits at a table at Charlie’s, gloating over the article that says Trina has been arrested.  Nikolas arrives and tells her that her new digs must suit her.  She says that the accommodations are fine.  Nikolas and Esme talk about Spencer and she becomes more exasperated as the conversation continues.  She finally tells Nikolas that she needs some fresh air. Esme is again reading the article about Trina outside Charlie’s on the bench when she is startled by an unseen person.  Esme is later seen being pushed into a chair in Sonny’s office by one of his men.

Sonny looks at Esme and says, “Esme, nice of you to join me.”

Alexis arrives home and T.J. and Molly are there.  She tells them she is really going to miss them now that they are moving out.  Molly says it is good that she has such an exciting new job to throw herself into, that will help with missing them.  Alexis tells Molly and T.J. that they don’t have to worry about her eating alone because Harmony will be moving in for a little bit until she can get her own place. Molly asks where Harmony has been staying and Alexis tells her that it’s none of her business.

Harmony arrives at Charlie’s to speak to Phyllis.  Phyllis tells her it has to do with Nina.  Phyllis tells Harmony that she was tricked into giving Nina’s child away when Nina was her patient.  She tells her Nina has lost so much and that Harmony has a way with people.  Phyllis is sure that she can win over Michael and Willow and allow Nina to keep her visitation rights with Wiley.  Harmony is not at all pleased that Nina used Phyllis to manipulate her and she tells Phyllis to tell Nina that her request is still under consideration.

Scott runs into Nina at the Metro Court bar and although Nina is not happy to see him, he convinces her to sit with him while he waits for Leisl. She tells Scott that she is considering petitioning the courts for her visitation rights to Wiley. Scott offers his services to Nina.  But, Nina says she will be suing as a last ditch effort.  Scott wants to know why Nina is waiting to sue.  He hopes it is not because of her feelings for Sonny.  As Nina is talking to Scott it becomes clear that Leisl has set her up, telling her to meet her at the Metro Court bar so that she will meet Scott and they can have time to talk and foster some sort of reconciliation.  When Nina finds out she is irritated and Scott makes it worse by insinuating that Nina can not play hardball with Michael because she is in love with Sonny.  Scott tells her she can either have the kid (Wiley) or the gangster (Sonny).

Back at Charlie’s, Marshall demands to know what Curtis was doing speaking to Sonny.  Curtis tells him they were speaking about the run-in the two of them had at General Hospital.  Curtis tells Marshall that Sonny had told Curtis that Marshall is very hostile. Curtis explains to Marshall the many things that Sonny has done for members of the community including T.J.

Esme asks Nikolas if she can stay with him at Wyndemere. Nikolas is very surprised and asks her again to make sure she sincerely wanted to stay at Wyndemere.  Esme says she knows it is a huge imposition but she will just need to stay until she gets on her feet.  Nikolas says that she has to understand that she and Spencer have broken up and allowing her to come and stay at his family home would put Nikolas in a very difficult position.  Nikolas says it will further strain his relationship with Spencer.  Esme says that she understands and that it is clear that Nikolas has turned his back on her too.  Esme says that Nikolas clearly believes all the horrible things that the people of Port Charles have been saying about her.  Nikolas explains that he is no stranger to unfair accusations.  Esme says that Trina has everyone fooled and that she is no saint.  Nikolas says that he does trust his wife’s instincts and she thinks very highly of Trina.  Nikolas tells Esme that he can not take sides in her disagreement with Spencer but that they will figure something out.  He leaves the table to take a phone call.  When he returns, he tells Esme he will arrange for her to live in the apartments above Kelly’s restaurant.  Esme thanks Nikolas and Nikolas says that he will check on her periodically to make sure she is doing O.K.

Portia and Taggert while having drinks at the Metro Court sneer at Esme and agree that Esme is behind the video of Josslyn and Cameron. Jordan is just pleased that Esme is no longer associating with the two of them.

Jordan brings Trina in for an “informal chat” regarding the video of Josslyn and Cameron.  She asks her if she has any idea how Esme could have planted the video.  She wants to understand the timing of the evening.  How long was Trina passed out in her room?  What time did Esme and Spencer leave? How does she think that Esme could have left the video camera or other recording device in Josslyn and Cameron’s room when she and Spencer left hours prior?  She questions Trina about the drinking and tells her while she does not condone under age drinking that she will not be asking her questions about that.  Trina says she is a lightweight when it comes to drinking.  She passed out after just one drink.  She is still unaware that Esme drugged her.  Jordan reminds Trina that she can call a parent or a legal advocate.  Trina says she doesn’t want to bother them and that she has nothing to hide.  Trina tells Jordan to go through her phone and that will prove her innocence but when Trina opens her purse Jordan finds two phones, Trina’s phone and the one that Esme planted in her purse while she was visiting with Spencer at Spring Ridge.  Jordan wants to know whose phone she is holding.  Trina says that she has no idea how that phone got into her bag and begs Jordan to believe her. Trina naively gives the phone to Jordan to examine.  After the police look at the phone, Jordan calls Curtis and lets him know what she has found out about Trina.  Curtis then immediately calls Portia and Taggert who rush to the P.C.P.D.  Taggert is furious that Trina would turn over anything without a warrant.  Portia tells Trina not to say another word until their lawyer arrives.  Portia says that she really isn’t sure what has happened but she tells Trina that whoever is behind it will pay. Jordan is made aware by Dante that the video of Josslyn and Cameron is on the phone that Trina voluntarily handed over. She later announces to everyone in the booking room that the phone in Trina’s bag is directly related to the dissemination of unlawfully taped, sexually explicit images.  Josslyn loses it, she says there is no way that Trina made that tape and that she is being framed. She lashes out at Dante and tells him that she specifically said in her statement that she believed that Esme was behind the tape. She asks Dante why Esme hasn’t been brought in for questioning.  Dante tells Josslyn that she has to either keep it together or leave.

Dante arrests Trina.  Trina cries while Dante reads her Miranda rights and escorts her to her cell.  Portia and Curtis embrace.

Curtis asks Sonny for a favor getting his hands on his father’s sealed police file. Sonny tells Curtis that he knows that he had a big hand in helping to take down Cyrus Renault and he appreciates everything he did while Sonny was in Pennsylvania. Sonny then asks who the file is for and Curtis says it is for his father, Marshall Ashford.  Sonny says no to the favor and instructs Curtis that if he wants information about his father, he needs to get the information from his father.

Nikolas asks Victor to share with him the purpose for his return to Port Charles.  Victor says that conversation can only be shared with family.  Nikolas says that they are family and Victor gives Ava a cold stare and says “some of us more than others.” Nikolas says that Ava is more his family than Victor is.  Victor says that he can’t divulge information in front of Ava. Ava says fine and tells Nikolas  she will wait for him at the bar. Victor tells Nikolas that the Cassadines used to be power players on the international stage and that they need to reclaim that influence.  Nikolas had expected something a little more ominous and it becomes clear that Victor is holding back on his exact plans.

