Thomas: No, no, no. You– you would have gotten to this point on your own eventually. But, if I played a small part, then, uh, I’m glad I could do it. And I’d do anything to see you and mom together and happy again.
Bill: You’re hurt. You can’t understand how ridge could throw an annulment at you, and then rush off and marry taylor?
Brooke: No, I don’T. I don’t understand that at all.
Bill: I think you do, and you don’t want to admit it to yourself. You know that’s who ridge is. It’s who he’s always been. And now he’s gone because he’s chosen taylor again. For how long? Who knows? I mean, round and round he goes, where he stops, nobody knows. Come on, brooke. Do you really wanna be part of this pathetic merry-go-round, back and forth between you and taylor? Enough. Douglas: Dad called cps on himself?

Steffy: Douglas?

Bill: Your sister’s destiny is marrying someone else right now. I’ve been around logans long enough to know that you would show up here to support your sister, so that doesn’t surprise me. What does surprise me, is your timing. It gives me a chance to talk to you about us.
Katie: About us?
Bill: This marriage has me thinking… why should ridge and taylor be the only ones able to find their way back to each other? I’ve said it over and over again, we can fix this. We can. Why are we wasting time? Come back to me. Today.
Eric: Ridge, you know, if there’s A… if there’s any doubt in your mind at all… I mean, if– if there’s any thought that you might be rushing into this thing.
Ridge: Into marrying taylor? Really? You know how long I’ve loved this woman. You know how long the kids have tried to bring us back together. So, this is the opposite of rushing, whatever that is.
Eric: Yeah, okay, okay, I get it. I have to admit, I– I love seeing the smile on your face, taylor’s too. And I don’t think I’ve ever seen thomas and steffy as happy as they are right now.
Ridge: I know, they are happy. But I don’t think it is because their parents are getting back together, they’re happy because their lives are good. Steffy had a year, right? But she’s back and finn is here and… she’s so happy. And the same with thomas. Now, he’s finally the man that I want him to be.
[ Eric chuckles ]
Eric: Proud papa, huh?
Ridge: I’m very proud. I think of my kids and– and who they are in this world, and yeah. Makes me really, really happy.

Steffy: I– I don’t understand. Why do you have brooke’s call to cps on your phone?
Douglas: It wasn’t her call. The app records something and it changes it to someone else’s voice. It’s supposed to be funny. Make people laugh. But this wasn’t funny.
Steffy: So, you’re saying this recording of brooke, it… it isn’t brooke?
Thomas: Hello, I’d like to report a child in danger. His name is douglas forrester. He’s at 369 willow hill road, los angeles.
Steffy: No, he wouldn’T. He wouldn’t do it.
Douglas: He took my phone, aunt steffy. He took it and used the app to make his voice sound like grandma brooke.
