EJ taunts Eric about Holly not trusting him anymore. He thought it was good that she could lean on him. Eric felt confident that she would forgive him. EJ reminded him that he killed her father, and Brady hit her aunt. He assured him that Holly wouldn’t get over it. Tate caught Holly snooping around in Brady’s bedroom. She lied about why she was in the room and admitted that she was looking for evidence that Brady drove the car that hit Sarah. He realized that was why she was there. Tate knew she wasn’t trying to fix things between them. Brady ran into Xander’s henchman at the town square. He introduced himself to Brady as Brian Jones from his AA meetings. He didn’t recognize Brian. Brian told him that he kept to himself, but he heard Brady tell him that he heard him talk about his son. He also heard about the hit-and-run and offered to talk to him. They shook hands, and Brady flinched. He wondered what was on his hand, so Brian told him about his ring being too sharp. Sarah demanded to know what Brian gave Xander. He tried to lie to her, but it didn’t work. Xander showed her the gun he gave him. In a few hours, Brady would be dead. Sarah was disgusted by what she heard. Xander couldn’t get past what Xander took from her. She informed him that he would go to prison, but he said he wasn’t going to shoot Brady. He said Brady would shoot himself. All she needed to know was that it wouldn’t be connected to him. Sarah begged him not to go through with hit.

Holly told Tate that she cared about their relationship, but it was hard to watch him be happy that his father was free. He said he was happy that his father was free since his mother was in prison. She didn’t think of that and was sorry about what he was going through. Tate was sorry for her, but he didn’t like how she was lying and sneaking around. Holly let it slip that EJ said it was the only way to get evidence against Brady. She said he couldn’t convict Brady without any evidence. Tate couldn’t believe Holly was working with EJ after what he did to her and her mother. They started arguing, and Tate told her to leave. Sarah yelled at Xander and had a muscle spasm. Xander got furious watching her suffer in pain. She informed him that his vengeance wouldn’t change anything. He felt like it would fix things for him since he’s a Kiriakis. She reminded him that he’s not Victor. Brady did a bad thing, but he didn’t deserve to die. Xander disagreed with her since Brady drove while drinking. He wanted her to admit that she wanted justice too. Brady stumbled home and panting. He didn’t know what was wrong with him. Tate found Brady and saw him stumbling and slurring his words. He was upset because he thought Brady was drinking. Tate helped him to the bed. EJ told Eric that Nicole wasn’t capable of putting anyone ahead in her life but him. She would choose him over her daughter. He wasn’t surprised she didn’t want to go to Paris. EJ thought Holly was better off without the man who killed her father. Eric lunged at EJ. He ordered him to stay away from Holly. Jada walked in and saw the heated exchange. Later EJ found Holly at the square and took her to the mansion. She talked to him about what happened with Tate. Holly wondered how they were going to be together if he kept defending his father. EJ vowed that Brady would get what was coming to him. Sarah told Xander that she wanted Brady to get punished, but the legal way. Xander didn’t have faith in the justice system. He looked at the gun and talked about the old days of justice. Xander got a text from Brian letting him know that it was done. Xander wanted Sarah to go home and not give it another thought. Sarah went back to the mansion and called Jada. Tate left the townhouse, and Xander found Brady passed out on his bed. Jada knocked on the door, and Xander had to hide the gun. She told Xander that Sarah told him some shocking information.

Johnny told Chanel that they could go back to the mansion. EJ lost his wine collection, and he would have to restock it. They reminisced about their Italian wedding. One thing led to another, and they started kissing. Chanel put the brakes on because she needed her rest for her scenes with Alex. Bonnie was excited to work with Alex on Body & Soul. She hoped that Justin worked out a good deal for him the way she did with her. Alex told her that the show was on a tight budget. Justin told Kate about Bonnie’s negotiations. Kate warned him that Bonnie had to accept the original terms, or they would find a new actress for the role of Cassandra. Hattie went to Leo’s place with a lot of scripts. She told him that Bonnie was in too many scenes and wanted them rewritten. Leo wanted to make her happy, but he couldn’t rewrite the scripts without approval. Hattie let him know that Bonnie was rewriting her scripts. She insisted that he make the changes so the show would be a hit. He couldn’t promise anything. Bonnie started rehearsing and changed some of the lines. Alex thought she was great. He was worried about doing his scenes with Chanel. Bonnie advised him to channel the tension into the scenes. Justin arrived and told Bonnie that Kate wouldn’t budge from the original deal. She was disappointed, but she couldn’t walk away from the role. Hattie arrived at the town square with changes to the script that make Cassandra look bad. Bonnie demanded to know who made the changes. Hattie finally admitted that Leo made the changes. Bonnie yelled at Leo. The actors got an alert about a photo shoot. They were about to leave when Leo stopped Hattie. He couldn’t believe she threw him under the bus with Bonnie. She dismissed his concerns because it was show business and writers get the blame for things.

Johnny and Chanel talked about things working out after what happened with Alex and Allie. They received last minute emails about a script changed. Johnny and Chanel found out that her character and Alex’s character have sex. Their characters weren’t supposed to be together for months. She couldn’t believe her character had to have sex with Alex’s character so soon. Johnny couldn’t believe he had to direct their love scenes. Chanel received a message about a photo shoot. Eric got ready for the photo shoot. Hattie and Bonnie arrived. Bonnie wanted to talk to Kate about Leo’s rewrites, but Hattie said they needed to get ready for the photo shoot. When they returned to the set, they found out they were wearing the same outfit. They argued over who should change their clothes. The argument turned into a physical fight. Johnny went to see Leo. He wanted him to rewrite Chanel and Alex’s love scenes because they were happening too soon. Leo refused to do that. He started to relax when Bonnie pounded on Leo’s door demanding he rewrite the script, or she would quit. Hattie found Abe and told him that Bonnie had to quit, or she would. Chanel posed in a sexy baby doll dress. Alex showed up wearing a black leather jacket without a shirt on. They made a stiff pose when Eric stepped in. He told them what to do to make the photo work. Eric told them to stare into each other’s eyes, and Kate wanted her to touch Alex’s chest. Johnny walked in the room and saw their closeness.