Spencer is shocked when he finds a pregnancy test in Esme’s bags.  He demands that she explain herself. Esme starts speaking about the video of Josslyn and Cameron and Spencer loses it and says that he’s not talking about the video.  He wants to know if Esme is pregnant. Esme asks when she was supposed to say something, before or after Spencer called her a monster.  Spencer demands that Esme take the pregnancy test.  Esme says that she needs to get out of Port Charles and that if Laura hadn’t convinced her to stay she would have been long gone.  Cameron knocks on the door, Spencer tells Esme to ignore it but she answers it.  Cameron asks if it is a bad time and Esme says that she was just leaving.  Spencer tries to stop Esme but Esme says that it is her body and her choice.  She leaves.  Cameron asks what Esme meant and Spencer says that it is possible that Esme is pregnant. Cameron and Spencer take time to work out their issues and discuss whether or not Spencer believes that Esme posted the video.  Spencer says that he would like to believe that she didn’t, but that the truth is, he is just not certain. Spencer tells Cameron that he hopes that Esme is not pregnant, because if she is pregnant, Spencer will be tied to her for life.

Trina tells Portia and Taggert that she had a conversation with Spencer and she told him that she could not be part of his life as long as he is involved with Esme.  Portia is very pleased to hear that. Trina also tells Portia and Taggert that Josslyn has not been to class lately and that she is no longer living in her dorm room.  Portia asks if Trina has spoken to Josslyn and Trina says that she has not, but that she trusts when Josslyn needs to speak with her she will reach out.  Portia doesn’t seem pleased with that answer and reminds Trina that she and Josslyn need to get through the situation together.

Dante tells Jordan that he wants more information on the investigation into who posted the video of Josslyn and Cameron.  Jordan says that he is too close to the investigation and for him to stay away.  Jordan doesn’t want the case falling apart because of Dante’s meddling. Jordan receives new information on who may have posted the video of Cameron and Josslyn. Dante asks her what kind of information it is.  Jordan says that it may hold the identity of the perpetrator.

Joss and Cameron arrive at their class late and no one is there, including the professor. Cameron suggests they stay in the vacant classroom for a few more minutes.  Josslyn knows what Cameron is doing.  He’s ensuring that the hallway will be empty when they walk to their next class. Josslyn says she doesn’t know why he cares what strangers think and reminds him that more people are talking about her, not him. Cameron says that he didn’t really want to do the Invader article, and Josslyn says it was pertinent that they do the article so that they could state unequivocally that the two of them did not record their intimate moments for public viewing and that what was done to them is illegal in the state of New York.

Trina runs into Josslyn and Cameron in the classroom.  Trina asks them if they are doing OK. Josslyn says that they are “hanging in there.” Trina starts to leave and Josslyn tells her to wait.  Josslyn says that this whole situation is ridiculous and that both she and Cameron miss Trina deeply. Trina and Josslyn talk about Esme and the video and the distance that has been created between them.  Trina says she owes Josslyn a big apology for trying to compromise with Esme.  Trina also thanks Josslyn for calling Esme out on all her horrible deeds. Josslyn says the fallout from the video has been totally humiliating for her. Josslyn asks Trina if she remembers when they turned eighteen and were able to vote.  Trina says yes and Josslyn asks if this is the other side of adulthood.  Josslyn wants to know what has happened to common decency.  It seems that Josslyn and Trina have completely worked out their issues when Jordan arrives and asks to see Trina.  Trina says that she is late for her next class.  Jordan says that she needs Trina to come down to the station and answer some questions.  Josslyn looks shocked.

Esme shows up at the Metro Court and asks Nikolas if he can help her.  She has her bags and says that she is leaving Port Charles. However, Laura’s place was the only place she had to stay and her credit card was declined when she tried to get a room at the Metro Court.  She asks Nikolas if she can stay with him at Wyndemere.

Update written by Dustin

At the P.C.P.D., Michael is released on bail.  Willow arrives to pick him up. Willow tells Michael that she is sorry that she was not there when he was booked. Michael tells her that she is there now for his release, so everything is alright.  Willow tells Michael about fainting in the patient room at General Hospital.  Willow explains that Epiphany took good care of her.  Michael says that he wishes that someone could have been there with her.

Spencer arrives home.  Esme tells him she is just leaving. Laura says that Esme should join them for dinne,r and then Esme and Spencer can hash through their feelings.  Nikolas explains that Victor will be joining them at the Metro Court.  Laura looks shocked that Nikolas has invited Victor to their family dinner for Spencer’s release from Spring Ridge. Laura remembers a meeting that she has to attend before going to Spencer’s dinner party.  Laura and Nikolas agree to meet at the Metro Court.  Nikolas also leaves to allow Spencer and Esme time to talk.  Spencer and Esme speak, but they end up fighting again. Esme turns to go but drops her purse on the way out.  Spencer picks it up and a pregnancy test falls out.

Victor tells Johan that they need to act as they have done nothing wrong.  Victor tells Johan that if a crime was committed during his meeting with Drew at the footbridge, it was when Drew attacked Johan and nearly threw him off the side. Victor is concerned about mentioning Operation Demeter.

Drew and Sam welcome Anna back to Port Charles.  Anna tells Drew and Sam that she found proof in Austria that Luke’s death was no accident. Anna explains to Drew and Sam that she found someone who had knowledge of what happened in Austria, but the man she was attempting to question took his own life in front of both her and Felicia. Laura arrives at Sam’s apartment and Sam, Drew and Anna fill her in on the latest information regarding the cable car accident in Austria.  They tell Laura that Luke’s death was deliberate.

Curtis asks Jordan what she knows about his father’s history.  Jordan asks Curtis if he has uncovered information that would lead Curtis to believe that Marshall is hiding something.  Curtis asks Jordan to view Marshall’s sealed arrest record and to then let him know anything she may see that he should know about.  Jordan refuses to do so.

At Charlie’s, Nina finds Sonny tending bar, filling in for Phyllis. Sonny tells Nina that he got nowhere with Michael in his conversation about her visitation rights with Wiley.  Nina says that it is fine that it was most likely a long shot. Nina finds old 45 records on the bar and Sonny explains that Phyllis was thinking about getting a jukebox but that they had concluded that it just would not fit.  Nina starts looking through the records and finds a song that she and Sonny had danced to in Nixon Falls.  Sonny plays the song on his phone and they dance to it again.  However, the two of them are interrupted by Curtis, who tells Sonny he needs to speak with him.

Curtis is joined at the Metro Court by Drew. He shows Drew the house keys for his new home with Portia. Drew congratulates him and says that’s worthy of a toast. Curtis tells Drew he is finding it hard to concentrate on the future when Marshall’s past keeps getting in the way. Drew has information in an envelope on discrepancies in his father’s past. Drew tells Curtis that if he does not want to see the information in that envelope, that is his decision. Curtis opens the envelope, and he and Drew begin to review it.  Curtis learns that Marshall was never in witness protection. Drew asks Curtis, now that he has this information, what does he plan to do with it?

At General Hospital, Marshall tells the staff that he is having trouble with his medication and can’t reach his doctor. When Sonny walks into the lobby, Marshall’s attention is drawn off of his conversation with the staff and immediately on to Sonny. Marshall takes exception to Avery being seen by T.J.  Marshall tells Sonny that G.H. is full of doctors and that Sonny should find another one to treat his daughter. Marshall doesn’t want his family mixed up with people like Sonny.

Sonny joins Ava and asks her what has happened. Ava says that Avery had a fall at the playground. Sonny tells Avery that T.J. will be treating her and that he would trust T.J. with his life.

