Anita asked Dani if she was able to avoid thinking about Bill while she was away. Vernon asked Andre about how distracted Dani has been. Naomi accused Bill of being too concerned about her mother. While they were talking, Martin called Naomi to talk about Smitty. Later on, Vernon went to see Bill. He warned Bill to focus on Hayley instead of Dani. Vernon said he made the choice not to be with Dani. Bill said there was no going back with Dani. Later on, Bill had another attack. He called someone and told them that he needed them. Jacob called Smitty to the police station and advised him to bring his attorney. He showed Smitty the video of him talking to Max. Smitty was seen accepting a purple pouch that was found in Lia’s cell. Jacob let Naomi know that they weren’t husband and wife. He said they were cop and attorney. Jacob continued to question Smitty, While Smitty was alone with Naomi and Martin, he said he met with Max several times months ago. Smitty said the video was altered, He said it felt like the walls were closing in. Smitty felt like he was being set up by the Impaler. Anita told Dani that she was clearly involved with Bill. She asked Dani what was going on between her and Bill. Dani said nothing was currently going on with Bill.