EJ sat by Gabi’s side at the hospital. He thought she needed rest, but she didn’t want him to leave. Gabi couldn’t believe that Connie tried to kill her. She thought Connie would have pulled her plan off if it weren’t for him. Gabi wondered how EJ knew they were in the tunnels. He said he got lucky. EJ spotted blood on the fireplace poker and saw the door open. She was grateful he did and hugged him. Gabi apologized for getting emotional. EJ thought she was allowed after what she went through. She admitted that she thought about Arianna in that time. Gabi was afraid she would never see her daughter again. EJ asked her if she wanted him to call Will and Sonny to tell them what happened. She wanted to make the call when she felt stronger. EJ told her about his conversation with Stefan. He let her know that Stefan thought they had sex that morning. EJ left Stefan hanging, but he couldn’t rock the boat too much since he has him over a barrel. Gabi informed him that Stefan planned to get revenge. She wanted to know what he did. EJ explained what happened to her about Nicole’s kidnapping, and Paulina wanting to fire him. Gabi decided to tell Stefan that they didn’t have sex the second time to see if it would help. She owed him that much. Ava let Stefan know there was an APB out for Connie. While she bandaged him up, she acknowledged how he saved her life. She would never forget that he put his life on the line for her. He was there to apologize for what he said earlier. She was willing to forgive him after what he did for her. Ava wanted him to go to the hospital to get checked out.

Connie tried to sneak out of the pub, but Jada was behind her. She put her gun on Connie and demanded her to drop the knife. Connie dropped the knife, and Jada placed her under arrest. She wondered how Jada found her. Jada told her that she traced Gabi’s phone. She told her that Gabi and Melinda were still alive. Jada bagged up the knife and wondered whose blood was on it. Stefan and Ava showed up, and he said the blood was his. They talked to her about what happened with Connie. Jada told them she would need their statements. She wanted to take Connie to the station. Later, Jada brought Connie to the station. She saw Li’s cardboard cutout. Connie wondered why Li was at the station. She wondered if he was getting arrested too. Jada sarcastically told her that cutouts couldn’t get arrested. He was evidence. Connie didn’t think she did anything wrong. Jada recited what she did wrong. Gabi wondered if there was any news on Connie. EJ stepped into the hall to make calls when Stefan and Ava arrived at the hospital. He asked Stefan what happened to him. Stefan told him what happened. EJ told him that Connie tried to kill Gabi and Melinda too. Stefan rushed to Gabi’s room. EJ realized he was still in love with Gabi. He told Ava what Connie did. Ava wondered if Melinda was at the hospital too. She owed her an apology. Stefan rushed to Gabi’s side. He was grateful she was okay. They hugged until Stefan backed up. He wanted to know how badly she was hurt. She was okay except for some cuts and bruises. He apologized for not being there for her. Stefan wished he knew what Connie was up to, but she told him nobody knew about it. She told him that Connie killed Li and framed her for it. Gabi wanted to know what happened to his arm. He told her about the events at the pub. Stefan explained that he was only there to apologize for what happened at the Bistro. Gabi got upset when she realized he hired Ava to work at the Bistro. She didn’t understand why he would apologize to her. He told her about what happened with EJ and that he didn’t deny that they slept together. Stefan admitted that he wanted to even the score by sleeping with Ava. Gabi got upset with him, but he said she slept with his brother twice. She admitted that it was only once. Gabi lied about sleeping with EJ again. Stefan said she didn’t want to make their marriage work. Gabi told him that she still didn’t want to make it work and wanted him to get out of her room. Stefan walked out of the room.

Abby told Chad that she had a memory. Chad left to make sure that Julie kept the kids upstairs. Abby practiced what she was going to tell Chad. When Chad returned, she told him that hearing him recite his vows to her made her feel something. She said that she thought about her vows to him. Chad hugged her and said it was the moment he was waiting for. Kayla talked to Steve on the phone about his visit with Clyde. She knew it wouldn’t go well. Kayla reminded him that she wouldn’t get another DNA test without Abby’s permission. After she hung up, Jada told her that Rafe planned to check out against medical advice because he was worried about Gabi. She planned to give him a sedative. Jada was going to look for Connie. EJ noticed the bloody fireplace poker. He looked around and noticed the secret door open. EJ went through the doorway. Gabi and Melinda struggled in the wine cellar. The bomb counted down while they tried to escape. EJ went through the door just as the bomb went off. He flew back against the wall, and he was knocked out. EJ woke up and stumbled to get to his feet. A fire started, and Gabi was unconscious under the rubble. Ava ignored Stefan’s calls. Stefan was about to call Ava again, but he decided to see her instead. Connie went into Ava’s room at the pub to confront her for selling her out about her fake resume. She knew Melinda wouldn’t bad mouth her ever again. Ava wouldn’t do it either. Connie pulled out a knife. Ava tried to talk Connie down as Stefan knocked on the door. She felt lucky because Stefan was next on her list. Ava warned him to go away, but Connie put the knife to her throat. Connie ordered her to invite Stefan into the room. Stefan looked around and reacted. Abby nervously recited the vows to Chad. He was touched and thought there was no way she could recite the words unless she was there. Chad knew they wouldn’t be back to where they were, but it was the most hope he had since he found out she was alive. Chad took his phone and walked out the room. She fell onto the couch feeling distraught.

Mark left a message for Abby about his visit with Clyde. Kayla walked up to him and asked him about Abby’s DNA test. He told her that he didn’t let it out of his sight. No one tampered with it, so the woman is her niece. Jada went to the DiMera mansion and noticed the smoke. She noticed the bloody fireplace poker and the opened door to the wine cellar. Jada pulled out her gun and went through the door. EJ tried to put the fire out with a fire extinguisher. He spotted Melinda in the rubble. She was awake but still tied to a chair. Melinda choked as she told him to help Gabi. He rushed to Gabi, but she wasn’t responsive. Jada arrived and spotted Melinda. She untied the ropes. EJ was worried about Gabi having a head injury and rushed to get her to the hospital. Connie kept her knife at Ava’s throat as she told Stefan about her vengeance and devotion to Li. She had to silence Ava for good and he was next. He tried to help by taking the blame for everything that happened. When that didn’t work, he badmouthed Li. Connie went after him with the knife. Abby told Mark that she told Chad that she remembered her vows. She found them in a box of Abby’s memories. Abby thought what she did was cruel. Mark didn’t like it either, but they had to save their mother. She hung up the phone when Chad told her the DiMera mansion exploded. Kayla checked on Gabi. She told EJ that she wanted to get tests done on her head to rule out bleeding on her brain. Kayla advised EJ to go home, but he refused to leave her. Gabi woke up and wondered what happened. Jada brought Melinda water. She apologized for not finding her sooner. Melinda wondered if they could track Connie’s phone. Jada said she ditched it for burner phone. Melinda remembered that Connie took Gabi’s phone before she left. Gabi called herself a fool for trusting Connie. EJ reassured her that it wasn’t her fault. She thanked him for saving her life. Connie stabbed Stefan’s arm and ran out of Ava’s room. Ava tended to Stefan and told him that he saved her life. Connie left the pub and ran into Jada. She aimed her gun and warned her to drop her knife.