Carly takes Josslyn to Alexis’ office, where they are joined by Elizabeth and Cameron.  Alexis plans to lay out the ways in which The Invader will help Josslyn and Cameron tell their stories. Alexis asks Carly and Elizabeth to step outside while she speaks to the kids. Carly and Elizabeth go to the Metro Court to have drinks, and while there, Elizabeth tells Carly she did a great job raising Josslyn. Carly looks genuinely touched. Elizabeth says that she admits she originally wanted Cameron to be with Trina. Elizabeth says that she was worried that Josslyn would be too much like Carly.  Carly laughs and says that Cameron is a great kid, too, and that she admires the way Elizabeth taught him to respect women.  Carly says that the way she and Elizabeth spoke to each other when they were younger… it all seems a bit tame compared with what Josslyn and Cameron are going through. Carly says that it seems like the universe is dishing out some serious karma.

Nikolas drops by Laura’s apartment to see if she needs any help with Spencer’s homecoming from Spring Ridge. Nikolas wants to make sure everything is set. Laura says that Spencer has only been gone a month, but that if she is to be perfectly honest, Spencer should not even be coming to Laura’s place to live. Laura insists that Spencer’s home is at Wyndemere with Nikolas — Nikolas pushing Spencer to come home would be the worst thing possible.

Esme decides she’s leaving and announces her intentions to Nikolas and Laura.  Nikolas leaves to pick up Spencer from Spring Ridge while Laura speaks to Esme. Laura knows that Victor is attempting to use Esme to influence Spencer, and she offers Esme a deal: If Esme will help them with their concerns, Laura will overlook Esme’s bad decisions.

Nikolas arrives at Spring Ridge to pick up Spencer and finds him playing a game of chess with Ryan Chamberlain.  Nikolas asks Spencer why he was spending time with Ryan, and Spencer says it was no big deal.  Harmony (who had been acting as Ryan’s intermediary during the game) tells Ryan that the next time he wants to use someone to be his lackey, he should find someone else.  Ryan communicates to Harmony that one day he will free her from her servitude the only way he knows how.

Update written by Dustin

At Crimson, Maxie noticed that Brook Lynn had brought her songbook with her and asked if Brook Lynn had been working on new material. Brook Lynn said that Chase had thought other people might want to see her songs. Maxie realized that Chase had been a huge influence on this decision. Brook Lynn said that she was glad to have Chase as a friend, but Maxie asked if Brook Lynn wanted more than just a friendship. Brook Lynn closes her eyes and recalls her kiss with Chase at the hospital. Brook Lynn managed to change the subject to an upcoming launch party that Deception had planned. Brook Lynn and Maxie started the meeting without Sasha. Shortly after, Lucy arrived to tell them that Sasha and Brando had gotten married. Lucy and Brook Lynn both felt that the marriage may have been rushed. But, Maxie said she trusted Sasha and Brando’s decision.

The three of them then discuss what type of launch party to throw. Maxie suggested they do an original song from Brook Lynn’s songbook catalog. Lucy agreed but was worried about Brook Lynn perhaps making an attempt at another lip-synced performance. Brook Lynn said she was at peace with being a songwriter and never performing as a singer. After Lucy, Maxie, and Brook Lynn pick out what they believe will be a perfect song, Brook Lynn informed them that it was a duet and asked who would sing the male part. At that exact moment, Chase knocks and enters.

Earlier at the hospital, Chase visited Finn again, and Finn disclosed to Chase that Jake had an alibi for the night of the break-in at Elizabeth’s house. Chase asked if Finn and Elizabeth had decided to rethink the pause in their relationship. Finn felt that Elizabeth was still struggling with Franco, since it had only been a year since Franco had been killed. Finn added that he wasn’t giving up on his relationship with Elizabeth without a fight. Chase wants his brother to fight for his relationship with Elizabeth. Finn took Chase’s words and turned them around on his brother’s relationship with Brook Lynn. Chase tried to imply that he and Brook Lynn had never been more than friends that had gone through a difficult time together. Finn asked Chase if Chase was really okay with staying friends with Brook Lynn. Chase says yes and that he is ready to move on with his own life.

After Chase left, Elizabeth dropped by Finn’s office and Finn started to ramble about his feelings, but Elizabeth stopped him. “Kiss me,” she said. Finn rushed to Elizabeth and kissed her.

At the Metro Court, Curtis and Portia signed the final paperwork on their new beach home in front of Lucy, who brought over mimosas for Curtis and Portia to celebrate. Lucy handed the happy couple the first set of keys to their new home. When Lucy left, Portia admitted that she still wished Trina lived with her and that she missed the two of them living under the same roof.

Epiphany confided to Marshall that she had decided to take the MCAT exam to become a doctor. Marshall was delighted and told Epiphany that Curtis and Portia weren’t the only ones who had something to celebrate. Curtis stopped by Marshall and Epiphany’s table and shared the news that Curtis and Portia had just closed on their new home. Epiphany hugged Curtis then left to extend her congratulations to Portia. Portia said that she would be happy to mentor Epiphany for her MCAT exam. Epiphany agreed to accept Portia’s help.

Sonny greeted Selina at his penthouse for an unscheduled meeting. Sonny was surprised to see Selina because everything had been going well since they agreed to their new partnership.  Sonny asks Selina to get right to the point. Selina said she wanted use of the Port Charles harbor and that Sonny would get a percentage from her due to the fact that the harbor was Sonny’s territory. Sonny said he would agree to the deal so long as Selina agreed to play by his rules. Selina agreed to all of Sonny’s demands and told him that she would make sure there would be no disruptions on her end. After Selina left, Dante arrived to talk with Sonny about Michael’s arrest. Because Michael had refused to give any details of the arrest to Sonny, Dante informed Sonny that there was a video of Josslyn with Cameron and that the video had caused an Intruder reporter to goad Michael into a punch. Sonny demanded to know the reporter’s name and where he could be found, but Dante refused to answer and told Sonny to stay out of it.

Dante was shocked that Michael hadn’t told Sonny about what had happened to Josslyn or about the tape. Dante wanted to know what had really been going on with Sonny, because Michael had refused to divulge any information about his arrest with Sonny while in jail. Sonny tried to explain that he wanted Nina to be able to visit with Wiley because she was the child’s grandmother. Dante told Sonny that things were not that simple, they just don’t work that way and reminded Sonny where Michael got his quick temper and his near refusal to forgive.

Sonny regretted that Michael was angry at him and said he hated disagreeing with Michael. Dante told Sonny that Michael didn’t like being angry at Sonny, either. Dante warned Sonny that a reconciliation couldn’t happen overnight and that Sonny would have to do most of the work. Dante asked if Sonny thought there might be a future between him and Nina. Sonny said he had made no plans with Nina, and he denied making a choice between Nina and his family. Dante tells Sonny it was going to be impossible for Sonny to have both Nina and Michael in his life.

