Ashland and Tara Locke arrive in town and Ashland meets Kyle and Summer. Kyle worries that Sally will tell Tara that she knows Kyle is Harrison’s father. Sally asks Kyle not to interfere with Jack or she just might tell Ashland Locke that he is Harrison’s father. The three bidders that want to buy Ashland’s company make their pitch to him and he has to decide to whom he will sell his company. Victoria tells Billy that she wants to buy the company so he doesn’t go to war with Victor. Victor is stunned to learn from Ashland that Victoria wants to buy his company.

Billy finds out that Victoria is the third bidder for Ashland Locke’s media company. Nikki figures out Victoria wants to buy the company because she wants Billy back and she wants to sell the company to Billy if she wins the bid. Victoria insists she just wants to stop an all-out war between Adam, Victor, and Billy. The three bidders practice their pitches and then get a call that Ashland Locke has arrived in town. Nick tells Faith that the girl who put the vodka bottle in her locker has confessed and has been suspended by the school. Faith can now return to school with a clean record although she is nervous she is determined to face the bullies. Sharon is worried when another gift from Adam is missing. Sharon tells Nick that she thinks Faith might be bipolar since she might be stealing things which is a symptom when bipolar disorder first manifests itself. Chelsea texts Chloe, and once they are alone she stands for a minute and then talks to Chloe. Chelsea asks Chloe to hide a duffle bag for her and explains her plan to get free of Adam.

Billy and Lily spend the day trying to figure out the identity of their competition. Devon tells Abby about his complicated love life. Abby is excited because they are going to retrieve her eggs tomorrow. Kyle decides to forget about Tara Locke and let his son have a happy life. Jack and Sally go on a skating date and later have coffee at Crimson Lights. Jack tries to explain to Sally why Phyllis is protective of Summer and all the people she loves. Jack also explains his complicated relationship with Phyllis. Kyle and Summer are stunned when they see Jack and Sally’s first kiss.

Jack asks Sally what she dreams of for the future. Sally says she wants to have her own fashion house and love in her life. Summer advises Kyle to tell Jack about his affair with Tara Locke but leave out the part about being the father of her son for now. Summer thinks talking to Jack will help Kyle decide what to do. Kyle goes to talk to Jack but interrupts his date with Sally, so he decides not to talk to Jack. Sally wants to be friends with Summer, but Simmer tells her she has enough friends. Adam tells Chelsea about the job Victor offered him and that he may accept the job offer. Adam leaves for a meeting with Victor and Chelsea slowly pushes her chair with her left hand until she pushes the chair close to the coffee table before she needs to rest. Billy asks Jill to give him money to outbid Victor and buy Ashland Locke’s media company and she says no so he heads back to Chancellor Communications to talk to Lily. Victoria tells Lily that her relationship with Billy won’t last long because he will get restless and leave her. Lily tells Victoria she knows she wants Billy back even though she denies it. Billy talks to Lily later and persuades Lily to bid for Ashland’s company if he can find an investor to give them the money they need to bid for the company. Victoria calls Ashland Locke and tells him she will beat any other offers he has for his company.

Devon tells Elena that he is confused about his feelings since he thinks his relationship with Amanda could be really special. Elena has a talk with Nate and tells him he is a wonderful man but she has never stopped loving Devon. Sally gives Jack a jacket and later they have dinner at Jack’s house. Kyle tells Sally to stay away from his father because he doesn’t want him hurt again by a woman like her. Lauren tells Jack that Phyllis is worried about his relationship with Sally. Jack tells Phyllis she shouldn’t have invaded Sally’s privacy. Jack also tells Phyllis he can take care of himself. Abby has a long discussion with the baby Chancellor crew and she decides to ask Mariah and Tessa to move into the Chancellor mansion so she can experience every part of Mariah’s pregnancy with her. Kyle tells Summer about his son with Tara Locke and Summer takes some time to think and later tells Kyle they will face whatever comes together.

Nick tells Faith that with Lola’s help, they figured out who took the picture of Adam and Sharon kissing. Nick tells Faith that he reported the girl to the dean of Walnut Grove since the girl is a student there. Faith has an honest talk with Nick and Sharon and tells them that Jordan did push her to make bad decisions. Faith gives Nick the names of her bullies. Sharon and Rey have a long talk about going to marriage counseling and at first Sharon wants to wait until Faith’s situation is resolved but later tells Rey she is ready to go to counseling. Summer asks Phyllis to help her figure out the code to Kyle’s cell phone, but Phyllis advises her to ask Kyle to tell her the secret he is hiding from her. Summer asks Kyle to tell her the truth and Kyle tells her that he is the father of Tara’s son. Tara calls Kyle to tell him that she and her husband will be going to Genoa City on business. Chelsea continues to get more movement in her hand and she starts to slowly move her wheelchair while she thinks about shooting Adam once she has recovered from her stroke. Victor tells Adam he intends to buy a media company which will be separate from Newman Enterprises and he offers Adam the job of CEO and tells Adam that he will report only to him. Adam tells Victor that he will think about the offer.

