Victor tries to make a deal with Cane and Phyllis to buy back Newman Enterprises. Cane and Phyllis tell Victor to accept the fact that he has lost and they have won. Cane and Phyllis tell Victor that they will not negotiate with him. Cane offers Victor Arabesque at pennies on the dollar. Victor tells Phyllis that Summer will hate her for taking away Newman Enterprises from her family.
Nick gets out of the hospital against medical advice to help his family save Newman Enterprises. Nick thinks that he is the only person who can persuade Phyllis to stop the cyber-attack against Newman Enterprises.
