Michael, once again, tries to persuade Phyllis to return the company to Victor but she refuses to do so.
Phyllis feels abandoned by her friends and family and she thanks Lauren for being the only person who has stuck by her.
Victoria gives the fake evidence to Christine who encourages Victoria to think twice about this because Billy could go to prison. Victoria tells Christine that she doesn’t want Billy to go to prison but the company belongs to the Newmans.
Nick tells Victor about his drug addiction and that Sharon has already set up outpatient treatment for him.
Sienna tells Noah and Sharon that Mitch is dead and she had to have shot him because there was nobody else around in the Las Vegas dessert. Sienna doesn’t remember shooting Matt…she felt for a pulse but Matt didn’t have one. Sienna gets upset when Sharon suggests that Matt could be alive. The audience sees Matt lying in the dessert and3 he is moving his hands but his eyes are closed.