Phyllis uses her pass key to get into Sally’s room and steal her computer. Phyllis looks at Sally’s browser history and sees that Sally has been researching Jack and the Abbott family. Nick catches her and tells Phyllis that Jack and Summer are adults and can handle Sally. Phyllis gets upset with Nick because he suggests that Phyllis isn’t happy unless she is in conflict with someone. Nick later tells Jack that Phyllis has made it her mission to protect both him and Summer. Summer asks Kyle if he has anything else to tell her about his affair with Tara Locke. Kyle can’t bring himself to tell Summer about his son. Sally promises Kyle she won’t tell Summer about his son if he keeps her secret. Phyllis warns Lauren that Sally is dangerous but Lauren doesn’t think that Jack and Sally being friends isn’t a problem. Adam talks to Dr. Cavet and asks if he can take Chelsea to visit Connor. The doctor doesn’t think it is a good idea since she hasn’t made any progress. Chelsea improves the movement in her hand, but she hides it from Adam. Chelsea gets a visit from Chloe and manages to type out Adam and Sharon together on Chloe’s phone.

Nick tells Rey he thinks that he is the only person who can break Sharon’s connection to Adam. Rey suggests to Sharon that they go to marriage counseling because he thinks she is drawn to Adam because he brings out her reckless side. Sharon insists the kiss was a mistake and that will not happen again so they don’t need marriage counseling. Jack takes Sally to pick up her new car and go out for coffee afterwards where they both decide to keep their relationship casual and see where it goes. Phyllis notices that Jack and Sally are getting closer and is determined not to let Sally take advantage of Jack’s vulnerable state since his mother died. Chloe visits Chelsea and finds her crying. Once Adam leaves them alone in the room, Chloe asks Chelsea yes or no questions and Chelsea blinks her answers to Chloe. Chloe figures out that Adam did something to make her cry but Adam returns and asks Chloe to leave. Chloe tells Chelsea she will be back soon to visit.

Faith moves in with Nick who asks her to give him her cell phone so he can figure out who is bullying her since she won’t give her the names of the kids who are bullying her. Nick gives Faith a new phone with a new number so she can have a break from those terrible messages for a while. Amanda meets with Naya and they get to know each other and Amanda is touched when Naya tells her she is proud of all she has accomplished. Amanda is hurt when she asks Naya if she could change things if she knew she grew up in foster care. Would she have decided to raise her. Naya tells Amanda she doesn’t know how to answer that question. Abby has a talk with Devon and asks if he would like to be involved in the life of baby Chancellor and act as an uncle to help the baby deal with being biracial. Abby also wants the baby to know he was the sperm donor once the baby can understand about how he or she was born. Devon agrees and the baby Chancellor team celebrates with champagne. Amanda advises Devon to have a very specific contract for his own protection. Sharon advises Mariah to consider the emotional changes she will have carrying another woman’s child. Sharon is happy when Rey sends her a text telling her he wants to talk.

Devon tells Lily he has offered to be the sperm donor for Abby and Chance. Lily wonders if Devon isn’t trying to replace the baby he lost but Devon assures her that he just wants to help Abby and Chance to have a baby. Sharon and Nick decide to let Faith live with him for a while because he may have a better chance to help her with the kids that have been bullying her. Victoria tells Billy that putting in a bid for Ashland Locke’s media company was Victoria idea and later Billy and Lily decide not to put in a bid for the media company because they don’t want to go to war with Victor. Victor and Rey both tell Adam to stay away from Sharon, but Rey adds that if Adam doesn’t stay away from Sharon he will arrest him. Chelsea wonders what Victor and Rey showed Adam on their cell phones. Chelsea takes a long time to use her hand and arm to reach Adam’s phone that he left on the coffee table. Chelsea struggles for a long time but is finally able to reach Adam’s cell phone which he left on the coffee table. Chelsea punches in Adam’s code and sees the picture of Adam and Sharon kissing a few minutes before Adam arrives home to see her crying.

