Chance set up a romantic evening for Abby, and they enjoyed themselves. He opened up and revealed he went on the mission partially because he felt like he failed when he couldn’t give her a baby. She told him that she wouldn’t have started the surrogacy process without his courage. She saw their baby as a gift Chance gave her. He promised not to put work ahead of family again. She felt that he was perfect. Amanda and Devon had a private evening. He admitted he missed Dominic so much that it hurt. When Chance was presumed dead, Devon started to think that he’d be Dominic’s father, and he wasn’t sure how to let that go. Amanda reassured Devon that he was loved. Devon and Chance bumped into one other after they each went out for air. Chance confided that he wasn’t sure he deserved Abby and Dominic and he admitted he hadn’t been fully open with Abby. Adam told Noah that he’d sworn off relationships after what happened with Chelsea. Noah said that Sharon convinced him to give Adam a chance to prove he was being sincere. On that note, Noah accepted Adam’s job offer. Nikki insisted that Victor and Nick repair their relationship. Nick and Victor cleared the air after they talked and acknowledged they were similar.
