Naomi and Jacob spent time together. While they were out, they saw Derek drinking. Naomi was upset that Jacob and Derek kept quiet about Derek’s secret. She left to comfort Ashley. While they were talking, Naomi asked Ashley about her feelings for Andre. Naomi warned Ashley not to do the same thing as Hayley and hurt Dani. Ashley texted Andre so they could talk. Dani and Andre talked about their relationship. She suggested that while they were doing the shoot for Forrester Creations, they get real wedding rings. Later on, Andre met with Ashley. She told him that she wanted to be with him. Andre told her that he was falling in love with Dani. Izaiah went to the casino to talk to Joey. While they were talking, it was revealed that Joey was divorced. Later on, Joey told Vanessa that no one needed to know about his connection with Izaiah. Izaiah met up with Jacob and found out their father had a heart attack and no one told him. Things became tense between them.

Ashley vented to Shanice about why Derek was in such a hurry to get married. Derek was at home and fell trying to stand from his wheelchair. Jan showed up letting him know that she was in his corner regardless of how many times Ashley questioned her feelings for Andre. Shanice called Derek and told him that he would regret it if he didn’t tell Ashley the truth soon. Derek didn’t notice that Ashley walked in while he was on the phone with Shanice. She was excited that he was standing until she realized that he didn’t learn to stand overnight. Ashley realized that he lied to her for weeks. They had a big argument about it. It occurred to her that he kept quiet about it for weeks. Ashley wondered if he was pretending to be paralyzed to keep her from Andre. She begged him to say something to make it better He couldn’t do it. Ashley realized that he’s not the man she thought he was. She took her engagement ring off her finger and walked out of the room.

Nicole, Dani, Andre and Ted were at the Fairmont Crest. They talked about the Winterfest. Bill was hosting the event. Ted was shocked that he was still on the guest list. Dani told Andre that his decision not to do the campaign meant she had to put her runway career on the backburner. They had a conversation about his parents dying. Losing his parents changed Andre forever. He became selfish when it came to love because of what happened to his parents. While they were talking. Andre had a change of heart and decided to do the campaign. He wanted to donate the money to a charity in honor of his late father. Dani wanted to set up a foundation in his father’s name so that someone deserving gets an award. The foundation would be a way for his father’s name to live on forever. Andre was overwhelmed by her suggestion. Nicole talked with Laura about the Winterfest. Laura wondered how she would feel if Ted invited Leslie to it. Nicole wouldn’t like it. She wasn’t sure if she had the problem with him dating Leslie or anyone. Eve and Leslie talked about Ted forgiving them. Leslie believed that she would get Ted back. She advised Eva not to wait on things to happen. Leslie told her that “Mr. Right” wouldn’t just walk up to you. Ted arrived at Orphey Gene’s and sat with Leslie and Eva. They talked about new beginnings.

Pamela talked to Andre about Dani turning down the modeling job with Forrester. She asked why Andre didn’t like having his picture taken when he’s a handsome man. Andre said he didn’t want to be a model. Pamela said it was Dani’s last chance at being a model which was why she was pushing him to do it. Hayley yelled at Randy for telling Joey that they were having an affair. Randy said he needed an excuse for why the two of them were seen together. He said it was the first thing that came to his mind. Hayley said she couldn’t believe having sex with his cousin was the first thing that came to mind. Randy said he didn’t tell Joey that they were related. He said Joey wasn’t going to tell Bill. She told Randy that she let Joey know he couldn’t get a girl like her. Hayley said despite the problems, she had her eyes on the prize. She wanted to spend her late husband’s money. Randy wanted to know who hurt her. Hayley said everyone did, but she learned to turn it into her advantage.

Bill told Dani that Caroline ripped into him for spending too much time with her. He said he planned to keep his distance from her for Hayley’s sake. Dani said she wanted him to MC the WinterFest the way he always did. She said they may be dysfunctional but he was still her family. Dani said he could bring Hayley. While they were talking, Hayley showed up. Dani left. Hayley was furious about Dani being there until she found out it was for a donation. Bill said Dani didn’t need the money when she was set for life. Joey and Vanessa had breakfast at the country club. People were shocked to see them together. Joey didn’t care who saw them together. He made a comment about being responsible for Doug’s death so he could keep her to himself. Vanessa wasn’t sure if he was joking or not. She said she wanted a bigger role in the organization. Joey said he had a job for her. He said he was going to put her in charge of his escort service.

