Willow moves back in with Drew because she thinks it is the only way to get back Wiley and Amelia. Drew also proposes to Willow because he loves her and because he thinks it will help her case in court. Willow goes to the hospital to ask Elizabeth to be her maid of honor for her wedding to Drew. Elizabeth gives Willow a hug as Michael looks on and hears the news about Willow’s wedding to Drew.

Britt asks Jens Siddwell to get Rocco out of Juvenile Detention because he got assaulted there. Sidwell tells Britt that he can’t help her. Britt figures out that Sidwell had Rocco assaulted and he admits he had it done to put pressure on Laura and Sonny.

Nathan tells Lulu that Rocco needs her right now. Lulu and Nathan go to the detention center and Nathan tells the guard he is taking Rocco back to the PCPD until his arraignment and if anyone has a problem with it they can talk to acting District Attorney Turner. Lulu is very grateful to Nathan for getting Rocco out of the detention center. Acting District Attorney Turner tells Nathan that she will back him just this once, but he had better not do something like this again. Acting District Attorney Turner tells Rocco she got his arraignment moved up to today and he will be sleeping in his own bed tonight

Kristina and Jacinda play matchmakers for Cody and Molly. Kristina goes to talk to Jacinda and ask her to pretend they are having an long conversation because she wants to give Cody and Molly some time alone together.

Kristina tells Jacinda that there is too much structural damage to Charlie’s so she has decided not to reopen the bar.

Molly asks Cody what type of country music is the best for dancing and a song comes on so Cody asks Molly to dance with him. Molly and Cody are dancing to the slow country song and they almost kiss.

Brook Lynn talks to Michael about how angry Dante is with Gio because Dante blames Gio for Rocco bring in juvenile detention. Michael advises Brook Lynn to tell Gio how she feels about the Rocco situation. Michal later calls Gio and tells him to go to the hospital because he is needed there. Gio arrives at the hospital and Brook Lynn tells him that she doesn’t agree with Dante and that she is proud of him for coming forward and telling everyone that he and Emma were trying to save the animals.

Brook Lynn helps Gio see that he was not responsible for whet Charlotte, Danny, and Rocco did because he didn’t know that they were going to break into the lab without him and Emma. Gio tells Brook Lynn that if he had known that Charlotte, Danny, and Rocco were planning to break into the lab he would have gone to PCU to stop them. Brook Lynn tells Gio to give Dante time to calm down because he is scared for Rocco. Gio takes Brook Lynn ‘s hand and says “thanks mom” and gives Brook Lynn a hug.

Jason and Britt have a long argument. Jason finally persuades Britt to tell him how she has a key to Henry Dalton’s lab and Jason promises he will help her get out of trouble.

Jason gets a call from Sonny who tells him he has an important job for him to do.

Sonny takes Laura home and calms her down as they talk they realize that Jens Siddwell is trying to frame her for Professor Henry Dalton ‘s death. Sonny tells Laura that tomorrow her car will be parked in her driveway once it has been deep cleaned and Henry Dalton’s body will disappear so she doesn’t have to worry anymore.

Britt has another sleepless night because every time she closes her eyes all she can see is Jens Siddwell killing Professor Henry Dalton and she is afraid Sidwell will do the same thing to her.

Laura wins the election but Ezra Boyle tells her that he is going to challenge the election results because he knows Sonny bought the election for her.

Willow tells Alexis that she was at work when Drew was shot. Willow tells Alexis that Chase had just told her that Judge Haron was dead and she was scared she was going to lose the kids. Willow tells Alexis that she went for a walk then it started to rain so she got in her car and went for a drive and didn’t go by
Drew ‘s house.

Ezra sees Jacinda having dinner with Michael at the Metro Court, so he asks Jacinda why she hasn’t answered his calls. Jacinda tells Ezra she has a new job and is no longer a call girl. Chase sees Ezra talking to Jacinda and follows Ezra to the bar. Chase sits down at the bar to talk to Ezra.