Stefan asked EJ if he slept with Gabi again. EJ decided to play coy with him until he warned him that he would testify against him. He admitted that he didn’t sleep with Gabi again. EJ called Stefan out for destroying his marriage by sleeping with Ava in the first place. Stefan was upset about EJ’s comments. He realized that EJ and Gabi had to have slept together that morning. Stefan realized that Gabi was ahead of him by one incident. He asked Ava if she wanted to help hm even the score. Ava wasn’t happy about his offer. He said they had a reason to get revenge on Gabi. Stefan wanted to flaunt their affair in front of her. Ava was offended by his offer and wanted him to shove his friendship and his job. He apologized for the suggestion. Stefan said that EJ and Gabi made him mad. She thought that a lot of women would want to help him get his revenge. Ava stormed off. Gabi was unconscious and seated next to Melinda in the wine cellar. Melinda tried to reason with Connie. Connie wanted to blow up the DiMera mansion. She walked out to get supplies. Melinda shouted at Gabi until she woke up. She told her about what happened, and they tried to escape. Gabi noticed her phone on the floor and scrambled to get it when she saw EJ calling her. Kristen talked to Chad about her suspicions about Abby. She warned him to be careful when it concerned her. Abby found Mark and showed him the text she got from Clyde demanding that she marry Chad. Mark thought she should do what he said. She was afraid that Chad would see through her even if she could convince him to marry her. He thought it was better than the consequences that would happen if she didn’t do it. She realized Clyde held the cards, but she felt bad for Chad. Mark wondered if she was developing feelings for him. She denied having feelings for him. Abby thought he was a nice guy that didn’t deserve what they were doing to him. Mark agreed with her, but he thought they should stick with the plan. She knew she had to be convincing, but she worried about Clyde. Mark said he would deal with him.

Steve visited Clyde in prison. He talked to him about Abby and how he and Goldman helped her after the accident. Steve wondered how John ended up in the same place as Abby. Clyde thought his people were working for another person. Steve didn’t believe him. Clyde was about to leave when Steve offered to get him out of there if answered a few more questions truthfully. Clyde laughed at him because he knew it was a bluff. He wanted the guard to get Steve. After Steve left, Mark showed up at the prison. Chad got defensive when Kristen warned him about Abby. He walked away to take a call when she saw Connie. Kristen confronted her about going to Gabi about Stefan and Ava. She warned Connie to watch herself at work. Connie mumbled under her breath that she needed to watch her step. She walked away. Chad came back and told Kristen there was an APB out for Gabi’s assistant. Kristen called the police. EJ left a voicemail for Gabi. He would have liked a warning about Stefan confronting him about sleeping with Gabi again. EJ felt like they needed to get their stories together. Gabi saw that EJ called her. She hoped that he would come looking for her. Gabi told Melinda that she slept with EJ and almost did it again that morning. It didn’t happen, but she told Stefan they were together. Melinda reminded her that they were in danger. Gabi tried to get to the phone. She was worried that she would die before Stefan could find out. Melinda wondered if she was going to say that she still loved him. Chad brought the kids home and was surprised to see Abby. She studied a piece of paper and hid it. Abby told him that she remembered something. Mark told Clyde to stop pressuring his sister because people will get suspicious. Clyde told him that Abby needed to work faster with Chad to get the DiMera fortune. He told him to get Abby to marry Chad or they would never see their mother again. EJ got a drink and noticed the bloody poker on the floor. Connie went back to the cellar and took Gabi’s phone. She pulled out a homemade bomb from her bag. Gabi and Melinda tried to reason with her, but Connie wouldn’t listen to them. She pressed the button on the bomb. They screamed while squirming in their chairs. The bomb started counting down.

Stefan called Paulina to let her know that he had information about her D.A. It was up to her if she wanted to do anything with the information. Gabi went to EJ’s room with a plan of seduction. He responded to her kiss but pushed her away. EJ didn’t think it was a good idea. Gabi wanted to hurt Stefan as much as he hurt her. EJ assured her that she did hurt him and that she was hurting herself too. He told her that he just got his divorce from Nicole, so he wasn’t in the mood for sexual warfare. She couldn’t believe he didn’t want to be with her. He didn’t think she wanted to be with him either. Melinda tried to free herself from the restraints. Connie walked in the room with a breakfast tray. She happily announced that Gabi was going to get what she deserved. Gabi was going to die. Melinda continued to free herself from the restraints. Connie let her know that cardboard Li said it was time to kill her. She lunged at Melinda with a knife, but she got out of the way. Gabi wore EJ’s robe to taunt Stefan about the amazing sex she had with EJ. Stefan didn’t take the bait, but he warned her that he would get what he deserved. Gabi threw up EJ’s sexual powers in his face. Stefan realized that she didn’t want to save their marriage. She coldly admitted that she didn’t want to save the marriage. He never thought she would throw their marriage away for one mistake. She told him that he would have gone ballistic if she made the same mistake. He said he would be mad, but he would have wanted to work things out. Stefan realized that she didn’t love him the way he loved her. He agreed with her that their marriage was over. Stefan walked away from her.

Rafe remembered hearing someone talking about an open grave. Jada walked in Rafe’s hospital room, and he told her about his memory. He was sure it was a woman. They wondered who would frame Bobby for his stabbing. Jada thought it was Connie because she had a connection with Bobby. Rafe wondered why she wanted Bobby dead. Jada told him about Melinda firing her for lying on her resume and suddenly leaving town. Rafe wondered how it pieced together. Jada realized the connection to Li and went to look for Connie. Rafe planned to warn Gabi. Paulina went to EJ’s office to fire him for helping Sloan kidnap Nicole’s baby. EJ denied helping her. She said he was an accessory after the fact. Stefan was prepared to testify against him, so she had to fire him to get ahead of the scandal. EJ said it was hearsay motivated by revenge. It would look foolish when the case fell apart in court. Paulina planned to make sure that didn’t happen by hiring a brilliant D.A. He let her know that Melinda was gone so there was no point getting her. Melinda knocked the knife out of Connie’s hand and ran to the door. Connie followed her and knocked her out with a metal object. Melinda fell to the floor. Ava went to Stefan’s table. He apologized that she was working at the pub because of Gabi’s bitterness. Stefan offered her a job at the Bistro. Ava wondered how Gabi would feel about it. He didn’t care about her feelings anymore or what happened to her. Connie arrived at the DiMera mansion and turned the volume down on Gabi’s phone. Gabi walked in the room, and she asked about Rafe. She told Connie that he didn’t remember who stabbed him. Connie was glad because he couldn’t finger her as the person who stabbed him. Gabi was confused, so Connie told her that she was the one who stabbed Rafe. She pulled out her knife and warned her that she was next. Rafe watched his phone waiting to hear from Gabi. Roman arrived at the hospital to see Rafe. Rafe told him that Gabi’s assistant might be dangerous. Jada and an officer went to Connie’s place. When Connie didn’t answer they walked in and found blood on the floor. Jada tracked the bloody footprints to the bedroom. She drew her gun and entered the room. Jada was shocked by what she found.