At the hospital, Brad and Britt discussed possible job positions. Britt handed Brad a list of job options, and he quickly noticed that none of them were lab positions. Britt told Brad that because of his history that the hospital could not give him anything close to his former job. Britt offered him a compromise as a clinical patient advocate, where Brad could explain lab results to patients. Britt informed Brad that he had the job as long as it was approved by her co-chief of staff. The two hugged. Selina enters the room.  She learns of Brad’s potential new job offer and thanks Brit but says the offer will be unnecessary. After some tense moments, Brad told Selina that Britt had offered him a job at the hospital. Selina reminded Brad that she had made an understanding with him: Brad would work for her in exchange for a rent-free apartment. Selina does tell Brit that since her nephew insists on her being in his life, she would like to get to know her better and invites her to lunch. Brit says she can not go because of her duties at the hospital. Selina suggests another time. As she leaves, she informs Brit that her assistant would contact Brit about setting up a lunch date at a time which would be agreeable for both of them. Brit asked Brad if she should be worried that Selina would try to poison her when they eventually meet for lunch. Brad tells Brit not to allow Selina to take her to a second location.

Update written by Dustin

Diane phones Carly, she tells her she is at the Port Charles Police Department and that Michael has been arrested for assaulting a reporter making disrespectful comments about Josslyn. Jordan enters the holding room and tells Michael he will be transferred to his holding cell soon.  Michael asks Jordan if she is doing anything to find out who leaked the video of Josslyn and Cameron. Jordan says that Michael is well aware of department policy and that she can’t comment on an impending investigation. Diane points out that by saying that she just admitted that there is an investigation.  Carly arrives and asks Diane what is going on.  Diane tells her that Michael will be spending the night in lockup if she can’t work her magic.  Diane then leaves to try to work something out with the District Attorney’s office.

Sonny sees Shawn at the Metro Court and Shawn asks him if it is true that he hired Alexis. Shawn tells him that it is true and that he is expanding his media interests. He informs Sonny that he is moving to San Francisco.  Sonny tells him to enjoy the fresh start, not everyone gets one. Shawn tells Sonny that he was sorry to hear about the divorce.

Smoltz goes to Alexis and says he has a story she will definitely want to be the first to print. However, he has barely gotten out the explanation of the article when Carly walks in and tells Alexis she should think twice about running that article. Carly tells Smoltz she will sue him for every dime he will ever make if he runs that story.  Alexis asks to speak to Carly in private. Carly asks Alexis if she is seriously thinking about running the story and Alexis says yes. Carly looks shocked but then Alexis explains her line of thinking. Alexis says that if she runs the story first, she can frame the narrative and be more sensitive to the story than another publication would be. Alexis says she doesn’t even have to mention Josslyn or Cameron’s name if they don’t want her to. However, she thinks this is the perfect way for Josslyn and Cameron to be able to speak out in public for the first time and really explain to the public what this invasion of privacy has been like and the damage that has been done to their college careers and their reputations. Alexis agrees that if Josslyn and Cameron want her to table the story she will, but she feels that would be a huge mistake.  Carly agrees to call Josslyn and ask how she wants to proceed.

Nina says she forgot Harmony ever went by the name Lorraine Miller after Phyllis mentions it.  Harmony and Phyllis used to work in the same clinic although not in close proximity to each other. After Harmony’s abrupt exit from the bar, Nina admits to Phyllis that she had invited Harmony to talk about suing for visitation rights with Wiley. Nina begs Phyllis to try to convince Harmony to join her in the lawsuit. Phyllis says that she doesn’t feel comfortable getting involved in a child custody lawsuit.  She does, however, make a compromise.  She tells Nina that she will speak to Harmony and tell her about the good, kind, decent Nina that she knows and then Harmony will be free to make her own decision on the matter.  Nina is thrilled, she hugs Phyllis and then heads outside where she sits down on the bench out front and lovingly reviews photos of Wiley on her mobile phone.

T.J. finds Willow passed out on the floor of a patient room.  T.J. asks her if she remembers anything and when she says she doesn’t. T.J. asks if there is anyone he can call and Willow asks him to call Harmony.  T.J. takes Willow downstairs to Epiphany to be checked out.

Harmony arrives at GH and asks Epiphany to please move Harmony up on the list to be seen by a doctor. Epiphany ends up treating Willow herself because the hospital is so busy, but then she is dressed down by Dr. Nelson for going outside of the chain of command. When Epiphany returns to Willow’s room, she confides in Willow that she is sick of doctors not trusting her judgment when most of them haven’t been doctors that long at all and Epiphany has been a nurse all her life.  Willow says Epiphany needs a job that gives her more of a say in the care of a patient.  Epiphany is later seen reviewing upcoming dates for the MCAT on her computer screen.

Back at the Port Charles Police Department, Sonny arrives and asks Michael how he managed to get arrested. After first telling him that the situation doesn’t concern him. Michael eventually explains that he punched a reporter pressing him for comments regarding the video of Josslyn and Cameron.  Sonny is completely unaware of the video and asks Michael to bring him up to date.  Michael says that it is not his place to bring Sonny up to date and that he seriously doubts Josslyn would even want him to do that. Michael tells Sonny that he is not part of Josslyn’s family anymore. Sonny says that Josslyn will always be his daughter whether or not he and Carly are together.  Sonny and Michael get into a shouting match over how Sonny and Carly’s marriage came to an end and Michael’s belief that Sonny broke apart their family.  Sonny says he is sorry for causing Michael any pain and that he hopes someday he will understand. Sonny is visibly shaken as he leaves the P.C.P.D.  It is obvious the divorce and the family breakdown (particularly the separation from his kids) is really beginning to get to him.

At the offices of the Intruder, Shawn tells Alexis they need to talk about her friend Harmony and the company she keeps. Alexis confides to Shawn that she already knows about Harmony doing business with the forger. Shawn cautions Alexis on her involvement with Harmony and requests that she ask herself if she believes Harmony got the fake passport to help out her daughter or to help out herself. They discuss Harmony and the paper as well. Then Shawn asks if Alexis would like to give their relationship another try.  She says no and insists that Shawn deserves a fresh start in San Francisco.

At General Hospital, a journalist pressures Jordan to give him information on the investigation into who leaked the sex tape at PCU.  He wants to know since the Corinthos family are involved is Port Charles looking at a simple prank or something more sinister?

At Charlie’s, Nina surprises Phyllis, who tells her she wishes she had told her she was coming by and she would have canceled her plans. She asks Nina if she can have a rain check and quickly exits.  Harmony arrives and Nina smiles a twisted smile, it’s clear she has asked Harmony to meet her there.

Michael surprises Willow at General Hospital. She acts very surprised to see him and worries that she has forgotten plans that they might have made. Michael tells her that they have no plans but that they do need to get home and start packing for Paris. Willow asks Michael who is keeping Wiley while they are gone.  He says Monica.  Willow suggests that Monica may be too tied up now that she is planning Jason’s memorial.  Michael says that Carly is also preoccupied.  Willow then asks if Michael would be OK leaving Wiley with Harmony.  Michael and Willow step into the elevators on the tenth floor. Before the elevator doors can close, the investigative reporter who was trying to get information from Jordan asks Michael if he has any comment on the situation with his sister.  Michael is caught off guard, he has not been made aware of any scandal (and certainly no sex tape) involving his sister. The reporter fills him in and insinuates that perhaps Josslyn leaked the video herself because of her athletic performance.  Michael punches the reporter in the face.  The situation is made worse because Jordan is standing just feet away and sees the whole thing.  She places Michael under arrest.  Michael apologizes to Willow for ruining their Paris trip. Willow steps into a patient room for privacy so that she can phone Carly. She is breathing heavily and it is clear she is in physical distress.  Carly answers but there’s no one on the other end.  Willow has collapsed on the floor of the hospital room.

