The entire episode takes place at Nikki’s party. Nick invites Sharon to be his plus one to go to Aristotle Dumas party in France.

Kyle tells Victor he will sign a contract that says if he ever breaks Claire’s heart he will pay him five million dollars and leave town. Victor tells Kyle that he will consider his proposal. Claire asks Kyle what proposal Victor was talking about and Kyle doesn’t say anything except that he hopes Victor won’t refuse the offer.

Cole has trouble breathing and almost falls hurting the party. Victoria wants to take Cole to the hospital, but he insists he just needs to rest. Claire later tells Victor and Nikki that Cole is having trouble breathing and has a high fever. Victor and Nikki worry that Cole might have pneumonia.

Nikki tells Victor that the best birthday present he could give her is to accept Kyle and Claire ‘s relationship. Victor tells Nikki that Kyle offered to sign a contract promising that he won’t break Claire’s heart.

Nikki’s party begins, but before Jack and Diane leave for the party, they get an invitation delivered by messenger. The invitation is from Aristotle Dumas. Aristotle is inviting them to his villa in Nice, France on June 13, 2025. Damian, Lily, Michel, Lauren, Victor, Nikki, Nicholas, and Victoria get the same invitation.

Victor gives Nikki a Ferrari 250 GTO fully restored because she has wanted that car since she was a teenager. Nick gives his mom a box of his and Victoria’s handwritten memories of their favorite moments with her. Victoria makes the first toast to her mom when she and Victor arrive at the Athletic Club.

Damian and Lily have dinner at Society since Lily didn’t want to go to the party. Lily tells Damian about her marriages to Daniel and Cane and how those marriage didn’t work out.

Harrison finally comes up with an idea for a birthday present for his GG Nikki he is going to make her a Newman family tree and write a story for her.

Claire remains optimistic that Nikki’s birthday party will change Victor’s mind about Kyle, and he will approve of their relationship.

Diane is touched when Ashley approves of the changes to the house and John Abbott approves of the changes too. Ashley tells Jack that she wants to take a leave of absence from Jabot so she can go back to work with her therapist in Paris. Ashley tells Jack that her dissociative identity disorder had not returned but this ordeal with Traci had made her question if she has truly recovered from her disorder so she wants to go back to therapy.

Phyllis tells Daniel about her plan to ask Aristotle Dumas if she can run Chancellor Industries when he takes it away from Victor. Daniel doesn’t think that Dumas will let her run Chancellor Industries because he doesn’t know her. Daniel tells Phyllis that he doesn’t want to run Chancellor Industries with her and this time Phyllis finally understands Daniel needs his space. Phyllis heads off to Washington DC determined to persuade Aristotle Dumas to let her run Chancellor Industries.

Claire meets with the party planner to plan the perfect elegant and intimate party.

Traci loves the remodel that Diane did to the Abbott house. She thinks it is even more warm and welcoming then it used to be. Traci tells Jack and Diane that the time she spent in New York helped her to heal a little from her ordeal with Martin but she thinks that she needs to write a novel about it to make the ordeal a part of her past. Traci is confident that this will make her a stronger woman.

Victoria tells Victor that if he does anything to make Kyle look bad in Claire’s eyes she will never forgive him. Victor gives Nikki a music box that plays the first song she played for him on the piano.

Nikki makes Victor promise he won’t attack the Abbotts until after her birthday party. Nikki is very worried about how far Victor’s attack against the Abbotts will go without Michael stopping him.

Michael is having a hard time getting used to not working for Victor. Michael is most hurt by the fact that Victor keeps glaring at him while they are both having breakfast at the Athletic club.

Lauren tells Michael that they should take a trip to Italy. Michael agrees, but he wonders if he made a mistake quitting his job. Michael worries that there won’t be anyone to stand between Victor and Jack to keep their latest battle from being really bad.

Victor tells Nick that he intends to mount a two-pronged attack against Aristotle Dumas and the Abbotts to protect Chancellor Industries.

Adam tells Chelsea to start his smear campaign against Billy and Jabot. Adam tells Chelsea he tried to stall Victor, but it didn’t work, so now he thinks he needs to create another scandal to distract Victor from Billy and Jabot.

