Daniel thinks Phyllis has something to do with Jabot going offline but Phyllis tells Daniel that she had nothing to do with the problems Jabot is having now.
Phyllis goes to Victor and demands to know if he still intends to honor their deal and give her Jabot. Phyllis feels like Victor betrayed her because he just wanted the AI program and never intended to give her Jabot.
Daniel talks to Summer on the phone and he advises her to talk to Jack about the future of Marchetti.
Jack asks Billy to talk to Phyllis and offer her anything she wants if she steals the AI program from Victor and give it to them so they can destroy it.
