Jan told Shawn that she wasn’t going to hold up her end of the deal. She said Shawn didn’t love her. She thought he was trying to get her to confess to killing Charlie. She told him Claire was alive and at the cabin where she tried to kill Ciara. She told him Claire wouldn’t be alive by the time he got there. Ben showed up at the cabin. When he oped the door, he knocked over a lantern, which set the cabin on fire. Lani confronted Chanel about seeing Eli naked. Chanel said she did see him. Lani said it was inappropriate for her to talk about how attractive her husband is. Philip and Eli talked about Belle confessing to killing Charlie so Jan could let Claire go. Eli thought the plan wouldn’t work. Philip said Jan was obsessed with Shawn. He said Jan was stuck in high school. He said Chloe never cared about what people thought, which made Jan feel worthless. He said that made Jan dangerous. Chloe talked to Jan about killing Claire. Chloe said she thought they were friends. Jan said she did too, but Claire had other plans. Jan warned her to be more concerned about herself. Chloe wanted to know what she was going to do to her. Belle asked Shawn if Jan left Claire at the cabin to die. Shawn said not if he could help it. He left to find Claire. Ben got to Claire before she burned in the cabin. Claire told him what Jan did to her. He told her he could have killed her. He said he was seeing Jordan and she was telling him that he was trying to kill her. He said he was feeling guilty. Claire said he was feeling guilty because she kissed him while he was still married to Ciara. Philip talked to Eli about his love for Chloe. He said he lost his chance again. Eli told him not to give up. Lani told Chanel that she was only supposed to stay with her and Eli for a few nights. Lani said she should have found a job by now. Chanel said she did.

Chanel told Lani that she wanted to open a business. Jan figured out what she was going to do with Chloe. Jan called Philip and asked him if he wanted to save Chloe. Claire told Ben that she shouldn’t have kissed him. He asked her why Jan brought her to the cabin. Claire said she wanted her to feel the way Ciara felt when she tried to burn Ciara up. Claire said she wished she could tell Ciara how sorry she was for doing that to her. Shawn found Ben and Claire at the cabin. Shawn asked if Claire was okay. She said she was. She told him Ben got to her in time. Ben told him Chloe set up a lantern to burn the cabin when he opened the door. Claire told him Jan took Chloe. Ben wanted to stay behind in the cabin when Shawn wanted to get Claire out of there. Philip wanted to know what Jan wanted him to do. She said she wasn’t going to prison for kidnapping Chloe. He wanted to know what she wanted him to do. She said to bring her money, jet and gummie bears. He wanted to talk to Chloe. Jan said there wasn’t time. She told him not to go to the police if he wanted to see Chloe again. Philip met with Chloe and Jan. He said he got the jet ready to take her wherever she wanted to go. Jan told him to leave. He said he wasn’t going unless she let Chloe go. Jan said they had a problem.

Jan brought Claire and Chloe to the cabin where Claire tried to kill Ciara. Claire said she changed. Jan didn’t believe it. Claire asked why she brought her there. Jan said to remind her that she didn’t change. Jan said Belle confessed to killing Charlie. Claire said she could let them go and she could be with Shawn. Jan said there was a problem. She said they knew about the plan so she had to kill them. Trask told Belle to change her plea to guilty. Trask thought it should be easy for her to do that unless there was an angle. Belle told her to accept the confession. Trask said she would reject the confession if she didn’t confess. Shawn and Philip talked about Jan kidnapping Claire and Chloe. Philip wondered what Jan wanted with Chloe. Claire told Jan that she said she couldn’t kill her. Jan said Chloe would do it. Belle told Trask that changing her plea required a hearing. Trask said she was aware of that. Belle said there was no time. Trask said they could call Justin and get it over with. Trask asked if she was having second thoughts. Belle said she wouldn’t change. Ben went to see Clyde to talk about Ciara sending him divorce papers. Ben told him that he cheated on Ciara. Clyde wanted to know what he did. Ben said Claire kissed him, but he didn’t stop it. Clyde wanted to know why he was upset. Ben said Jordan kept telling him that he was cheating on Ciara. Jan asked how Chloe wanted to kill Claire. Chloe said she wasn’t shooting Claire. Claire told her to do it because Jan wasn’t giving her a choice. Chloe agreed to kill Claire.

