Tripp told Allie that Johnny almost slept with Chanel. Allie was upset about it. She said her brother was the love them and leave them type. She thought Chanel was going to end up getting hurt. She wanted to talk to Johnny about what he was doing. Chanel and Johnny made out at the DiMera mansion. Allie showed up before they could do anything. She called Johnny a player. He said he didn’t appreciate her insulting him in front of Chanel. He wanted her to leave. She refused to leave. Allie and Johnny argued with each other so Chanel decided to leave. When Chanel left, he asked Allie if she was jealous. She said she wasn’t. He didn’t believe her. He said she didn’t believe it either. Chloe called Philip and told him she and Brady had to make an emergency landing on the way to New York. She said they were stranded at a motel. Philip was upset, but she told him it was one night. Philip talked to Belle about Brady still being after Chloe. Belle thought it was funny that Philip thought Brady caused the plane problems. Philip wanted her to call the pilot to find out if Brady bribed him. Belle told him he sounded desperate. Philip said he was. Philip told Belle that he couldn’t lose Chloe. He said he lost her to Brady before. Belle took the phone before Philip could fly to Chloe. Belle said he would look crazy flying there. She told him to hide his jealousy and relax.

Brady went to Chloe’s room. He said a couple was in his room having sex and the motel was double booked. There weren’t any other rooms available. He asked to stay with her. She wanted to know if he planned it. He said that was something Philip would do. He said he would sleep in the lobby if it would help her. Chloe told Brady he could stay in her room. She knew Philip wouldn’t like it. Brady told her not to say anything. She said she was over him, but Philip still didn’t like it. She wanted to know why he invited her to go with him. He said he liked spending time with her. She said that was an issue since she had a boyfriend. Chloe told Brady that he had his chance to be with her, but he chose to be with Kristen. She told him that she stayed away from him, but he wouldn’t do the same. Brady tried to sleep in the chair, but he was having trouble. She told him to share the bed with her. He put a blanket between them. She watched him before she turned away from him. Philip thought Brady was going to try something with Chloe. He got a plane so he could go to Chloe.

Chad talked to Jack about Abby. He wondered if he heard from her. Jack let him know when he talked to her. Melinda ripped into EJ for getting the charges against Xander dropped. He told her he was better than her. She thought he used his family influence to get what he wanted. She was determined to make him pay for getting Xander off. He wasn’t afraid of her threat. Chad told Jack that he missed Abby. He said she wouldn’t make a plan for him and the kids to see her. He wanted to know if Jack could get in touch with her. Jack said she was treating him the same way. Chad said it seemed as if she didn’t want to see him. He was worried that his marriage was over. Chanel was surprised when she found out Allie and Johnny were siblings. She couldn’t get over it. Melinda told EJ how Kristen killed her daughter. EJ didn’t want to hear what Melinda had to say and told her to get out. Xander was with Gwen when EJ called him. He told him that he was off the hook. Chad continued to talk to Jack about Abby. Xander wanted to keep his relationship with Gwen a secret. She didn’t think it could stay a secret

Calista thought Bonnie was after Justin. She wasn’t sure she believed her. She told her that she wasn’t going to marry Justin until she paid her the money she owed her. Bonnie said she didn’t have the money. Calista said she was going to tell Justin that she killed her husband Harrison. Bonnie got scared and thought she was shot when Justin opened a champagne bottle. She had to come up with a lie to get Justin to believe what happened. Chanel told Allie that Paulina was the one who told Johnny that she kissed her. Johnny said it sounded like they were still into each other. Tripp didn’t see to like the idea of them being interested in each other. Melinda told Xander he was free to go. She told him about the money that was in his case. Johnny told Tripp that he was just wondering if something was going on with Chanel and Allie. Allie got upset with Johnny and wondered when he became EJ. EJ told Melinda that she would waste her time if she went to a judge about the money. She decided to give him the money and pay for the tickets. After Melinda left, EJ reminded Xander that the money was his. Calista wanted to stay at the Kiriakis mansion, but Bonnie told her that she would have to stay at the Salem Inn. Chanel still couldn’t get over the fact that Johnny was Allie’s brother. He thought things would get complicated. Tripp wanted to know if Allie was upset that Johnny was dating Chanel. Jack begged Chad not to leave Abby. EJ wanted his money from Xander. He said that he wouldn’t give it back until he got him the job at Titan. EJ told him that he came through for him with everything else.

