Billy tells Phyllis that he, Diane, and Kyle found Jack last night and he was back to Genoa City before she signed the deal to give Chancellor Industries back to Victor. Billy tells Phyllis that she should have called him before signing the papers with Victor. Phyllis tells Billy that he should have called her as soon as they found Jack. Phyllis tells Billy that she can’t do anything now. Victor already owns Chancellor Industries.
Billy later tells Sally that Victor played Phyllis and now he lost Chancellor again. Sally encourages Billy to think about what he wants to do for his future. Sally suggests he go visit Jill and mend the rift between them. Billy tells Sally that he will think about it but he is worried about Jack because he is heartbroken Diane moved out last night.
Adam calls his old friend Riza Thompson and tells her that he is in town and wants to see her. Lauren takes the job Phyllis offered her to help her run Summers Conglomerate.