Clyde told Ben to take some action with his marriage. Ben wanted to know what he was supposed to do. He said the only thing he could do was sign the papers. He said Ciara keeps calling him and he hasn’t returned her messages. Clyde told him to get on a plane and find Ciara. Belle told Shawn and Philip that Trask wanted her to confess to killing Charlie. Shawn said she was going to be locked up. Belle said it was the only way to rescue Claire. Philip said Chloe too. Jan handed Chloe a knife so she could kill Claire. Chloe asked if she wanted her to kill Claire with a knife. Jan said she wasn’t going to give her the gun so she could turn against her. Jan told Chloe to gut Claire like a fish. Shawn asked Belle if she was sure what she was doing. Belle said she was. Shawn said Jan wouldn’t hurt Claire because it would hurt him. Trask came in and told Belle she had to go to the courthouse for the hearing. Jan told Chloe to kill Claire. Claire begged her not to do it. Jan took the knife out of Chloe hand. Claire told Jan to let Chloe go. Ben told Clyde that Ciara didn’t remember loving him. He said she was with Theo. He said he had to let her decide what she wanted. Jan said she could let Chloe go. She said Chloe was in the way since no one knew she killed Charlie. Chloe said she wanted to go home with her son. Jan said she knew she killed Charlie so she was going to have to get rid of both of them.

Julie told Jack about inviting Xander into her family home. Xander said he was drunk the last time he was there because of Sarah breaking up with him. Julie didn’t like the idea of him being drunk. Ava told Rafe that Gabi wouldn’t like the fact that they slept together. Ava told him that Gabi told her to move out of the house. He said he was going to confront her about it. Gabi told Jake that they were supposed to get together, but he wanted to be with Kate. He told Gabi he wanted to be with her. She wanted to know why he didn’t tell Kate. He said Kate was scared and lying in bed. She wanted to know when he was going to tell her. He said he was going to tell her. Lucas said he wasn’t. Kate told Dr. Snyder that she was blind. She said when she came home after being attacked she saw Jake and Gabi together. While she was telling him about Jake and Gabi, he realized she didn’t have memory problems. He also realized she wasn’t blind. Sami and Nicole argued when Sami confronted her about cheating on Eric with Xander. Nicole told her that she cheated on her husband. Sami said she didn’t cheat on her husband. Nicole said she was talking about when she cheated on Rafe with EJ. Lucas told Jake that he wasn’t going to dump Kate while she was suffering. Kate admitted to Snyder that she wasn’t blind. She said she didn’t lose her memory. He wanted to know why she did it. She said when she woke up, Jake was talking about their future together. She told him that he wasn’t going to say a word to anyone.

Xander told Julie that his behavior at her establishment was unacceptable because he and Sarah broke up. He said he wasn’t in his right mind. He said he left. She said he stole a bottle of Scotch from her. Lucas confronted Jake and Gabi about not hurting Kate. He told them that they weren’t going to hurt her by telling her that they were together. Kate told Snyder that she was going to get him fired if he said anything about her not being blind. She asked if they had an understanding. Before Snyder could answer, Jake came in to see how everything was going. Gabi told Lucas that it was worse to lie to Kate about her and Jake not being together. While they were arguing, she told him she wanted him out of her house. Nicole went over to Rafe’s house and saw him with Ava. Nicole realized they slept together. Ava talked to Nicole about her and Rafe. Nicole told her Sami suspected that she cheated on Eric. Ava asked why. Nicole said she did. Ava wanted to know how she knew. Snyder confirmed with Jake that Kate was blind. Jake asked if it was permanent. Snyder said he was going to talk to a specialist. Jake asked about her memory loss. Snyder said he couldn’t give her a definitive diagnosis. Lucas went to see Sami and told her about Kate. He also told her Gabi kicked her out. He asked her if he could stay with her. Sami said he couldn’t after what they did. She told him she was going to prove that Nicole cheated on Eric.