Eva talked to Leslie about getting closer to Ted. Leslie let her know that she felt closer to Ted too. She warmed up to the idea of Ted speaking fondly of the woman she used to be. Eva realized that parents had a better relationship until she got pregnant. Leslie assured her that she didn’t do anything wrong. She fought tears as she informed Eva that she would do anything for her child once she becomes a mother. The tears flowed as Leslie told her that the world was against them, and they faced it together. They started crying as they began to understand each other better. Vernon made another suspicious call to someone. Anita was at her wit’s end when Vernon saved her by arranging for Laura to help her. Vernon left them alone to talk. Laura talked to Anita about her issues with her boyfriend, Dave. Vernon met with Sharon at a hotel. Derek realized that Ashley lied to him about her schedule and their wedding plans after talking to Shanice. He texted Jacob and Naomi who were in the middle of an argument about wanting children. They put their argument on hold to meet Derek at the hospital. While they were at the hospital, Derek pressured Ashley to set a wedding date. Once Ashley realized what was going on she became enraged. Naomi got upset too because Derek dragged her and Jacob into their situation. After Jacob and Naomi left, Derek and Ashley talked. He thought she would be happy about him wanting to set a date, but she was upset. She felt like he was trying to push her away. Jacob felt like Naomi took her anger at him out of Derek. Both couples are at a crossroads.

Leslie told Jan that she and Ted were getting closer. She told Jan that Ted suggested that they might be friends one day. Ted and Eva had breakfast together. He said he wanted to make up for lost time and wanted her to call him dad. Ted told her that she reminded him of the way Leslie used to be. He let her know that he was proud of her. Later on, Ted went to Nicole to apologize to her. He let her know that he would respect her decision if she went to the Winterfest with Carlton. After Ted talked to Nicole, he ran into Leslie. While they were talking, Ted told Leslie that he wanted Eva to call him dad. Leslie was touched that he wanted Eva to call him dad. They hugged each other. Nicole showed up and saw them hugging. Hayley and Bill talked about getting a second home, They found a house and made an offer. After the offer was accepted, Bill said he was putting the house in Hayley’s name. Later on at Orphey Gene’s, Hayley ran into Joey. They had a friendly conversation until Joey brought up her secret with Randy. Hayley was upset and said she wasn’t having an affair with Randy. She threatened to sue him and “Sammy.”Hayley walked away from him. Tomas, Kat, Chelsea, and Madison met up. He said he was tired of talking about his situation. When Chelsea made a joke about his penis, Madison was upset. Chelsea told Kat that she and Madison were having problems. Kat took Madison’s side. Tomas ran into Eva at the club and told her Izaiah was Jacob’s brother.

After Derek and Ashley went to the Halloween party, they ran into Andre at a restaurant. When Andre left, Derek and Ashley talked about the wedding. While they were talking, Ashley began to panic. At Orphey Gene’s, Tyrell heard Nathan talk about Samantha. Nathan said Samantha wanted him to take her virginity. Tyrell was upset and wanted to hit Nathan. Jessica thought Nathan was disgusting for talking about Samantha the way he did. Tyrell and Nathan got into an argument. After they finished arguing, Jessica told Tyrell that she didn’t care that he wasn’t popular. Samantha asked Nicole if she could move in with her. Nicole gave her advice about sex. Martin eavesdropped on their conversation and heard Samantha say she got the idea that sex would bring her closer to Nathan from Kat. Martin was furious that Samantha heard that from Kat. He was also upset about her wanting to move in with Nicole. Leslie ran into Ted at Uptown. Ted talked about Nicole to Leslie. She tried to come on to him while they were talking. Ted told her she was ruining their chance at being friends. Leslie said her plan to ruin him didn’t feel as good as she thought. They ended up talking about the past. Carlton apologized to Nicole for his behavior at the hospital. Nicole realized that she wasn’t ready to move on after all. She didn’t want to make any big decisions right now while her heart is still broken. Carlton thanked her for her honesty. She pulled him into a kiss. Dani and Vanessa were at the club. She advised Vanessa to get Joey out of her life. Vanessa refused to apologize for not just feeling grief and guilt. Dani was afraid that she was going to marry Joey. Vanessa said she had a different plan in mind. She doesn’t want to stand by his side. Vanessa wants to sit beside him on the throne.