Britt is traumatized by seeing professor Henry Dalton shot dead in front of her. Britt checks for a pulse but Sidwell tells her he shot the professor in the chest…he was dead before he hit the floor. Sidwell has Pascal take Britt home , but before she leaves, he tells her that what happened to professor Dalton is what happens to anyone that betrays him. Pascal tells Britt not to tell anyone that Sidwell killed professor Dalton. Britt tries to sleep but she has a nightmare about sidewall shooting professor Dalton.

Laura has a flat tire driving home and she doesn’t have a spare tire. Laura looks in the back seat of her car for some flares and screams when she finds Professor Dalton ‘s dead body.

Michael tells Sonny that one of the reporters from Aurora Media called him to tell him that Measure C didn’t pass so he gets to keep his piers.

Dante and Lulu are worried that, if Charlotte and Danny testify, Charlotte, Danny, and Rocco could all end up in Juven8le Detention. Charlotte tells Lulu she wants to testify to help Rocco. Dante, Lulu, and Jason decide to let Charlotte and Danny turn themselves in to the police tomorrow.

Charlotte and Danny agree to lie under oath and say Henry Dalton hit Rocco in order to make professor Dalton pay for lying and saying Rocco trashed the lab.

A drunk Professor Dalton tells Josslynn that he has a secret lab where he tests on animals. Josslynn tells Emma and Gio that she didn’t know that Vaughn was a WSB agent. Josslynn tells Emma and Gio that Dalton told her that he has a secret lab away from the PCU campus where he does animal testing.

Vaughn tells Professor Dalton that he needs to come to the station and talk to him at one o’clock tomorrow. Professor Dalton goes to Wyndamere and asks Sidwell to get the WSB off his back. Jens Siddwell finally agrees with Britt that Professor Dalton is a liability so he takes his gun and kills professor Dalton in front of Britt.

Sonny and Laura are at Sonny’s house watching the election returns and talking about the Rocco situation. Sonny tells Laura that the video of her defending Rocco against Henry Dalton has gone viral and people are leaving messages in the comment section calling her a bad ass.

Sonny is confident Laura will win reelection as Mayor and Rocco will soon come home.

Charlotte and Danny give statements to Nathan about what happened in the lab. Nathan takes their statements without their parents’ present so their statements won’t be admissible in court. Nathan later calls Dante, Lulu, and Jason and tells them Charlotte and Rocco want to make statements to help Rocco.

Ric is at Alexis’s house and hypothetically tells her Portia altered Heather’s test results so Heather’s would stay in prison. Ric also hypothetically tells Alexis that Drew found out the information and threatened to take away Portia’s medical license if she didn’t do what he wanted her to do. Ric thinks Portia could be the person who shot Drew because she was tired of being blackmailed by him.

Alexis and Ric head to the police station after she gets a call from Jason telling her that Danny wants to give a statement to help Rocco. Alexis tells Charlotte and Danny that they need to give a statement about what happened in the lab so they can cast doubt on Henry Dalton ‘s story and make Henry Dalton the defendant. Ric is in Dante’s office telling Dante, Lulu, and Jason the strategy he plans to use to prove Rocco is innocent.

Britt goes to Wyndamere and tells Jens Siddwell that if he doesn’t get Henry Dalton to drop the charges against Rocco she will torch the secret project.

Carly tries to persuade Lucas not to move into Wyndamere with Marco because Marco’s father, Jens Siddwell, is a dangerous man. Lucas thinks Carly doesn’t trust him to run his own life.

Curtis’s Aunt Stella tries to persuade him to go to marriage counseling and fix the problems in his marriage for the sake of his baby.

Gio and Emma decide to go tell Dante the truth that they were the ones that asked Charlotte, Danny, and Rocco into helping them break into the lab .

Ric and acting District Attorney Turner reach a plea deal that she will give Rocco six months community service since he doesn’t have a record. Professor Dalton talks to acting District Attorney Turner and, when she gets to court, she takes the plea deal off the table. The District Attorney charges Rocco with reckless endangerment, trespassing, and tampering with proprietary evidence. The District Attorney tells the judge that Professor Dalton provided her with photos of the damage Rocco did to the lab.

Laura and Sonny know that Rocco is being framed by someone. The judge orders that Rocco be taken into police custody until his bail hearing.