Gwen was in for a shock when Dr. Snyder arrived at Jack’s place. Jack wanted to know what he wanted with Gwen. He lied about her prescription. He also threatened Gwen. Jack left them alone so she gave Dr. Snyder his package of drugs. She refused to help him get people hooked on drugs. He was going to tell Jack about her miscarriage if she didn’t do what he wanted. Allie was nervous about Kate. Sami assured her that she would make it. They talked about what Sami and Lucas went through in the wine cellar. Sami wanted to stay long enough to see Eric come home. Allie told her that he was going to stay longer. Allie told her how Nicole got wasted and stayed at the Salem Inn when she found out about Eric extending his stay. Sami thought about seeing Nicole with Xander. Sami told her to visit Kate and she would take Henry back to Nicole’s place. Sami called Nicole a liar. Lucas helped Kate eat. He hoped she would get her sight back soon. She thanked him for being there for her. She wondered why Jake wasn’t there. He told her that Jake was there all night. Kate assumed things between her and Jake hadn’t changed. Lucas confirmed what she suspected. Gabi found Jake in the hospital lobby. He told her that Kate was so upset that she needed a sedative. Gabi thought Kate was going to use her blindness to get to him. He assured her that it wouldn’t happen. He said that Kate didn’t remember walking in on them.

Lucas met with Jake and Gabi. He told him that his mother seemed depressed. He said the only thing helping her was the trip they were taking. Allie showed up when Dr. Snyder wanted to examine Kate. Gabi wanted to know if he was going to tell Kate about them. Dr. Snyder examined Kate and said there wasn’t anything wrong with her eyes. Kate said she wasn’t blind. He thought it was emotional blindness. She explained everything she went through. She informed him that she found her lover with another woman. Xander showed up at Nicole’s place and told her that he was moving in with her. She told him that he wasn’t doing that. She told him that Brady didn’t want to hire him. He said he was going to tell Sami what they did. He told her to make sure he got the job. He did say that he would find another place to stay. He left and Nicole wondered what she would do. Sami showed up at Nicole’s place. Nicole called Sami out when she wanted to make conversation about Eric. Sami confronted her about seeing her with Xander. Nicole lied to her and said Xander walked her to the room. Sami knew she didn’t spend the night alone. Sami said she slept with a man Eric hated. Rafe asked Ava some questions about happened in the interrogation room with Kristen. She explained what happened. Rafe said she was the only one who could have seen her. She asked him if he was accusing her of helping Kristen. Rafe apologized for what he implied. He believed her. He was tired of people lying to him.

Nicole told Rafe she could explain why she was with Xander. She said she needed to talk to him. Rafe wanted to know why. Xander said he needed to talk to her. Gabi and Ava got into an argument over Ava still being at Rafe’s house. Kayla told Jake that the swelling was off of Kate’s brain so they were taking her out of the coma. She said Kate would either be fine or have brain damage. Marlena went to see Susan. Marlena told her she was free to go. Susan was happy that she was free. Susan thought she would be arrested for helping Kristen. Marlena said she was able to convince the authorities that Kristen took advantage of her. Chad confronted Kristen about what she did to Kate and Chloe. Kristen said she didn’t want any of this to happen. She said she did it all for Brady. Chad said this was her idea of love. She said Brady wanted nothing to do with him. Chad thought she should have expected it after what she did. She said she needed his help. She said he was the only one who could make that happen. He asked if she was crazy. She said he had the money to help her escape. He asked if she wanted to hurt people again. She said to think about what their father would say. Susan apologized to Brady for what happened. Brady said her heart was in the right place. He said she believed Kristen’s lies. Susan wanted to make it up to him. Chad told Kristen that he knew she was in pain. He told her to find a purpose other than Brady. He told her to think of Rachel and how she’s going to need her. She said she thought about her every day. She said she had to find the good inside herself. He said it was there. He said he would be there for Rachel. Rafe told Nicole that she hated Xander. Nicole said she needed the help. Xander said he had a lot to offer and she would be happy to have him. Rafe thought something was going on more than a job. He wanted to know what it was.