EJ met with Xander to talk to him about getting his money back from Sami. He let Xander know that he knew he was paid to expose his affair with Nicole. Xander admitted that he still had the money. He was willing to help him if he gave him the money back. Jack and Julie went back and forth about whether Xander was covering for Gwen. Jack was sure that Xander didn’t have a reason to cover for Gwen. Julie shocked him by telling him that they almost had sex on the couch. She walked off so Jack wanted an explanation. She told him that it just happened. EJ knew Xander needed a lawyer to help him with his case. Xander thought he could get Justin to help him. He reminded him that he never won a case. Gwen appreciated Jack defending her. He said she didn’t do anything wrong and that it was on Xander. She reminded him that he forgave her and that Xander deserved a second chance. He wanted to know why she was defending him.   EJ gave Xander the run down of his charges. EJ told him that his name could make a difference in helping him. He said Xander would get a slap on the wrist if he helped him as long as he gave him the money. Xander said he would have nothing without the money. He wouldn’t have any job prospects or nothing. EJ was about to leave when Xander stopped him.

Gwen tried to explain what happened with Xander. Jack couldn’t forgive Xander for putting her in danger. He said he just found her and didn’t want to lose her. He told her that she was his daughter and he loved her. Xander said he was willing to keep half of the money. EJ told him that he would serve half his sentence. He wanted to have something. EJ said he could reinstate him at Basic Black since the DiMeras own the company. EJ had a contract waiting for him to sign. He was willing to represent him and guaranteed that he wouldn’t go to jail if he signed the contract. He wanted to know if they had a deal. Paulina ran into Julie at the town square. She apologized to Julie for what she was willing to do to the town square. She forgave Paulina for what happened.

Gabi found Sami’s necklace outside of Rafe’s house. Gabi asked if it was Ava’s. Ava said it wasn’t hers. Gabi said it might be Rafe’s secret girlfriend’s. Ava and Gabi argued with each other. Gabi said the necklace might belong to someone Rafe was interested in. Gabi suggested it could be Nicole’s. Ava said Nicole was her friend and wasn’t interested in Rafe. Nicole cried as she took off her wedding ring. Rafe came in to cheer her up. She told him she couldn’t go to work. She said she couldn’t hide from Holly that she was upset. He comforted her. He told her she didn’t need a man to show how great she was. He told her to move on with her life. Lucas told Allie about what happened with him, Sami and EJ’s letter. Lucas got a message from Belle. She told him the charges against Allie were dropped. Allie was free to go. EJ burned Kristen’s letter. He believed his marriage was over. Chad came in and wanted to talk about the deal he closed. EJ didn’t want to talk about it. EJ said Sami was gone and wasn’t coming back. Chad told EJ that he was sorry to hear about Sami and Lucas. EJ called Chad out for being a cheater as well. Chad told him both of their marriages were worthy of saving. EJ apologized for taking his anger out on him. He said he was going to focus on being CEO.

Allie brought Henry to the DiMera mansion. EJ was happy to see them. She said she knew what happened between him and Sami. She said Sami loved him. She asked if he could forgive Sami. EJ said Sami wasn’t around even if he wanted to forgive her. He said he didn’t know where she was. He said she went to talk to Gabi. Allie went to Rafe’s place to ask Gabi about Sami. The door to the tunnel in the DiMera mansion opened up. EJ was shocked by what he saw. Eli tried to convince Lani to forgive Paulina. He said she should do it for herself. Lani said she would try. She said she needed to know why Paulina ran hot and cold her entire life. He told her to get answers from Paulina. Paulina reminded Olivia that Lani was her daughter. Olivia said they didn’t have a choice but to let Tamara raise Lani. Olivia said Paulina’s ex was abusive. Paulina said she thought Ray was going to kill her. She said she knew if he found out, he would never let go. Olivia said Lani would have been safe with Tamara. Paulina said she couldn’t tell Lani the truth. She said she had to keep her distance. Paulina said she felt bad for not doing things with Lani. Olivia felt bad for Paulina but she thought Lani would be hurt if she found out her life was a lie.

