Patty taunts Diane about her night of passion with Jack. Kyle talks to Diane later and asks her if she is going to believe Victor and Patty who have always hated her or believe Jack, the man who loves her.
Jack tells Victor that he will pay for what he did to him. Victor tells Jack to bring it on…he is ready.
Daniel’s heart is breaking because Tessa has decided to try and save her marriage to Mariah. Daniel tells Christine he knows that he is doing the right thing. Christine and Sharon are happy that Tessa persuaded Mariah to let Christine ask the judge for a plea deal. Christine and Mariah return from court and Mariah tells Tessa that the judge gave her medical treatment in a psychiatric facility and probation. Mariah is still conflicted because she doesn’t feel like she deserves to get better after what she did to Dominic. Tessa tells Mariah that she did this because of the trauma Ian caused her. Tessa tells Mariah they will face the trauma together so she can get better.
Lily returns and goes to the ranch to talk to Victor. Lily asked Victor if the plan worked and if he got Newman Enterprises back so he can give Chancellor Industries back to her and Devon.