He told her what happened with Kristen. Ava came in and saw Kristen dressed as Susan. Ava told her she wouldn’t get away with it. Kristen reminded her that she would be dead if she didn’t have Rolf bring her back to life. She told Ava that she owed her. Ava said she wasn’t helping her because Rafe would never forgive her. Kristen told her to keep her mouth shut and she would do the same. Rafe came in while Ava was trying to wake up “Kristen.” Rafe said it was Susan. He asked her what happened. Claire told Jan that something was in the trunk. Jan said no one was in the trunk. While they were talking, Jan told her she hoped Belle was confessing so she could be with Shawn. Claire said she wasn’t going to get him after he kidnapped hi daughter. Claire told her to let her go and take the deal that Belle gave her. They ended up hearing a noise again. Jan told her to pull the car over. Philip told Kristen that she lied about where Chloe was. Kristen said she wasn’t lying. Rafe went to see Sami and Lucas to find out how they got mixed up with Kristen. Jan told Claire she would check the trunk. She threatened to shoot Claire if she tried to leave. Brady asked Kristen what her plan was with Chloe. Kristen said she didn’t know. He asked if she told Xander to shoot her too. Xander wanted Nicole to meet him. He told her he needed money. She said that was his problem. He said Sami was supposed to give him money, but she double-crossed him. She said that was his problem. He said it was her problem because Sami saw them together. She asked if he wanted her to pay him the money. He said she would tell Sami what happened if she didn’t. Rafe asked how Sami and Lucas ended up in Kristen’s crosshairs. Rafe asked Lucas if he was protecting Sami. Rafe figured out that Kristen had something on her. He wanted to know what it was. She said he could get Kristen for other things. Sami said she didn’t know anything that could help him find Chloe. She asked him if he talked to Xander. Nicole wanted to know who the witness was. Philip asked Shawn to let him see the security footage so he could find Chloe. Jan told Chloe that she wasn’t going to shoot her. Claire tried to leave the car, but Jan came back too soon. Jan asked if she was going somewhere. Claire said she scared her. Claire asked what was in the trunk. Jan said a stowaway. Kristen said Brady’s love for her made her okay. He said he didn’t want to be loved like that. She wanted to know what he meant. He said she did too many things and he didn’t want to do it anymore. She asked him not to give up on her. She said she couldn’t blame everything on her because he admitted to having feelings for Chloe. Kristen said Chloe was trying to convince him that he was better off without her. She said the plan worked. He said his feelings for Chloe had nothing to do with why he couldn’t be with her. He said she was the reason. Nicole told Xander she couldn’t give him a job. She said Brady hated him more than she did. He said he could replace Chloe. Nicole wouldn’t go for it. He said he would tell Sami what they did. Nicole said she wouldn’t believe it. He said it didn’t matter. He said Sami would tell Eric. Rafe warned Sami and Lucas that whatever it was they were hiding was going to come out. Kristen wanted Brady to give her another chance. She asked him to think about their daughter. He said he was thinking about Rachel. He said as long as he’s with her, she would always be a threat. He said it broke his heart. He said he had to do it for his family. He told her it was over for good. While Philip and Shawn were looking at the security footage, Philip saw Kristen put Chloe in the trunk. They also saw Jan and Claire in the car. Claire begged Jan to let Chloe go. Jan said Chloe would sell her out to the police.

Lucas told Brady that Kate was in a coma because of Kristen. Philip confronted Kristen about what she did to Kate. He told her the police weren’t going to give her a deal. Xander told Sami that the money EJ sent him was gone. Ben told Shawn and Belle that Jan kidnapped Claire. Claire tried to convince Jan not to shoot her. Jan told Claire that she did care about her. She said Claire might be worth more to her alive than dead. Claire said she wouldn’t tell anyone she killed Charlie if she let her go. Jan flashed back to when she killed Charlie. Shawn realized he could track Claire’s phone. Ben said Claire’s car was in the driveway so she couldn’t have gotten far. Xander told Sami that she promised him $10 million. She said the deal was null and void now that Kristen was in prison. He said he wanted the money. She refused to give it to her. Lucas told Brady that they needed to find Chloe. Brady brought up that Lucas lied about having a brain tumor. Brady wanted to know why he did that. Lucas wanted to concentrate on finding Kristen. Brady assumed he was working with Kristen. Lucas said Kristen locked him and Sami up and had Xander try to kill them. Brady said he didn’t know that. Lucas said Brady was just as guilty. Philip told Kristen that Trask wasn’t giving him a deal. When Kristen started messing with him about Chloe being in love with Brady, he threatened to make her shut up. Brady showed up while Philip was choking her. Brady said he would get the truth out of her. Philip said he would get the truth out of her himself. When Philip left, Kristen apologized for running Brady off the road. He didn’t know what he was talking about. She said she was the one who ran him off the road. Xander asked if Sami was going to kill EJ. She said he didn’t earn the money. He said he earned it by not killing her. She said the police knew he was trying to kill her. He said he wanted the money. She told him to kill her. He said he would. Belle wanted to know what Jan was going to do to Claire. Jordan showed up to Ben again.

