Mike told Bill and Naomi that his client agreed to an out of court settlement. Bill thought it was a desperation ploy. Later on, Bill and Naomi talked about Hayley. He apologized to her for pressuring her into forgiving their deception. Naomi asked if he was becoming suspicious of Hayley. She told Bill that Sammy was really Randy. While she was talking to Bill, she told him about Hayley faking the sonogram. She said she kept quiet because of the miscarriage. Bill wondered what else he didn’t know about Hayley. Leslie and Eva went to the Dupree mansion to meet with Anita. Eva thought they were invited but found out they weren’t. Leslie said she wanted Eva to hear her grandmother’s voice. Anita said the recordings were in storage. She played a cassette of Barbara singing. Leslie thanked her for playing the song. Anita was affected by the recording as well. Vernon said it would be harder when they went to the recording studio. Deanna talked to Doug who told her they needed to come up with a new plan to keep Vanessa from Joey. Later on, Deanna talked to Izaiah. She told him that she wanted her mother to break up with Joey. When Izaiah left, Deanna told Doug that she didn’t want to spend the rest of her life hating Joey.
