Billy tries to talk to Phyllis one more time to persuade her to stop smothering Danuel and concentrate on helping him build Abbott Communications. Phyllis remains fixated on persuading Daniel to work at Abbott Communications even though Daniel has told her several times that he doesn’t want to work at Abbott Communications. Billy fires Phyllis and tells her to take some time to work through the kidnapping trauma.
Audra persuades Sally to go work with Billy at Abbott Communications and Phyllis overhears Sally tell Billy she has decided to work with him at Abbott Communications, and she goes to the park to cry.
Mariah arrives home from her business trip and Tessa can tell something is bothering Mariah, but Mariah tells her that she is just tired from her flight.
