Jason and Carly talk and he tells her that he is scared because he can’t protect her from Jack’s enemies if she is in danger someday because he doesn’t understand how the WSB works. Carly tells him that she understands but she really doesn’t think Jack is a threat to her. Jason tells Carly that he will never leave her and they will face what happens with her relationship with Jack together.

Kai tells Trina about the experimental surgery that Drew is offering to pay for that could get him playing football again. Kai tells Trina that Portia is b researching the surgery and he trusts her opinion. Trina is grateful to Kai for helping her deal with her grief over Spencer’s death. Kai is grateful to Trina for helping him deal with the trauma of his injury. Kai and Trina kiss and then Lucy interrupts to persuade them to perform at the Nurses Ball.

Elizabeth has to recover about three to six months because she now has three pins in her leg.

Ric awakens and Molly is happy her father will be okay.

Kristina is relived that Elizabeth and Ric will be okay.

Elizabeth later talks to Lucky and asks him not to tell anyone about her mistake. Lucky wonders why Kristina would want to hurt Elizabeth and Ric.

Ava goes to the police impound lot and talks to the mechanic. The mechanic checks out her car. The mechanic tells Ava her car is totaled and will be taken to the scrap yard. Ava asks the mechanic to look at the car to see what could have caused the accident because she is thinking about suing the car company. The mechanic checks the car and tells Ava the brake lines were cut.

Josslynn tells Jack that she saw Vaughn take something from a woman and put it in his right pocket. Vaughn denies everything and tells Jack that Josslynn didn’t see anything. Jack tells Vaughn to empty his pockets and he does have something that looks like gum in his right pocket. Jack congratulates Josslynn because she just completed her first phase of training. Jack tells Josslynn that her training will be ongoing but right now he needs her for a time sensitive assignment. Jack later talks to Vaughn and tells him that he is sending him in as backup for Josslyn’s assignment.

Marco arrives to see his dad Jens and he sees Natalia and says ” hi mom what are you doing here.”

Sonny arrives later to talk to Jens and Natalia hides so Sonny won’t see her. Sonny asks Jens if he knew Solinsky who was the hit man that planted the incendiary device that burned Michael. Jens says he hasn’t heard that name before and he is very sorry about what happened to Michael. Sonny tells Jens that Solesky, who is dead, had connections in Africa. Jens tells Sonny he wants to be a legitimate businessman and would love to work with him.

Natalia tells Jens that Sonny is a smart and dangerous man and he better not lie to him. Jens reminds Natalia that she better not tell anyone what she knows about him or everyone will find out he is her ex-husband.

ADA Turner asks Trina if Emma ever told her why she got expelled from school in California. Trina tells her Emma never told her anything, but she wonders why an ADA is interested in what Emma did in California. ADA Turner tells Trina that she thinks Anna is giving Emma special treatment by giving Emma community service. Trina tells the ADA that she doesn’t know anything about Anna.

ADA Turner later talks to Sonny because she wants to question him about his relationship with Anna and Laura. Sonny tells the ADA to stop fishing for information because there is nothing inappropriate about his friendship with Anna and Laura.

Jason agrees to provide his medical information to the hospital to participate in the birth plan and list himself as the father on the birth certificate for Sasha and Michael’s baby. Jason and Sasha both agree that he needs to keep pretending to be the father of the baby until Michael comes back home.

Jack stops by to check how Josslynn’s training is going and her handler Vaughn tells Jack to accept that she is ready to graduate. Vaughn tells Jack that he is ready to be a field agent again. Jack tells Vaugn that after what happened in Romania he is going to be a trainer for a long time. Josslynn tells Jack that she saw Vaughn accept a drop-off at a coffee shop.

Kai tells Curtis that Drew offered to pay for an experimental surgery that could help him play football again.. Curtis advises him to let Portia do some research on the surgery.

Emma goes to court and pleads guilty and gets community service, but Anna is worried about her previous charges for what she did while she was in college in California. Emma tells Anna she can’t tell anyone what she did because the school made her sign an NDA or she would go to jail.

Jason asks Lucas to persuade Carly not to continue dating Jack. Lucas tells Jason he has already spoken to her and he couldn’t persuade her to stop dating Jack.

Laura tells Sonny that Ric and Elizabeth were in a car accident. Laura tells Sonny Elizabeth fractured her leg but will be fine after she has surgery. Laura tells Sonny that Ric hasn’t awakened yet and Sonny hopes that Ric will pull through for Molly’s sake.

Marco arrives to interview for a job at Diane’s law firm. Diane is impressed by Marco and she tells him she will give him the job but first he has to talk to her law firm partner Alexis Davis.

Jason makes arrangements with Diane to put Sasha’s baby in his will.