Elon went to see Joey to call him out. He didn’t like that Joey ordered Malone to stay in town and on his payroll. Joey thought they needed to be smart about it because there were bigger entities at stake. They weren’t the only ones in danger. Joey talked about a big name who looks like an angel but hides his horns. He thought they could groom Jacob. Joey said it was a joke, but Elon didn’t think it was funny. He did seem willing to groom Izaiah. Martin and Smitty were upset to see Samantha with Nathan. Samantha said it wasn’t what it looked like. Martin and Smitty weren’t convinced when they spotted a condom on the floor. They told Nathan off. Samantha was humiliated. She told them that she was the age of consent and didn’t need permission to be with Nathan. Her fathers weren’t buying what she said. They took her electronics away and said they were disappointed in her. Smitty and Martin talked about their parenting skills. While she was upstairs, Samantha talked to Tyrell about what happened. Tyrell warned her that Nathan was trouble. She took his phone and texted Nathan so they could meet up.

Kat and Chelsea met at Uptown to talk about work. While they were working, Chelsea noticed that Kat kept looking at the door. Kat said she wanted to see Izaiah again. She said she wanted to keep him away from Eva for his own sake. Kat wanted to pay Eva back for what she’s done. Changing the subject, Kat told Chelsea how insatiable Tomas was. Samantha walked in and heard the conversation. Kat said sex changed the game. Samantha took note of what Kat said. When Kat and Chelsea noticed Samantha standing there, they changed the subject. They told Samantha that respect, consent, communication, and boundaries were important. Samantha said she was going to eat at school.

At the police station, Jacob and Chief Hawthorne were getting into it when Izaiah walked in. Izaiah enjoyed seeing Jacob getting yelled at. Chief Hawthorne yelled at Izaiah for wasting his life. Izaiah told them about his new job offer at the college. Jacob congratulated him. Izaiah debated on accepting his congratulations. Chief Hawthorne was upset and decided to walk away. At the hospital, Nicole and Carlton planned their date. Ted showed up and yelled at Nicole for having an affair before they were divorced. When Carlton tried to defend Nicole, Ted was furious. Nicole decided to put Ted in his place. Carlton started arguing with Ted. Nicole tried to stop him but it didn’t work. When things got worse with Carlton and Ted, Nicole said she wanted a man who treasured her. Ted threatened Carlton. Nicole told Ted to leave. She told Carlton that their date was off.

Dani and Nicole were at the club and noticed Leslie there. They wanted to ignore her so they talked about what was going on with their family. As long as Leslie didn’t bother them, they weren’t going to go after her at the club. Hayley saw Nicole and wanted to offer her condolences, but they didn’t want to be bothered with her. She sat down, and Leslie wanted to talk to her. Hayley didn’t want to talk to her. Leslie told her that she needed a friend who wasn’t afraid of Bill. She knew that Hayley and Bill were having problems and wanted to help her take Bill down. Hayley wanted her to stay out of her way, and she walked away from her. Nicole and Dani made a toast to moving on when they saw Leslie and Hayley together. She told Dani about Ted and Leslie hooking up again. She was disgusted by the news. Dani said she was free to be with anyone she wanted including Carlton.

Eva and Izaiah were getting to know each other when Kat arrived. The sisters started arguing and Izaiah was confused by it. Kat filled him in on the type of person Eva is. Hayley went to see Bill and told him about her run in with Leslie. Bill thought she was crazy and promised to get her kicked out of the club. Hayley pretended to be worried about him going after Leslie. Caroline walked in the office and asked Hayley if she found the number she was looking for. Bill wondered what number Hayley needed. June was surprised to see Samantha at Orphey Gene’s. Nathan showed up, and June wasn’t happy that he ghosted Samantha. He insisted that he didn’t ghost her. Nathan told her what happened. He put the moves on Samantha while June watched in the background. June interrupted them. She dropped a milkshake on him while he was telling her about taking her clothes off. June threw him out of the restaurant, and Samantha was upset with her. June told her that she did her a favor. Nathan was a liar who didn’t respect her. Hayley took a message for Bill and changed the subject. She talked to him about what happened to Tomas. Carlton went to see Nicole. Nicole told him that she might be ready for more than friendship with him. She didn’t want to be inappropriate with him. Carlton was happy to take things to the next level. Dani said she had to turn down Ridge’s offer because it felt like the Forresters were trying to capitalize off her new marriage. Andre still didn’t want to be in the pictures. Later on, Dani decided to pay Joey a visit and told him to back off his relationship with Vanessa. They ended up arguing with each other and taking bets on how long her marriage would last. Vanessa showed up while they were talking. When Dani left, Vanessa told Joey that she convinced Donnell to go back to school. She said she was ready to be his partner. Joey said that a woman who would be willing to send her son away because he was in the way was formidable. She wanted him to spend the night with her, but they had to be in the guest suite. Vanessa said she wasn’t ready to bring another man in the bed she shared with Doug. She said that was a line she wasn’t ready to cross. Derek and Ashley met Jacob and Naomi at Uptown. They tried to hide the fact that they were going through problems. While they were talking, Izaiah was watching them. Naomi brought up Derek and Ashley’s wedding. She said it might be too late to realize they had a relationship-killing difference. When Naomi went to the bathroom, she almost fell. Izaiah caught her. He ended up being Jacob’s brother. Dani told Andre that she turned down Ridge’s offer to model for Forrester. They talked about respecting each other and wanted to celebrate their marriage lasting for two weeks.