Back at Spring Ridge, Esme continues her innocent act with Spencer.  She asks Spencer if Trina is out of his life for good.  Spencer says that it looks thay was and congratulations Esme on finally getting what she wanted.  Esme says that obviously Trina has been successful at convincing Spencer that she made the sex tape of Josslyn and Cameron.  Spencer asks her outright if that is the truth? Esme says that Spencer’s friends have turned him against her and Spencer replies that they didn’t have to, she did it all for them.  Esme tells Spencer that if he wants boring and basic, he should be with Trina and heads for the exit. Spencer tells Esme to wait, she hasn’t answered his question about whether or not she is responsible for the sex tape.  Esme tells Spencer that he doesn’t always get what he wants.

Dante and Sam discuss Carly demolishing their sting operation. Sam suggests that they involve Spinelli in their investigation.  Dante is reluctant, but Sam insists and says that it would be stupid to not use Spinelli’s knowledge because Dante’s ego can’t handle it.  Dante agrees that she is right. They share an intimate kiss and agree to go to Sam’s place for the evening.

Meanwhile, Drew and Carly discuss the operation-gone-wrong back at the footbridge.  Carly says that she actually thought that Drew might throw Johan over the bridge and that would be difficult to explain that to a jury.  Drew agrees that a tarot card making him do it, is not a good defense.  Carly says she could picture that explanation at trial and the confusion that would ensue. Drew seems touched and asks Carly if she would really come to his trial.  She says she absolutely would be there.  Drew and Carly discuss the seriousness of his conditioning. Carly says that the situation must be terrifying. Carly also admits that the worst mistakes she has ever made in her life were made because she went along with someone else’s choice when she didn’t agree.  Drew asks her if she needs a ride back to the Metro Court. Carly tells him the divorce with Sonny is finalized and that she is back at the house, also that she brought her car so she doesn’t need a ride. Drew tells her he will see her soon and they part ways.  Carly seems taken with Drew’s honestly and openness .

At Charlie’s, Nina tells Harmony she believes it was about time that they got to know each other.  After all, they have someone in common.  Harmony inquires as to whom that might be and Nina says that it is their grandson, Wiley. Nina immediately begins to lay out plans for Harmony to participate in her lawsuit to win visitation rights to Wiley.  She tells Harmony that if they seek their rights jointly, it will likely carry greater weight with the court, as they will be presenting a unified front.  Nina has to do more convincing, but in the end, Harmony seems to agree.  However, Phyllis returns to the bar. Phyllis steps up to the table where Nina and Harmony are seated.  Phyllis looks thrilled to see Harmony but she calls her by another name, Lorraine Miller.  Nina’s facial expression goes from happy to perplexed.

Update written by Dustin

At General Hospital, Portia runs into Jordan who is there for a checkup.  Portia asks Jordan if she considers Spencer to be dangerous.  Jordan tells Portia that even though Spencer is serving time at Spring Ridge, he has never been charged with a violent crime.  Portia then questions Jordan about Esme and asks why she was not charged for setting Ava’s car on fire. Jordan says that the case is a complicated matter and then asks Portia why she’s asking all these questions about Spencer and Esme.  Jordan explains that she needs to know in order to safeguard someone that is involved with Spencer and Esme. Jordan wants to know if this concerns Trina.  Portia admits that it does. Jordan attempts to calm Portia’s concerns and tells her it will be better to trust Trina to make her own decisions.  She also tells Portia that if she needs her she can always call on her for help.

Jordan later sees Brit in the hallway, Brit inquires about her clean bill of health and Jordan says that it is just one more thing to remind her never to take a single day for granted.  Brit glances down at her hand, and agrees.

Trina visits Spencer at Spring Ridge and dispenses with the pleasantries.  Spencer tells her that he had hoped she would visit.  She tells him that this isn’t just her first visit, that it will also be her last. Trina tells Spencer that as long as Esme is in his life, she will not be. Spencer says that he is not avoiding the issue but that he can’t discuss the situation because Esme interns at Spring Ridge for her psychology class.  Trina tells Spencer that he is never going to change.  She accuses Spencer of looking the other way every time Esme commits a horrible act. Trina tells Spencer he has to break up with Esme in order to continue their friendship.  Spencer says that he can not do that but that he does not want to lose their friendship because he needs it. Trina tries to return the book that Spencer gave her but Spencer will not take it back. Spencer tells Trina that he really wants to do better, he just needs more time.

While Trina and Spencer have their discussion, Esme plants the phone she used to record the sex tape of Josslyn and Cameron in Trina’s purse and then calls the Port Charles Police Department anonymous tipline to frame Trina.  Esme then steps into the visitation room where she confronts Trina, asking her how she can possibly show her face after what she did to Cameron and Joss. Trina tells Esme and Spencer that she doesn’t have to stand there and listen to Esme’s lies.  She looks at Spencer and says she hopes that one day he will live up to his full potential.

Brit sees Carly at the hospital and asks her how she is doing.  Carly appears distant and Brit questions whether or not they are still on good terms.  Carly says that everything is fine, she just seems distracted because she has a lot going on.  Brit says she understands how she feels now that Monica has decided to have Jason declared legally dead. Carly is taken aback. Carly asks why Monica wants to do this now. Brit says she thinks that Monica believes that the kids and family need closure.

Nina stops by Sonny’s penthouse and inquires about his conversation with Michael and Willow about her visitation rights with Wiley. Sonny informs her that Michael and Willow do not want Nina to have anything to do with Wiley. Nina thanks him for speaking with them and says she will call her attorney and have him start the paperwork to sue for visitation.  Sonny violently throws a tea tray across the room, he tells Nina he promised he would fix the situation and he will. Nina is terrified and runs to the door to leave.  Sonny calls her back, asks her not to leave and tells her that he has simply had a few difficult days; with Monica considering the declaration of Jason’s death, his divorce with Carly and the situation with Michael blaming him for the breakup of their family.  Sonny apologizes for his violent outburst.  He then admits to Nina that since he has returned to Port Charles, he has been drinking heavily. Sonny tells her that he can not go on using alcohol as a crutch and that it doesn’t mix well with his bipolar medication.

Drew arrives at the footbridge for his face to face meeting with Victor. Victor asks if he is alone. Drew questions Victor on why he asks if all they are going to do is discuss ELQ shares.

Dante and Sam are in a surveillance van nearby, their intention is to monitor Drew’s conversation with Victor but they can’t hear him due to an issue with the listening devices.  Sam tells Dante that if she can’t hear Drew then that means that Drew can’t hear them.  Dante looks worried and says that the situation leaves Drew on his own with Victor. After going over all of his advance work about the location, Dante realizes that it has rained in the area since he checked the WiFi signal.  He tells Sam all they need to do is move the van a few feet and they may be able to reestablish the listening devices.  Dante moves the van and the plan works. Sam can hear Drew.  She tells Drew if he can hear her to cough, and he does.  They have been successful at reestablishing the signal for the listening devices.