Sasha tells Jens Sidwell that he can’t use Deception for anything illegal or she will tell the ladies about their deal. Natalia also tells Jens not to do anything illegal with Deception or she will tell the ladies everything she knows about him. Jens tells Natalia that she has no right to tell him what to do especially after the spectacular way she left her family.

This is a special standalone episode celebrating the 62nd anniversary of General Hospital.

Lucy tells Jens Sidwell about the nurse’s ball and how it was started in 1994 to raise money for HIV and AIDS research. Jens is so touched when Lucy tells him about Stone Cates story and how his girlfriend Robin Scorpio Drake is still alive and living a wonderful life with her husband Patrick and her kids Emma and Noah. Lucy tells Jens that when Robin was diagnosed with HIV they weren’t sure how long she would live. Jens agrees to pay all the expenses for the nurse’s ball.

Maxie gives the hospital nurses a Deception gift bags to thank them for their dedication to the hospital and their patients.

Sonny anonymously donates money for the Monica Quartermaine Cardiac care center which is opening today but Monica can’t be there because she is still sick with a respiratory problem. Laura makes a speech to officially open the Monica Quartermaine Cardiac Care Center.

Drew offers to pay for a surgery for Kai that might help him play football again. Kai thanks Drew for his help and he agrees to look at the information about the surgery before he decides if he wants to accept Drew’s offer.

Emma, Gio, Tracy and, Trina chain themselves to the Quartermaine crypt to keep the city from bulldozing it. Emma gets angry when Anna looks at the demolition order and tells the policeman to get the bolt cutters.

Kristina has another argument with Ava and she tells Ava “you took Adella from me you took Morgan from me and I won’t let you take my father from me I will stop you Ava.” Kristina goes to Adella’s grave and she is angry so she grabs a pair of scissors and leaves the house.

Kristina arrives at Charlie’s pub and tells Lucky she did something stupid but she is going to fix it. Kristina calls Ava but Ava doesn’t answer her cell phone. Kristina remembers cutting the brake line on Ava’s car.

Ric is driving Elizabeth home in the car and he is driving too fast so Elizabeth tells him to slow down but Ric hits the brakes which don’t work. Elizabeth screams.

Sonny and Jason found Solesky. Sonny and Jason both point a gun at him and demand that Solensky tell him who hired him to bomb his penthouse. Sonny tells Solesky that if he tells him the name of the person who hired him he might decide not to kill him. If he doesn’t tell him the name of the person who hired him, he will be a dead man.

Ric and Alexis reach a truce for Molly’s sake.

Kristina and Molly miss each other so they agree to try and slowly rebuild their sisterly relationship. Kristina and Molly decide to have a Davis girls movie night with Alexis.

Lucky invites Elizabeth to spend the weekend in New York City with him so they can recreate the first time they spent the weekend in New York together.

Brick stops by Jordan’s place and asks her out to dinner but Jordan is having dinner with Isaiah. Jordan asks Brick not to tell anyone she and Isiah are dating. Brick tells Dr. Gannon that he has heard a lot of things about his family and he hopes he isn’t involved in any of those things.

Brick tells Sonny he found Solesky, the guy that was hired by someone to bomb his penthouse. Brick tells Sonny and Jason that Solesky is in Toronto. Brick tells Jason to be careful because Solesky is very dangerous. Sonny decides to go to Toronto with Jason despite the fact Brick and Jason don’t think that Sonny should go because of his heart condition.

Lulu tells Brook Lynn that she quits her job. Lulu assures Brook Lynn that despite their intense dislike for each other she won’t tell Dante he has another son although she doesn’t like lying to him.

Lulu later talks to Cody and tells him she is angry with Dante because he lied to her about his relationship with Brook Lynn.

Dante told her that he and Brook Lynn were just friends when they were more than friends.

Drew is upset when he sees Curtis having tea with Tracy and he thinks that Curtis and Tracy have teamed up against him. Drew tells Curtis that if he wants things to get ugly now they will get ugly.

Councilman Ezra Boyd tries to pressure Laura to move the McConkey Esplanade to pier 55 but Laura points out that, since Sonny owns the pier, the Esplanade project would never happen because Sonny would keep the project tied up in court.

Ezra later tells Jordan that he thinks she could be Mayor if she resigns her job in protest over the Esplanade project. Jordan makes it clear that she supports Laura because she is a good Mayor.

Emma and Gio talk to Ned about their idea of donating land along the shoreline for an Egret sanctuary in exchange for the city not moving the Quartermaine family crypt. Emma worries that Brook Lynn is too busy to have time to talk to Ned so she suggests that she and Gio should talk to Monica about their idea to save the family Crypt.

Kristina arrives in time to give Sonny his pill and yells at Ava for not helping Sonny. Kristina tells Ava to leave and calls Dr Gannon. Sonny assures Dr Gannon that once he takes care of a security problem, and his family is safe, he will have the surgery.

