Bill thought about Hayley’s lie about the ultrasound. He also texted Dani. When Hayley came in the office, Bill confronted her about the fake ultrasound. Hayley lied and said she was trying to protect him. She said she lied about the sonogram because she didn’t want him to find out that something was wrong and that her miscarriage proved she was right. Naomi told Chelsea and Madison that they might make the lawsuit against Madison go away that they might be able to get revenge on the person filing the lawsuit. Madison said she didn’t want to retaliate. When the hearing started, Bill and Naomi got a win. Hayley overheard Bill trying to convince Naomi to join the firm. After Bill and Naomi were finished talking, Hayley went to Uptown. She ran into Tomas and warned him that Naomi would eventually have his job. Hayley said Tomas would soon be out of a job.
Kat met up with Tomas and gave him a ChelseaKat bag to give to his grandmother. Tomas accused her of trying to use his family as a marketing scheme. Their conversation turned into an argument which caused him to leave. Tomas ended up drinking with Eva while Kat talked to Izaiah. Chelsea told Madison that she was afraid that Allison would try to find a way back into her life. They ended up talking about their marriage and flaws. Dani confessed to Andre that she was texting Bill. Andre wasn’t happy about it, but they ended up enjoying themselves.