Eric told Marlena that Holly knew what happened to Daniel. He told her that Holly was hurt that he didn’t tell her sooner. Eric let her know that Jude had a head cold so Nicole didn’t want to put him on a plane. She wanted to talk to Holly about everything, but she couldn’t do it. Marlena didn’t want him to suffer with Holly. She advised him to be strong and let her know that he did what was best for the moment. Marlena advised him to let Holly know that he loved her and give her time to accept everything that happened. Holly looked at her phone and saw that Nicole called. She didn’t want to talk to her and hung up the phone. Tate showed up and tried to convince her to talk to her mother. She refused to do it. Holly didn’t believe Eric was going to tell him the truth before she called him out. Tate wished he didn’t say anything. She didn’t blame him for it. He said he was going to call her, but his father was released from jail when EJ dropped the charges against him. She couldn’t believe Brady was going to get away with what he did to her aunt. Tate wondered if she was taking her anger on Eric out on his father. She got upset and walked away from him. Fiona wondered how she was going to stop people from finding out that she was the one hit Sarah. Brady showed up at the Kiriakis mansion. He wanted to see Sarah, but Fiona didn’t think it was a good idea. Fiona thought Sarah was too fragile and thought it would trigger her to see the man who hit her. She also warned him that Xander was angry with him. Xander walked in while they were talking. Brady let him know that he wanted to apologize to Sarah. Xander wondered if he was out of his mind. He informed him that Sarah was going under hypnosis to remember that night. Once she remembered, EJ would have no choice but to arrest him. Sarah and Maggie entered the living room. Brady apologized for what happened. He didn’t expect forgiveness because he couldn’t forgive himself for what he did. Brady didn’t remember driving, but he wouldn’t forget what he did.

Maggie appreciated his apology, but she wished he came to her for help. She was heartbroken he didn’t come to her. He regretted not going to her when he needed help. Sarah watched him while he was talking. He didn’t expect anything from her. His goal was to apologize to her. Xander angrily stopped him so he could take her to her appointment. EJ informed Kristen that he would send her to jail if he couldn’t get Brady. A cop overheard Brady tell John that she took his car to protect him. He wouldn’t charge her if she testifies against Brady. Kristen thought it was hearsay. She said if it was admissible, he would be using it. Kristen refused EJ’s appeal because it would destroy her daughter. He thought she was protecting Brady because she still loved him. Eric went to the school to look for Holly. Tate told him that she was mad Brady got released. He didn’t know where she went. Holly arrived at EJ’s office. She heard that he let Brady go. He apologized, but he didn’t have enough evidence to keep him. She wondered what would happen if she found evidence against him. Kristen met with Brady at Basic Black. She warned him that EJ was determined to prosecute him. Fiona was stressed out while she waited for Xander and Sarah to finish with Marlena. Sarah told Marlena that she needed to know who hit her.

Connie brought food for Melinda. She was excited to hear about Gabi cheating on Stefan. It would be the final nail in the coffin. She and Li would get justice for what they did. Connie looked at cardboard Li as Melinda looked horrified. Stefan barged into EJ’s room letting him know that he didn’t plan to let Gabi take the house from him. EJ said he would pass on the message. He informed Stefan that he was the one who destroyed his marriage. EJ threw up in his face that he slept with Gabi, so Stefan tossed the duct tape he was holding at him. Stefan considered that a warning shot. EJ laughed at him as he walked out the room. Stephanie called Gabi and asked her about inviting Connie to Everett’s memorial. Gabi said she would pass along the message, but he was a sore spot for her after what he did to Rafe. Stephanie apologized for what he did. Gabi saw Ava while she was in the park. Jada sat with Rafe at the hospital. He remained unconscious while on a ventilator. She pleaded for him to wake up. Paulina showed up for emotional support. Jada asked her to stay with Rafe while she attended Bobby’s service. She had a feeling someone should be there while she’s gone. Paulina wondered why she was going to the service. Jada couldn’t connect Bobby with the guy that attacked Rafe. EJ, Johnny and Stefan had an awkward breakfast. Johnny talked to EJ about his work on the soap when Stefan walked in the room. He brought up how EJ slept with his wife. Johnny was shocked by what he did. EJ continued to drink his coffee. Ava pleaded Stefan’s case to Gabi because he wanted another chance with her. Gabi told her that he didn’t want that anymore, and she walked off.

Stephanie called Connie to invite her to Everett’s service. She let Connie know that Leo said they were friends. Connie said that Leo had her confused with someone else. She said she didn’t know who he was and hung up the phone. Melinda told Connie that she confessed her sins to her, but she promised not to say anything. Connie couldn’t count on her keeping quiet. Paulina told Rafe about what happened with Brady. She felt something wasn’t right about it. Gabi walked in the room to visit with Rafe. She harshly reminded her that if she didn’t give EJ the DA position, he wouldn’t have been able to send her to prison without evidence. Stefan was the reason why she was out of prison. Gabi thought about what she said and apologized for yelling at her. Johnny understood why Stefan slept with Ava, but he didn’t know why EJ slept with Gabi. EJ wanted to get revenge. Connie cleaned the knife off and put it in her pocketbook in case she had to go after Leo. Ava and Stefan ran into each other at the park. She wondered why he didn’t want Gabi back. He told her that Gabi slept with EJ. They talked about everything. He appreciated her friendship. She appreciated his friendship too. Ava overheard Jada on the phone asking about Connie’s address. She told Jada that she’s living in Li’s old apartment. Ava told her about the lies Connie told to get her job. She told her that Melinda went to Connie’s place to fire her and suddenly took a leave of absence. Melinda struggled to get the restraints off of her hands as Jada knocked on the door. Gabi met with Connie at work. She asked Gabi about her revenge on Stefan. Gabi told her that she slept with EJ. She planned on taking Stefan for everything he has and continue seeing EJ. Gabi was excited to live the good life. Connie put a fake smile on her face and turned around. She pulled out her knife and thought her life wouldn’t be good for long.