Shawn and Theo came in the cabin. Theo went to Ciara. Ben watched Theo hug Ciara. Theo yelled at Ben. Ciara stopped Theo from yelling at Ben. She told Theo that being at the cabin helped her remember her love for Ben. She wanted to talk to Theo alone. Shawn told Ben that Allie and Claire were arrested for helping him. Ben thought they turned him in to the police. He said he took responsibility for his actions. He said he would have done it over again because the plan worked. Shawn said he and Ciara belonged together. Shawn said he was sorry that Theo got hurt. Ciara apologized to Theo. She said she felt like she used him. He said he didn’t feel that way. He said he knew she would remember Ben one day. He said he was hoping that he could make her love him that her love for Ben wouldn’t matter. She gave him back the engagement ring. Ciara tried to let him down easy, but he couldn’t love anyone the way he loved her. He left so he could wait for Shawn in the car. Ciara went back to the cabin and asked Shawn to take Theo to Abe’s. She told Shawn it wasn’t a kidnapping. Shawn said the charges against Claire and Allie would be dropped.

Ben told Ciara that the worst was over. She was upset that she hurt Theo. Ben said they were victims of circumstance. They talked about everything that happened. She couldn’t believe he never gave up on her. He said he never would. He said they were meant to be together. Eli told Lani and Abe that Paulina’s reward offer helped Shawn find Ben. Abe was grateful, but Lani’s opinion didn’t change. Eli agreed with Lani. When Eli found out that Ben and Ciara were found, he suggested that he and Lani went home. Abe said he was going to find out what happened at the cabin. Paulina opened her door and wanted to know what the woman was doing there. The woman asked if that was a way to treat her mother. Paulina apologized to Olivia. Paulina was shocked she knew where she lived. Olivia said Paulina’s assistant told her. Olivia told Paulina that her sister was upset with her. Olivia said they wanted her away from Lani. Olivia and Paulina got in an argument. Olivia said Paulina promised to stay away from Tamara’s daughter. Paulina said they both knew Lani wasn’t Tamara’s daughter. Paulina said she was her daughter.

EJ told Chad that Johnny was home. Chad was surprised since he just talked to him and he didn’t mention it. EJ told him about Johnny wanting money to finance his film. Chad wondered what happened. EJ let him know what happened. He wondered if Chad could persuade Johnny to work for the company. Chad wondered what was in it for him. Claire met with Theo at the pub. She offered him some coffee to make up for what she did. He didn’t want to take it. He blamed her for helping ruin his wedding. She explained why she helped Ben. He told her how Ciara got her memory back and he was back to being her friend. He thanked her because she did warn him not to be with Ciara if she got her memory back. Ciara let Ben know that she didn’t sleep with Theo. He was glad she didn’t sleep with him. She knew he was faithful to her and was thankful for that. He told her that he had to tell her something. EJ wondered why Chad needed something in order to talk to Johnny. He reminded him how he didn’t want anything to do with the company when he took over. He also said that he wanted the company to be a legacy for his children. EJ told him that they were too young. Chad said they would be grown in a blink of an eye. Johnny walked in the room and was happy to see Chad.