Phyllis persuades Amanda to let her go to Washington DC with her so she can try to meet with Aristotle and try to persuade him to let her run Chancellor Industries after he takes over the company.

Kyle and Diane have a long talk and Kyle admits to his mom that he struggles daily to be a good person because he battles his impulses to win at any cost. Kyle also tells Diane that he struggles with his impulse to beat Victor and wipe the smile from Victor’s face. Diane encourages Kyle to think before he acts and consider how his actions will affect others. Kyle gets a text message from Audra and tells Diane that the text message means Audra is going to set a trap for him. Kyle tells Diane that he is going to surprise Audra and Victor. He again, isn’t a push over. Diane tells Kyle to be careful, and n think before he acts.

Michael quits his job with Victor because he can’t help him in another war with Jack. Victor is so upset about Michael quitting he tells Nikki never to mention Michael’s name again.

Jack tells Diane that he and Nikki talked to Lauren, and she said Michael was going to quit his job with Victor. Diane worries that Victor will be worse without Michael and will come even harder against Jabot. Jack tells Diane that they will be ready for the fight with Victor.

Abby and Devon wonder why Aristote Dumas wants to protect Winters from any outside threats. Lily is worried that Aristotle Dumas will seek revenge against Damian if he finds out that he is spying on him on behalf of Winters. Damian tells Lily he is willing to take the risk for his family. Damian calls Aristotle Dumas, who tells him there is no need to spy on Winters Inc. because he isn’t interested in the company.

Devon tells Amanda that he wants a meeting with him and Billy, and he won’t take no for an answer.

Nate demands that Audra tell him what Victor is planning to do to Kyle and Jabot and why he is using her to do it. Claire tells Kyle that this plan he has to get close to Audra to find out what her grandfather is planning to do to him and Jabot is very dangerous and will blow up in his face.

Victor gives Nikki a surprise romantic evening at the ranch pre-birthday celebration. Nikki tries one more time to persuade Victor that Claire and Kyle love each other and he shouldn’t stand in their way, but Victor is sure that Kyle will break Claire’s heart.

Victor tells Nikki he will give her a present every day until her birthday when he will give her the most special birthday present of them all. Victor gives Nikki a locket with the words strength courage and beauty inscribed on ir and inside the locket is a picture of Nikki with Claire and Victoria.

Jack surprises Diane with a romantic evening at home to thank her for the hard work she did remodeling the house. Jack tells Diane that Ashley and Traci will be home soon to see the house. Diane worries about Ashley and Traci’s opinion about the changes she made to the house. Jack tells Diane not to worry because he is sure his sisters will love the house.

Jack tells Diane that it’s time they go on their honeymoon. Jack and Diane decide to take the Orient Express to Paris, then after Paris, they will go to Istanbul and Mikonos.

Michael rents out the Jazz Lounge so he and Lauren can be alone. Michael and Lauren have dinner and then dance. Michael apologizes to Lauren for everything that he put her through because he has worked for Victor for all these years. Michael tells Lauren that she is right about working for Victor, so he has decided to stop working for him. Lauren worries about how Victor will react and what he will do when Michael quits his job.

Holden and Kyle talk. Audra interrupts them. Holden tells Kyle that he and Audra worked together in Los Angeles and had a personal relationship as well. Kyle tells Holden that he and Audra also had a personal relationship and worked together at a cosmetics company that failed. Holden thinks that there are still sparks between Kyle and Audra. Audra tells Holden to stay out of her life.

Claire persuades her grandfather to help her plan a birthday party for Nikki. Claire also tells Victor that she and Kyle have decided not to move in together for now but they are still a couple.

Kyle and Claire eat lunch at the park and Claire tells Kyle that Victor agreed to help her plan Nikki’s birthday party. Kyle tells Claire that Audra is falling into his trap. Audra calls Victor and tells him Kyle is falling into her trap.

Sharon wonders if Nick is getting back together with Phyllis since right now Phyllis is vulnerable and fragile and he has a pattern of falling in love with women who need him to rescue.

