Anita refused to help Dani talk Naomi out of getting a double mastectomy. Dani was upset so Anita reminded her that they didn’t have a say in what Naomi does with her body. She wanted to listen to Naomi but didn’t think they should be fighting about it. Naomi talked to Bill about having the BRCA gene. He was surprisingly calm about it. Naomi asked him about his health, and he told her that Haley came up with a new diet and exercise plan for him. Anita wanted Naomi to come to the house. Naomi informed her that she did her research about getting a mastectomy. She admitted that she didn’t have it in her to go through what Anita went through. Anita would support her any way she could. Naomi didn’t think she and her mother would see eye to eye on the subject, but Anita thought they would come together. Hayley met with Randy at Uptown. She told him that she convinced Smitty to look in Leah’s direction when it concerned Lynette’s disappearance. Their conversation shifted to Bill. Hayley planned to make him exercise so much that the drug would work faster. She hoped he would end up in the mortuary instead of the hospital. Randy warned her not to overdo it when it concerned the drug so it wouldn’t get detected.
Hayley went to see Bill after talking to Randy. She brought him a smoothie and told him that he would be getting on a treadmill. Deanna went to Orphey Gene’s and saw a musician trying to pay his bill. Unfortunately his card declined. Deanna offered to pay his bill. She realized he was from LA when he tried to pay her back. While they were talking, it turned out that his father used to work at Garland Memorial and his mother passed away. He noticed her grief about her father. Deanna talked to June about vibing with the musician. Dani found Hayley with a glass of champagne at Uptown. She confronted Hayley about drinking while Bill was dealing with health issues. Hayley lied to Dani and told her that she was celebrating Bill not having symptoms since he left the hospital. Bill drank more of the smoothie Haley brought him. He became wobbly and collapsed on the floor. He struggled to get up and wondered what was happening to him.