Martin showed up at the hospital and was shocked why Kat was there. He said his sister was a freak. He promised not to tell anyone what happened. Martin thought it was too good not to share with Smitty. Tomas told Kat that he was going to be fine and warned her that she broke it, she bought it. Hayley told Randy that she put her plan to give Bill a heart attack in motion. She said before she killed Bill, she wanted to find Bill’s $10 million dollar insurance policy and make sure it was in order. Later on when Hayley was in Bill’s office, Caroline walked in on her using Bill’s computer. Hayley was frustrated with Caroline and had to step up her plan.

Jacob and Naomi were trying to work through their issues about having children. Naomi thought he should mourn the child he thought they were going to have. The couple were about to make love when Naomi put a stop to it. She didn’t think they could keep using sex to heal their problems. Naomi thought that the near pregnancy opened up Pandora’s Box, and they might not be able to escape from it. She didn’t know if he could forgive her because she didn’t plan on changing her mind about children. Naomi knew Jacob wouldn’t change his mind about children either. Jacob said he was in their marriage for better or for worse. Eva met a sexy man named Izaiah. He told her that he was a counselor who wanted to help children achieve their dreams instead of crushing them. Eva and Izaiah were getting to know each other when she got a message from Leslie. She had to leave.

Nicole ran into Leslie and Peaches. Leslie didn’t waste time letting Nicole know how she felt about Ted. Nicole didn’t care what she did as far as Ted was concerned. She let her know that she used to get under her skin, but she changed. There was nothing Leslie could do that would bother her again. Nicole walked away, and Peaches called Leslie out for her behavior. She said money didn’t buy class. They began arguing until Peaches started coughing. Later Leslie talked to Eva about her conversation with Peaches. She realized how frail Peaches was. Leslie told Eva that Peaches became the child, and she is the mother. Eva promised to be there for Leslie while she’s dealing with Peaches. Anita didn’t like that someone flirted with Vernon. They were about to get intimate when Nicole interrupted them. She wanted to apologize for what Leslie did to the family. Anita and Vernon assured her that she wasn’t responsible for Leslie’s actions. They blamed Ted for what Leslie has done to their lives. Anita decided to stop giving money to the trust fund. Leslie would have money, but she wouldn’t add any more to the trust fund. Nicole decided to go to Uptown. She called Carlton because she needed someone to lean on. Vanessa told Joey that she wanted a bigger role in the business. Joey warned her that it wasn’t the best type of business. It’s darker than she would ever know. Vanessa loved danger and wanted more of it. Vanessa wondered if he had anything to do with Doug’s death. Joey denied having anything to do with his death. He got upset as he warned her about what she would be getting herself into. Joey told her that Donnell would be impacted by her decision. He felt like Donnell would notice a change in her. Vanessa planned on helping Joey anyway and would deal with Donnell.

Ted talked to Eva about his role in his relationship with Leslie. It turned out that Leslie’s plan with the fire alarm worked out for her. Nicole realized that the fire alarm kept her from making a mistake. Mona wasn’t sure it would have been a mistake Eva realized what her mother did to make the fire alarm go off at the hotel. After her conversation with Ted, Eva decided to find her mother to confront her about what she did. Leslie said she was determined and not delusional. Nicole sent Ted a text to meet her at Orphey Gene’s. He thought it meant that she has forgiven him for what happened. Nicole admitted that she did forgive him, but she did it to move on with her life. She hoped they would be friends one day, but their marriage was over. Nicole hugged him before she walked out of the restaurant.

