At the hospital, Bill said he wanted to go home. Since he couldn’t go home, he was willing to snuggle in bed with Hayley. Shanice walked in and said hospital beds were for patients. She told Hayley that she wanted both of her feet on the floor at all times when she came to visit Bill. After Shanice left, Hayley went back to hugging Bill. When the alarms went off, Ashley came into the room and told Bill and Hayley the same thing Shanice said. Bill said he was going home. Ashley and Hayley ended up arguing which led to Ashley calling security on Hayley to throw her out. Hayley said she would be with Bill until his last breath.
Eva told Leslie to give up on Ted. She asked Leslie where things stood with Marcel. Leslie said a daughter shouldn’t be giving her mother relationship advice. Eva thought somebody should give her advice. She said Leslie deserved better. After Eva left, Leslie called Marcel to let him know that he needed to do better if he wanted to be with her. Ted showed up to meet Shanice. He wanted to meet her brothers. Shanice said she wasn’t sure if he was ready for that. Vanessa talked to Nicole about Heather. She said she liked Heather, but Joey was weary of her. Later on, Vanessa tried to find out why Joey was estranged from Heather, but he wouldn’t tell her anything. Joey wanted her to let him know if it was a deal breaker for her. Vanessa agreed not to ask anything else about Heather.