John wondered what could have happened the night of the accident to prove that Brady was innocent. Brady felt that nothing would change the fact that he hit Sarah while he was drunk. He thought he was going to pay for what he did. EJ told someone on the phone that Brady would pay for what he did. Eric overheard him and called him out for what he did. EJ wasn’t surprised to see Eric was there for his brother who committed the same crime he did. He said that Brady paralyzed Sarah, but he killed Daniel. Holly asked Tate what Eric had to do with her father’s death. Tate thought she knew what happened. He told her that Eric was the one who killed her father. She didn’t want to believe it. He said he overheard his mother talking to Kimberly about it when he was a kid. Holly started crying. She got angry because she thought Nicole wasn’t trying to protect her. Nicole wanted to protect Eric. Maggie and Justin didn’t think Brady would hit Sarah and not check on her. He told her that Brady confessed without remembering what happened. She thought Brady might be innocent. Justin didn’t think he could be that gracious if he were in her position. She reminded him about what happened when she thought she killed Adrienne, but Orpheus framed her for murder. Justin wished Brady were being framed but there was no evidence to prove it. Maggie felt like the Brady she knew wouldn’t do that. Sarah had a blurry memory of the hit-and-run. She told Xander that she remembered seeing the driver, but it wasn’t Brady. Fiona got nervous. Sarah said there was a glare, so the image was blurry. She couldn’t make out who the person was. Xander pushed her to remember who did it, but she wanted him to let it go. She said they knew it was Brady who did it.

EJ taunted Eric about his crime. Eric told him that Nicole was speeding up the divorce. He said EJ should be receiving the decree soon. EJ walked off as John left the interrogation room. John hugged Eric and told him that Brady planned to plead guilty. He thought Eric might be the best person to talk sense into Brady. Eric visited with Brady. He said he understood how he was feeling. Eric wondered if he knew for a fact that he was the one who hit Sarah. Brady didn’t remember hitting her, but he remembered being drunk. He believed he did it. Eric admired him for taking responsibility. He had to take responsibility for what he did. Eric wanted to tell Holly what he did. Tate tried to plead Eric’s case to Holly, but she didn’t want to hear it. She felt like things are unforgivable like killing her father and leaving Sarah paralyzed. Holly wanted Tate to go away so she could be alone. He assured her that he’s there for her and walked away. John and Justin talked about Brady pleading guilty. Spotting EJ, Justin said it wasn’t Brady’s mind they needed to change. EJ approached Justin. Justin wanted him to drop the charges against Brady because of lack of evidence and witnesses. He thought it would save him time and embarrassment. Xander told Sarah that whatever she remembered could help with the case against Brady. Sarah couldn’t make out the driver’s face. Fiona sent Xander to get soup for Sarah. She was going to help Sarah get some rest. Xander told Maggie that Sarah was starting to remember the accident. Maggie agreed with Fiona that they shouldn’t rush Sarah. He realized that, but he wanted to make Brady pay. He was grateful to have Maggie and Fiona in their lives. Justin and EJ went to the interrogation room. EJ wondered why Brady was still there when he was free to go. Justin convinced him that there wasn’t enough evidence against him. EJ was confident that he will get the evidence and bring Brady back to the station. Sarah slept in her bedroom. Fiona stroked her hair. She leaned toward her with a pillow. Fiona wanted God to forgive her for what she was about to do. Holly read an article about what happened to her father. She couldn’t believe she was lied to. Eric walked up to her.

Fiona got uncomfortable as she listened to Xander talk about what Brady did to Sarah. She blurted out that it was an accident. John told Marlena that Belle offered to represent Brady. Paul wanted to come back to help too. It’s hard for John to make the calls about Brady. Marlena assured him that they would get through it together. John appreciated her support. He left to visit Brady. Tate visited Brady in the interrogation room. Brady thought he was ashamed of him, but he said he wasn’t. He wanted to know what happened to make him start drinking again. Brady didn’t want to blame Theresa, but he thought they were going to get back together. It was hard to watch her marry Alex. He went to the pub, and it went downhill from there. Xander didn’t know what they would have done without her. He wanted her to check on Sarah with him. Her smile faded as they went to check on her. Eric arrived at the townhouse to visit with Marlena. He filled her in about Nicole and Jude. Eric couldn’t stay away after what happened with Brady. Marlena couldn’t believe that Brady would be careless and cruel enough to drive drunk and leave Sarah behind. Eric couldn’t judge him after what he did to Holly’s father.

