Lily tells Devon that she and Jill want go forward with the IPO and they will buy him out after the company goes public. Devon refuses the deal and later talks to Abby about the situation. Abby tells Devon to base his decision on what he wants for his future not on the past.
Mariah and Tessa tell Sharon that Delphine has decided to let them adopt her baby. Mariah tells Sharon that if everything goes well they will be mothers by the end of February.
Chelsea assures Victoria that she will always be Johnny’s mother. She only wants to be a small part of Johnny’s life. Victoria feels left out after staying and eating pizza with Billy, Chelsea, Connor and Johnny.