Dani and Andre had breakfast together, but it was over when Leslie arrived at the club. Leslie sat at the bar so Dani decided to confront her. Things got heated between Dani and Leslie. Dani was about to rip Leslie’s hair off her head until Anita called her to invite her and Andre to brunch. Anita and Vernon decided to divide and conquer with Dani and Andre. Dani and Andre arrived at the family house. Anita grilled Dani about Andre. Vernon talked to Andre about his daughter. Anita and Vernon asked Dani and Andre if they loved each other. The couple didn’t get the answers they were hoping for from Dani and Andre. They felt a little better after their conversations with Dani and Andre. Dani told Anita that her marriage is what she needs right now. Anita promised to support her marriage.

Nicole and Ted showed up for Martin and Smitty’s wedding. Ted told Nicole that he refused to believe that their marriage was over. He said he would wait for as long as he had to for her to realize that they belonged together. Nicole wasn’t interested in being back with him. Martin and Smitty renewed their vows. Nicole left the wedding to go to a retreat but ended up at Ted’s place. Leslie saw them together. When it looked like Nicole and Ted were getting closer, Leslie pulled the fire alarm. Naomi talked to Bill about her childhood. He talked to her about wanting another baby. Naomi said her childhood wasn’t the best, but she knew he wouldn’t be who he was if he focused more on fatherhood. Bill said she would change her focus once she had children. While they were talking, Bill told Naomi that he hired a private detective to look into Andre. Naomi told him that she convinced Dani to make Andre sign a post-nup. Tomas and Eva hung out at the country club. She told him that she was concerned that her mother was unhinged. Tomas said she should go out with someone else. Leslie showed up and told Eva to be more like Tina Turner.

Hayley talked to Randy and let him know that she experimented for Bill’s birthday. After she got off the phone, she gave him the special cupcake. She told him she wanted to make sure he got everything he deserved. Jacob told Naomi that he surprised her with a spa date. Naomi said she was celebrating her father’s birthday and was upset that he wouldn’t leave her alone about her pregnancy. She said he should have married a woman who would want kids. Jacob said he wanted to marry her. Naomi said she resented him for making her seem wrong for knowing what she wanted. Jacob said he wasn’t doing that. They declared their love for each other, Naomi thought they were at a standstill. She told him that she talked to her mother and thought it would inspire her to be a mother but it didn’t. Naomi said women get all the blame when something goes wrong. Jacob said he would have helped her, but that wasn’t enough for her. Hayley told Bill that she wanted to make his day special. She said Dani made a big deal about his birthday.

Dani and Pam wanted Andre to model for them. They tried to convince him to be one of their models. Chelsea showed up to Bill and Hayley’s for the birthday party. While Bill and Chelsea were talking, Hayley brought out the cupcakes. Bill complained about the cupcakes. Jacob told Naomi that he mind and body were beautiful. He let her know that he never says anything right to her. Naomi let Jacob know that she wanted to make a difference in the world. She told Jacob that she wanted him to leave her alone. At Bill’s party, Hayley thought about meeting Dani and Bill. Dani and Pam tried to convince Andre to be a model. When Pam left, Dani tried to convince Andre to be a model. Naomi went to see Ashley at the hospital. She told Ashley that she might be pregnant. Naomi told Ashley that Jacob originally agreed about not having children but now he wants them. She asked Ashley to give her a blood test and rush the results. Ashley agreed to help her.

It turned out that Hayley wasn’t in love with Bill. She and Randy planned to take Bill for everything he’s worth. Apparently, they’ve scammed people multiple times. They stole so much money from someone that he had to do DoorDash. Hayley admitted that she faked her pregnancy. Randy pulled off the blood she needed to pull off the miscarriage. He pretended to be the man who took her to the hospital. They wanted Dani to look responsible for what happened to her. Randy thought they should skip town with the money and jewelry that Bill gave her. Hayley had something else in mind. She wanted Bill to die so she could have the $10 million life insurance policy. Hayley wanted Randy to come up with something to make it seem like Bill died of natural causes. She planned to give Randy his cut and go to a nice place. Andre and Dani agreed to stay married. Dani wasn’t happy that he agreed to do that after his conversation with Ashley. Andre was worried about the hold Bill had on Dani. Dani told him to move in with her. Andre decided to keep his apartment, but he would spend a lot of time at her place.

Leslie showed up at Ted’s office to satisfy him. She took off her jacket to show him the waitress outfit she wore when they met. Leslie told him that he didn’t need to go after June when he could have her. Kat talked to her mother about forgiving her father. Nicole told her that Ted slept with Leslie again. Kat couldn’t believe how thirsty Leslie was. She stormed out and headed to her father’s office. Kat was there to give him a piece of her mind and found him with Leslie. She went off on Ted for being with Leslie. Leslie wanted to make Nicole think that she slept with Ted again.