Sonny later tells Laura about his heart condition.

Kristina goes to baby Irene’s grave and tells her that Ava almost killed Sonny and, if she doesn’t stop Ava, she will take everyone she loves from her.

Ava tells Ric what happened with Sonny earlier and Ric starts to investigate about what medical condition Sonny is hiding from everyone.

Emma and Gio tell Ned they have an idea of how to keep the city from moving the family crypt. Emma and Gio tell Ned that the Quartermaines should offer to donate some of their shoreline land to the city and make the land a sanctuary for the egrets. Ned tells Emma and Gio he has a better idea of how to save the family crypt. Ned later talks to Tracy and tells her they should tell Drew that if he doesn’t leave the crypt alone they will tell Willow that he slept with Nina at the same time he was starting a romance with her. Tracy tells Ned that they should use that threat against Nina not Drew.

Emma later tells Gio they shouldn’t have gone to Ned with their idea they should have found an ally within the Quartermaine family. Gio tells Emma he has the perfect person to be their ally.

Ric asks Elizabeth to help him find out how many times Portia has accessed patient records in the past years. Ric tells Elizabeth he may need to defend Portia before the hospital board.

Carly tells Jack that Jason told her that if anything happens to her then the same thing will happen to him. Jack tells Carly he isn’t afraid of Jason but Carly tells him that he should take Jason’s threat seriously. Jack tells Carly that he needs her and she tells him that she needs him too and she wants to see where their relationship could go.

Ava asks Lucas if he knows if Julian left him any money. Lucas tells her Julian didn’t leave him any money but, if he did leave him any money, he wouldn’t want the money.

Kristina tells Sonny that Ava is having finical problems because she was at Alexis’s office when Ava asked Alexis for a loan from the Cassidine estate. Kristina tells Sonny that Alexis didn’t loan Ava the money. Kristina tells Sonny that he should take advantage of the opportunity and get sole custody of Avery because Ava doesn’t have the money to take care of Avery.

Kristina goes to Donna’s room to play with her while Sonny goes to answer the door. Ava arrives to ask Sonny to loan her two million dollars to pay her taxes or she will lose her art gallery. Sonny agrees to loan her the money but she will only get to see Avery two weekends a month. Ava gets angry and tells Sonny she won’t sell Avery for money. Sonny gets angry and reminds Ava that he will never forget that she is responsible for the deaths of Connie and Morgan. Sonny has a chest pain and falls to the floor. Sonny tries to reach for his medicine in his shirt pocket but he is in too much pain. Ava reaches Sonny’s pocket, finds the pills, and asks Sonny if he needs the pills.

Ava asks Alexis for a loan from the Cassidine Estate because she needs to pay her taxes or she will lose her gallery. Alexis tells Ava she won’t give her a loan because it will upset Kristina.

Kristina later talks to Lucky and tells him Sonny will soon have heart surgery and she is worried about him. Kristina also tells Lucky that what really makes her angry is that Sonny didn’t go to court to fight for sole custody of Avery because he doesn’t need any stress right now because of his heart condition. Kristina tells Lucky that he agreed to joint custody of Avery with Ava and Ava doesn’t have the money to take care of Avery. Lucky advises Kristina to let go of this hatred of Ava because it will only hurt her and baby Adela would want her mom to be happy.

Nina isn’t happy that Willow turned down her offer to buy her a house and has decided to move in with Drew. Nina uses Willow’s spare key to get into Drew’s house to look inside Drew’s safe for anything that will help her change Willow’s mind about Drew.

Valentin asks Alexis to go to the police station because he needs her to do something for him.

Curtis tells Kai to keep his guard up around Drew because Drew can’t be trusted. Kai and Portia appear with Drew at a press conference to promote his new Pediatric sports program.

Jason meets with Valentin at the police station and promises to do a favor for him in the future if he tells him everything he knows about Jack. Valentin tells Jason he thinks Jack is still the head of the WSB but he is using being the chief of the WSB field office as a cover. Valentin also tells Jason that Jack will do anything to get what he wants but now his weakness is Carly because he is in love with her. Valentin tells Jason that the only way to protect Carly from danger is to get her away from Jack. Jason goes to the hospital and tells Carly that her relationship with Jack is over now.

Sonny and Laura had a talk. Sonny tells Laura that Valentin broke into the house and the reason that he didn’t kill Valentin is because he thought of what she would say to him. Sonny tells Laura that she would tell him not to kill Valentin because Charlotte needs her father. Laura tells Sonny that since she is Mayor and he does what he does they are going to disagree but she thinks that he is trying to be a better man and it is an exciting time to be his friend right now.

