Billy advises Phyllis to let Daniel deal with his grief for Heather in his own way. Phyllis assures Billy that she will give 1,000% to Abbott Communications. Sally thinks that Phyllis is a loose cannon that could ruin Abbott Communications.
Tessa encouraged Daniel that if he feels blocked he should think out of the box and do something that he has always wanted to do but never had time to do. Daniel thinks of something he wants to do and he asks Tessa to help him do it.