Jordan told Ben that she couldn’t leave him alone for an hour. She said Claire was going to die. He said he was going to find her. Jan called Shawn. She told him that she figured out she wasn’t going to keep their date. She said she thought the date wasn’t sincere. He said he knew she talked to Dr. Snyder. She said he tried to trick her into confessing. She said she had his daughter. He asked her not to take it out on Claire. She said Belle turned him against her like she always did. She told him to put Belle on the phone. Kristen told Brady that Kate attacked her when she found out she wasn’t Susan. He said he found out what he did to Lucas. He said he couldn’t believe he thought she changed. She said she would be away from him and Rachel if she didn’t get the deal. He wanted her to tell him where Chloe was if she loved him. He said he wanted to help her. She told him to remember that he wasn’t a decent human being. Kristen told Brady that she made a mess out of everything, but she did it out of love. Gwen pulled out the pills Dr. Snyder gave her. She saw Chad looking at her. She said they were painkillers. Chad said Jack asked him to check on her. He asked if there was anything he could do for her. She told him to stop feeling sorry for her. She said to go home to Abby. He said Abby left town. Gwen apologized for Abby leaving town. She said she would tell everyone that Abby didn’t push her down the stairs. She said she was was happy when she was pregnant. He said he was sorry that she lost the baby. She said she thought she would be good at being a mother. She said the baby would be her family. When Chad left, Gwen called Dr. Snyder and asked about the pills. He told her to do what he said. Ben saw Jordan waiting for him. She said she was his guilty conscience. She asked why he was cheating on his wife. She told him about kissing Claire. She said Ciara left town with Theo because he was a killer. She told him about finding comfort with the woman who tried to kill his wife. He said he would never give up on Ciara. Jan called Shawn while she pointed a gun at Claire. She told him she would meet him later.

Jan told Claire that Shawn and Belle tricked her into admitting that she killed Charlie. She told Claire that she snuck out of the hospital on Valentine’s Day. She said she saw Shawn give Belle the red coat. She said she saw Claire and Belle arguing with Charlie. She said she came up with the idea to kill Charlie when Belle threatened him. Jan said she stole Belle’s coat and went to Charlie’s place. She said she found the gun and shot him. She said she hid when she heard John. She said she ripped the button off Belle’s coat. She continued to tell Claire how she set up Belle. Jordan gave Ben a pen to sign the divorce papers. He threw the papers. He said there was nothing she could say that would change his mind. She told him to check his voicemail. He heard Claire’s message and left. Dr. Snyder told Belle that Jan was on to her and Shawn. Belle went to Shawn’s room at the Salem Inn. They thought Jan kidnapped Claire. Ben went to Claire’s house and saw it empty. He asked what Jan did to her.

Dr. Snyder told Gwen that he wasn’t comfortable knowing that she lied about when her baby died. She reminded him about doctor/patient confidentiality agreement. He said it would cost Abby her mental health. He was upset because Jan threw that up in his face too. He told her what Jan did. He threatened to expose her to Jack. He said they had to change their relationship if she wanted him to keep quiet. She told him that she would scream if he came near her. He didn’t want her. He wanted her to work for him. He let her get dressed and returned with a package for her to deliver. He told her that she had to do it every week. She refused to do that. He threatened to call Jack so she changed her mind. Claire tried to make Ben feel better about Ciara leaving. She suggested he leave her alone for a while. They ended up kissing. Things were heating up between them when Ben stopped them. He couldn’t do that to Ciara. Claire felt stupid, but Ben tried to make her feel better about it. She hoped she didn’t mess up their friendship. He apologized too and they agreed to put it behind them. Chad tried to convince Abby not to leave Salem, but she had to go. He wanted to work things out. She said she was overwhelmed. She said her life was ruined. He finally agreed to let her leave if that’s what she needed to do. She said she wouldn’t be gone long. He wanted her to see the love he had in his eyes for her. They kissed each other and she left. Jack called Chad so he could speak to Abby. Chad told him that he was too late. He said Abby left.

