Cole gets sicker, so Victoria calls the doctor who comes to the house and tells Victoria and Claire that Cole has pneumonia. The doctor tells Victoria that Cole needs to go to the hospital so he can have tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
Victor accepts Kyle’s proposal to sign the contract that says if he breaks Claire’s heart he will pay him five million dollars and leave Genoa City. Kyle signs the contract and tells Victor that he will never need to enforce it because he will never break Claire’s heart. Victor meets Audra who tells him to make sure she and Kyle get invited to Nice and she will take care of the rest.
Holden feels betrayed by Damian because they both lost their jobs with Dumas because of Damian’s interest in Lily and his new family. Holden tells Damian he doesn’t want to work with him at Winters and it’s time to go their separate ways.
Damian asks Amy for help on how to make peace with Holden and restore the relationship with his best friend who is like a brother to him. Amy tells Nate, Audra, and Damian that she has decided to move to Genoa City.
