Cane makes his bone Marrow donation, and it is flown to New York.
Claire, Holden, and Stephanie wait in New York for Malcolm’s procedure to start and Stephanie tells Holden that she will call and let him know when he can go to the hospital to see Malcolm.
Holden wonders if it was hard for Claire to fit in with the Newman family. Claire tells Holden that her family accepted her right away despite what she did to them. Claire tells Holden that it was hard for her to accept their love because she didn’t think she deserved to be loved. Claire remembers Cole and since she misses her dad she starts to cry. Holden holds her while she cries and they kiss a few minutes later.
Lily takes care of Cane and, after she makes sure he is okay, she gives him a kiss and heads to the airport.
Nick continues to take drugs and hide it from Adam and Victor. Nick asks Victor to just get Matt for him and forget about Newman Enterprises for now because they will find another way to get back the company. Victor and Adam both say no and Nick walks out of Victor’s home office . Nick goes to the Athletic Club and tells Phyllis she can keep the company, and he will persuade Christine to drop the charges against her if she gives him Matt Clark.