Brook Lynn gets into a big argument with her mom because Brook Lynn can’t trust Lois since she told Gloria that she gave her baby up for adoption and didn’t bother to tell her that her grandmother about the adoption. Brook Lynn tells Lois that she told Chase that Dante is the father of her child because she doesn’t want to keep any secrets from Chase. Brook Lynn assures Lois that Chase won’t tell Dante the truth. Lois tells Brook Lynn that she thinks they need some time apart so she is going upstairs to pack and she is going back home to Bensonhurst. Chase tells Lulu to leave Brook Lynn alone and not tell Dante that he has a child or he will arrest her for breaking into Martin’s room and looking at confidential attorney files.

Jack is about to kill Valentin but Anna arrives and persuades Jack not to kill Valentin because she is going to arrest him and make sure he pays for his crimes. Anna tells Valentin that it is time he pay for his crimes so she will not let him escape this time.

Jason tells Jack to stay away from Carly because he doesn’t intend to have Carly be poisoned because of him again.

Cody gets arrested for stealing his own car because the arresting officer transposed the numbers on Cody’s license plate. Cody asks Alexis to represent him, and Alexis tells Molly to recuse herself because they have a family connection.
Ric happens to be at the courthouse and offers to represent Cody. Ric and Alexis get into an argument because Ric wants to help Cody but Cody explains the mix up to Molly and she drops the case and Cody is let go. Cody tells Ric that he should try to be civil with Alexis because his arguments with her hurt Molly. Molly tells Alexis that she should stop letting Ric goad her into arguments.

Ava’s accountant tells her that, despite the money that Nina loaned her, she is still broke because she needs to pay her taxes. Ava’s accountant tells her that she has to tighten her budget even further and he also takes away all her credit card except for one.

Tracy takes great pleasure in telling Drew that Martin is on his way to California with a federal Marshall because he didn’t pay alimony to one of his wives. Drew tells Tracy he can get another lawyer so she better get ready to move the crypt. Tracy tells Drew she will fight him and take away everything he has if he doesn’t leave the family crypt in its place.

Nina tells Willow that she will buy her a house so she doesn’t need to move in with Drew. Willow agrees to think about it and then heads to Drew’s place to talk to him. Willow arrives while Tracy and Drew are still arguing and Willow tells Tracy if she would have Wiley and Amelia welcomed Drew into the family he would have been the most loyal Quartermaine but since she didn’t do it she brought this on herself. Tracy tells Willow she will soon be saying those words to herself. Willow tells Tracy that Drew is a good man and Wiley and Amelia love him and are excited to move into his house.

Valentin stops by Laura’s place, but Charlotte isn’t home because she is at the Quartermaine’s with Rocco. Laura promises to protect Valentin if he turns himself in to the police. Valentin tells Lulu he can’t turn himself in it’s too late for that now. Valentin asks Lulu to tell Charlotte that he loves her more than anything and he will always be with her.

Sonny calls Jack that Valentin is in town, and he will have a boat waiting for him at pier 55. Jack repays Sonny’s favor by telling him Carly is in hospital. Anna tells Sonny and Jason that the Champagne that poisoned Carly was meant for Jack. Sonny tells Jason to go to pier 55 and make sure Jack finishes the job on Valentin. Anna calls Jack and leaves a message telling him not to kill Valentin. Jack arrives at pier 55 just as Valentin is about to get on the boat, points a gun at him, and says it’s over my friend.

Brook Lynn tells Chase that Dante is the father of her baby and Chase tries to persuade Brook Lynn to tell Dante about the baby. Brook Lynn tells Chase that she doesn’t want to disrupt Dante or their son’s life because their son may not know that he is adopted. Brook Lynn promises Chase that if her and Dante’s son comes looking for her and Dante then she will tell Dante he has a son. Brook Lynn asks Chase not to tell Dante the truth about his son. Chase agrees not to tell Dante the truth.

Valentin sneaks into Sony’s house to get something he left behind, but Sonny catches him. Valentin apologizes to Sonny for tampering with his medication and explains that Jack made him do it because he threatened Charlotte. Valentin also tells Sonny that a hit man named Smolinsky bought the incendiary device that set off the bomb in his penthouses. Valentin tells Sonny he doesn’t know the name of the person who v hired the hit man.

Sasha tells Jason that Willow can’t find out that she is pregnant with Michael’s child because she could use the information in court to get custody of Wiley and Amelia. Sasha tells Jason they must protect Michael. Jason agrees not to tell Carly that Sasha is carrying her grandchild. Carly was poisoned with polonium and Anna calls Robin on the phone so she can give him instructions on how to stabilize Carly until they can get the antidote to the poison. Anna calls Jason to tell him to go to the hospital because Carly is sick. Carly goes into cardiac arrest and Isiah must shock her heart to get it beating again. Jack arrives with the antidote and gives it to Isaiah to put into Carly’s IV. Jack sits by Carly’s bedside and tells her that his heart belongs to her.