Jack showed up at the DiMera mansion to talk to Chad. He didn’t understand why Abby left without saying anything. He told Chad that Gwen lied. Chad told him that Abby said Gwen was lying. He said Abby felt guilty and knew Chad blamed her for what happened. Chad told him about what happened. Jack realized that Abby was right to leave. Shawn talked to Jan about Belle killing Charlie. She assured him that she wouldn’t leave him. She kissed him. He was surprised that she kissed him. Jan thought he still hated her. He said he had to keep it a secret for her sake. He wanted to get a room for them at the Salem Inn. She was excited at the idea of them being in a room together. He left to get the room. She thought about having sex with him. Dr. Snyder arrived and interrupted her fantasy. He confronted her about faking being in a coma. He told her that Belle and Shawn were asking about her coma so she realized she was being played. She realized she had to turn the tables on them. Belle went to see John at the hospital. She told him the judge wasn’t going to drop John’s recording. He said he was going to tell the jury that his mind isn’t right. She told him that she and Shawn were going to take care of Jan. Shawn called her and told her that Jan bought their argument. He said he almost ruined it when Jan kissed him. He said he said he was disgusted by the kiss. He told her how he got a room at the Salem Inn. She thought they went too far. Ben went back to his apartment and was surprised by who was there. Jan arrived at Belle and Shawn’s place. She pulled a gun out just as Shawn arrived.

Belle told Shawn that she didn’t have a defense for her case. He said they had footage of Jan walking around the hospital while she was supposed to be in a coma. Belle said that didn’t prove she killed Charlie. He said they had to make her confess to it. Jan talked to Trask about the case. Trask told her that Belle had a right to a trial just like her. Jan said that the evidence was admissible against Belle. Julie was upset at the idea of Gwen moving in the house. Jack tried to explain to her why Gwen was moving there. Julie told him how Gwen destroyed Abby’s life and shouldn’t be living there. He wanted her to give Gwen a chance. Abby let Chad and Gabi know that she was going to stay with her mother in Boston for a while. Chad asked her if she was leaving because of them. Gabi told him that Abby was leaving because of Gwen. She tried to talk Abby out of leaving town. She didn’t think she should leave town because of Gwen. Ben went to Belle and Shawn’s place and ran into Claire. He wanted to talk to Belle about the divorce papers that Ciara sent him. She told him about Belle’s trial coming up. He forgot about it and wanted to find another attorney. Claire stopped him from leaving and told him that she would help him. Ben told Claire that Ciara filed for divorce. Shawn told Belle that he would seduce Jan into a confession. Belle said she wasn’t going to let him seduce her. She said she would rather go to prison. Jan showed up while they were talking. Gabi told Abby that she shouldn’t leave. Gabi said she would keep an eye on Gwen. Abby thanked her for stopping her from stabbing Gwen. She said it wasn’t a wise move. Gabi left Abby and Chad alone to talk. Chad told Abby he didn’t want her to go. Jack told Julie that Gwen was his daughter. He said she suffered a terrible trauma. Julie said Gwen slept with her sister’s husband and got pregnant. Julie said that the men in the family believed every lie that came out of Gwen’s mouth. Julie left the room. Gwen told Jack that Julie was right. Gwen said she lied about what happened the day she lost the baby.