Victor shows Drew the tarot card and Drew pretends that his cognitive conditioning has been activated.  Johan tells Victor that he believes the card worked, but Victor says you can never be too sure.  He instructs Drew to throw Johan over the bridge. Drew grabs Johan and acts as though he is actually going to do it.  Convinced that Drew is activated, Victor tells him to stop.  Carly then steps onto the bridge while videotaping the entire scene with her mobile phone, she tells Victor to stop whatever he is doing or the video will stream online. Victor orders Johan to take Carly’s phone but when he attempts to do so, Drew intervenes.  Victor quickly leaves with Johan after learning that the tarot card was unsuccessful at activating Drew’s conditioning.  Dante and Sam arrive and tell Carly that she has just ruined an undercover operation. Carly looks shocked and apologizes. She says that had she known she would never have interfered.  Drew points out that the operation did yield a new clue that they can gather more information on. While Victor thought Drew was activated, he told Drew that he needed information on:  Operation Demeter.

Victor issues a telephone invitation for an in-person meeting with Drew at Pier 54. Drew insists that if they meet, he will be the one to set the location and then instructs Victor to meet him at the footbridge over the canyon. Victor arrives at the footbridge and receives a visit from Eileen who confirms to him that Laura believes that Luke was murdered and that she further believes that Victor was responsible for his untimely demise.

Portia tells Trina that she and Curtis plan to buy a home together. Trina informs Portia about the sex tape and tells her that Esme is attempting to place the blame on her.  Portia loses it and says she has had it with Esme.  Portia tells Trina that she needs to get as far away from Spencer and Esme as possible.

Back in Austria, the gunman in the hallway enters the file room behind Anna and fires his gun.  She narrowly evades being shot and Felicia comes to her aid. Anna and Felicia then hold the man at gunpoint. They attempt to interrogate him but he bites a cyanide tablet and dies. Anna and Felicia agree that if this man was willing to die for his involvement in this operation rather than face Victor’s wrath, then it is clear that whatever Victor is involved in is a lot bigger than just a personal vendetta against Luke.

Finn tells Jake that there is nothing Jake could ever do that Elizabeth would be unable to forgive. Jake confesses to Finn and Elizabeth that he has secretly been speaking with his grandparents online. Elizabeth appears to fume and she demands to know what her parents wanted and why Jake kept the entire matter a secret. Jake asks her if she would rather he simply hated his grandparents.  Elizabeth says that is not what she wants and asks him if they can discuss the matter at another time. Jake leaves and goes to his therapist’s appointment, leaving Elizabeth to ponder the situation of her stalker. She is curious, if Jake hasn’t been carrying out the mysterious acts that keep occurring, then who has?

Spencer reflects on his previous visit from Cameron at Spring Ridge. Esme also arrives for a visit and Spencer accuses her of releasing the sex tape of Josslyn and Cameron. Esme plays innocent and Spencer seemingly falls for her lies.  Esme blames the entire thing on Trina. Spencer asks Esme if she really thinks that Trina could be capable of making the tape?  Esme cracks. She shows him her wrist and tells him that she was attacked by Carly and saved by Nikolas. Spencer feigns concern but it becomes clear he still questions Esme’s innocence concerning the sex tape as well as her intentions.

Carly confronts Cameron about the sex tape.  She tells him that she doesn’t blame him for the video and encourages Cameron and Josslyn to support each other during this time. Later at General Hospital, Carly runs into Drew and she fills him in on the situation with Josslyn and Cameron.  He tells her he wishes there was more he could do.  Carly confesses to Drew that she and Sonny have signed their divorce papers. Drew tells Carly that he is always there for her.  She thanks him and tells him that she will always be there for him as well.  Drew leaves General Hospital to meet with Victor.

Josslyn meets Adam at Charlie’s to study for their upcoming midterm. Adam makes an inappropriate comment about how he finds himself drawn to the field of chemistry after having seen the video of Cameron and Joss.  Joss tells Adam to get out and Adam tells her she is really uptight for a girl with a sex tape.  Cameron enters Charlie’s as Adam exits and asks if Joss is OK. She grabs him and hugs him. Joss explains to Cameron what happened with Adam and asks Cameron if he thinks she should just transfer to another college.  He refuses to let her bow to the pressure they are experiencing due to Esme’s betrayal.  They both resolve that they will get through the current situation together.

Drew arrives for his meeting with Victor.  Victor clutches the tarot card in his coat pocket believing that it holds the key to activating Drew’s cognitive conditioning.

Michael and Willow are in the breakfast nook at the Q mansion. Willow remarks how much Willey loved Annabelle II. She wants to know when they can get a new dog and says that life will not slow down any when she becomes a nurse. They start to discuss their trip to Paris. Michael says he’ss looking forward to staying in bed late. Willow says she wants to see all she can of Paris. They kiss. Brook Lynn enters the room. She says she is glad some things haven’t changed. She is glad they are still together.

Chase comes into Finn’s office. He is counting the days down until he is off suspension. Finn tells him Violet is always ready for a tea party. Chase says to just let him know when his next date night is happening because he will come babysit. Finn says he’s welcome any time, but he and Liz won’t be going on any dates anytime soon.

At Liz’s house, Cam comes down the stairs. He has a disappointed look on his face as he looks at his phone. He walks into the kitchen, and Liz asks what he wants for breakfast. He tells her that he’s not hungry, which she finds strange. Jake comes in and asks what is for breakfast. Elizabeth comments how nice it is that they are all there together for breakfast. Jake asks her if that means Finn is there. She responds that they need to talk about Finn.

Nik and Ava are at the Metro Court. They discuss how much they are looking forward to the vow renewal. They will mean the words this time.

Esme is in an elevator. She is holding something in her hand. She then rolls up her sleeve and puts it back down.

Carly is in her kitchen when Joss comes in. She says that she hopes it was okay that she slept there last night. Carly asks if anything is wrong. Joss says she can’t go back to school, ever. They hug.

Esme gets off the elevator and walks up to Ava and Nik. They discuss the vow renewal. Esme says that Laura told her it was going to be with just the two of them. They tell her they have changed their minds and want family there. Esme tells her she hadn’t heard that. She tells them they shouldn’t bother inviting Spence.

Back in the Quartermaine kitchen nook, Michael and Willow ask about Brook Lynn’s visit with her mom. She says she had a good visit. Michael tells her that he and Chase already moved her stuff out of the beach house.

Liz tells Jake and Cam that she and Finn are taking time apart because she needs to focus on her family. Jake asks if it is because of the weird stuff that has been happening. She replies that’s part of it, but she just wants to make sure her boys are happy and safe. That’s why she made him an appointment with a psychiatrist. Jake is not happy. He accuses her of thinking he is a psycho.

Chase asks Finn what’s going on with Liz. He tells him that she thinks Jake might be acting out. Chase asks if her breaking up with him is an overreaction. Finn tells him that he doesn’t think it is, considering what she’s been through.

Joss doesn’t want to tell Carly what is going on. She tells her that in the cabin that weekend, she and Cam had sex for the first time. Carly asks if she’s pregnant.

After Ava leaves the table, Esme tells Nik he really doesn’t know what Spencer is thinking.

Brook Lynn says that she’ll be fine. Having Bailey go back to Maxie was always the plan. He reminds her that he had a similar situation when he had custody of Avery. He says that even though he knew giving her back was the right thing to do, it didn’t make it any easier. Brook Lynn points out that when she needed help, Chase was right there.

Finn and Chase talk about all the things Jake has been through and wonder if maybe now he’s crying out for help.