John went to see Brady at the station. He assured Brady that Justin would get the charges against him dropped. Brady planned to plead guilty and suffer the consequences. John reminded him that there’s no proof he hit Sarah especially since his car was gone. He wanted him to think of his kids and consider letting Justin prepare a defense for him. Brady wasn’t down for that idea, so John asked him to do it for him. Xander let Sarah know that he couldn’t talk Justin out of representing Brady. Fiona thought they should think about something positive like Victoria’s party. She offered to help plan the party. Justin asked Maggie how she felt about him being Brady’s lawyer. She supported the decision. Maggie loved Brady, but she was horrified by his actions. She understood his disease. Maggie would have helped him, but he didn’t come to her. It’s hard for her to believe that he did that. Eric told Marlena that he thinks about what he did to Daniel every day. He and Nicole were waiting for the right time to tell Holly the truth. She was too young, but they decided that he should tell her the truth before she found out from someone else. Tate met with Holly and told her that he felt sorry for his father. She couldn’t believe she felt sorry for him after what he did to her aunt. Jail was the right punishment for what he did to Sarah. Tate defended his father, and they got into an argument. She reminded him that her father was killed by a drunk driver. He knew it was an accident and asked if she forgave Eric. Holly didn’t know what he meant by that. Tate realized he said too much. John continued to plead with Brady to plead not guilty until they knew the facts. He thought there might be more to the story. Fiona felt terrible about what happened to Sarah. Chanel was irritated that Abe didn’t tell her that Alex was auditioning for the show. She didn’t think they could work together. Johnny watched them arguing and realized that Abe was right about their chemistry. Abby had to get into character to talk to Chad on the phone. She told him that she had a good night. She tried to get out of going out to eat with hm. Stefan walked in the room, so she hung up. He realized that Gabi told her about their time together. Stefan told her that Gabi told her that because they are having problems. Abby wondered if it was Gabi’s fault he’s a creep. Gabi woke up after having a dream about Stefan. She realized that she was in bed with EJ. EJ thought he was dreaming until he looked under the cover. Gabi assured him that she was trying to get back at Stefan for what he did to her. He said the revenge sex was great, but it didn’t get Nicole out of his mind. The idea of Nicole and Eric living in Paris together bothered him. Gabi advised him to take his anger out on Stefan. He was ready to tell Stefan what they did, but Gabi stopped him. Stefan told Abby that he wasn’t a creep. He didn’t understand D.I.D. at the time they were together. Johnny convinced Chanel that her animosity with Alex makes their chemistry come alive. If she’s comfortable with it, he is okay with her working with Alex. Kate and Abe arrived for the audition. Chanel and Alex rehearsed their reunion scene. They kissed each other until Chanel pulled back. Kate told they noticed the hate between them, and they wanted to see the love. Johnny encouraged them to get into character. Alex and Chanel took his direction and got into character. Abby suggested that Gabi was focused on her anger because she loved him. She thought they could work things out since they did before. Stefan appreciated the pep talk. Abby noticed that Gabi wasn’t in her room. He wondered where she could be. EJ wondered why Gabi didn’t want Stefan to know what happened between them. He thought that was the point of them sleeping together. Gabi wanted to make sure the impact would be great. EJ thought she changed her mind because she still loved him. She said her love for him was dead. He called her bluff and was about to leave. She stopped him again. EJ said he would jump at the chance of a reunion with Nicole, so he understood if she wanted Stefan back. Their night would be a secret. Alex and Chanel got the parts for the soap. She flashed back to Connie pouring her tea while admitting that Gil didn’t stab Li. Melinda realized that Connie killed him. She tried to get free. Gabi thought about Connie’s suggestion to get back at Stefan. She texted Connie to do her a favor. Ava told Connie that the last time she saw Melinda she was on her way to fire her. Connie advised her not to spread gossip. Ava wasn’t concerned about her enough to talk about her. Connie received Gabi’s text and walked away. EJ told Stefan that Ava’s enemy is his best friend and that included Gabi. Gabi walked in while he was talking. She told Stefan that she informed Abby about him taking advantage of her when her alter was in control. Stefan was upset but got called away because the fire alarm went off at the Bistro. Connie texted Gabi to let her know that the job was done. Later on, Gabi finished talking on the phone with someone from the hospital. She found out there was no change in Rafe’s condition. EJ wished he could say sorry, but he couldn’t. He said they only have their hatred for Ava in common. EJ realized that he didn’t have to be a jerk about Rafe’s condition. He reminded her that she destroyed his marriage. Gabi told him that he sent her to prison for a crime she didn’t commit. He informed her that he became the DA because she tried to unseat him at DiMera Enterprises. She told him that Stefan made her think they could run the town.

Ava ran into Stefan at the square. He wondered who pulled the fire alarm at the Bistro. Since Gabi was with Stefan, Ava thought it might have been Connie. She said Connie would do anything for Gabi. Ava told him how she faked her resume to work for her. She told him that Melinda was going to fire Connie, but she had no idea she was getting fired. Ava told him that Melinda quit working for the company. It was weird, and Stefan agreed with her. She didn’t care anymore since she didn’t work there. Stefan would hire her, but Gabi wouldn’t forgive him. Connie went back to her apartment, and Melinda wondered if she killed Li. She was upset by the accusation. Connie considered getting away with her crime an accomplishment. She thanked her for reminding her that she got away with another crime. Connie killed Everett and stabbed Rafe. Chad wanted her to stay at the Salem Inn, but she didn’t want to be alone. Abby felt like the mansion was the best place for her. Gabi and EJ continued to argue. She reminded him that Eric and Nicole were in France while Stefan was still in Salem. One thing led to another, and they began flirting with each other. They decided to use each other to get out their frustrations. EJ and Gabi made their way upstairs. Stefan went up to Gabi’s room to knock on her door. She didn’t answer it because she was in her room with EJ.

Felicity showed up giving Mark a strange look. Kristen read about what happened to Brady online. She didn’t think it had to be that way because she had his back. Ava arrived and reminded her that she didn’t have her back. Kristen couldn’t believe Ava was still mad at her because she fired her after Gabi’s ultimatum. She apologized and meant it. Ava didn’t care. She didn’t have a job anymore, and Gabi was coming after her. Kristen said that she should have thought about it before she slept with Stefan. Connie read Melinda’s text messages from Kristen. Melinda woke up and realized she was tied to a bed. She struggled to get free and noticed the cardboard cutout of Li. Connie brought food to Melinda, and she ended up screaming. She warned Melinda that the walls were soundproof. Connie tried to free her, but Melinda refused. She reminded Melinda that she was only alive because Li asked her not to kill her. Melinda told her that Li was dead and called her a psycho. It was technically rape. Gabi wondered if she could use that in her divorce case. Chad told Thomas that he was talking to someone at work. Thomas sensed something was wrong with Chad. He wanted him to tell the truth. Chad lied to him about what happened. He told him an old friend had an accident, and she was staying at the DiMera mansion. Chad said he was staying there too. Connie arrived at the DiMera mansion with a file for Gabi’s meeting. Gabi almost forgot because of everything going on with Stefan and Ava. Connie thought she should cheat since Stefan did that to her. After Connie left, Gabi overheard EJ asking Stefan about having feelings for Ava. Stefan denied having feelings for her. Fiona confessed to Victoria what she did to Sarah as Justin approached her. He reintroduced himself to her as Victor’s nephew. They talked about what happened to Sarah, and he hoped the police found the person who hit her. She hoped they did too. John looked at the phone waiting for Brady’s call. Marlena felt like they were jumping to conclusions about Brady involvement in Sarah’s accident. He didn’t know what to think. Brady arrived at the police station to make a confession to Jada. He told her that he was driving the car that hit Sarah. Brady wanted to tell her because he had to set a good example for his son. The guilt was eating away at him. Jada stopped him from talking and advised him to call his lawyer. Sarah was ready to get released. Xander suggested to her that they move into the Kiriakis mansion because it’s wheelchair accessible and an elevator. She would also have a full staff and Maggie to help her. He wondered if it would be okay if Fiona moved in with them. Sarah was okay with it. Justin thanked Fiona for giving him back his son. She dismissed it and said she wanted to set the record straight. He told her that Brady turned himself in for Sarah’s accident. Fiona darted her eyes while he was talking.

