Damian gives Lily a book that was a favorite book of Neil’s that she and Devon thought they had lost since the book wasn’t in Neil’s apartment when they cleaned it out after his death.
Damian tells Lily he isn’t sure he and Holden should work together in the same division at Winters since Holden is upset with him. Damian tells Lily that he isn’t sure they should work together at all at Winters. Holden overhears the last part of the conversation and tells Damian that he only used him until he found his new family and now he doesn’t need him anymore. Holden is hurt and tells Damian that he doesn’t need him anymore. Lily tells Damian to give Holden some time to cool off and then talk to him later.
Holden overhears Audra talking to Victor about Kyle and then figures out that Audra is planning to do something to Kyle on Victor’s orders.
Audra tells Holden to stay out of her life.
Kyle gets a call from Claire telling him that Victor arranged for Cole to see a pneumonia specialist in Chicago so Cole is being transferred to a hospital in Chicago. Kyle tells Jack and Diane the news about Cole and that Claire and Victoria are very worried about his condition.
Audra later invites Kyle to be her plus one to Aristotle Dumas’ party. Kyle says he can’t go because he needs to run Jabot and be close by if Claire needs him since Cole is sick.
Audra thinks they can start the staged competition between Jabot and Vivrante in order to give both companies publicity. Kyle tells Audra that is a good idea but it will have to wait until she returns from Nice because he isn’t going with her. Victor tells Audra she will need to do better with Kyle, or he won’t give her any more money to fund her cosmetics company.