While Andre was at Uptown waiting for Dani, Hayley showed up and told him to keep Dani away from her husband. Dani went to Bill’s office to give him a birthday gift. She said she gave it to him early because she thought Hayley was doing something big on his birthday. Hayley told Andre that Dani was obsessed with Bill. Andre wasn’t concerned about what Hayley had to say. He told her that Dani asked him to end their marriage. Bill thanked her with a kiss. Hayley ended up seeing them. Hayley went to see Randy at the casino. She said it was time to deal with Bill. Hayley wanted to take his legs out from under him. Vanessa wanted to know why Joey wanted to break up with her. She said he didn’t mind her laundering his money, but he wasn’t interested in having sex with her. Joey said it was because of her son. She said she didn’t want to end things. While they were making out, Randy walked in on them. Randy said he wouldn’t say anything about their relationship. Tyrell and Samantha were excited that Smitty and Martin were getting back together. When Martin and Smitty were alone, they talked about forming a united front to protect themselves against Joey when he came to collect his debt for getting rid of Kenny. At family dinner, Smitty told Samantha that he didn’t have any to be concerned about June and supported them getting to know her. Later on, Smitty admitted to Martin that he was still nervous about June getting close to Samantha and Tyrell.

Leslie arrived at Orphey Gene’s. June spotted her and realized that she would be difficult. Ted arrived, and they stopped talking. Leslie watched them interact with each other. She warned June to stay away from her man. Leslie warned her that things don’t go well for people who stand in her way of getting what she wanted. June informed her that she wasn’t afraid of her. After he talked to June, Ted spotted Samantha and Chelsea. He talked to them about the success of the purse line. He was surprised, and Samanatha was happy that he was flirting with her birth mother. Leslie had a run in with Nicole. She implied that Nicole lied just as much as Dani spread her legs open. Leslie warned Nicole that there would be trouble if she didn’t watch out for Kat. Nicole wasn’t concerned about Leslie’s threat. Dani and Naomi discussing the out-of-wedding. While they were talking, she realized that Naomi was pregnant and denied the accusation. Naomi told her that she and Chelsea were a burden to her while they were growing up. Dani told her that couldn’t be further from the truth. Naomi talked to her about the reasons she didn’t want a baby. Dani respected her decision to not have children. She felt like a monster for not wanting children. The women discussed having big decisions to make about their relationships.

Naomi reached to out to Vanessa to ask her why she was allowing Joey to comfort her. Vanessa informed her if she wanted to remain her friend, that she had accept Joey being in her life. Donnell went to the casino and told Joey that his mother didn’t need him anymore. Joey wanted to know why so Donnell told him that he planned to stay there for a while. He wanted to bond with Donell by offering him a job at the casino. Joey wanted to make him a dealer at the casino. Donnell turned down the job because it’s the last place his father spent time. Vanessa showed up at the casino to let Joey know it was time to end things.

Hayley asked Bill where he was the night before. Bill wanted Hayley to trust him. He said despite what happened, he didn’t have erectile dysfunction. Bill warned Hayley that she was going to have to accept that Dani was going to be a part of their lives if they were going to make their marriage work. Dani told Pam that Bill kissed her. She also told Pam about what happened with Hayley. Pam asked if it was fair to use Andre if he was good to her and for her. She asked Dani what would happen if Andre wanted children. Andre showed up while they were talking. Dani noticed Bill sitting across from them and wanted to take Andre home. Bill went to Pam and wanted her to help Dani get rid of Andre. Pam said she couldn’t get Dani to leave her first husband. When Dani and Andre got home, she said she didn’t want him to regret their time together. Andre said he was happy. Dani didn’t believe him so she wanted to give him an out if he wanted to take it. Hayley went to see Bill at his office. She apologized for using Tomas to make him jealous. She said it would never happen again. Eva went to Mona and Jan to see if they could help her with Leslie. Mona said she didn’t want anything to do with Leslie. Jan was willing to listen to Eva and offered to talk to Leslie.

Leslie confronted Tomas about what he did to Eva. She told him that he was with Kat because it was safe. Later on, Eva convinced Leslie to see Jan. Leslie met with Jan. While they were talking, Jan offered to start over with Leslie. A shocked Leslie let Jan know that she missed her. Jacob and Andre ran into each other at the club. They ended up arguing because Jacob said he didn’t approve of him being with Dani. He told Andre that it had something to do with Ashley. When Jacob went home, he and Naomi talked about the baby. Jacob told Naomi that he thought he was okay with not having kids until she said she was pregnant. Jacob said he could see what it was like raising kids with her. Naomi said it would be a lovely dream, but reality would be different. Jacob said it could be better than she thought. Naomi said she was afraid that they wanted different things and could drift apart. Jacob said they would figure it out.