He thought he should stick with the facts and nothing more. Justin thought a jury could decide if he was guilty or not. Brady didn’t see a point in fighting it. He thought there was no excuse for what he did and wanted to make things right. John got off the phone and told Marlena, Tate and Holly that Brady was the one who hit Sarah. Xander arrived at the police station and demanded that Jada allow him to see Brady. Jada ordered him to go home, but he needed to know how Brady could drive off after hitting Sarah. He realized that Brady fell off the wagon. Jada confirmed that Brady was drinking. Xander barged into the interrogation room and grabbed Brady’s throat. Jada ran after him. Sophia thought he would be lonely because Holly was dealing with family drama. Holly went to visit Sarah at the hospital. Sarah assured her that she was okay. She was worried about Xander because he was upset about what happened to her. Sarah thought Xander would take her anger out on the wrong person. Holly understood because she would go after anyone who hurt someone she loved. Xander barged into Jada’s office yelling because she didn’t find the person who hit Sarah. She got defensive until he told her that Sarah was paralyzed. They stopped yelling, and Jada offered her apology. He wanted her to show her compassion by catching the person who hit Sarah. She told him they had a lead on the person who hit Sarah. Brady was upset that his car was missing. Maggie called him and let him know about Sarah’s condition. Brady panicked when he heard that news. Fiona was at her room at the Salem Inn and thought about Sarah being paralyzed. She couldn’t believe what she did to Sarah. Holly informed him that Aaron was involved in the plan. Mark talked about Aaron sharing a picture of him at camp, but it was captioned Tate Black. He thought that was weird. Abby didn’t have an answer for that.

Tate reminded Sophia that he had a girlfriend and that they aren’t friends. He didn’t like that Sophia made Holly feel bad about not having sex. Sophia was surprised they didn’t have sex yet. She flirted with him and noticed that she got his attention. Tate grabbed a pillow to cover himself up. She didn’t want to leave him when he feels that way. Tate didn’t want to be with her because he loved Holly. She wasn’t worried about love. Sophia began to take her clothes off. Abby got off the phone with the mystery person to talk to Chad. He wasn’t sure if she would have trouble sleeping in the room where she was murdered. She reminded him that she survived the attack. Abby wondered if it was hard for him to be in the room, and he admitted that it was difficult. She told him that she thought of Clyde coming after her with a knife and she zoned out. Abby snapped out of it and had a memory of Clyde. Chad held her as she talked about the memory. Jada let Xander know that they found a partial plate from the car that hit Sarah. He wanted Titan security to looked at the footage, but she didn’t want to give it to him. She didn’t want to give him any more information to use to interfere with the investigation. Sophia continued to seduce Tate even though he rejected her. She would tell if he didn’t say anything. Tate tried to untangle himself from her arms when Holly showed up. She threw Sophia out and asked Tate what happened. Chad believed Abby would regain her memory. She wanted to take a walk in the park alone to jog her memory. Maggie went to Sarah’s room, and Xander told her that the police discovered a partial plate number of the car that hit Sarah. He thought it might help them find the driver. Brady was at the townhouse and poured himself a drink. Jada arrived and wanted to see his car. Abby paced at the park and texted someone. Mark showed up and told her to relax because he was there.

Chad told Julie how he dropped Jennifer and Jack off at the airport. He let her know that Jennifer said the mystery woman wasn’t Abby. Chad thought it would take time for Jennifer to get used to the idea, so he thought it was better for her to go back to Boston. Julie thought Abby could get her memory back with fewer people around. She wondered how he was doing. Chad told her that he was trying to keep it together for Abby and the kids. He was worried that she would get her memory back and realize she didn’t love him anymore. Julie believed that Abby would love him once she got her memory back. Abby told someone that she would have fewer family members to deal with now that Jennifer and Jack were gone. She hung up the phone just as EJ walked in the room. He introduced himself to her. She said she met her other brother-in-law. EJ said Chad never got over her sleeping with Stefan. She was shocked by that info. EJ realized that no one told her about that. He told her that it was Stefan’s fault it happened. EJ talked to her about his feud with Stefan. Abby called him the “idiot” brother. He said she didn’t always speak that way about him. She wondered if she slept with him too. EJ admitted that they were together. She wondered if there were any other brothers that she slept with. He said she never slept with Tony, and Andre is dead. Abby wondered how he died. Chad walked in before EJ could answer her. Stefan walked into the office to talk to Gabi. She was about to call security, but she hung up the phone. Gabi decided to yell at him instead. He wanted to talk so they could move past his cheating with Ava. She didn’t think they could get past it. Gabi would never forgive him or forget what he did. Stefan pled his case to her. He begged her to come home to make things up to her. She agreed to go home with him, so she could pack her things.

Connie wanted to get rid of Melinda’s body. She all the things she needed to get rid of Melinda’s body. Connie was ready to get started when Melinda started stirring. She didn’t understand why the drug didn’t kill her when it worked to get rid of Everett/Bobby. Connie decided to slit her throat instead. She grabbed a hacksaw to slit her throat, but cardboard Li begged her not to kill Melinda. He wanted her to do the right thing and let her live. Connie wondered why he cared so much. She asked him if he loved her. Cardboard Li assured her that he’s in love with her. She worried that Connie knew too much. Connie wondered what she should do with her. Abby let Chad know that EJ told her about what happened with his brothers. Chad glared at EJ, so he apologized. He demanded to know what EJ told Abby. Abby interrupted and said she was the family slut. He lashed out at EJ. EJ told him that it was going to come out eventually. Chad walked away from him. Stefan had to chase Gabi into the DiMera mansion. EJ was happy to see them arguing. Gabi told EJ that Stefan slept with Ava. He was shocked to hear the news. Gabi told him that she was there to pack her things. EJ snarked at her moving out, and she suddenly changed her mind about moving. She told EJ that she was going to stay there. Abby hid her phone when she heard Chad coming. He wondered if she was okay. Hearing so many terrible things about her was a lot to deal with. Chad said there were wonderful memories as well. He said she didn’t have to stay in the room, but she wanted to be there. She hoped it would bring back memories. Melinda woke up confused. She woke up tied to a bed. Connie planned to take care of her. She said and Li planned to take care of her.