Liz and Cam try to assure Jake they don’t think he is crazy. They just think that it couldn’t hurt to talk to someone, after all he’s been through. Jake gets a strange link on his phone. He says his friend wants to know if it’s really Cam. Cam tries to stop him from clicking the link.

Carly is relieved Joss that isn’t pregnant. Joss tells her about the incident in class.

Esme tells Nik that Spencer loves him and says great things about him. She admits that she was sort of jealous of their relationship.

Carly is very upset about Joss’ situation. She says she will call Spinelli to get it off the web. She asks how it could have happened. Joss says she doesn’t know. She implies that it could have been Trina.

Cam jerks the phone away from Jake. Liz demands to know what’s going on. He asks her to just leave it alone. Liz tells Cam he may as well just tell her what’s happening. He says he can’t tell her if she’s looking at him, so she goes into the kitchen and turns her back. He admits that there is a video going around of him and Joss having sex.

Chase asks how long the “pause” between Finn and Liz will last. Finn says that he doesn’t know. He changes the subject to ask about Chase and Brook Lynn. He responds that he hasn’t heard from her.

Michael points out to Brook Lynn how she was talking about Chase and wonders if she would like to be part of a couple.

Chase tells Finn that he texted Brook Lynn, but she just sent back a thumbs up emoji. Finn makes a sarcastic comment about how millennials communicate.

Brook Lynn tells Michael she and Chase are just friends. She doesn’t have many friends. Michael relates that he can tell Chase is lost without her and Bailey.

Joss tells her mom that she doesn’t think it was Trina. Carly says it sounds like something Esme would do. Joss is upset that some people think she put out the video on purpose.

Liz tells Cam she’s sorry it happened. He says that it’s even worse for Joss. There is still a double standard for women. Cam says he doesn’t want to talk about it, especially to Liz. He wishes Franco were there.

Esme tells Nik she wants to make amends for helping Spencer with the stalking. She offers to speak to Spencer about the vow renewal. Ava comes back to the table. She says that her call was about Ryan.

Jake tells Liz he won’t see the therapist. Liz tells him she knows he is quiet, like his dad. However, it’s sometimes easier to talk to a stranger. She tries to convince him to talk to Dr. Massey.

Carly tells Joss that all of this will pass. People will forget soon.

Brook Lynn says it is not worth telling Chase how she feels, just to be rejected.

At the hospital, Willow walks quickly away from Chase. She said she got caught up talking to Brook Lynn and is late. He asks if she means on the phone. She says no, she was at the house. He looks interested.

Ava informs them that Kevin told her Ryan still doesn’t speak. As she talks, Esme clenches her fist under the table. Ava asks her if something is wrong. She says no. Ava says she is just glad there’s nothing Ryan can do to her from Spring Ridge.

Nik says he needs to go. Esme says she would like to talk some more, but he assures her that he’ll be back in a minute.

Liz sees Finn when she brings Jake to his appointment. She smiles at him but says nothing.

Brook Lynn has flashbacks to times with Chase. She looks at his contact info on her phone and says, “What would I even say”? Just then, Chase walks in the room.

Carly tells Joss that Spinelli was able to wipe the video from all the public web sites. Joss is somewhat relieved but still embarrassed. Carly tells her that Spinelli is going to the cabin to find out how it got recorded and who is responsible. Then, she says, they will make them pay. They get off the elevator at the Metro Court right next to Esme’s table. Esme asks how she is doing and says she thinks she is brave.  She gets up to leave, but Carly stops her.

Michael and Willow are at The Savoy. Willow tells Michael that she messed up.

At Sonny’s apartment, he tells Nina that it’s the anniversary of his sister’s death. He assures her that he isn’t going on a bender. She tells him they have to talk about their grandson.

Alexis tells Diane that she is enjoying her new job. She tells her that she invited Harmony to join them,  and instructs Diane to “be nice.”

At the hospital, Maxie talks to Austin. He starts to kiss her when they are interrupted by Mac clearing his throat, loudly.

At the Metro Court, Gladys scrambles toward the elevator. She leaves a voice mail for Brando, telling him not to rush into anything. When Carly gets off the elevator, Gladys tells her that Brando is about to make the biggest mistake of his life and she’s going to help her stop him.

Sasha and Brando impatiently wait on the car to be repaired, so they can hurry and get to the wedding chapel.

Carly refuses to help Gladys stop the wedding. Gladys tells her that if she won’t help, she’ll ask Sonny. Carly insists that she drive her because she’s been drinking.

Nina tells Sonny that she is suing for visitation rights with Wiley. He doesn’t blame her for doing what she needs to do for her family, but he tells her not to do that.

Harmony approaches Diane’s and Alexis’ table. She thanks them for letting her join them. Diane steps away from the table to get drinks. Harmony spots Willow and Michael across the room and walks over to them. They thank her for getting the birth certificate.

Back at the hospital, Felicia and Mac tell Maxie and Austin that Mac’s checkup went well. Felicia asks if they’re an item now. Maxie says that their relationship is new. Mac wants to get to know Austin better, which he says in a protective father tone. Maxie apologies for him as they walk away. Austin asks about the box Maxie is carrying. She says it’s something she needs his help with – she needs to get rid of Peter.

In the elevator, Felicia and Mac discuss their concern over Maxie getting into a relationship too soon. Mac says he will keep an eye on Austin to make sure he stays in line.

At the car repair shop, Brando and Sasha learn that their car needs a new fuel pump, and it won’t be ready until tomorrow. Brando says he may know a way to temporarily fix it. The mechanic tells him that he can try. After he leaves, Sasha pulls pills out of her purse.  She stares at the pills and then puts them back in her purse. She pulls her phone out, but it says, “no service.” She flashes back to the conversation earlier in the car about hearing wedding bells. She pulls the pills out again and takes one. Brando walks up from behind and says her name.

At the Metro Court, Robert tells Anna that she has nothing to feel guilty about with regards to Peter. She tells him she’s now worried about what Victor might do.

Maxie gives the box to Austin and says that it’s Peter’s effects, but Brit didn’t want them. She asks if he’ll dispose of them, and he replies, “no problem.” He starts to kiss her when Liesel comes up and pushes him away, telling him to stay away from Maxie.

Harmony asks Willow if she has her passport yet. She says no, but she has an appointment for them to look at her birth certificate and application, to expedite getting it.

Diane points out an attractive man at the bar staring at Alexis. Just then, he walks over and asks if he can buy her a drink. She tells him she already has a drink.

Sonny tells Nina not to do anything drastic. He asks her to let him talk to Michael first. Nina reminds him what an influence Carly has over Michael. He assures her that she doesn’t have to worry about Carly. There is a knock at the door. It’s Carly and Gladys.

Liesel reminds Austin and Maxie of the problems Austin caused with Peter. Maxie asks Liesel to forgive him.

Diane gets on Alexis for turning down the man’s offer. Alexis tells her that she’s not interested in having anything to do with any man right now.

Willow tells Michael about her conversation with Nina at the hospital. She admits that she she snapped and went too far, so now Nina is going to pursue her legal rights with Wiley. Michael says that he won’t let her near their son.

Gladys apologizes for “crashing” Nina and Sonny’s date. Nina corrects her, saying that it’s not a date. Sonny and Carly tell Gladys that they won’t help her stop the wedding because it’s not their business. Nina takes Glady’s side, saying that they owe it to Brando and Sasha to make sure that they’re getting married for the right reasons.