Nick tells Sharon that he has no intention of getting back together with Phyllis. Nick wonders if Sharon is jealous of Phyllis. Sharon tells Nick she isn’t jealous of Phyllis but, as his friend, she doesn’t want him to fall into old patterns of behavior that aren’t good for him.

Cole feels well enough to have lunch with Victoria and accepts her offer to move into the tack house with her, Claire, Johnny, and Katie. Victoria is concerned when Cole’s knees buckle when they both get up to leave after lunch. Cole explains to Victoria that he feels better but he is still a little weak, but he will be fine.

Nick tells Phyllis he will be there for her if she needs to cry or vent her emotions about the kidnapping, but Phyllis says she will never cry about what happened to her. Sharon interrupts Nick and Phyllis’s talk at the park and, when Nick goes back to work, Sharon tells Phyllis about her and Nick ‘s family vacation to London.

Sally once again tells Billy that he must let go of his fixation with Chancellor Industries or Abbott Communications will fail before it gets started. Nick interrupts Billy and Sally ‘s conversation at the park because he doesn’t think Billy should have fired Phyllis because she needs something positive to focus on after everything she has been through, but Billy thinks that Phyllis needs to deal with the trauma of her ordeal before she is ready to go to work. Phyllis walks by and sees Billy and Nick arguing about her.

Amanda meets with Devon, Lily, and Nate on behalf of Aristotle Dumas because she is his lawyer. Amanda assures Devon, Lily, and Nate that Aristotle Dumas respects them all and he isn’t coming after Winters Inc. Amanda tells them that Aristotle is going after Chancellor Industries because he thinks Billy and Lily were treated unfairly when Victor took over the company. Devon, Lily, and Nate talk at Nate’s place after their meeting. Devon, Lily, and Nate are even more worried about Aristotle Dumas because Amanda didn’t tell them his identity. Amanda reunites with her best friend Phyllis and asks her why she was trying to contact Aristotle Dumas.

Victor thinks Phyllis is bluffing when she tells him that she has information that could help him stop Aristotle Dumas. Billy refuses to give Victor information about Aristotle Dumas. Victor tells Adam to launch the smear campaign against Billy.

Adam asks Chelsea to trust him when he says he has everything under control.

Phyllis calls Aristotle Dumas and asks the man who answers the phone and tells him that she has important information about a business venture with Billy Abboott that also involves Victor. The man on the phone tells Phyllis that he will give Mr. Dumas her message.

Chelsea and Chloe have a long talk and Chelsea tells Chloe that she regrets taking the job at Newman Media but it is too late to go back to Marchetti. Chelsea is sure that Adam will not sideline her and stand up to Victor.

Claire tells Victor she and Kyle are moving into Adam’s apartment. Victor says he won’t allow it. Victor tells Claire he will put a stop to it right now. Victor goes to Adam’s office to say that he will not sell his apartment to Kyle and Claire, or he will be sorry. Victor goes to Kyle’s office and tells him he and Claire better not move in together because, if they do, Kyle doesn’t want to find out what will happen to him. Kyle and Claire decide to take Victor on together.

Damian tells Holden that he will recommend him to Aristotle Dumas to take over his job if he decides to take the job at Winters. Damian calls Lily and tells him he wants to meet with her because he has decided about the job offer.

Chelsea tells Adam that, if Newman Media puts out a hit piece on Billy, she will not work for Newman Media.

Adam tells Victor he has a better idea about how they should handle Billy and Dumas. Billy calls and leaves a message with his assistant that the meeting between them must happen now.

Jack and Billy discuss his upcoming meeting with Aristotle Dumas because Jack thinks Billy should concentrate on Abbott Communications instead of once again trying to get Chancellor Industries back from Victor. Billy tells Jack that he has had many battles with Victor in the past and he can’t believe that he is the one advising him to give up on Chancellor Industries.

Victor wants Adam to publicize how well Chancellor Industries is doing under Nikki’s leadership and how badly the company was run by Billy in the past. Victor says that Billy must be crushed because Aristotle Dumas wants to team up with Billy to take over Chancellor Industries.

Adam tells Chelsea whet Victor wants to do to Billy and he tells her that they are about to have their first professional disagreement on her first day of work at Newman Media.

