While Xander was pushing Victoria in the town square, Johnny gave Victoria her teddy bear. Xander and Johnny threatened each other while they were talking. Sarah showed up while they were talking. Johnny ended up leaving. Sarah told Xander that he was intimidating Johnny in front of their daughter. She accused him of being jealous of Johnny. Marlena met Brady at the pub and told him that Kristen kept her from seeing Rachel. Brady thought Kristen was spending too much time getting revenge instead of caring about their child. He said he would take care of the situation. Marlena let him know that she didn’t want to work with Kate at Basic Black. Brady said he would help until she found an alternative. Marlena went to Xander’s office to accept the offer for Basic Black. She let him know that she didn’t want Kate to be a part of it. Xander turned her down and let her know that Kate was the expert. He thought it would be unethical of her not to work with Kate based on what she heard in therapy.
Before EJ went to probate court, he got into an argument with Kristen. Kristen was upset that he was wearing Stefano’s ring. She demanded access to the tunnels. EJ ripped into her for what’s going on with Rachel. Kristen ended up slapping him. EJ said he understood how she felt because Johnny hated him for a while. He told her Rachel would be back soon. EJ warned her that he wouldn’t turn the other cheek if she ever hit him again. When EJ left to go to probate court, he ran into Sophia. EJ ended up telling her off. Sophia let him know that she wasn’t scared of him. When EJ threatened her again, Kristen showed up. She told him to stay away from Sophia or else. Before EJ left, he warned Sophia that it wasn’t over. Kristen told Sophia not to screw up the plan. Xander let Marlena know that she would do the job with Kate or she wouldn’t do it at all. Marlena walked out of the office. After court, EJ told Johnny that he wasn’t the executor of Stefano’s will anymore. He said Theo was and that Marlena was one of the beneficiaries.