Julie ran into Gabi and told her that Jack moved Gwen into the house. Gabi wondered if he would be so fatherly if he knew he ran Abby out of town. Jack wanted to know what Gwen lied about. Gwen said Abby said terrible things to her before she fell. She said she wanted to hurt Abby as much as she hurt her. She said that was why she said Abby pushed her down the stairs. He asked what happened. Gwen told him what happened when she fell down the stairs. She said Abby didn’t push her. She said it was an accident. Belle pretended to argue with Shawn about someone framing her while Jan was watching them. Ben told Claire that he could convince Ciara not to divorce him. Claire said she wasn’t going to let him do that. He wanted her to give him the phone. She said he was going to push Ciara away. He said he had to do whatever it took to bring Ciara home. Gwen apologized for lying to Jack. She said Abby was right. She said it was her responsibility to protect her child. She said Julie was right about her finding somewhere else to live. Jack said she wasn’t leaving. Chad told Abby that he gave her reason to walk away from the marriage. He apologized. He said he believed her. He said he believed that she didn’t mean for Gwen to fall and lose her child. Abby thanked him for saying that. She said she didn’t know if she believed herself. Julie asked Gabi if Abby was really leaving. Gabi agreed with her. Gabi said Gwen ruined her life when she framed her for drugging Abby. Shawn and Belle continued to argue in front of Jan. Belle ended up leaving. Belle ran into Trask. Trask asked her if she was enjoying her last days of freedom. Jan apologized to Shawn for what Belle did. He told her that Belle shouldn’t have killed Charlie despite what he did. Claire told Ben that he understood that he wanted to bring Ciara back but ambushing her wasn’t the way. She said he needed to trust that Ciara would come back to him. He asked what would happen if that didn’t happen. Jack told Gwen she wasn’t leaving. He said she was his daughter and they were family. He said owned her mistakes and told him the truth. He said when she had faith in herself, she and Abby would get along. He said she would find joy in her life. He said she wasn’t alone anymore. Julie showed up and told Jack that Abby was leaving town. Abby told Chad that she wanted Gwen’s baby gone when she found out she was pregnant. She said she grabbed Gwen and told her to get out of her life. She said his baby was gone. He said she was upset about the pregnancy. She said she let her anger for Gwen ruin an innocent baby’s life. She said he looked at her like a stranger. She said she let Gwen turn her into someone she didn’t want to be. Gwen went to see Dr. Snyder. He told her that she lied about her miscarriage. He said he wasn’t comfortable about it. Trask told Belle that she was going to go down for Charlie’s murder.

Lani confronted Kristen about who she really was. Lani said she loved her, but she had to arrest her. Kristen said she should have known she couldn’t fool her. Lani said everyone knew what she has done. Kristen wanted to meet Lani’s twins. Marlena told Brady that Kate was in a coma because of Kristen. He asked her about Chloe. Marlena said she couldn’t get in touch with her. He asked her about Lucas. She told him Lucas was dying from a tumor. Brady was shocked. She said she didn’t think it was true. He wanted to know why Lucas would say that. She said Sami put her up to it. Lucas and Sami told Xander that they kept Kristen’s secret so there was no reason why she would want them dead. Xander said she didn’t trust them anymore. Gabi told Philip that she and Jake were back together. She told him she wasn’t sure if they were together because of Kate. Jake told Gabi that he was afraid that she wasn’t going to come out of it. Xander told Lucas and Sami that it was Philip’s fault that he had to work with Kristen. He said Philip got was the reason why he didn’t have a job anymore so he had to do it. He asked who wanted to go first. She said she would double whatever Kristen was paying him. He said it was a tempting offer. He said he wanted $10,000,000. Marlena told Brady that Sami dressed up like a man to convince Chloe that Lucas was dying. Brady wanted to know why. Marlena told him she didn’t know. She said Sami and Lucas wanted Chloe to go with him to Antarctica. Brady thought Kristen wanted Chloe out of the way. Gabi tried to comfort Jake about Kate. She told him that he wanted to be with her before Kate was in a coma. She didn’t expect him to want to be with her now that Kate is in a coma.