Laura is about to persuade Professor Henry Dalton not to have Rocco arrested because Dalton admits that there was no sign of forced entry into his lab but Ezra Boyle tells the policeman have Rocco empty his pockets and if he has the key then that means he used the key to go into the lab. Rocco empties his pockets and takes out the key, so he is arrested and Laura goes with Rocco to the police station skipping her debate with Ezra Boyle.

Ric tells Sonny that he has hated him foe years but his experience being held captive by the digital detox cult has made him want to make amends with his family. Ric tells Sonny that he has a way to help him keep his piers because he can prove the piers are not imminent domain. Sonny tells Ric he will consider hiring him as his lawyer to solve the issue of the piers.

Emma and Gio go tell Sonny that Rocco has been arrested because he, Charlotte, and Danny broke into Professor Dalton’s lab to prove he is testing on animals but
they found nothing in the lab. Emma and Gio consider turning themselves in but Sonny tells them that would be a bad idea because they are adults and would be put on trial as adults. Sonny calls Ric to defend Rocco and that will be his chance to prove that he should also be his lawyer for the piers issue.

Danny and Christine go to Jason for help and tell him what happened to Rocco. Britt is there and she figures out that either Charlotte or Danny took the key from her purse. Britt goes to Jens Siddwell and tells him she wants him to persuade Dalton to drop the charges against Dalton to drop the charges against Rocco because the trial will bring unnecessary attention to their research. Jens talks to Dalton and demands that he drop the charges against Rocco but he says that Mayor Collins humiliated him and he is going to make sure Rocco pays the price. Rocco is released into the custody of his parents until his arraignment tomorrow.

Chase, Brook Lynn, and Olivia wait for Ned to get out of surgery. Gio also waits at the hospital with Emma and tells her he regrets wasting all this time keeping his grandpa at arm’s length. Gio wonders if he will get the chance to get to know his grandpa.

Willow gets out on bail and, when she goes to Metro Court, she sees Michael and Wiley with Jucinda. Willow tells Michael that she knows he planted the gun in her room at Elizabeth’s house and Alexis will prove it. Willow also doesn’t like that Michael is exposing Wiley to a sex worker but Michael tells Willow that Jacinda is now working as Nina’s assistant.

Charlotte, Danny, and Rocco break into Dalton’s lab. Rocco allows Dalton to catch him so that Charlotte and Danny don’t get caught by him.

Martin talks to Laura before her debate with Ezra Boyle and gives her some points on how to handle him.

Charlotte, Danny, and Rocco don’t find any animals in Dalton’s lab but Rocco thinks Dalton moved the animals. Charlotte and Danny find Jason and tell him that they break into Dalton’s lab and Rocco got caught.

Henry Dalton interrupts the conversation that Laura and Ezra Boyle are having before the start of the debate and tells Laura that he found Rocco inside his lab and he wants Rocco arrested for breaking and entering .

Laura has appointed Dante acting police commissioner since Anna and Mac have taken a leave of absence. Dante puts Nathan back on the force since he has a clean phycological evaluation. Dante asks Nathan to keep Chase on the straight and narrow because he believes Willow didn’t shoot Drew and that is his blind spot.

Brook Lynn tells Chase she is worried that he will lose his badge since he is working on his own to try and prove that Willow didn’t shoot Drew. Chase tells Brook Lynn that he has to do this because if he didn’t do something and Willow was wrongfully convicted he would blame himself.

Gio and Emma find Ned outside Bobbie’s Restaurant having a hard time breathing and clutching his chest. Gio starts doing CPR on his grandpa and asks Emma to call 911. Britt arrives to help and takes over CPR and, when the paramedics arrive, Ned is rushed to the hospital.

Lucas and Elizabeth work on Ned and, since the medication isn’t working to help Ned’s heart blockage, Lucas tells Olivia Ned will need bypass surgery.

Emma tells Charlotte, Danny, and Rocco that they can’t break into Henry Dalton ‘s lab tonight because Gio is worried about his grandpa Ned. Charlotte, Danny, and Rocco decide to break into Henry Dalton ‘s lab without Gio and Emma since everyone at PCU will be distracted with the Mayoral Debate.
