Kat and Chelsea met at Orphey Gene’s. They were supposed to talk about ChelseaKat, but Chelsea was distracted because of Bill. Naomi showed up and told them that Hayley was poisoning him. Kat left to rip into Tomas for representing Hayley. At the police station, Hayley manipulated Bill by crying. Bill told her he knew she was poisoning him. Hayley continued to lie to him, but he was tired of hearing it. Bill left with Dani. Tomas told Hayley that he wasn’t representing her anymore. He suggested she use a public defender. Randy didn’t want to bail Hayley out so Leslie decided to do it. Joey met with Heather at Uptown, He wanted to know how she became so ruthless. Heather said she was tired of people walking all over her and wanted respect. She said she learned that from him. Joey said he was hoping to find the sister he once knew.
At the hospital, Dani comforted Bill. He was gracious of her generosity. Dani said when he was feeling better, she was going to tell him the thoughts she had that she was keeping to herself. Bill said he knew there would be I told you so’s waiting for him. Hayley went to the casino to see Randy and to tell him what happened. She said she needed money for a hotel room. Randy gave her Joey’s money which he said had to be replaced before he found out about it. Kat confronted Tomas about representing Hayley. Tomas told her he wasn’t representing Hayley anymore. Kat was relieved that he wasn’t representing her. Tomas was upset that Kat thought so little of him. He said missing each other’s intentions was getting old. When they were finished talking, he walked away from her. Hayley went to see Bill at the hospital. Bill said he was filing for divorce and getting a restraining order against her. He said he was going to make sure she got the maximum sentence. Hayley told him that wasn’t how it was going to end.