Theo told Claire how he was going back home because there were problems at work. The company lost their social media manager. Claire offered to take the position. Ciara wasn’t happy when she found out that Ben kissed Claire. He explained that it was just one kiss. He didn’t want her to be mad at Claire. She realized that she was terrible to Claire when she lost her memory. She thought she should go apologize to her for the way she treated her. Chad thought Johnny should follow his own path instead of working at DiMera Enterprises. Johnny was glad that he agreed with him. EJ wasn’t thrilled that Chad didn’t back him up. Theo was surprised Claire wanted to work with him and JJ. He wondered if she could start right away. She asked him if she could do the job from there. He told her that she would have to go with him. EJ refused to make it possible for DiMera Enterprises to include a media section. Johnny was upset with EJ. They started arguing until Johnny left. EJ reminded Chad how he didn’t back him up. He reminded EJ about how he helped him with Jake and then he tried to be the sole CEO of the company.

He also told her about Sami and Lucas having an affair. EJ told Johnny about Sami being with Lucas. Johnny wondered why Sami wasn’t banging down the door trying to make things right with him. He didn’t know and didn’t care. Johnny thought he was being harsh so he apologized for the way he talked about her. He wasn’t sure where Sami was. EJ wondered why at he was up to so he said he was looking for investors for his movie. Olivia warned Paulina not to tell Lani that she’s her mother. Allie went to see John and Marlena and wondered what happened with Sami. Marlena told her how they found out about Sami and Lucas. Allie said that no one knew what happened to Sami. EJ was surprised that Johnny was looking for investments for a movie. EJ wanted him to work for him instead of doing the movie. Paulina told Olivia that Lani was willing to forgive her as long as there were no more secrets between them. Olivia thought she was just helping herself. Johnny didn’t want to work for DiMera Enterprises. He wanted to make movies. EJ and Johnny ended up arguing over what he should do. Johnny said he would ask Sami and EJ said good luck finding her. Paulina told Lani that she didn’t have any more secrets. Lani agreed to forgive her. Paulina said she learned her lesson and would make up for letting her down. Lani just wanted her to be honest with her. Marlena assured Allie that John would find out where Sami was. Marlena said Sami knew how to take care of herself. Shawn thought she was a hustler too. Shawn warned her not to send the money. Theo told her about Ben being the Necktie Killer. She decided to send the money to the woman. Ciara started to remember being with Ben. All of her memories came flooding back and she kissed him. Ciara told Ben that she remembered everything. He couldn’t believe the day finally came. She couldn’t believe he didn’t stop fighting for her. She realized she said horrible things to him. She told him how she deliberately wanted to marry Theo on their wedding anniversary.

Shawn thought Paulina was conned until the person called her. Steve told Jack that Dr. Snyder was dealing drugs and Gwen was helping him. Jack couldn’t believe that Gwen would get involved with a drug dealer when her mother was hooked on drugs. Xander and Gwen talked about Dr. Snyder. He had to come up with a story since she was the one who told Julie that Dr. Snyder was his friend. Paulina told Shawn and Theo where the witness saw Ben taking Ciara. Belle went to the police department to demand that Eli let Claire and Allie go. He said he would let them go if they told him where Ben and Ciara were. Eli said it wasn’t going to end until Theo got his bride back. Belle said he was making it personal. Eli said Theo was family. Belle reminded him that Allie and Claire were family. He said Ben committed a crime. He wanted Belle to get Allie and Claire to talk. Belle and Eli went to talk to Allie and Claire. Allie and Claire refused to talk. Belle asked Eli if she could talk to Allie and Claire alone. When Eli left, Belle told them they could go to prison. Belle asked if they were willing to risk their lives for Ben. Abe and Theo saw a reward for information on Ben and Ciara. They thought Victor put up the reward, but it wasn’t him. It turned out to be Paulina. Paulina said she had to do something. Theo and Abe were grateful for what she did. Lani wanted Paulina to leave her family alone. Lani thought the reward money was irresponsible. She said it made the police’s job harder. Lani wanted to know who put the posters up. Paulina admitted she did it. Lani accused her of trying to buy forgiveness. Lani said they didn’t need her help. Theo tried to defend Paulina to her. She didn’t want to hear it. She told Paulina to go away.

