Holly and Tate were at the pub. She was upset about her meltdown being on social media. While they were talking, the subject of Tate sleeping with Sophia came up. Holly ranted about Sophia sleeping with Tate and how she faked getting better so she could get revenge. Sophia thought about her plan to get back at Holly. She looked at the social media post about Holly. A nurse came in Sophia’s room to give her her medication. Sophia asked the nurse for a stronger dose. Sarah saw Xander and Gwen together at the town square. When Xander went into Sweet Bits, Gwen wanted to talk to Sarah. She told Sarah that she and Xander made love. Sarah ended up walking away from her. Brady, Kristen, and Rachel went to the hospital. Rachel hugged Sarah when she saw her. Kristen pulled Rachel away from Sarah so she could get her therapy. Brady and Sarah talked. He told her about the lipstick on his shirt. She told him about Xander and Gwen.
While Brady and Sarah were talking, Leo and Dimitri showed up. Sarah felt forced to have to check Dimitri’s ankle. She wanted to run tests on his ankle. The ankle monitor was off his ankle, but he was handcuffed to a chair. When Sarah and the guard left Dimitri’s room, he picked the lock on the ankle monitor. Leo pulled the fire alarm. Dimitri changed into an EMT and walked right out. Gwen and Xander talked about Sarah. He said he was glad that she knew he was moving on. While they were making out, Kristen showed up and made Xander leave. Kristen and Gwen talked about Xander and how Dimitri was rotting in prison. While they were talking, Kristen let her know that she was on to her, but she didn’t care. Tate tried to talk to Holly but it didn’t do any good. Holly said she couldn’t get past what he did with Sophia. When Holly snapped, Tate realized something wasn’t right with her. Holly left before he could do anything. Sophia put another pill in the case. She took out her phone and sent Rachel a text.
