During the Winterfest, Vanessa called Joey to get him to change his mind about being her escort. He still denied her invitation. She was upset and started drinking. Vanessa continued to spiral. Hayley tried to reconnect with Naomi, but it didn’t go the way she thought. Naomi reminded her that she used her friendship to get to her father. She thought Hayley was humiliating her father. Bill watched Dani and Andre while they were at celebration. He tried to talk to Anita, but she gave him the cold shoulder. Leslie bossed Laura around, but Mona stopped her from giving her orders. Marcel interfered with their argument. He thought Laura and Mona were wrong. Marcel scored points with Leslie. Speaking of Leslie, she overheard a suspicious conversation between Vernon and Sharon.
Later, Vanessa wasn’t happy that Leslie was part of their society after trying to kill two people. Marcel heard Vanessa and tried to defend Leslie again. He reminded Vanessa that Joey was staying away for everyone’s sake. Vanessa started crying so Ted decided to take her for a walk. Ashley talked to Dani about her wedding. She didn’t think Dani’s marriage was real at first. Ashley realized that Andre loved her and respected their union. During the party, Hayley flirted with Izaiah. Eva walked up and saw Hayley flirt with him. Anita was thrilled when KeKe Wyatt was announced at the entertainment for the party. Bill had a message for Andre. He warned him to treat Dani right. Andre informed him that some men don’t need to be reminded to treat her right. Kat admitted that she loved Tomas, but she was ready to live with him yet. Tomas agreed to slow things down and went to Winterfest without her. After Tomas left, Kat saw Joey. She thanked Joey for his help with finding Chelsea. Nicole and Kyle got to know each other. He enjoyed watching Nicole command the room. Kyle felt like it was an honor to be her date. He kissed her hand and asked if it would be okay if they saw each other again.