Abe told Lani she was mean to Paulina. Abe and Lani argued until Theo told her to focus on finding Ciara. When Theo left, Abe asked Lani why she couldn’t let Paulina make amends. Ciara told Ben that she wanted to leave the cabin. He told her the car broke down. She was determined to leave. He told her to get the food out of the car before she took the long walk. When Ciara brought the cooler in the cabin, there was Chinese food inside. Ben told Ciara that they ate Chinese food on their first date. She was willing to eat it, but it wouldn’t make her fall in love with him. He accepted defeat. He said he wouldn’t stand in the way of her going back to Salem. She said she would send help for him. She told him to never do anything like that again. He said he wouldn’t do it. Ben told Ciara that he did what he did because he found the woman he waited for all his life. He said she shine the light on the darkest place of his life. He said he took the advice of a fortune cookie to follow his heart when she was missing. He handed her a cookie. He said whatever she found inside would help her remember that they were meant to be together. He said opening the cookie would be the last thing he asked her to do. Ciara read the fortune. Ciara was about to leave the cabin when she suddenly had flashbacks of her life with Ben. He asked if she was starting to remember. She said she wasn’t. She ran to the door. He called out for her not to leave. He said he knew she was remembering. She thought about Ben proposing to her.

EJ called Kristen and let her know that he got her letter. She asked him what he was going to do about Sami. He told Kristen that he threw Sami out. He said he wasn’t forgiving her. When he got off the phone, he looked at the necklace he bought for Sami. Sami yelled at Lucas for taking the letter out of the fire. She blamed him for EJ finding out the truth. Lucas said he tried to stop EJ from finding out. She thought Lucas put Philip up to doing his dirty work. He told Sami that he was upset about her and EJ being together. He said he talked to Philip about it. He told her that he didn’t go along with Philip’s plan. Lucas apologized for what happened. He said he loved her. He thought it was their chance to be together. She said her marriage wasn’t over. She said she would make EJ come around. When EJ went to the living room, he wondered why Lucas was still there. Sami said he was leaving. Lucas told her they weren’t finished. She said they were done. Lucas ended up leaving. EJ showed Sami the necklace he bought and dropped it. He said it was payment for services rendered. Sami picked up the necklace. She refused to leave the mansion. Sami told EJ that Gabi would let her stay. He told her she could stay until hell froze over. He said it wouldn’t make a difference to him or how he felt. She said she knew he loved her. She said he couldn’t get rid of her that easily. When she left, he promised Stefano’s portrait that Sami wouldn’t get away with what she did to him.

Gabi told Jake that she made a modification to Philip’s computer. She said she put a keylogger on his computer so she would be able to see every keystroke he made. She said they would be able to get information so they would be able to sabotage Philip. Jake loved her plan. Gabi told Jake when they got Philip out she would be CEO. Jake said he could take the job. She was offended when he said he would take the spot. Their argument turned sensual. They went to make love. Lucas went to Philip’s office. Lucas told him what happened. Philip said he would fix it for him. Lucas told him to leave it alone because he didn’t stand a chance with Sami. Philip said Sami was making a mistake giving up a man like Lucas. Ava went to Nicole’s apartment and asked if she was interrupting her and Rafe. Nicole told her what Sami did to her marriage. Nicole told her what she did to get even. Nicole wanted to know why Ava was there. Ava asked her for a job. Nicole thought it was a great idea. Sami went to Rafe’s house to see Gabi. Philip found Gabi at his computer in his office. He asked her what she was doing in his office. She lied and said her laptop wasn’t working. While he was talking to her, she took the flash drive out of the computer. She asked him to hire Jake. She said he could give them information on the competition. Philip asked if she had a motive. She said she didn’t. Philip said he would think about it. Ciara went back to the cabin because she forgot her phone. She used Ben’s phone to call an ambulance for him. She said she was going to her wedding. She couldn’t get service. He told her his ankle was sprained. She said she was leaving after she wrapped his ankle. Ciara set Ben’s leg in the splint. He thanked her. He told her he brought her to the cabin when she was hurt. He said she trusted him to take care of her. She looked as if she had a memory. She said she didn’t remember anything. She said she didn’t want Theo to worry about her. She said she would send for help when she got to Salem. She said she would be Mrs. Ciara Carver the next time he saw her.

