Nate and Elena try hard to deal with their guilt about sleeping together but they can’t forget about it and struggle with what they should do about it. Victor tells Lily that she should fire Billy if she wants to protect Chancellor Communications. Lily tells Victor that she won’t fire her business partner because he is good at his job. Victor tries to make peace with Victoria because he wants her to take Newman Media back from Chancellor Communications, but she says no and is angry with her father because he is protecting Adam again. Nick is upset with Victoria because Faith and Sharon were hurt when she helped Billy with the article about Adam. Nick also thinks Victoria is worse than Victor because she bought Phyllis’ bank note and now owns 75% of the hotel.
