TV Interview!

Interview with Eric and Nick Weber of the film “Not Dead Yet” by Suzanne 10/5/26
This was a fun interview with the father-son team that heads this film. The movie was enjoyable, and these guys have many interesting stories to tell.Eric wrote and co-directed the film, while Nick directed and acted in it.
Don’t miss the film, especially if you’re over 50. Richard Kind stars, and as usual, he shines in the role of Eliot Kelman, a hard-working adman in the Hamptons who suddenly finds himself out of work, but he’s determined to keep working. He gets his retired buddies to start a new business. This is not about an angry mad; it’s a comedy.
The Hamptons itself is another character in the movie. Real-life Hamptons places are highlighted in the movie, giving it more realism. It’s a fun, feel-good comedy with some excellent actors. You can catch it at the Hamptons International Film Festival, and at the Twin Cities Film Festival Saturday, October 24th at 7:45PM at Marcus West End Cinema.

ABOUT THE FILM
After being forced out of his New York City agency by a youth-obsessed culture, veteran ad man Elliot Kelman (Richard Kind) refuses to fade into irrelevance. Retreating to the Hamptons with his wife, he teams up with a group of rebellious seniors—including Academy Award® nominee Paul Raci, Tovah Feldshuh and many local familiar faces—to launch a business by seniors, for seniors. At the same time, he keeps his creative juices flowing by developing an unlikely ad campaign that proves experience, ingenuity, and bold new ideas never go out of style. NOT DEAD YET is an uplifting story that shows it is never too late to rewrite your story and start your next act.