Dani thought about kissing Bill. Bill told a private detective to find out anything he could about Andre. When he told the detective that getting Andre out of Dani’s life was his number one priority, Hayley walked in. She was upset that he was talking about business during their private time. When Bill found out where Andre was, he told Hayley that he had to get to a meeting. Hayley called Caroline and found out that Bill lied about the meeting. Bill saw Andre at Orphey Gene’s and ended up arguing with him. Hayley went to see Dani and thought Bill was with her. Dani enjoyed seeing how miserable Hayley was. Hayley ripped into Dani and warned her to stay away from her husband. Later on, Bill went home to an angry Hayley. Andre told Dani about his conversation with Bill. Vanessa was shocked when Donnell walked in on her and Joey together. Joey said he brought her to the bar so Vanessa wouldn’t have to go back to the house. He tried bonding with Donnell by telling him that his mother died and how he moved past it. Nicole went to see Anita. They talked about Nicole’s broken heart. Anita advised her not to shut her life down or else Leslie and Ted would win. She said having the right person beside her could make life sweeter. Martin and Smitty went out on a date. They talked about the past, present, and future. Martin admitted that he was afraid that he was going to lose Smitty despite what they were doing to save their marriage. They talked about their feelings. Smitty asked Martin to move in.

Smitty tried to talk Martin out of turning himself into the police. Martin felt like it was the only way to save his marriage. Smitty felt like his confession would tear their family apart. He became suspicious and wondered if Martin ever planned to turn himself into the police. Smitty thought Martin did that to get him to work things out with him. Martin denied what Smitty suggested. They started arguing about it. Smitty wasn’t sure how it would end. He made Martin cancel his appointment with Jacob. Smitty wanted them to attend couple’s therapy. Nicole and Dani talked about Andre. Dani promised that she wasn’t going to hurt Andre, but Nicole didn’t seem to believe her. Nicole changed the subject and told her that Vanessa was involved with Joey. After they talked about that, the sisters discussed Nicole dating Carlton. Dani thought Carlton was sexy. Nicole was done with love. Dani felt like the family only had room for one emotional hurricane in the family. Nicole said she was too scarred from Ted’s betrayal. Andre sent Dani a hot text, so she decided to leave. Dani apologized for not being a good marital example. She advised Nicole to have fun with Carlton.

Vanessa and Donnell watched the video of Doug’s last night at Joey’s casino. While they were watching the video, the dealer was talking to Marcel about the edits Joey made to the video. Marcel didn’t believe that Joey would do anything saintly. Joey called the dealer to the station so he could answer questions. Donnell met with Drake (the dealer) at the police station. Vanessa went to Uptown to get a drink with Joey. Marcel said in front of Donnell and Drake that he never met Doug. Drake couldn’t tell Donnell what he wanted to hear. Jacob told Drake to stay in town. He noticed how Donnell was acting and suggested they get something to eat. They went to Uptown, and Donnell saw Vanessa holding hands with Joey.

After Doug’s memorial service, Joey checked on Vanessa. While they were talking, Leslie showed up and interrupted their conversation. Eva saw Tomas at the country club and went to his table. While they were talking, he admitted that he crossed a line that he shouldn’t have crossed. He said he hoped they could still be friends. Eva said that he and Kat not connecting in bed was Kat’s fault. Kat showed up and saw them together. When Eva yelled at Kat, Tomas defended her. He said he hated hurting Eva, but he wanted to be with Kat. When Eva was about to leave, she insulted Kat. Later on, Eva yelled at Leslie for giving her bad advice. Donnell went to the police station to talk to Jacob. He told Jacob that he went to the crash site before the service. Donnell asked if his father suffered. Marcel listened to their conversation. Jacob told Donnell not to let survivor’s guilt get to him because no one could have saved Doug. Joey watched a video of Doug’s last night at the casino and decided that Marcel had to disappear. He went to the police station to show Donnell and Vanessa the video. At Nicole’s house, Dani and Chelsea grilled Carlton about his intentions. Carlton said he noticed Ted watching him at the service, but he wanted to be by Nicole’s side. While they were talking, Carlton won over Dani and Chelsea. Nicole grilled Dani about marrying Andre. Chelsea was glad to have her live out loud mother back but she didn’t expect her to get married. Dani said she was happy. Chelsea suggested that she and Andre take the promise they made seriously.