Sami and Nicole got in an argument. Sami grabbed for Nicole’s neck. Rafe stopped them from arguing. Nicole said she wouldn’t have give EJ the letter if Sami hadn’t exposed her affair first. Sami asked how she got the letter. Nicole refused to tell her. Rafe said she got the letter from Philip. Sami warned her that it wasn’t over. Sami left the apartment. Nicole apologized to Rafe for getting him in the middle of her argument with Sami. Nicole said what she did to Sami didn’t make her feel better. She said she lost her husband and was alone. Rafe said he would be there for her. She said she didn’t know what she would do without him. When he put his arms around her, Ava walked in and saw them. EJ went to the DiMera mansion. EJ said his mistress wasn’t there. EJ said he and Sami lied to him for the last time. EJ and Lucas got into an argument. Lucas said he came over because he thought he was going to kill Sami. EJ said he wouldn’t hurt her. He said he would hurt Lucas. Lucas dared him to hurt him. Sami came in and stopped EJ from attacking Lucas. EJ pulled back the letter and said Lucas wasn’t worth it. He told Sami that Harold was packing up her stuff. He said he wanted her gone and out of his life. When EJ left, she said she should have let EJ kill him.

She knew it was the biggest mistake of her life. EJ wanted to know if she was with him one time and she said it was one time. Sami believed they could get past what she did. She called him the love of her life. She asked him if he could get past it. He said they could have if she told him the truth. She said she told him the truth. He told her about the letter he got from Kristen. Lucas was upset and knew he should have got rid of the letter. Philip said it wasn’t his fault. Lucas said it was his fault because EJ wouldn’t have got the letter if he threw it away. He wanted to make sure that Nicole still had the letter. Ciara wanted to get out of the limo. She didn’t want to entertain his fantasies any longer. She wanted to get out of the car and get back to Theo. Ben was happy that she couldn’t get in touch with Theo. Theo demanded answers from Claire. He wanted to know what Ciara was. Claire and Allie didn’t want to say anything. Lani threatened to arrest them if they didn’t tell where Ben took Ciara.

Belle told Claire and Allie that they needed to tell what they knew. Claire reminded Shawn that Ciara is his sister so he should help. Ciara couldn’t believe Ben took her to the cabin where she almost died. She noticed that the place looked different. He said he fixed it up. Nicole continued to talk to Rafe about what happened. Lucas showed up at her place looking for the letter. He asked her for the letter. She said it was too late because she gave it to him. EJ told Sami about the letter he got from Kristen. He read the letter to her. EJ knew she didn’t cheat on him just once. He called her out for lying to him about cheating. Sami told EJ that Kristen lied. He didn’t believe that Kristen and Nicole lied. He yelled at her for what she did. She admitted what she did and said it would never happen again. She explained how it happened. Nicole told Lucas that she gave EJ the letter a while ago. He was worried about Sami, but she thought they would get back together. Rafe thought Nicole was with Lucas, but she told him it was Xander. Lani planned to take Claire and Allie to the station. Belle wanted to know if it had to be done. Shawn said they had to get arrested because they refused to help. Lani read them their rights. Sami reminded EJ that she cheated on her with Abby. He said it wasn’t the same thing because they weren’t married. They ended up arguing again. She reminded him about the way he treated her. Lani and Shawn demanded answers from Claire and Allie. They didn’t tell them anything. Claire asked Belle to represent them. Ciara knocked Ben down and he twisted his ankle. He tried to stop her, but he couldn’t stand. She wanted to get to her wedding so he gave up. She took the keys and left the cabin. She ended up going back to the cabin to check on him.