Brando, disappointed, tells Sasha that the car can’t be fixed until tomorrow. Sasha wants to call a ride share service, instead, to take them to the chapel. She’s worried that if they don’t get married that night, they never will. The mechanic overhears them. He tells them he is an ordained minister and offers to marry them.

Having drinks at the Metro Court, Robert, Anna, Mac, and Felicia discuss Drew and Dante having a plan to trap Victor. Felicia tells them if that fails, she and Anna have a plan.

Michael comes over to the table where Alexis, Harmony, and Diane are sitting. He asks to speak privately with Diane. She steps away with him. Harmony asks what the tension was between was between Alexis and Diane. Alexis tells her about the incident with the man offering to buy her a drink. Harmony tells her it is perfectly alright if she’s not interested in dating.

After Sonny and Carly tell Gladys their reasons for not wanting to get involved, Nina agrees with them.

At the car repair shop, the wedding march plays on a cassette, and Sasha enters with a bouquet.

Sasha and Brando tell the minister/mechanic that they didn’t have time to write vows. He says they can do traditional or speak from the heart. They choose to speak from the heart.

Robert wants to know Anna and Felicia’s plan. Anna says she is going to Austria. Felicia will go as her cover. Mac and Robert don’t want Felicia to go along; they think it might be dangerous because she isn’t a trained agent.

Brando and Sasha exchange vows.

Maxie tells Liesl that her relationship with Austin is not her concern. Liesl warns Austin that he’d better behave.

Brando and Sasha exchange rings and are  pronounced husband and wife.

Diane tells Willow and Michael that although Nina has rights, she still has to convince a judge. She suggests that it would be better if they can work things out and not go to court.

Brando calls his mother to tell her they have gotten married. She tells them that they have her blessing for a happy life.

Mac finally agrees to support Felicia going to Austria. Robert suggests that he and Mac distract Victor back in Port Charles.

Austin tells Maxie that they can dispose of Peter’s ashes in the morgue.

Alexis, Diane, and Harmony decide to just lighten up and have fun. Alexis announces that she is going to dance.

Nina reluctantly agrees to hold off on legal action so that Sonny can convince Michael to let her see Wiley.

Since they are in an isolated area, Sasha and Brando accept the mechanic’s offer to stay with him and his wife for the night.

Dante tells Sam and Drew that Peter’s belongings have already been delivered to someone who hates him as much as they do. Drew guesses that it’s Britt.

Britt tells Maxie that Peter made her executor just to torment her. Maxie asks if she can refuse and send the box back. Britt says that she has a better idea. Maxie suggests opening the box. Britt says no because she wants to call the bomb squad.

Sasha and Brando are driving in a car. They discuss how great it is that they’re about to be married.

At the Metro Court, Gladys sits at the bar alone, leaving a voice mail for Brando. She tells him that she knows he’s away with Sasha but just wants to make sure everything is okay. Lucy comes up. She tells Gladys that Sasha and Brando need this trip. She says that when they come back, Sasha will be rich.

Victor tells Ava and Nik that he wonders about their motives for inviting him to their vow renewal.

Esme approaches Ryan’s cell just as he is returned to it.

Sasha and Brando realize that they’re lost. The GPS is broken, and their cell phones are out of range. She accuses him of  not wanting to get married.

Lucy tells Gladys that when Deception goes public, Sasha’s net worth will skyrocket. Gladys says that she had her doubts about Sasha at first but was impressed with how she dealt with Liam’s death. However, Gladys and Lucy agree that Sasha bounced back too quickly.

Dante, Drew, and Sam are at Sam’s. Drew gives them reasons why it makes sense Peter would make Britt his executor. They decide they need to hurry before Britt throws his things away.

Britt wants to throw the package of Peter’s things in the garbage. Maxie stops her, saying that there might be something of value.

Victor tells Nik and Ava that Esme has a lot of sway with Spencer. She will encourage him to attend the vow renewal.

Esme uses a pass card to get into Ryan’s cell. Esme scolds Ryan for speaking out loud where people might hear. He tells her he was thinking about her and how she had failed him.

Brando denies that he’s trying to get out of being married. Sasha flashes back to taking pills. He tells her to roll down the window. She says that she hears the river and wedding bells. He assures her that the bells are ringing for another couple but will soon be ringing for them.

Maxie tells Britt that there might be something of financial value in the box that the baby could use one day. They decide the best place to open it is on the terrace, just in case there is something bad in it.

Dante tells Sam and Drew that Britt has already received Peter’s belongings. They rush out the door to find her.

Victor convinces Ava and Nik to invite Esme as well.

Back in Ryan’s cell, Esme and Ryan discuss the failed plot to break up Ava and Nik. Ryan tells her that she has wasted too much time with adolescent games. She tells him she had to make her relationship with Spence look real. She calls him “Daddy” and asks if he likes it when when she call him that.

Still in the car, Sasha receives a call from Gladys. She pretends to have a bad connection in “The Falls” and hangs up. Lucy and Gladys suspect they’re in Niagara Falls, to get married.

Ava informs Nik that his mother warned her to watch out for Victor.

As Britt starts to open the box on the terrace, Dante, Sam and Drew arrive, yelling at her to stop.

Victor arrives at the Metro Court and orders a top shelf Manhattan. He  tells the bartender that he would like to drink it on the terrace.  Drew walks up and tells him his timing couldn’t be any better.

Esme wants Ryan to let her in on the rest of his plan. He says he’s not sure that he can trust her. She threatens to tell Kevin that he can talk and has for months, so he grabs her by the wrist.

Brando tells Sasha to look in the glove compartment, where she finds wedding rings.

Gladys tells Lucy she is afraid Brando and Sasha are eloping. They are just getting married to escape the pain of losing Liam.

Esme reassures Ryan he is the boss. That has always been the plan. She will do whatever he says. He tells her they need to go back to square one, Ava.

Ava tells Nik they have to be careful of Victor. He assures her that nothing will ever come between them again.

Drew tells Victor he will make him pay for what he did to him.

Victor walks out onto the terrace where Sam, Maxie, Britt and Baily are gathered. They point out Peter’s box to him. Maxie and Britt start to fight over it, purposely spilling it on the ground. A tarot card is visible.

The Check Engine Light comes on in Brando’s car, so they pull over.

Gladys tells Lucy that she’s afraid Brando and Sasha are only getting married to escape the pain of Liam’s death.

Ryan and Esme discuss plan B. He suggests that she try to make herself more likable to Ava and Nik.

Maxie, Britt, and Victor clean up the spilled box. After the others leave, Victor pulls the tarot card out of his sleeve.

Lucy urges Gladys not to try to stop the wedding.

Brando calls for a tow truck. He notes that it could take a while. Sasha starts to freak out that they weren’t meant to get married that night. Just then, the tow truck arrives.

On the terrace, Victor looks at the card and says he will make good use of it.

Esme wonders what good it will be for her to break up Ava and Nikolas when Ryan will still be serving a life sentence. Ryan tells Esme to just do what he says, and she will have everything she ever wanted — not just Spencer and his fortune, but the family that she has always wanted. She reminds him that Ava is not her family. Ryan points out that Ava is his family, adding, “And what’s mine is yours. My beautiful… gifted daughter.” As he says this, he stands up and strokes her face. She smiles.