Jack tells Sally about his relationships with Gloria and Phyllis. Jack also asks Sally out to dinner and calls it a date. Sally warns Summer not to do business with Bill Spencer because he is a dangerous man. Summer tells Kyle that she is reconsidering the deal with Bill but Kyle persuades her to go to Los Angeles and meet with Bill so she can decide if she wants to cancel the deal. Its Valentine’s day in Genoa City and everyone finds a way to celebrate the romantic day. Rey gives Sharon a replica of her wedding bouquet and a romantic card. Sharon gives Rey a card and they agree to postpone their talk about Adam while they talk about Faith and how to help her. Rey advises Sharon to talk with Faith and not at her. Sharon remembers when Faith was in her first horse jumping competition and she was nervous for Faith but Faith assured her the jump was a piece of cake. Nick gives Phyllis flowers and she rents Society so they can have a romantic dinner. Elena gives Nate a present that she bought on their vacation. Devon and Amanda exchange presents even though they want to keep things low key. Billy and Lily have their celebration interrupted by Victoria who brings Billy and Lily cards from the kids. Katie falls on the ice and Billy and Victoria go to check on her. Once Katie is okay, Billy tells Victoria that he is happy for the first time in a long time. Devon tells Amanda that Mariah is going to be Abby and Chance’s surrogate and he admits he wishes there was something he could do to help Chance and Abby. Lily tells Billy she is falling in love with him.

Nate figures out that Elena slept with Devon by her body language and how tense and anxious she seems so Nate decides to ask Elena the question and she admits she did sleep with Devon. Elena apologizes to Nate and assures him that the one-night stand served to make it clear to her and Devon that their relationship is in the past. Nate thinks Elena doesn’t know what she wants so he decides to go think by taking a walk on the beach. Devon has no problem moving on with Amanda after they make love they talk about all his tattoos mean to him and why he had them tattooed on himself. Devon and Amanda also share ice cream and Devon makes it clear to Amanda that his relationship with Elena is in his past. Devon and Amanda decide not to label their relationship just enjoy it and then they go upstairs and make love again. Rey and Sharon have a very long talk because Rey thinks Sharon emotionally cheated on him with Adam. Rey is tired of Sharon putting Adam’s needs ahead of him and her children and asks her to not see Adam anymore. Victor also thinks Adam is lying to himself by saying that he and Sharon are just friends. Victor thinks Adam and Sharon have a strong connection because no matter what happens they keep coming back to each other. Sharon goes to Society to have a drink and sees Adam and she takes the opportunity to tell Adam that she can’t treat Chelsea anymore because Rey thinks she is getting too close to him and its putting her marriage at risk. Adam wonders why Rey thinks this and Sharon starts to walk away but Adam grabs her hand and pulls her toward him and gives her a kiss.

Lauren promotes Sally to junior director of internet marketing. Jack takes her out to lunch to celebrate her new job. Kyle tells Summer he is worried about the growing friendship. Kyle also tells Summer that she should not use the information they know about Sally just yet. Gloria asks Michael for his support when she tries to get the job as Lauren’s assistant. Adam asks Sharon to use a confrontational approach with Chelsea during their therapy sessions. Sharon does that and when Adam walks Sharon out Chelsea imagines that Adam and Sharon are kissing. Chelsea moves her arm because she is a afraid she will lose Connor if she doesnt get better. Adam thanks Sharon for her help and they hold hands and Rey walks into Crimson Lights and sees them holding hands. Theo returns to Genova City to tell Sally that when Kyle lived in New York, he fell in love with an older married woman who is the wife of ruthless businessman Ashland Locke. Ashland never knew about the affair that happened four years ago. Theo recently found out that Ashland has a son named Harrison who is three years old.

Elena decides to take a vacation with Nate to try and stop thinking about her one-night stand with Devon. Victoria tells Billy that she doesn’t want Lily spending time with the kids unless he is sure his relationship with Lily is going to last. Billy realizes that his relationship with Lily is going to last and Lily feels the same way. Hannah calls Victoria to tell her Billy wants to spend time with the kids and he will be alone when he comes to pick them up. Victoria called to cancel an appointment so she can be home when Billy arrives to pick up the kids. Christine explains to Abby and Nina that Chance was called away to work undercover to finish up the case he was working on in Vegas. Christine gives Abby and Nina letters Chance left for them. Chance wants Abby to find a sperm donor and go ahead with their plans to have a baby. Chance asks Nina to take care of Abby for him until he returns home. Abby is unsure of what she should do and Nina advises her to do what Chance asked of her because it will give him a reason to come home. Abby talks to Mariah to let her know what is going on and she agrees to go ahead with their plans.

Flo tells Summer that Sally pretended to have a terminal illness so Wyatt would not break up with her. Flo explains to Summer that when she found out the truth and was going to tell Wyatt Sally kidnapped her. Flo concludes the story by telling Summer that Sally tried to get Wyatt to sleep with her so she could get pregnant by him. Lauren likes Sally’s marketing plan for Fenmore’s that will use established influencers to advertise the company.

Abby checks into the Grand Phoenix for the night to be alone so she can think and cry. She then dreams that a baby is crying and she soothes the baby back to sleep. Abby returns home and tells Chance that she still wants to have a family with him so they decide to explore their options on how they can have a family.