Claire and Kyle tell Diane and Jack the news and they are happy for them although they will miss Harrison and Kyle living in the Abbott house. Diane later tells Claire not to make this move unless she is ready to take on Victor.

Tessa talks to Sharon because Mariah is avoiding her, and she wonders if something happened on her business trip that she didn’t want to talk to her about but Sharon tells Tessa that she doesn’t know specifically what was bothering her. Tessa later tells Daniel during his guitar lesson that she is worried that Mariah is hiding something bad from her.

Michael tells Lauren that he has a plan to diffuse the war between Jack and Victor. Lauren is worried and tells Michael that Victor will be very upset with him if he finds out he went and talked to Jack about what Victor wanted to do. Lauren wants Michael to quit working for Victor so that he won’t get caught in the crossfire of the latest Abbott Newman battle. Michael insists that he has everything under control, and he is hurt that Lauren doesn’t believe that he can handle things.

Summer is shocked when both Chelsea and Sally tell her that they are thinking of leaving Marchetti to take other job offers.

Victoria takes Cole to the doctor because his cough and fever have gotten worse. Claire tells Kyle that Cole is sick and she is worried about him.

Claire wondered why Audra was so rude to her when she came into Crimson Lights. Kyle explains that she was telling him about her new cosmetics company that is starting Vivrante. Claire tells Kyle that Victoria told her that she saw Victor talking to Audra the other day. Claire tells Kyle that she thinks Victor is using Victoria to come after him. Kyle suspects that Victor is the person who is funding Audra’s new cosmetics company. Kyle calls someone to find out everything they can about Audra’s new cosmetics company.

Sally tells Billy that she is considering his job offer to be his second-in-command at Newman Media. Billy talks to Sally about what is expected of her in the job, and she tells him she will give him an answer as soon as possible but first she has to talk to Summer.

Chelsea tells Lauren she is considering working at Newman Media but only if Sally will take over for her at Newman Marchetti. Lauren tells her to have a plan when she and Sally talk to Summer about leaving the company.

Claire tells Nikki she wants to tell Victor she is moving in with Kyle once they find their own place. Nikki tells Claire she needs to soften Victor up first before she tells Victor she is moving in with Kyle.

Victoria is concerned about Cole’s bad cough and fever, and she wants him to go to the doctor, but he insists that he only has a bad cold and all he needs a pain reliver and rest.

Claire arrives home later, and Cole’s cough is worse, and he finally accepts that he needs to go to the doctor, he coughs one more time really hard and passes out on Victoria’s couch.

Billy fires Phyllis and tells her to take some time to work through the kidnapping trauma.

Audra persuades Sally to go work with Billy at Abbott Communications and Phyllis overhears Sally tell Billy she has decided to work with him at Abbott Communications, and she goes to the park to cry.

Mariah arrives home from her business trip and Tessa can tell something is bothering Mariah, but Mariah tells her that she is just tired from her flight.

Audra tells Sally she shouldn’t be jealous of Phyllis because Billy would never go back to her because their relationship was toxic. Audra tells Sally she needs to protect Billy from Phyllis because Phyllis will ruin Billy’s company.

Holden asks Audra to consider him for a job in her new company.

Nate tells Amy and Damian that Dr. Kelly called him to tell him that since Amy is responding well to the treatment she wants her to continue the treatment at a clinic in Boston. Nate tells Amy she needs to leave for Boston tonight because a spot just opened up in the Clinical trial. Amy says goodbye to Audra and heads to Boston with Damian and Nate.

Daniel asks Tessa to teach him how to play the guitar and they have their first lesson.

Billy tells Phyllis that she must accept that Daniel doesn’t want to work for Abbott Communications.

Billy thinks it’s time for Phyllis to let Daniel grieve Heather in his own way and if she doesn’t she can’t work with him at Abbott Communications.

Billy advises Phyllis to let Daniel deal with his grief for Heather in his own way. Phyllis assures Billy that she will give 1,000% to Abbott Communications. Sally thinks that Phyllis is a loose cannon that could ruin Abbott Communications.

Tessa encouraged Daniel that if he feels blocked he should think out of the box and do something that he has always wanted to do but never had time to do. Daniel thinks of something he wants to do and he asks Tessa to help him do it.
