Michael tells Lauren that Victor had his tech guys develop an AI program that will plant AI generated documents that say Billy, Cane, and Phyllis planned to steal Newman Enterprises and this evidence will send all of them to jail. Michael and Lauren decide to tell Phyllis about Victor’s plan, and they hope she will return Newman Enterprises to Victor.
Jack tries to apologize one more time by writing her a letter telling her that he was wrong and how much he loves her . Jack also sends her a beautiful ring inside the letter. Diane goes to her former home to return the ring to Jack. Diane finds Nikki and Jack having breakfast and tells Jack that she can’t accept the ring because she can’t forgive him.