Brady read about Sarah’s hit-and-run. Kristen called him to cancel his day with Rachel because the color of his car matched the one that hit Sarah. He warned her to keep her theories to herself and hung up the phone. Fiona babysat for Victoria. She apologized for what she did to her mother. Fiona knew Xander wouldn’t forgive her for what she did to Sarah. She prayed no one would find out she hit Sarah with Brady’s car. Sarah wanted to calm Xander down, but he wanted to know where the doctor was with her test results. She said they had to wait for them. Sarah said for him to go home with Victoria. She assured him that she was fine. Johnny and Abe saw Alex and Chanel arguing. Abe noticed there was chemistry between Chanel and Alex. Johnny wanted to protect her, but Chanel assured him that she was fine. She cozied up to Johnny and Alex got sick of it so he walked away. Johnny wondered what happened as Abe walked away. Chanel told him they were arguing over Allie. She assured him that she’s with the one she wants. Alex needed to know they would never be friends after his betrayal. Johnny told her about a character for the soap opera Body & Soul. He thought she would be perfect for the part. She said that she didn’t have any acting experience. Working with romantic partners didn’t work for her in the past. He tried to convince her that it would be a great way for them to spend time together. Abe had a similar conversation with Alex about appearing on the soap. Alex didn’t think Johnny and Chanel would go for the idea. Abe was prepared to handle Johnny and Chanel. Alex agreed to audition. Paulina went to see Jada and saw her watching footage from Sarah’s accident. Jada wasn’t confident they would find the driver. She received deleted footage Sexton’s department store from the night of Sarah’s accident.

Sarah woke up with Maggie by her side. They started crying as Maggie told her it would take a village to get through that. Sarah was glad that Fiona was there to help too. She knew it would be work, but she planned to get back to her old self no matter how long it took. If it’s not in the cards, she would live a complete life. A hit-and-run driver wouldn’t deprive her of living her life. Brady inspected his car. He noticed scraped paint on the bumper. He remembered squealing tires. Brady wasn’t sure what he did. Fiona was glad that Victoria was too young to understand what she was saying. She would be able to keep her secret. Xander walked in and wondered what the secret was. Fiona covered by saying she wanted to take a picture of Victoria to Sarah. He told her about Sarah losing feeling in her legs. Xander took Victor to see Sarah. Brady called Fiona and wanted to see her immediately. Maggie comforted Sarah as she cried. Sarah hated being away from Victoria. Xander surprised Sarah by bringing Victoria to see her. She spent some time with Sarah, and Maggie took her home. Sarah winced when Kayla came in with her test results. Friona arrived at the townhouse. Brady remembered hearing screeching tires. He remembered Sarah being hit by a gray car. Brady was afraid he was the one who did it. Fiona dismissed his concerns about the car. She told him that Sarah didn’t see the driver and couldn’t remember what happened. Brady thought he caused the accident. Fiona told him the doctors were hopeful for Sarah. She tried to downplay the numbness in Sarah’s legs. He wanted to turn himself in to the police. Jada continued to investigate the footage of the accident. She let Paulina know that she broke the case open. There was partial footage of a license plate. Brady took Fiona to the garage. He saw that the car was gone. Kayla told Sarah that she had a stroke in her spinal cord. Sarah told Xander that her problem is probably irreversible and that she might never regain sensation in her legs.

Gabi slammed Stefan’s picture down on her desk. Connie called her pretending to be sick. Gabi wanted her to stay home and take care of herself. Connie wondered if she was going to get her revenge on Stefan and Ava yet. Gabi needed proof first. Kristen walked in the office, and she figured out how she could get the proof she needed. Connie looked at the Li cutout and said she wanted to play hooky to spend time with him. Melinda met with Ava at the square to let her know that everything on Connie’s resume was a lie. Ava tried to downplay it, but Melinda knew someone who worked where Connie said she did. Connie was a nightmare, and they gave her a good reference to make her go away. Melinda wanted Connie to get fired. Ava was supposed to let Gabi know. Jack told Julie that Abby was alive. Abby was wearing a silk robe at the DiMera mansion. Stefan saw her and wondered who she was. Chad told him that she was Abby. They told Stefan about her plastic surgery and that she had amnesia. Kristen talked to Gabi about Sarah getting hit by someone driving a gray car. Gabi remembered that Ava drove a gray car. She said it couldn’t be Ava because she was sleeping with her husband. Kristen thought she was imagining things. Gabi knew she didn’t imagine anything. She threatened to take her company to DiMera’s biggest competitor if Kristen didn’t tell her the truth. Kristen confirmed that Stefan slept with Ava. Stefan thanked Chad for not telling Abby about their past. Chad knew he was talking about the rape. He thought it would be too traumatic for her to find that out. Stefan thought he should tell her some things because the memories might trigger something she’s not prepared for.

Julie thought Jennifer should learn the truth about Abby. Jennifer arrived at the Horton house. She needed to see her daughter. Jack told her that Abby was fragile and didn’t think they should push her. Jennifer was determined to see Abby. Stefan insisted that Chad tell Abby about the bad things that happened to her. Chad got frustrated by what he said. He wants to manage everyone’s needs. Chad left to take a call from Jack. Abby picked up a photo of herself (it was a picture of Marci Miller). She sat down and looked at the room. Chad walked in and wondered what she was doing. She felt like something drew her to the room. He told her it was their room, and she was stabbed there. Chad let her know that Jennifer wanted to see her. Jack warned Jennifer that seeing Abby wouldn’t be easy. He told her that she doesn’t look like herself or have her memories. Kristen tried to tell Gabi that Stefan and Ava felt bad about what happened. She said they were only together once. Gabi said it should have been zero times. Ava showed up, so Gabi pretended to be nice to her. She invited Ava to lunch with her. Ava left to meet Gabi at the Bistro. Kristen wanted to know what Gabi was going to do. She told Kristen to have patience. If she wanted Gabi Chic to launch, Kristen had to do exactly what she told her. Melinda saw Connie and let her know that she was fired. She wanted her to turn in her badge and work laptop. Connie refused to let her in her apartment to get them. Melinda planned to get the police involved. Ava and Gabi were at the Bistro. She was about to tell Gabi about Connie when Stefan arrived. Gabi motioned for Stefan to come to their table. They were about to make a toast when Gabi thought Ava wanted to help with the line out of guilt for sleeping with her husband. Chad hugged Jennifer. Upstairs, Abby called someone and let them know that everything was going according to plan.