Jake told Gabi that he loved her. He said despite everything that was going on, she was the woman he wanted to be with. Kristen told Lani that she was afraid that she was going to lose Rachel. Lani said she would always be in Rachel’s heart. Kristen said she wouldn’t be in Brady’s. She said she didn’t mean to hurt Kate. She said she was afraid that she was going to lose Brady. She apologized to Lani. Lani wanted to know why. Kristen said she must hate having her as a friend. Sami agreed to pay Xander the money to keep her and Lucas safe. She told him she had to get EJ to sign for the money. Xander wanted to know why EJ wouldn’t want to save the two of them. Kristen told Lani that she was her friend. She said she had to arrest Kristen. Brady told Marlena that he needed to find Chloe. He asked Marlena to go to the DiMera mansion to see if anyone has seen Chloe. Sami called EJ to tell him she needed $10 million dollars. Marlena asked Brady how he felt about Chloe. He said he cared about her. He said he couldn’t live with himself if anything happened to her. Marlena said she would check with Lucas to see if he heard from her. Xander got the money from EJ. Lucas asked if they were good. Xander said he was a man of his word. Sami wanted to know what he was going to tell Kristen. Xander said it was his concern. Xander left the room. When Sami and Lucas were about to leave, she stopped him. She said EJ was going to want to know why they needed the money. Lucas told her to tell him whatever he wanted. He said not to tell him that they slept together or he would kill them himself.

Sami and Lucas argued over sleeping together. She blamed him for why they slept together. Rafe blamed himself for why Kristen was on the loose. Gabi tried to tell him it wasn’t his fault, but he said he should have listened to Lucas when he told him about Kate. Nicole went to Xander’s room to get her wedding ring. Kristen hid in the bathroom before Nicole could see her. Nicole told Xander no one must know that they slept together. Sami admitted that she shouldn’t have slept with Lucas. She said it wasn’t his responsibility to stop her from cheating on her husband. Lucas teased her for admitting that he was right. Kristen overheard Nicole telling Xander not to tell anyone that they slept together. He agreed not to say anything. Lucas’ phone started to ring. Nicole wanted to know if someone was in the room. Eli told Lani that Kristen escaped prison. He said she switched places with Susan. Lani wanted to know when that happened. He said February. He said she thought Chloe was trying to be with Brady so she switched. Lani told him that when she went to see Kristen, Kristen was acting funny. Lani said she hasn’t heard from Kristen. He said Kristen was in a lot of trouble. He said she kidnapped and assaulted Kate. Rafe told Gabi that he was going to go to the DiMera mansion to see what was going on. Gabi said she was going with him. Lucas told Sami that he was worried about Kate. Sami said Kate was going to be okay. Xander told Nicole that his phone was the one that was ringing. She reminded him that she no one could know about them. When Nicole left, Kristen told him about helping her. He said he wasn’t doing it. She said he was broke and she knew information about them. He said he didn’t care if it came out. He said Nicole was the one who didn’t want it to come out. He said he would pay money to see Eric’s face when he found out they slept together. He said she would have to kill people on her own.

Xander let Kristen know that he wasn’t going to help her. She said she couldn’t kill everyone on her own. He said she would have to. He told her it was time to leave. Nicole went to see Ava. Nicole told her she made a terrible mistake. Ava wanted to know what was wrong. Nicole said she and Eric got in an argument. She said she ended up getting drunk and cheated on him. Eli told Lani that Kate was in a coma because of Kristen. Lani said she understood what she did to Haley, but she didn’t understand why she did this. He said he wanted Kristen in custody. Lani said she hasn’t reached out to her. He asked what would happen if she did. Lani said she wouldn’t take the risk. She said she would never hurt the twins. He offered to take them to Abe’s place. Rafe and Gabi went to the DiMera mansion. He wanted to check the rest of the house. Ava asked who Nicole cheated on Eric with. Nicole said it didn’t matter. Ava said she wished she called before she did it. Nicole said she didn’t want to interrupt her date. Ava said she and Rafe would have been okay. Nicole said she made a terrible mistake. The manager at the Inn told Xander he had until the end of the day to pay the rent or he was out. Kristen offered him money to solve his problem. She said she needed proof that Sami and Lucas were dead. Rafe and Gabi saw Xander at the mansion. Xander said he was there to ask Jake for a job. Kristen listened to the message Rafe left for him. He said Kate was in a coma and Kristen was the one who did it. Sami and Lucas started arguing about wanting to get out of the cellar. Xander came in the room. Sami and Lucas thought they were getting rescued, but Xander said he had other plans for them.
