Patty gets Matt away from Phyllis. Phyllis tells Nick that, if they find Patt,y they will find Matt. Matt is hurt when Patty tells him that Phyllis plans to turn him over to the Newmans in exchange for the Newmans dropping the charges against her for stealing their company from them.
Malcolm’s transplant is a success and Holden, Lily, and Stephanie celebrate with champagne Malcolm sent them.
Jack tells Nikki that he got Patty to admit that Victor planned everything on the yacht to ruin his marriage to Diane. Nikki tells Jack that she asked Victor to call a truce so they could help Nick with his drug problem, but Victor didn’t want to do it.
Jack offers to help Nick get his drug use under control.