Chelsea went to Bill’s office to give Haley a purse. He wasn’t there, but she saw Tomas. She called him out for sleeping with Eva behind Kat’s back. Tomas informed her that he thought his relationship with Kat was over. He told her that Kat hated him. Chelsea told him that Kat still loved him. She thought that Kat didn’t really love Tomas the way she said. Chelsea believed that Kat only wanted him to keep him from Eva. She warned him not to hurt Kat again, or he would have to deal with her. Leslie knew by looking at Eva that she slept with Tomas. Eva felt guilty for doing it, but Leslie thought she should celebrate it. Leslie advised her to do whatever it takes to keep Tomas. She told Eva that Nicole was divorcing Ted while she was living near him. Eva couldn’t believe the way her mother’s mind was working. Leslie received a text about Bill getting a court to stop her from doing construction across from the Duprees. She left, and Eva was alone. Eva thought about the advice her mother gave her about Tomas. Tomas called Kat to see if she wanted to meet for lunch. Kat turned down his invitation. Eva called Tomas and he invited her out for lunch. She jumped at his invitation.

Anita and Vernon discovered that Bill didn’t win his case against Leslie. They believed Leslie would be a pain in the butt. Leslie arrived while they were talking about her. Smitty and Ted were at Orphey Gene’s comparing notes about their marriages falling apart. He wanted a sign that he could trust Martin again. Martin was talking to his grandparents about Smitty. He believed he had a way to save his marriage and get him to trust him again. After his conversation with Smitty, Ted went to see Nicole. He thought they should go to Doug’s memorial together. Nicole liked the idea, but Carlton was there to take her. Smitty was about to leave Orphey Gene’s when Martin arrived. Martin told him that the best way to save his marriage was to turn himself in for the crime he committed.

Hayley believed Bill was disappointed that she wasn’t pregnant. Bill said that wasn’t true. They started to make love, but Bill was distracted. Bill kept thinking about Dani. He pushed her away and said he had business on his mind. Hayley didn’t believe him and ripped into him for thinking about Dani. She told Bill that she was tired of fighting for space in his head. Bill wanted to prove that he was attracted to her by taking her to the bedroom. He wasn’t able to make love to her. When Hayley suggested that he see a doctor, Bill walked out. Later on, Bill told Hayley that Dani was Andre’s problem. Dani and Andre talked about ground rules. They agreed that they didn’t have to be faithful to each other. If one of them had feelings, they would cross that bridge when they got to it. While they were talking, Andre suggested that he move in. Dani didn’t want him to move in. She was willing to give him a drawer. Jacob was excited about the pregnancy, but Naomi wasn’t. When he brought up moving to a bigger place, Naomi reminded him that she didn’t want children. She said she was a lawyer, not a baby machine who lost her sense of self. Naomi said her mother gave up her career for her children. She said she didn’t want that life. Jacob said he didn’t want her to give up her career. He said he knew it wouldn’t be easy, but they could do it. Naomi didn’t want to have a family.

Dani and Bill kissed. She told him that he was trying to control her. They argued over Andre. Bill said Andre wasn’t worthy of her. Dani refused to let him insult her husband. Bill apologized for hurting her and for having a quickie wedding. Dani said he never gave her what she wanted. She said he was worthless. Bill insulted Andre. Dani told him she was open to adopting another child so he didn’t have to marry one. They continued to talk until they agreed to stop talking about each other’s marriages. Bill told her to forget about the kiss. Dani said he couldn’t if he tried. Naomi went to Dani’s place and was glad to see Andre there. She wanted him to know how she felt. Naomi asked what would happen if Ashley came to her senses. Whenever Naomi brought up a valid issue, Leo had an answer for it. Andre said he would sign a post nuptial agreement. He said he married a woman who made life good. Naomi said he would have to deal with her if he hurt her mother. After their talk, she welcomed him to the family. Jacob asked about Doug’s accident. Donnell told Joey that his family was going to sue him, the bartender, and the casino for giving Doug too much alcohol the night he died. Joey made sure Donnell talked to the bartender and dealer the night Doug died. Donnell realized the bartender was wearing his father’s watch. Joey fired the bartender. Bill went home to an upset Hayley who thought she was pregnant. It turned out she was late. Naomi surprised Jacob that she was pregnant.
